采用非相干泵浦、受激辐射和纯退相干的量子主方程研究了量子点腔耦合系统,得出腔与量子点发射光谱解析解.理论分析显示,在非谐振耦合系统中纯退相干能使腔发射谱产生明显的移位效应,从而可以解释“非谐振耦合腔有效发射”效应.为了进一步研究纯退相干在量子点腔耦合系统上的应用,引入了系统有效耦合率和单光子源效率,并通过比较有效耦合率与腔耗散定义出好腔与坏腔机制.选取两组依据实验数据作为参量,在共振与失谐时研究了纯退相干对系统有效耦合率和单光子源效率的影响.结果表明:纯退相干可提高失谐系统有效耦合率与单光子源效率,从而可能使坏腔转变为好腔|两组参量中有较大耦合效率一组在一定范围内满足好腔机制,其单光子源效率明显优于另一组.在非谐振耦合系统比较了好腔机制与坏腔机制的激光,好腔机制是实现单量子点激光的必要条件|由于非谐振耦合系统Fano因子无最大值出现,从而该系统可能无激光阈值.  相似文献

耦合光学微腔(Coupled optical microcavity,CMC)是一种特殊结构的微腔,在耦合微腔中,两个独立的微腔相邻耦合在一起.通常一个腔是无源的,另一个腔是有源的.首次研究了有机材料在耦合微腔中的自发发射特性.实验采用的有机发光材料为八羟基喹啉铝Tris(8-quinolinolato)aluminium(Alq3),器件的结构为Glass/DBRA/Filler/DBRB/Alq3/DBRC.底部腔是无源的,组成为DBRA/Filler/DBRB.顶部腔是有源的,由DBRB/Alq3/DBRC构成.其中反射镜DBRA、DBRB、DBRC以及填充层(Filler)均由光学介质材料构成.通过结构设计使两个腔的谐振波长均位于530nm.耦合微腔器件与单层Alq3薄膜相比较,Alq3薄膜的光致发光光谱是峰值位于511nm的宽谱带,而在耦合微腔器件中观察到的是具有两个腔模式,峰值波长分别位于518,553nm的增强并窄化的光谱.这是由于两个腔的光场耦合引起了腔模式分裂.结果表明耦合微腔能极大地改变有机材料的自发发射特性,可以用来提高器件的发光效率.  相似文献

基于量子相干效应中的电磁诱导透明,设计了一种四环级联谐振腔结构,并对其产生的耦合诱导透明现象进行了理论分析.利用时域有限差分法和束传输法对结构的关键参量进行了仿真模拟,采用电子束光刻与感应耦合等离子刻蚀工艺相结合的方式完成了结构的加工制备.实验中利用垂直光栅耦合法对结构进行测试,测试结果表明:由于相消干涉,该结构可以引起一个狭窄的透明峰;每个环形腔之间相互干涉,产生了两个透射峰,从而实现对光传输的延迟,其中一个透射谱半高全宽为0.022nm,对应的品质因数为0.72×105,且两个谐振峰之间的距离相隔0.084nm.波导直通端与下载端的谐振谱线吻合,与理论分析相符.  相似文献

光学耦合腔可以模拟原子系统中的电磁感应透明(Electromagnetically induced transparency,EIT)效应.采用分离光学腔镜建立耦合腔,该系统易于调节腔的各种参数.通过改变中间耦合腔镜的不同透射率,实验测量了两耦合腔的反射谱,观测到两耦合腔由于经典相消干涉产生的类EIT现象.由于该系统简单灵活,可用于慢光速和超光速的实验研究.  相似文献

本文研究了两侧同时输入的回音壁模谐振双微腔光力系统中电磁诱导透明的相干调控.通过改变双微腔两侧探测场的强度比值及相位差,可以有效控制电磁诱导透明窗口的宽度和深度,对探测场的吸收和色散等性质实施显著的影响,并且能够在特殊频率处产生关于探测场的完全相干透射现象.  相似文献

在考虑耦合器插入损耗的情况下,理论分析了环中环结构谐振腔的耦合谐振透明效应.利用迭代法推导了整个结构的透过系数和有效相移,从而得到考虑了插入损耗的该结构的色散.研究表明,整个结构的有效相移,群速度和带宽,可通过耦合器的插入损耗、环中环结构中环与环周长之间的倍数以及环的个数来控制,这在旋转传感、光学时延线、光缓存、滤波等方面的应用有重要意义. 关键词: 环中环结构 耦合谐振透明 色散 慢光  相似文献

用全量子理论研究二能级原子单模腔耦合系统,通过理论推导和数值计算得出系统的自发辐射光谱和平均粒子数密度.共振时腔与原子的发射光谱在强耦合与弱耦合区域有所不同,腔发射光谱分裂只出现于强耦合区域,而原子发射光谱由于腔感应透明效应在弱耦合区域出现了缺口.本文系统地研究了原子与腔在失谐时的发射光谱,在好腔机理(腔线宽小于原子线宽g)原子与腔即使在大失谐时腔发射出腔频率的光子,这给当前实验上困惑的特性提供了一个理论依据.为了给腔感应透明效应一个新的深入了解,还研究了原子与腔平均粒子数密度随时间的演化,以及平均粒子数密度与光强度之间的关系. 关键词: 自发辐射 强耦合 腔感应透明 好腔机理  相似文献

 模拟分析了横向行波偏转结构中传播的HEM11波的特性,并与加速模式TM01进行了比较。设计并加工完成了该偏转结构的实验腔,用谐振微扰法测出了中间腔的横向场分布曲线,并与HFSS模拟结果进行了比较,模拟结果和测试结果一致,其横向场的最大值在偏离轴心径向的中间位置。用HFSS模拟了腔的色散特性,对有稳定孔和没有稳定孔的情况进行了比较,用谐振法对实验腔的色散特性进行了测试,测试结果和模拟结果一致。通过对等梯度偏转结构等效电路的简化,给出了等阻抗结构的等效电路,定性分析了此偏转结构的腔间耦合情况,计算了腔间耦合系数,模拟结果和测试结果一致。  相似文献

本文理论研究了近红外波段硅基三角晶格光子晶体环形微腔的光场局域特性,通过将微腔在空间周期性排列组成耦合腔光波导,研究了多个导带区域内光束传输时的群速度,最大和最小值分别为0.0028c和0.00028c.将环形微腔在垂直于光传输方向上进行交错排列,通过改变相邻微腔之间的耦合区域,可以大幅降低多频段范围内光束在耦合腔波导中传输时群速度之间的差异,并提高部分频段的透过率数值.在不改变介质柱半径条件下,通过去掉三角晶格光子晶体中距中心介质柱距离分别为2a和√3a的六个介质柱构成了两种微腔,研究了两种微腔所支持的谐振波长之间的差异,在此基础上构造了两种耦合腔波导,进而将这两种耦合腔光波导与W1型输入/输出波导相连,最终实现了在多个不同频率范围内降低群速度的同时实现频段选择和频段分束功能,其导模群速度可降低到0.00047c.  相似文献

Induced transparency phenomena and strong dispersion can be produced in a coupled resonator induced transparency(CRIT) structure.In this paper,we investigate the influences of structure parameters,such as amplitude reflection coefficient and loss,on transmission spectrum and dispersion of CRIT structure,and further study the control of dispersion in the structure.The results show that in the CRIT structure,adjusting the loss of resonators is an effective method of controlling dispersion and producing simultaneous normal and abnormal dispersion.When we choose approximate amplitude reflection coefficients of the two couplers,the decrease of transmittance due to loss could be effectively made up.In the experiment,we achieve the control of dispersion and simultaneous strong normal and abnormal dispersion in the CRIT structure comprised of fiber.The results indicate the CRIT structure has potential applications in optical signal processing and optical communication.  相似文献

We proposed a two-coupled microsphere resonator structure as the element of angular velocity sensing under the Sagnac effect.We analyzed the theoretical model of the two coupled microspheres,and derived the coupled-resonatorinduced transparency(CRIT) transfer function,the effective phase shift,and the group delay.Experiments were also carried out to demonstrate the CRIT phenomenon in the two-coupled microsphere resonator structure.We calculated that the group index of the two-coupled sphere reaches n_g = 180.46,while the input light at a wavelength of 1550 nm.  相似文献

The coupled‐resonator‐induced transparency (CRIT) effect in parallel‐coupled double microring resonators (MRRs) has been widely studied, and various applications based on the CRIT have been demonstrated. As an application of the CRIT, we propose and demonstrate a directed logic circuit that can implement the XOR and XNOR operations. Two electrical signals applied to the two MRRs represent the two operands of the logical operations, and the operational results are represented by the output optical signal. As a proof‐of‐concept, the thermo‐optic modulating scheme is employed with an operational speed of 10 kbps.  相似文献

This paper proposes a ring-out-ring structure of coupled optical resonators to yield coupled-resonator-induced transparency (CRIT). Considering the insertion loss of the coupler,it theoretically deduces the transmission and the effective phase shift. The influences of the insertion loss of the coupler on the transmittance,the effective phase shift,the group index and the CRIT linewidth are fully studied. We find that the increase in multiple m can effectively enhance the normal dispersion and the group index of the proposed structure. Moreover,the specific expression of the group index at resonance is theoretically deduced and discussed for the proposed structure with two rings. The result shows that the multiple m between the lengths of ring 1 and ring 2 can enhance the group index to m times that of the structure with two equal-sized rings at resonance. The control of slow light in the proposed structure is important for applications of highly sensitivity gyroscopes,optical delay lines and optical buffers,etc.  相似文献

We experimentally examined the propagation of temporally square modulated optical pulses through a coupled ring resonator. Sharp transient spikes appeared as the square pulses entered the system. The main signal gradually grew up through coupled-resonator-induced transparency (CRIT), with the time constant determined by a second resonator. Transient spikes were attributed to the higher and lower spectral components of the incident pulse, to which the resonators cannot respond; hence, they were interpreted as optical precursors. The experiments, therefore, demonstrated that precursors and the main signal can be observed separately, with amplitudes comparable to that of the incident step in CRIT.  相似文献

绝缘衬底上的硅材料制备的光学微环谐振腔结构具有高灵敏度、结构尺寸小和极低模式体积等特性,被广泛应用到光信息传递、惯性导航领域,但极少被应用到力学信号的测试,为此,研究了一种基于硅基光学微环谐振腔结构的悬臂梁式应力/应变敏感计,利用微环谐振腔环形波导径向形变量作为感应应力的中间物理量,在外界应力作用下,环形波导的半径将发生改变,使结构的光学谐振参数产生变化,从而使光学微环谐振腔谐振谱线发生明显红移,体现出良好的应力/应变敏感特性;通过设计双环级联光学微腔,并采用MEMS光刻、ICP腐蚀工艺制备了嵌入式光学微腔应变计结构,结合理论计算了悬臂梁结构的应力应变敏感特性,经仿真及实验得到,应变计结构的应力/应变灵敏度分别为0.185 pm·kPa-1,18.04 pm·microstrain-1,与单环微腔结构相比,线性量程增加了近50.3%,应力灵敏度提高了近10.6%,初步验证了嵌入式光学微腔结构进行高灵敏度应力/应变检测的可行性,有望实现新型光学力敏传感器件的微型化、集成化。  相似文献

We report a novel grating-assisted coupler that incorporates a photonic-band-gap structure. It is shown that by virtue of the resonant cavity formed by the structure and the grating the relative amounts of the output scattered and the transmitted guided-wave powers can be significantly modified. The potential applications for optical switches and wavelength demultiplexers based on this new configuration are discussed.  相似文献

A quasi-optical reflection cavity intended to be used as the resonant load of a submillimeter wavelength oscillator has been designed, constructed, and tested. The resonator consists of three elements in cascade: a high Q, high finesse folded Fabry-Perot resonator, a lower Q, low finesse Fabry-Perot resonator, and a Littrow mounted diffraction grating. The resonator exhibits a Q of 6600 and 2.5 dB of loss at 63 GHz. The design can be scaled to 1 THz, where waveguide structures become impractical, to serve as the resonator for high frequency quantum well resonant tunneling device oscillators.  相似文献

A novel waveguide ring resonator optical sensor with two resonant wavelength channels is proposed for a refractive index measurement of a test sample placed on the sensor substrate and its performance characteristics are investigated analytically and numerically. The waveguide device consists of a ring resonator, a split-ring-shaped loop waveguide, and a vertical input/output grating coupler, in which the loop waveguide acts as an additional resonator and provides another output wavelength channel of the sensor. The differential detection between the two wavelength channels enables the highly sensitive detection with temperature compensation. A numerical simulation based on a finite difference time domain (FDTD) method shows that a precise index change detection with a resolution of 10−6 can be achieved using of the proposed device.  相似文献
