研究了L-波段超荧光在光纤中的产生机理,设计了一种带光纤圈反射器的双级双程前向输出L-波段光源结构,通过对两级采用掺铒浓度不同的光纤并优化其长度及两级泵浦光功率,实验中获得了功率高达19.86mW(12.98dBm)、中心波长为1577.421nm的L-波段(1555-1620nm)超荧光光源。实现了低浓度掺铒光纤起诱导光及改善光谱的作用,高浓度光纤为主要发光源,采用光纤圈反射器提高了泵浦光的利用效率、光源的平坦度及稳定性。同时分析了结构中各个参量对光源各方面性能的影响,对光源的设计具有指导意义。 相似文献

大气中NO2的含量在10-9量级。研究了一种以发光二极管(LED)为光源的光纤耦合长光程差分吸收光谱(DOAS)系统,用于测量大气NO2。对比了四种不同类型和波段的蓝光LED,确定以中心波长451nm的CREE宝蓝LED为测量光源。在0.8km的测量光程、2min的测量时间分辨率的情况下,在445nm~465nm光谱反演波段内得到NO2的探测限为3.36×10-9。利用系统对大气NO2的浓度进行了一整天的连续观测,通过对吸收光谱的分析计算,反演出的大气NO2浓度在(7~31)×10-9之间变化。测量结果表明,将光纤耦合技术与LED光源的长光程DOAS系统相结合后,可实现大气NO2的高灵敏、高时间分辨率探测。 相似文献

瓣状光纤(SCF)由高折射率均匀芯层和高低折射率区域交替的皮层组成, 可有效地实现大纤芯单模运行。提出了采用复合纺丝法一步制备瓣状光纤。采用聚碳酸酯(PC)和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)成功地制备截面符合设计要求的聚合物瓣状光纤。所制光纤的纤芯直径为40 μm。并用白光作为光源, 考察了所制光纤在500~1000 nm波段范围的出射光谱。从出射光谱可以看出, 所制光纤在730~830 nm波段范围内透射率比较高。通过截断法对所得光纤在500~1000 nm波段范围的传输损耗进行测试, 结果表明所制光纤的传输损耗比较大, 最大为30 dB/m。采用532 nm绿色激光作为光源, 通过CCD采集60 cm所得光纤的光斑。 相似文献

空间遥感仪器的漫透射板受太阳真空紫外辐照而导致的半球透射率变化将影响仪器在轨辐射定标结果。分析了太阳紫外辐射光谱特点及漫透射板在轨工作的紫外辐照剂量,利用标准氘灯作为光源模拟太阳115~200nm的紫外光谱,在特定距离下对紫外熔石英漫透射板进行了辐照实验。太阳等效紫外辐照48h后,熔石英漫透射板半球透射率在250~1000nm波段产生了不同程度的衰减,其中,紫外波段半球透射率衰减程度略高,250nm处衰减约为3%,近红外波段衰减程度略低,1000nm处衰减约为1%,对漫透射板进行清洗后,半球透射率基本恢复到最初状态。实验结果初步表明,漫透射板表层污染是引起半球透射率衰减的主要因素,该结果将对空间遥感仪器太阳漫透射板防护、在轨定标与衰减修正具有重要意义。 相似文献

提到荧光粉光转化(Phosphor-converted,PC)类型的光源,人们熟悉的是白光照明或近红外波段的光源,而对紫外波段PC光源的概念比较陌生。本文基于蓝光激发的上转换发光现象,提出了一个新型PC紫外光源的概念。首先选取Lu_2Pr_(0.01)Gd_(0.99)Al_2Ga_3O_(12)上转换荧光粉为展示材料,该材料在450 nm激光辐照下发射位于313 nm的紫外线。随后,采用刮涂工艺将该荧光粉材料制备成荧光陶瓷薄膜。通过蓝光远程激发荧光粉层的方法对荧光薄膜的紫外发射进行了成像演示。目前来看,尽管这个PC设计的光转换效率并不高,但光谱和成像实验显示了其作为紫外光源的可行性。该设计可以为明亮环境下的紫外示踪或指示等应用提供选择。 相似文献

针对由YDFL和EDFL作为基频光源的QPM-DFG激光系统,利用PPMgLN晶体的色散关系及其温度特性,有效拓宽了QPM波长接受带宽.模拟结果表明,当采用1550和1060 nm波段的EDFL和YDFL分别作为DFG的信号和抽运光源时,对于相同的中红外波段,满足QPM条件所允许的抽运光波长变化范围远大于信号光波长变化范围.当固定信号光波长为1560 nm时,对于给定的晶体温度,1060 nm波段抽运光的QPM接受带宽超过17 nm,对应于中红外差频光带宽可约180 nm.采用多波长YDFL作为抽运源,单

A simple technique of pulse compression, based on the linear chirp compensation of self-phase modulation (SPM) spectra in dispersion shifted fibers, is demonstrated. The optimization procedure is carried out, for a short span of a single-mode fiber, using a parabolic law, which describes the behavior of the squared output pulse width versus the pump peak power in the case of Gaussian pulses. The experimental results give a minimum pulse duration of 233 fs, which is in good agreement with the model. Shorter and coherent pulses, down to 90 fs, have been obtained by inserting an interference filter at the optical output. 相似文献

We experimentally demonstrate amplitude squeezed soliton utilizing intensity-dependent self-phase modulation in an asymmetric Sagnac interferometer.The system.whose components are connected via ferrule connector/physical connection(FC/PC)fiber connectors,constitutes all-fiber configuration to generate squeezed soliton.Soliton amplitude reduction measured by homodyne detection is near 4.0 dB below the shot-noise level.Optimal squeezing fields in both simple and compact all-fiber configuration are obtained. 相似文献

The(2 1)-dimensional nonlinear Schr(o)dinger(NLS)equation with spatially inhomogeneous nonlinearities is investigated,which describes propagation of light in(2 1)-dimensional nonlinear optical media with inhomogeneous nonlinearities.New types of optical modes and nonlinear effects in optical media are presented numerically.The results reveal that the regular split of beam can be obtained in (2 1)-dimensional nonlinear optical media with inhomogeneous nonlinearities,by adjusting the guiding parameter.Furthermore,the stability of beam regular split is discussed numerically,and the results reveal that the beam regular split is stable to the finite initial perturbations. 相似文献

In the real-world application of face recognition system, owing to the difficulties of collecting samples or storage space of systems, only one sample image per person is stored in the system, which is so-called one sample per person problem. Moreover, pose and illumination have impact on recognition performance. We propose a novel pose and illumination robust algorithm for face recognition with a single training image per person to solve the above limitations. In a capillary discharge experiment for the neon-like argon lasing, we have proposed an experimental scheme to verify that the multi-spike of X-ray diode (XRD) signal is a multi-pulse laser or is a reflection of the laser pulse in the XRD.The ceramic capillary has an inner diameter of 3mm and a length of 200mm.At the gas pressure of 28Pa and discharge current of 27kA, stable lasing has been realized.The experimental results prove that the multi-spike of XRD signal is a reflection of the electromagnetic signal produced by the laser pulse in the XRD.The improved electrocircuit scheme of the XRD to minimize the reflection phenomena is also found. 相似文献

During the design process of Blu-ray disc optical pick-up (BD OPU), the optical system and the collimator lens design is especially important. This paper designs an optical system and some lenses for the BD OPU, including collimator lens, beam shaping lens for laser beam shaping, and cylinder lens for signal detecting. In this OPU, we use a triplet lens to collimate the laser beam. At the same time, we build a series of assembly jigs to make sure that each lens can be put into the OPU basement properly. Two vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers(VCSELs) are mutually coupled through a partially transparent mirror (PTM) placed in the pathway. The PTM plays the role of external mirror,which controls the feedback strength and coupling strength.We numerically simulate this system by establishing a visible SIMULINK model.The results demonstrate that the anticipation synchronization is achieved and it can tolerate some extent frequency detuning.Moreover,the system shows similar chaos-pass filtering effect on unidirectionally coupled system even both VCSELs are modulated.This system allows simultaneously bidirectional secure message transmission on public channels. 相似文献
