利用热场动力学及相干热态表象理论,重构了有限温度下介观RLC电路的Wigner函数,研究了有限温度下介观RLC电路的量子涨落.借助于Weyl-Wigner理论讨论了有限温度下介观RLC电路Wigner函数的边缘分布,并进一步阐明了Wigner函数边缘分布统计平均的物理意义.结果表明:有限温度下介观RLC电路中电荷和电流的量子涨落随着温度和电阻值的增加而增加,回路中的电荷和电流之间存在着压缩效应,这种量子效应是由于系统零点振动的涨落而引起的;有限温度下介观RLC电路Wigner函数边缘分布的统计平均正好是储存在介观RLC电路中电容和电感上的能量. 相似文献

We study the quantum effects of a damped LC parallel circuit considering its different performance from an RLC series circuit in classical physics. The damped LC parallel circuit with a source is quantized and the quantum fluctuations of magnetic flux and electric charge in the circuit in displaced squeezed Fock state are investigated. It is shown that, as in the RLC series circuit, the fluctuations only depend on the squeezing parameter and the parameters of the circuit components in the damped LC parallel circuit, but the effects of the circuit components on the fluctuations are different in the two circuits. 相似文献

Taking into consideration the interactions between electrons and phonons,we have studied the temporal evolution of the average charge and current in a dissipative mesoscopic RLC circuit.Our results show that a mesoscopic RLC circuit can be treated as an interactive system between an electromagnetic harmonic oscillator and many lattice harmonic oscillators;this is called the bathing of the harmonic oscillators.The results also show that the quantum equation of motion of the linear mesoscopic RLC circuit is identical in form to its classical equation of motion,the only difference between them being their respective meanings.In order to thoroughly study the quantum properties of a dissipative mesoscopic circuit,we have to consider not only the electromagnetic energy of the circuit,but also the crystal lattice vibration energy and the interactive energy between electrons and phonons. 相似文献

By using the charge and current in a quantization resistance-inductance-capacitance (RLC) electric circuit, we construct a pair of canonical variables. Using this pair of variables and the thermal field dynamics, we obtain the fluctuations of charge and current in the RLC electric circuit at finite temperatures. This paper models the dielectric corona pre-ionization, capacitor transfer type of flat-plane transmission line traveling wave transverse excited atmospheric pressure nitrogen laser by a non-linear lumped RLC electric circuit. The flat-plane transmission line and the pre-ionizer dielectric are modeled by a lumped linear RLC and time-dependent non-linear RC circuit, respectively. The main discharge region is considered as a time-dependent non-linear RLC circuit where its resistance value is also depends on the radiated pre-ionization ultra violet (UV) intensity. The UV radiation is radiated by the resistance due to the surface plasma on the pre-ionizer dielectric. The theoretical predictions are in a very good agreement with the experimental observations. The electric circuit equations (including the ionization rate equations), the equations of laser levels population densities and propagation equation of laser intensities, are solved numerically. As a result, the effects of pre-ionizer dielectric parameters on the electrical behavior and output laser intensity are obtained. 相似文献
