表面等离子体共振传感是基于光学消逝波与金属表面等离子体波共振的一种高灵敏度、快速、无标记的测量方式。光纤的表面等离子体共振传感具有在线测量、体积小、抗电磁干扰等优点。为提高折射率传感灵敏度,采用轮式侧边抛磨法抛磨掉多模光纤的全部包层和部分纤芯,并采用溅射法在光纤抛磨区先镀高折射率的铬层然后镀金膜,制作了侧边抛磨光纤表面等离子体共振传感器。研究结果表明:该传感器可实现液体折射率在1.333~1.431RIU范围的测试,平均光谱灵敏度为4.11×103 nm·RIU-1,在1.417~1.431RIU折射率范围内光谱灵敏度达1.09×104 nm·RIU-1,折射率测量范围和光谱灵敏度均优于已报道的结果。此外,该传感器具有良好的稳定性与重复性实验测试,最小分辨率约为3.6×10-5 RIU。该传感器光谱灵敏度高、检测范围大、尺寸小及良好的稳定性与重复性等优点,可被用于食品检测、环境监测、生物医学检测等相关领域。  相似文献

用轮式侧边抛磨法制作侧边抛磨光纤,通过磁控溅射法溅射金膜制成侧边抛磨光纤表面等离子体共振(SPR)传感器,并通过理论和实验对传感器的折射率灵敏度以及温度特性做了深入研究。结果表明表面等离子体共振波长随待测样品折射率的增大向长波长方向漂移,平均折射率灵敏度为4.1×103 nm/RIU(RIU为单位折射率),高于已报道的结果;共振波长随待测样品温度的升高向短波长方向漂移,平均温度灵敏度为0.36nm/℃,故该光纤SPR传感器具有更强抗温度漂移能力和更高的高折射率灵敏度,其在生物化学传感领域有重要的应用。  相似文献

亚波长直径微纳光纤强倏逝场传输的光学特性,使其对周围介质折射率的变化具有极高的灵敏度.本文提出一种基于微纳尺度光纤布拉格光栅(MNFBG)的折射率传感器,结合微纳光纤倏逝场传输和光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)强波长选择的特性来实现高精度折射率传感,对其制备可行性进行了讨论.论文中对MNFBG折射率传感机理进行了深入的理论分析,并使用OptiGrating软件进行了数值模拟,模拟数据显示MNFBG折射率测量的灵敏度随着光纤半径的减小而增加,其中光纤半径为400 nm的MNFBG灵敏度可达到993 nm/RIU,相比于包层蚀刻的FBG灵敏度增加了170倍,说明MNFBG对发展微型化、高灵敏度折射率传感器具有良好的应用前景. 关键词: 微纳光纤 光纤布拉格光栅 折射率传感  相似文献

利用光子晶体光纤结构的灵活性和性能的优越性, 设计了一种基于D形光子晶体光纤的折射率和温度传感器. 在D形光子晶体光纤表面抛磨并镀上金纳米薄膜, 作为表面等离子体共振传感通道用来测量液体折射率; 在包层的一个空气孔中填充温敏液体甲苯, 作为定向耦合通道实现对温度的测量. 进一步的数值计算发现, 基于定向耦合效应的温度传感和基于表面等离子体共振的折射率传感相互独立, D形光子晶体光纤同时进行折射率和温度传感检测. 在各向异性的完美匹配层边界条件下利用全矢量有限元法对该传感器特性进行了数值研究, 发现D形光子晶体光纤的空气孔直径决定了定向耦合吸收峰的中心波长和温度传感的灵敏度, 金薄膜的厚度和D形结构的抛磨深度仅影响表面等离子体共振峰的相对强度. 结果表明: 该传感器在-10–80 ℃的温度范围内具有11.6 nm/℃的温度灵敏度, 在1.34–1.44折射率范围内折射率灵敏度最高可达26000 nm/RIU.  相似文献

光纤表面等离子体共振传感器具有体积小、抗电磁干扰,可以实现在线实时远距离检测的优点。为提高传感器的性能,建立了侧边抛磨光纤表面等离子体共振传感的物理模型,分别研究了侧边抛磨光纤的剩余厚度、银膜层的厚度对传感器的灵敏度、共振峰的深度和半高全宽等的影响。结果表明:光纤剩余厚度越小,表面等离子体共振现象越强;随银膜层的厚度增大,共振峰的宽度变宽,而传感器的灵敏度呈现非单调变化。通过综合表面等离子体共振传感器的折射率传感灵敏度和共振峰半高全宽,提出了质量因数作为传感器的优化指标,并最终得到最优化的设计方案为光纤剩余厚度为66.5 μm,银膜的厚度为50 nm,此时质量因数达到98.67。  相似文献

设计了一种小芯径的4杆悬浮芯光纤折射率检测传感器,并针对这种光纤模拟了三种不同的抛磨结构。通过在开放式的气孔中涂覆金膜来激发表面等离子体共振效应。采用有限元方法(FEM)分析了开放式悬浮芯光纤的表面等离子体传感特性,并研究了传感金属层和悬浮杆厚度对传感效果的影响。单孔抛磨结构和相对两孔抛磨结构的折射率检测范围为1.31~1.42,最大灵敏度分别为15000 nm/RIU(refractive index unit)和16000 nm/RIU,分辨率分别为6.7×10-6 RIU和6.25×10-6 RIU。相邻两孔抛磨结构的折射率检测范围为1.31~1.40,最大灵敏度可达20000 nm/RIU,分辨率可达5.0×10-6 RIU。此传感器在测量高折射率物质方面具有很好的性能,便于制备,将来有广阔的市场应用前景。  相似文献

基于多芯少模光纤结构特性,提出了一种具有开放式感知通道的多芯少模光纤表面等离子体共振生物传感器.建立了多芯少模光纤表面等离子体共振生物传感器的模型,利用有限元方法分析了纤芯气孔间距、膜层厚度、膜层材料以及不同传输模式对传感器性能的影响,并讨论了传感器多通道感知性能.仿真分析发现,纤芯气孔间距决定了倏逝波的耦合强度,材料特性和模式共同影响了表面等离子体共振峰的位置和灵敏度.经过计算可知:当单个凹槽传感通道上沉积100 nm铟锡氧化物薄膜,分析物折射率范围为1.33—1.39时, LP11ax模式对应的平均光谱灵敏度为12048 nm/RIU(其中RIU为折射率单位,即refractive index unit),最高灵敏度为20824.66 nm/RIU,最大折射率分辨率可达4.8×10~(–6) RIU;当光纤外围凹槽镀上不同厚度的金膜、银膜和铟锡氧化物膜时,既可以单独探测生物物质,也可以联合检测同一生物物质,实现了传感通道的控制灵活性和测试物质的多样性.  相似文献

设计并制作了一种基于单模-无芯-单模-无芯-单模光纤结构的马赫-曾德尔传感器,可用来同时测量折射率和温度.该传感器中,两处无芯光纤充当输入、输出耦合器,中间单模光纤作为传感臂.利用有限元仿真和理论分析,确定耦合器和传感臂的最优长度为15 mm.在无芯光纤中激发出的高阶模进入单模光纤的包层传输,由于倏逝场的作用,受到环境折射率和温度的影响.选取透射谱不同干涉级次的波谷作为研究对象,实现了折射率和温度的同步测量.实验结果表明:1545 nm附近干涉谷的折射率和温度灵敏度分别为–153.89 nm/RIU(refractive index unit)和0.166 nm/℃;1570 nm附近干涉谷的折射率和温度灵敏度分别为–202.74 nm/RIU和0.183 nm/℃.该传感器在实现折射率和温度同步测量的同时,仍能保持较高灵敏度,在生物医疗等方面有着较好的应用前景.  相似文献

A multi-conjugate adaptive optics (MCAO) can offer a possibility of widening field of view (FOV) characterized by the isoplanatic angle, and the choose of conjugate height becomes a basic problem for MCAO, which influences the size of iosplanatic angle. Considering the application of lidar, the isoplanatic angle's expressions of two deformable mirrors (DMs) MCAO for uplink and downlink are deduced. The effects of conjugate heights for dual-conjugate AO are thoughtfully discussed, and the isoplanatic angles are further analyzed. The results show that the isopanatic angle varies with the conjugate height and reaches the maximum as the conjugate height is at the optimal altitude. Moreover, the optimal conjugate height changes with the propagation distance.  相似文献

Due to the limit of response speed of the present single-photon detector, the code rate is still too low to come into practical use for the present quantum key distribution (QKD) system.A new idea is put up to design a quick single-photon detector.This quick single-photon detector is composed of a multi-port optic-fiber splitter and many avalanche photo diodes (APDs).Au of the ports with APDs work on the time division and cooperate with a logic discriminating and deciding unit driven by the clock signal.The operation frequency lies on the number N of ports, and can reach N times of the conventional single-photon detector.The single-photon prompt detection can come true for high repetition-rate pulses.The applying of this detector will largely raise the code rate of the QKD, and boost the commercial use.  相似文献

A.C mismatches are studied by Raman spectral characterization of PolyA, PolyC, and their equimolar complex in solution of 0.14 mol/L Na ,pH7.0.Experimental results show that A·C mismatches occur to be A/B (mainly A) conformers, and unlike Watson-Crick base pairing, this kind of mismatches is stabilized by only one hydrogen bond involving cytosine N4H2 and adenine N7.The formation of A·C complex makes the base stacking interactions much stronger, and conformation of the backbone more ordered, which leads to obvious Raman hypochromic effect with some shifts in corresponding bands.  相似文献

40-GHz clock modulated signal as a pump to improve the efficiency of four-wave mixing (FWM)-based wavelength conversion in a 26.5-km dispersion shifted fiber (DSF) is investigated. The experimental results demonstrate that the conjugated FWM component has higher intensity with the clock pumping than that with the continuous-wave (CW) light pumping. The improvement of FWM-based wavelength conversion efficiency is negligible when the pump power is less than Brillouin threshold. But when the pump power is greater than Brillouin threshold, the improvement becomes significant and increases with the increment of pump power. The improvement can increase up to 9 dB if pump power reaches 17 dBm.  相似文献

Our experimental results show that the presence of a proper amount of negative group velocity dispersion is essential to multi-pulse operation of a Kerr-lens mode-locked femtosecond laser. We demonstrate that the pulse separations and the number of pulses contained within a cavity round trip are strongly dependent on the initial perturbations. The results allow us to get a better understanding on the influences of the convoluted self-phase modulation and intra-cavity dispersions on the stable multi-pulse oscillation in a Kerr-lens mode-locked femtosecond laser.  相似文献

Based on the Rytov approximation of light propagation in weak turbulent atmosphere,the closed-form expressions of field and average irradiance of each one of the four fundamental families of Helmholtz-Gauss (HzG)beams:cosine-Gauss beams,stationary Mathieu-Gauss beams,stationary parabolic-Gauss beams,and Bessel-Gauss beams,which are propagating in weak turbulent atmosphere,are obtained.The results show that the field and average irradiance can be written as the product of four factors:complex amplitude depending on the z-coordinate only,a Ganssian beam.a factor of complex phase perturbation induced by atmospheric turbulence,and a complex scaled version of the transverse shape of the non-diffracting beam.The effect of weak atmospheric turbulence on irradiance distribution of the HzG beam can be ignored.  相似文献

An effective method for reducing the speckle noise in digital holography is proposed in this paper.Different from the methods based on classical filtering technique,it utilizes the multiple holograms which are generated by rotating the illuminating light continuously.The intensity images reconstructed by a series of holograms generated by rotating the illuminating light possess different speckle patterns.Hence by properly averaging the reconstructed intensity fields,the speckle noises can be reduced greatly.Experimental results show that the proposed method is simple and effective to reduce speckle noise in digital holography.  相似文献

Influence of purity of HfO2 on reflectance of ultraviolet multilayer   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The impurities in two kinds of HfO2 materials and in their corresponding single layer thin films were determined through glow discharge mass spectrum technology and secondary ion mass spectrometry(SIMS) equipment respectively.It was found that ZrO2 was the main impurity in the two kinds of HfO2 either in the original HfO2 materials or in the electron beam deposited films.In addition,the difference of Zr content in the two kinds of HfO2 single laver films was much laxger than that of the other impurities such as Ti and Fe.which showed that it was just ZrO2 that made the difference between the optical performance of the film products including the two kinds of HfO2.With these two kinds of HfO2 and the same kind of SiO2.we deposited HfO2/SiO2 multilayer reflective coatings at the wavelength of 266 nm.Experimental results showed that the reflectances of these two mirrors were about 99.85% and 99.15% respectively,which agreed well with the designed results what were based on the optical constants obtained from the corresponding single layer thin films.  相似文献

Microphone array-based speech enhancement has great importance for speech communications and speech recognition. To reduce the aperture of the microphone array and to increase the effect of the speech enhancement will greatly broaden the application areas of the microphone array. An array crosstalk resistant adaptive noise cancellation method is therefore presented. And then an improved spectral subtraction algorithm is further cascaded to obtain better enhancement results. Theoretic analysis and experiments indicate that the proposed scheme needs only a very small microphone array while it simultaneously achieves a higher SNR improvement. Besides, the proposed scheme can be used in many noisy environments and is easy for real-time implementation.  相似文献
