介绍了研制的一种基于共轴锁模腔增强吸收光谱技术的中红外甲醛气体检测系统。系统采用了发射中心波长为3.6 μm的带间级联激光器为光源,以高精度F-P谐振腔作为气体反应池,通过激光在谐振腔内的多次反射极大地提高了有效吸收路径。为了实现甲醛检测,利用Pound-Drever-Hall(PDH)技术将激光频率和腔谐振频率锁定至波长为3 599.08 nm的甲醛吸收峰上。实验发现,谐振腔腔长容易受到外界环境的影响产生变化,导致系统失去锁定,产生测量误差;为了抑制这一现象,提高系统的准确性和抗干扰性,采用了动态PDH锁定技术,通过低频锯齿波信号对腔长进行小范围内的周期性调制,使得腔谐振频率在目标气体吸收峰附近缓慢来回变化;通过选择合适的扫描范围使得在扫描过程中激光与谐振腔保持频率锁定。系统通过光电探测器采集谐振腔透射光强信号,通过对腔透射信号进行拟合计算来确定甲醛浓度。为了验证检测系统的有效性、评估系统的性能,采用质量流量计配备了6种不同浓度的甲醛气体样品并开展了甲醛吸收光谱测量实验、系统标定实验和稳定性实验。实验结果显示,在0~10 mL·L-1范围内,腔透射信号拟合值与甲醛浓度之间呈现出良好的线性关系;通过Allan方差分析得到当积分时间为1 s时系统检测下限为52.8 nL·L-1,积分时间为14 s时检测下限可以降至3.3 nL·L-1。此外,通过增加谐振腔的腔镜反射率和腔长可以提高有效吸收路径,进一步降低检测下限。该系统灵敏度高、响应速度快,具有较好的抗干扰性和长期稳定性,在痕量甲醛检测方面具有广阔的应用前景。  相似文献

参照研制成功的300 kA直线变压器驱动源单级感应腔的物理设计和电气参数,在考虑气体开关火花通道电阻、放电支路间电磁耦合、磁芯磁滞及饱和特性、次级功率传输的情况下,建立了较完备的单级感应腔电路模型。实验验证了模型的有效性,感应腔正常输出和单支路开关自放电时模拟结果与实验波形均吻合较好,表明模型可以模拟腔内电气元件异常时感应腔的工作特性。  相似文献

介绍了一种基于光纤微加工的氢气传感技术方案。利用波长为800nm的飞秒激光脉冲在普通单模光纤上加工马赫-曾德尔(M-Z)干涉腔,并采用磁控溅射方法在加工后的M-Z干涉微腔上溅射钯(Pd)膜,制备了一种新型的光纤氢气传感器。分析了加工工艺对微腔干涉效果的影响,选择合适的加工参数以及加工后对微腔进行后续处理,可使微腔的透射光谱的分辨率得到提高。实验研究了腔长为40μm的M-Z干涉传感器分别镀36nm、110nmPd膜后,对氢气的响应。结果表明,在不同的氢气浓度下,镀Pd膜的M-Z干涉传感器都表现出对氢气的敏感特性,随着氢气浓度的增大,透射光谱会向长波长方向偏移,其中Pd膜厚度为110nm比厚度为36nm的传感器对氢气有更好的灵敏度。  相似文献

理论分析了共振无源腔对飞秒脉冲激光的强度和相位噪声的转化模型,分析表明,通过测量无源腔透射场或者反射场相对于输入场强度噪声的变化,可以间接得到输入场飞秒脉冲激光的相位噪声.在此基础上设计了精细度约为1500、自由光谱区为75 MHz的八镜环形共振无源腔,并测量了钛宝石锁模激光经过该共振无源腔后透射场和反射场强度噪声的变化.实验观察到,飞秒脉冲激光经过无源腔透射后,强度噪声特性得到较好改善,在探测频率2 MHz附近达到散粒噪声极限.同时,结合共振无源腔对激光强度和相位噪声的转化模型,间接给出了钛宝石锁模激光的相位噪声及无源腔对相位噪声的有效抑制作用.  相似文献

We introduce the notion of ‘order-k non-abelian exclusion statistics’. We derive the associated thermodynamic equations by employing the thermodynamic Bethe ansatz for specific non-diagonal scattering matrices. We make contact with results obtained by different methods and we point out connections with ‘fermionic sum formulas’ for characters in a conformal field theory. The theory of the quantum information transmission between two semiconductor two-level quantum dots as two qubits through an intermediary photon gas in a cavity is presented. The reduced density matrix of each two-level quantum dot is the quantum information encoded into this qubit. The quantum information exchange between two distant qubits imbedded in the photon gas is performed in the form of the mutual dependence of their reduced density matrices due to the interaction between the electrons in the qubits and the photon gas. The system of rate equations for the reduced density matrix of the two-qubit system is derived. From the solution of this system of equations it follows the mutual dependence of the reduced density matrices of two distant qubits.  相似文献

研究了一种有限积分法软件与传输线方程相结合的混合算法,用于解决复杂电磁环境下屏蔽腔体内传输线的电磁耦合问题。利用有限积分法软件实现屏蔽腔体的建模,仿真得到腔体内部空间电磁场分布,并设置电场探针提取出传输线的激励场。利用传输线方程建立腔体内传输线的耦合模型,将得到的传输线激励场引入到传输线方程作为等效分布电压和电流源。利用时域有限差分(FDTD)格式对传输线方程进行离散,从而迭代求解出传输线终端负载上的电压和电流响应。通过与文献以及传统数值算法的计算结果进行对比,验证混合算法的正确性。研究表明,该混合算法在模拟电大尺寸腔体内传输线的电磁耦合方面,具有较高的精度和计算效率。  相似文献

NO, NO2是大气污染源中的常见气体, 对环境具有严重的危害性. 为检测污染源中这两种气体的浓度, 构建了成本较低的基于红外热辐射光源的光声光谱气体检测系统. 分析计算得到了NO, NO2 在2500–6667 nm波段吸收谱线. 通过建立光声传输线RLC振荡电路模型和仿真得到品质因数、声压大小与谐振腔长、内腔半径以及调制频率的关系, 据此设计了光声池几何结构. 实验表明该系统所测得的光声信号与气体浓度有很好的线性关系, 并且对NO, NO2气体极限检测灵敏度分别达到4.01 和1.07 μL. 通过调节激光发射波长和选取滤波片, 该系统还可用于其他微量气体的浓度检测. 关键词: 大气污染 光声光谱 气体检测  相似文献

In the context of the transmission of airborne noise into an aircraft fuselage, a mathematical model is presented for the effects of internal cavity resonances on sound transmission into a thin cylindrical shell. The “noise reduction” of the cylinder is defined and computed, with and without including the effects of internal cavity resonances. As would be expected, the noise reduction in the absence of cavity resonances follows the same qualitative pattern as does transmission loss. Numerical results show that cavity resonances lead to wide fluctuations and a general decrease of noise reduction, especially at cavity resonances. Modest internal absorption is shown to greatly reduce the effect of cavity resonances. The effects of external airflow, internal cabin pressurization, and different acoustical properties inside and outside the cylinder are also included and briefly examined.  相似文献

为研究入射电磁波与缝隙参量对矩形腔体屏蔽效能的影响,提出基于透射定律结合等效传输线方法对腔体的电磁屏蔽特性进行分析。详细推导了经缝隙透射进腔体内的电场,将透射电场作为等效电压源并对传统的传输线模型进行了修正,使之能计算任意方位入射的电磁波及缝隙偏离体壁中心时的情况;并对此方法的计算公式进行了扩展,使其能分析不同形状、孔阵、孔距及损耗等参量对腔体屏蔽效能的影响。研究表明:缝隙位于体壁中心时的屏蔽效能比靠近体壁边沿时差;相对入射角和方位角而言,极化角对腔体的屏蔽效能影响较大;在保持孔阵总面积不变的情况下,通过减小孔径来增加孔的数目或增大孔间距都可提高腔体的屏蔽效能;屏蔽体内损耗因子越大,则对腔体内的谐振频率抑制效果越明显。通过与腔体内谐振频率理论值、数值方法结果的比对分析表明,修正和扩展的解析方法结果可信,且利于各参量对腔体屏蔽效能的分析,适用范围更广。  相似文献

We analyze photonic scattering on a trimer with PT symmetry, where the photon propagates in an array of cavities. In the system, a passive and an active cavity couple to another cavity without loss and gain simultaneously, which is in the middle of the cavity array. Such three cavities can be regarded as the scattering target coupling to the unlimited number of cavities from two directions respectively. Our approach is to use the Schrödinger equation to calculate the reflection coefficient and transmission coefficient, and then let photonic transmission spreads from gain or loss cavity. It shows that the scattering of the photon is closely associated with the PT symmetric characteristic of the dynamics of the system. The atom’s modulation on the photonic transmission is also investigated. We found that the scattering center can behave as a photonic switch, which could be used potentially to control the photonic transmission.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the influence of a finite cavity backing a finite panel on the transmission of sound through the panel and on the vibration of the panel. Such phenomena as negative transmission loss, combined panel and cavity resonance, coincidence and cavity resonance are readily identified from the final expressions. A graphical technique, first used in a one-dimensional study of this case, is shown to be applicable in the three dimensional case to predict frequencies of interest. The theoretical analysis is compared with experimental results and with the predictions of other workers.  相似文献

Modern optical communication system requires multiple channel transmission in different spectral band for different applications. Here we are proposing a microresonator structure for closely spaced, mode independent multiple channel transmission in 3rd transmission window by controlling the localization of photons in its cavity. To design the proposed structure, the spectral filtering properties of a single cavity planar microresonator are studied initially. In conventional multilayer dielectric filter, the localization of light in the microcavity is generally controlled by controlling the number of layers. Here we have shown that application of electric field across the structure, designed with suitable materials can also affect the localization of light in the cavity as well as the Q values of the transmission spectra. The mode independent characteristic of the structure is found from the study of its transmittance characteristics at different angle of incidence of light. It is found that the results of single cavity structure hold well for multicavity resonator structure also, in the regime of optical communication wavelength range. A method to increase the number of transmission channels is also proposed here keeping the fabrication perspective in mind.  相似文献

This paper compares various decentralised control strategies, including structural and acoustic actuator–sensor configuration designs, to reduce noise transmission through a double panel structure. The comparison is based on identical control stability indexes. The double panel structure consists of two panels with air in between and offers the advantages of low sound transmission at high frequencies, low heat transmission, and low weight. The double panel structure is widely used, such as in the aerospace and automotive industries. Nevertheless, the resonance of the cavity and the poor sound transmission loss at low frequencies limit the double panel's noise control performance. Applying active structural acoustic control to the panels or active noise control to the cavity has been discussed in many papers. In this paper, the resonances of the panels and the cavity are considered simultaneously to further reduce the transmitted noise through an existing double panel structure. A structural–acoustic coupled model is developed to investigate and compare various structural control and cavity control methods. Numerical analysis and real-time control results show that structural control should be applied to both panels. Three types of cavity control sources are presented and compared. The results indicate that the largest noise reduction is obtained with cavity control by loudspeakers modified to operate as incident pressure sources.  相似文献

An equivalent circuit model of millimeter wave second harmonic oscillator stabilized with a transmission cavity has been proposed for constructing analytical formulations between performance parameters of the oscillator and parameters of the circuit. The model consists of an equivalent circuit of fundamental wave and that of second harmonic wave. Each of the circuits comprises circuit models of main cavity, transmission waveguide, and transmission cavity. Absorbing material placed between the transmission waveguide and the transmission cavity can suppress additional resonances originated from transmission cavity. The behavior of the second harmonic oscillator can be effectively described by the circuit model. Furthermore, based on this model, mechanical tuning characteristics have been studied at first, and then analytical formulas for quality factor and efficiency depending on circuit parameters have been derived. The circuit parameters can be conveniently extracted by electromagnetic field simulation. Hence the formulas exhibit both compact form and enough accuracy. Thereafter, general rules of performance parameters varying with circuit parameters have been deduced for the harmonic oscillators. Then some design considerations have been derived according to the corresponding analysis. The equivalent circuit model is useful for designing and adjusting millimeter wave second harmonic stabilizing oscillator with a transmission cavity.  相似文献

讨论了理想和非理想情况下耦合腔阵列中两个最邻近的腔与Λ-型三能级原子非局域耦合系统中单光子的传输特性.运用准玻色子方法,精确地解出了开放系统中单光子的透射率.Λ-型三能级原子与耦合腔阵列非局域耦合系统具有更多的优点,如:该系统比其他系统调控光子传输特性的可调控参数更多;单光子在该系统中传输的透射谱有三个透射峰.此外,该系统还具有自身的特点,当拉比频率?取值给定之后,改变原子与其中一个腔的耦合强度时,光子的透射谱有一个透射率始终为1的定点,该点对应的光子频率为ω_c-?.在非理想情况下,系统耗散对光子的透射谱有着很大的影响.当只考虑原子耗散时,耗散使得光子透射谱的谷值增大,而峰值不变;当只考虑腔场耗散时,光子透射谱的峰值减小,而谷值不变.另外,随着腔场耗散率和腔的个数的增多,光子透射谱的峰值逐渐减小,但谷值始终不变.对比原子耗散和腔场耗散的情况可以发现,原子耗散使得光子不能被完全反射,而腔场耗散使得光子不能被完全透射.当同时考虑原子和腔场耗散时,光子透射谱谷值的大小不但会受原子耗散率大小的影响,也受腔场耗散率大小的影响,随着腔场耗散率的增大,谷值反而减小;而光子透射谱的峰值始终只受腔场耗散率大小和腔的个数的影响,与原子耗散率取值的大小无关.  相似文献

The author has published equations for predicting the air borne sound transmission of double leaf cavity walls due to the structure borne sound transmission across the air cavity via (possibly resilient) line connections, but has never published the full derivation of these equations. The author also derived equations for the case when the connections are rigid point connections but has never used them or published them or their derivations. This paper will present the full derivation of the author's theory of the air borne sound transmission of double leaf cavity walls due to the structure borne sound transmission across the air cavity via point or line connections which are modeled as four pole networks. The theoretical results will be compared with experimental results on wooden stud cavity walls from the National Research Council of Canada because the screw spacing is given for these results. This enables connections via studs and screws to be modeled as point connections and avoids the need to make any assumptions about the compliance of the equivalent point or line connections.  相似文献

We present a theoretical study of the propagation properties of polarized photons passing through the cavity with an anisotropic metamaterial. We find that the resonant peaks of transmission appear for photons polarized in a certain direction corresponding to a negative element of the permittivity tensor. This indicates the potential for applying such cavity structures as filters for photons with certain polarizations. The resonant peak of transmission for photons having a given frequency can be achieved by adjusting the thicknesses of the air and metamaterial. If the frequency of the incident photons and the thickness of the metamaterial are fixed, the cavity structure can be used as a photon switch controlled by the thickness of the air. The effect of the absorption is considered, and the result shows that the transmission peak always appears, even for metamaterials with large absorption. Finally, the polarization manipulation of such structures is explored.  相似文献
