摘    要:提出将光谱吸收型传感技术和Ring-down光学谐振腔理论相结合的设计思路,将吸收光强与气体含量之间的定量关系与Ring-down光学谐振腔理论有机结合起来,设计了基于Ring-down光学谐振腔理论的光学瓦斯(甲烷)气体传感器气体吸收腔,以解决传统瓦斯传感器因为气体的谱宽很窄而难以提高微弱信号检测精度和灵敏度的问题....
