基于裂变中子(252Cf)对裂变链(235U系统)依存关系,在对252Cf中子裂变信号的测量原理及信号特点分析基础上,开展了基于支持向量机的中子裂变信号时频特征分析及识别研究工作。采用小波分解和去噪小波包分解方法,提取不同状态下随机核信号的时频能量特征,借助于统计学习理论的支持向量机(SVM)分类器原理进行训练和分类。研究结果表明:通过直接小波分解或去噪小波包分解,以获取核信号特征的方法是有效的;去噪小波包分解特征提取方式,较之直接小波分解特征提取方式更能反映中子裂变核系统的内部特征和规律;基于SVM核信号样本的分类,训练后的SVM分类器有着大于70%以上的正确率,且较好地克服了训练样本数较少的问题,验证了方法的可行性和有效性。  相似文献

The self-mixing sensor based on Er3+–Yb3+ co-doped Distributed Bragg reflector fiber laser (EYDBR) has been demonstrated for detecting the effect of external objects scattering property on self-mixing signal. Results show that self-mixing interference inside fiber laser with short cavity length especially EYDBR fiber laser can keep high SNR with different types of scattering surfaces even the white print paper. Meanwhile, we have obtained a high and stable SNR at least 29.9 dB in measurements at incident angles smaller than 20°. In this way, the sensing system we demonstrate is suitable for vibration and displacement measurements, particularly for high-precision industrial measurements.  相似文献

在假定钻铤是光滑的提前下,前人理论模拟了随钻测井的声压波形,但未发表关于理论波形与实验波形的比较的文章。为了认识测量信号所对应的力学类型及相应类型的钻铤波在钻铤内的分布,本文将理论模拟的随钻声波测井波形与实验波形进行对比。与前人单独考虑压电效应或井孔传播效应不同,本文模拟单极随钻声波测井响应时,将发射器、接收器、光滑钻铤和井孔结构作为一个整体,采用有限元法计算模拟了电压源激励下接收器纪录的声压信号和位移信号。将模拟的声压波形与电压信号进行比较,发现二者的钻铤波与斯通利波相对幅值相差较大,而模拟的径向位移波形更接近电压信号。进一步比较理论波形与小模型井内实验测量到的电压信号,证实电压信号更接近位移信号而与声压信号差异明显。这表明当钻铤光滑时,单极随钻声波测井换能器感知的主要是径向位移信号。研究还表明声压信号中的钻铤波能量主要集中在钻铤内壁,径向位移信号中的钻铤波能量主要集中在钻铤外壁。  相似文献

对科学级电荷耦合器件(charge-coupled device, CCD)进行了质子和中子辐照试验及退火试验, 应用蒙特卡洛方法计算了质子和中子在CCD中的能量沉积, 分析了器件的辐射损伤机理. 仿真计算了N+埋层内沉积的位移损伤剂量, 辐照与退火试验过程中主要考察暗信号的变化规律. 研究结果显示, 质子与中子辐照均会引发暗信号退化, 其退化的规律与位移损伤剂量变化一致; 退火后, 质子辐照所致CCD暗信号大幅度恢复, 其体暗信号增加量占总暗信号增加量的比例最多为22%; 中子辐照引发的暗信号增长主要为体暗信号. 质子和中子在N+埋层产生相同位移损伤剂量的情况下, 两者导致的体暗信号增长量相同, 质子与中子辐照产生的体缺陷对体暗信号增长的贡献是同质的.  相似文献

Self-mixing interferometry (SMI) has been used to measure the distance and displacement. Although the principle of self-mixing interference is different conventional interference, we concluded that FFT analysis technique could also be used to detect the signal phase and increase the measurement precision of self-mixing interferometry.First the SMI signal is obtained by feeding the light from the target to cavity of laser diode, then it is pre-processed by an analog subtraction circuit to remove the overlapped output intensity due to the injection current modulation. Finally, SMI signal is analyzed by FFT phase detection method. Theoretical analysis and simulation calculations are presented. Experimentally, displacement of a PZT-driven target was measured with a precision of λ/50.  相似文献

The amplification of the input signal beam in two-wave mixing experiments with photorefractive Bi12SiO20 crystals is achieved when an additional phase shift is established between the photoinduced index modulation (phase volume hologram) and the incident fringe pattern. This stationary phase shift is introduced by either moving the crystal or the interference fringes at a constant speed. The transferred intensity is measured versus the applied electric field, fringe spacing and crystal velocity. The crystallographic orientation and the relative displacement with respect to the applied electric field polarity determine the amplitude of the energy transfer. For the first time in this crystal, signal beam amplification is reached for an applied field E0 > 8 kV cm?1 and a crystal or fringe displacement speed around 5 μm s?1 at the green line (λ = 514 nm) of an argon laser.  相似文献

线性调频(LFM)信号目标的方位估计是水声探测研究的重要内容,在进行方位估计时,若存在强干扰信号源与强背景噪声,阵元接收信号的信噪比会显著降低,严重影响LFM信号目标方位估计结果的准确性.针对该问题,提出了一种简明分数阶滤波方法,并将其与常规波束形成方法(CBF)相结合来实现低信噪比条件下LFM信号目标的方位估计.简明分数阶傅里叶变换能在正交角度上将LFM信号的能量聚集在特定频点处并形成明显的能量峰,利用该特性,可对阵列各阵元接收的低信噪比LFM信号在简明分数阶域聚集的能量峰进行最佳滤波,以滤除干扰信息及背景噪声.对滤波输出进行逆简明分数阶傅里叶变换可得到增强信干比和信噪比的阵元域信号,进一步用于目标方位估计,就能获得更加准确的目标方位。数值仿真结果和海试实验数据处理结果验证表明,本文所提出的方法可有效抑制干扰和背景噪声,并对低信噪比LFM信号进行准确、稳健的方位估计。   相似文献

对某国产0.5 μm工艺制造的互补金属氧化物半导体有源像素传感器进行了10 MeV质子辐射试验, 当辐射注量达到预定注量点时, 采用离线的测试方法, 定量测试了器件暗信号的变化情况. 试验结果表明, 随着辐射注量的增加暗信号迅速增大. 采用MULASSIS (multi-layered shielding simulation software)软件计算了电离损伤剂量和位移损伤剂量, 在与γ辐射试验数据对比的基础上, 结合器件结构和工艺参数, 建立了分离质子辐射引起的电离效应和位移效应理论模型, 深入分析了器件暗信号的退化机理. 研究结果表明, 对该国产器件而言, 电离效应导致的表面暗信号和位移效应导致的体暗信号对整个器件暗信号退化的贡献大致相当.  相似文献

对给定的英语音素、单词和语句进行了采集并完成预处理. 分别应用互信息法和Cao 氏法确定了实际采集的语音信号序列的延迟时间和嵌入维数, 以完成语音序列的相空间重构. 通过计算实际采集的语音信号序列的最大Lyapunov指数, 完成了语音信号的混沌特性识别, 判定其具有混沌特性. 引入Volterra级数, 提出了一种具有显式结构的语音信号非线性预测模型. 为克服最小均方误差算法在Volterra模型系数更新时固有的缺点, 在最小二乘法基础上, 应用基于后验误差假设的可变收敛因子技术, 构建了一种基于Davidon-Fletcher-Powell算法的二阶Volterra 模型(DFPSOVF), 并将其应用于具有混沌特性的语音信号序列预测. 仿真结果表明: DFPSOVF非线性预测模型对于单帧和多帧语音信号均具有更好的预测精度, 优于线性预测模型, 并且能够很好地反映语音序列变化的趋势和规律, 完全可以满足语音预测的要求; 可以根据语音信号序列的嵌入维数选取预测模型的记忆长度. 所提出模型可以为语音信号重构和压缩编码开辟一条新途径, 以改善语音信号处理方法的复杂度和处理效果.  相似文献

The Water Cherenkov Detector Array(WCDA) is one of the core detectors in the Large High Altitude Air Shower Observatory(LHAASO),and it consists of 3600 photomultiplier tubes(PMTs).Both high resolution time and charge measurement are required over a large dynamic range from 1 photoelectron(P.E.) to 4000 P.E.The prototype of an analogue front-end Application Specific Integrated Circuit(ASIC) fabricated using Global Foundry 0.35 μm CMOS technology is designed to read out the PMT signal in the WCDA.This ASIC employs leading edge discrimination and an(RC)~4 shaping structure.Combined with the following Time-to-Digital Converter(TDC) and Analog-to-Digital Converter(ADC),both the arrival time and charge of the PMT signal can be measured.Initial test results indicate that time resolution is better than 350 ps and charge resolution is better than 10% at 1 P.E.and better than 1% with large input signals(300 P.E.to 4000 P.E.).Besides,this ASIC has a good channel-to-channel isolation of more than 84 dB and the temperature dependency of charge measurement is less than 5% in the range 0-50°C.  相似文献

Data from HERA, LEP and the Tevatron as well as from low energy experiments are used to constrain the Yukawa couplings for scalar and vector leptoquarks in the Buchmüller–Rückl–Wyler effective model. In the limit of very high leptoquark masses constraints on the coupling to the mass ratio are derived using the contact-interaction approximation. For finite masses the coupling limits are studied as a function of the leptoquark mass. Some leptoquark models are found to describe the existing experimental data much better than the standard model. The increase in the global probability observed for models including or leptoquark production/exchange corresponds to an effect of more than . Assuming that a real leptoquark signal is observed, the allowed region in the –M plane is calculated. The leptoquark signal mostly results from the new data on the atomic parity violation in cesium, but is also supported by recent LEP2 measurements, unitarity violation in the CKM matrix and HERA high- results. PurposeThe dependence of the direction-averaged diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) signal in brain was studied as a function of b-value in order to help elucidate the relationship between diffusion weighting and brain microstructure.MethodsHigh angular resolution diffusion imaging (HARDI) data were acquired from two human volunteers with 128 diffusion-encoding directions and six b-value shells ranging from 1000 to 6000 s/mm2 in increments of 1000 s/mm2. The direction-averaged signal was calculated for each shell by averaging over all diffusion-encoding directions, and the signal was plotted as a function of b-value for selected regions of interest. As a supplementary analysis, similar methods were also applied to retrospective DWI data obtained from the human connectome project (HCP), which includes b-values up to 10,000 s/mm2.ResultsFor all regions of interest, a simple power law relationship accurately described the observed dependence of the direction-averaged signal as a function of the diffusion weighting. In white matter, the characteristic exponent was 0.56 ± 0.05, while in gray matter it was 0.88 ± 0.11. Comparable results were found with the HCP data.ConclusionThe direction-averaged DWI signal varies, to a good approximation, as a power of the b-value, for b-values between 1000 and 6000 s/mm2. The exponents characterizing this power law behavior were markedly different for white and gray matter, indicative of sharply contrasting microstructural environments. These results may inform the construction of microstructural models used to interpret the DWI signal.  相似文献

In the process of the reconstruction of digital holography, the traditional methods of diffraction and filtration are commonly adopted to recover the original complex-wave signal. Influenced by twin-image and zero-order terms, the above-mentioned methods, however, either limit the field of vision or result in the loss of the amplitude and phase. A new method for complex-wave retrieval is presented, which is based on blind signal separation. Three frames of holograms are captured by a charge coupled device (CCD)camera to form an observation signal. The term containing only amplitude and phase of complex-wave is separated, by means of independent component analysis, from the observation signal, which effectively eliminates the zero-order term. Finally, the complex-wave retrieval of pure phase wavefront is achieved.Experimental results show that this method can better recover the amplitude and phase of the original complex-wave even when there is a frequency spectrum mixture in the hologram.  相似文献

A new physical effect lying in the generation of an electrical signal (ES) upon the interaction of IR laser radiation with the water surface at a laser fluences lower than the plasma formation threshold is studied. An ES amplitude exceeding 15 V is detected. A one-to-one relationship between the observed effect and the bulk explosive boiling of water is established, and a qualitative interpretation is proposed. In the case of irradiation of an open surface, the ES is generated due to bulk explosive boiling accompanied by the evacuation and splashing of the surface layer, the destruction of the double electric layer on the surface, and the spread of an electrified vapor-drop mixture (balloelectric effect). When the surface is covered with a transparent plate, ES generation can be caused by the charge separation upon the detachment of the water surface from the plate by a vapor bubble resulting from boiling and the displacement of the charged water surface upon the expansion and contraction of the bubble.  相似文献

相比于传统信号,梳状谱具有更好的混响抑制能力,但其容易产生多普勒测速模糊。为了解决这一问题,设计了一种新的几何梳状谱信号,通过分析测速模糊产生的原因,在传统频点计算方法的基础上,利用在信号频点计算中加入一组抗多普勒频率间隔的方法,以降低频点的重合。仿真分析证明,提出的梳状谱信号设计方法有效的减少了速度搜索时频谱重叠的程度,无论在噪声还是混响限制条件下均可以获得一个明显的输出峰值,避免了测速模糊的问题,可以获得比传统信号更好的检测性能。  相似文献

We have developed a fetal movement monitoring system based on small displacement measurement of internal tissues. When ultrasonic pulses are transmitted to the fetus, the reflected ultrasonic waves which have a Doppler frequency shift due to the fetal movements are detected by using an ultrasonic pulsed Doppler technique. In this paper, we propose a displacement measurement method for internal tissues which is based on the Doppler signal digital detection technique. In the method, the received ultrasonic RF signals are sampled with a sampling frequency of four times higher than the centre frequency of the ultrasonic waves; the Doppler frequency shift signals are derived using digital signal processing. From the detected signals, the internal displacements are estimated using the arc-tangent method. The basic algorithm of the detection method has already been used in the area of blood flow sensing, however, we apply the algorithm to the displacement measurement of internal tissues. The comparison between the proposed method and the conventional method is presented. The fetal movement quantitative monitoring system based on the method which has been constructed is shown.  相似文献

The effects of signal spectrum varying on signal processing by the method of parameter-induced stochastic resonance (PSR) are investigated. For a binary signal with a smooth power spectral density (PSD), when the PSD curve becomes sharper and narrower, the performance of the nonlinear system via PSR is better. For a multi-frequency signal formed by sine waves with different frequencies, the larger the signal spectral density is, the lower the ability of the PSR system processing signal is. And the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) gain of the PSR system is increased with the increasing height of the spectral line. Moreover, with the method of PSR, the stochastic signal (the combination of sine waves and noise) improvement is obvious. The results obtained via this method are superior to those with a linear filter.  相似文献

A mathematical model is proposed for a frequency-modulated signal in the form of a system of Gaussian peaks randomly distributed in time. An analytic expression is obtained for continuous wavelet transform (CWT) of the model signal. For signals with time-varying sequence of peaks, the main ridge of the skeleton characterized by frequency ν max MFB (t) is analyzed. The value of ν max MFB (t) is determined for any instant t from the condition of the CWT maximum in the spectral range of the main frequency band (MFB). Double CWT of function ν max MFB (t) is calculated for a frequency-modulated signal with a transition regions of smooth frequency variation (trend) as well as with varying frequency oscillations relative to the trend. The duration of transition periods of the signal is determined using spectral integrals E ν(t). The instants of emergence and decay of low-frequency spectral components of the signal are determined. The double CWT method can be used for analyzing cardiac rhythms and neural activity, as well as nonstationary processes in quantum radio physics and astronomy.  相似文献
