介绍在研制软X光激光用多层膜反射镜中发展起来的一套设计方法。给出了这类反射镜在现阶段所研究的部分X光激光波长下的设计结果。利用波动光学迭代方法模拟计算了反射镜的性能,并讨论了膜厚控制误差、表(界)面粗糙度等对性能的影响。 相似文献

In this paper we have reviewed our achievements in soft X-ray and extreme ultraviolet (EUV) optics. Up to now, the research
system of soft X-ray and EUV optics has been established, including light sources, detectors, calibrations, optical testing
and machining of super smooth mirrors, and fabrications of multilayer film mirrors. Based on our achievements, we have developed
two types of solar space telescopes for the soft X-ray and EUV space solar observations. One is an EUV multilayer normal incident
telescope array including 4 different operation wavelength telescopes. The operation wavelengths of the EUV telescope are
13.0, 17.1, 19.5 and 30.4 nm. The other is a complex space solar telescope, which is composed of an EUV multilayer normal
incident telescope and a soft X-ray grazing incident telescope. The EUV multilayer normal incident telescope stands in the
central part of the soft X-ray grazing incident telescope. The normal incident telescope and the grazing incident telescope

软X射线平焦场光栅光谱仪是等离子体诊断的重要仪器,其核心光学元件全息平焦场光栅通常采用非球面波记录光路制作,因此光栅条纹存在弯曲的现象.光栅条纹的弯曲会影响光谱成像质量,从而影响系统的光谱分辨率.记录光路的优化,只保证光栅子午面的线密度分布,因此优化的记录光路并不是惟一的,所以在保证子午面的线密度分布的同时能制作具有不同弯曲程度条纹的光栅.针对应用于0.8—6 nm的全息平焦场光栅,利用光线追迹方法分析了不同弯曲程度条纹光栅的光谱成像,发现采用柱面反射镜制作的接近于直条纹的光栅具有较好的光谱成像质量.相对于弯曲条纹的光栅,接近于直条纹的光栅理论光谱分辨率有明显的提高,入射波长为3 nm时,光谱分辨率从626提升到953,入射波长为5 nm时,光谱分辨率从635提高到1222. 相似文献

为了获得光学性质均匀的大面积软X射线多层膜,必须控制好周期结构中单层膜的厚度均匀性。为此建立了磁控溅射薄膜沉积技术中单层膜厚度均匀性的分析和控制模型,解释了基底变速转动法可用来获得膜厚均匀的多层膜,并根据理论分析获得了基底的变速路径。将其应用于基底公转速度变速法来制备均匀性可控的大面积Mo/Si软X射线多层膜。小角X射线衍射测试结果表明,采用优化后的变速路径制备的多层膜,样品不同位置的各级次衍射峰位都能很好吻合,说明多层膜的周期厚度基本一致。计算表明该方法在直径200mm范围内可将周期结构中Mo层的不均匀性从20.6%修正到1.1%,Si层的不均匀性从27.0%修正到1.6%。 相似文献

The theoretical and technique results of a 1D focusing linear Bragg–Fresnel optics working at 18 nm X-ray radiation are given in the present paper. A theoretical method describing its optical performances is introduced briefly, the parameters of the diffraction pattern are presented. The preparation of multilayer mirrors, the decision of X-ray absorber layer thickness and the fabrication process of the diffraction pattern are described. The studied results of thermal and chemical stabilities for Mo/Si multilayer structure are shown. Some measured results for the 1D focusing linear Bragg–Fresnel optics are given. 相似文献
