In range-resolved reflective tomography laser radar imaging system, for accurate image reconstruction, all projections must be aligned to the center of target rotation. Due to the unknown location of the axis of rotation and random target translation, the center of target rotation in each projection cannot be measured accurately and images reconstructed based on range-resolved projections without registration would be dislocated. Here, we apply a feature tracking method to align projections data for tomographic reconstruction in laboratory-scale laser radar imaging. The target was placed on a spin table with an unknown and fixed axis, and the oscillatory motion of the target translation was simulated by a second order inertia filter to accord with the real satellites vibrations. The experimental simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of this method to improve images reconstruction equality. The application of this method to actual radar imaging in remote distance was discussed and the differences were compared with the lab setups.  相似文献

谱域光学相干层析(spectral domain optical coherence tomography, 简记为SD-OCT)系统的轴向点扩散函数(point spread function, 简记为PSF)并不具备空不变特性,无法直接应用于解卷积运算.为实现SD-OCT系统成像质量基于解卷积算法的优化,本文采用数值校正后的轴向扫描信号和轴向有效PSF来实施基于Lucy-Richardson算法的解卷积运算,进而实现了SD-OCT系统中图像质量尤其是轴向分辨率的改善.本文理论分析了SD-OCT系统中导致轴向有效PSF随成像深度增大而下降和图像模糊的因素,阐述了利用解卷积算法实现图像质量优化的过程,基于建立的SD-OCT系统实施了不同成像深度位置处PSF的标定,并利用离散轴向位置处PSF的峰值拟合了轴向有效PSF的调制函数.利用调制函数对所有轴向扫描信号进行数值校正,然后根据轴向有效PSF进行解卷积算法.典型样品的解卷积图像重建结果表明,提出的解卷积方法能有效提高系统的轴向分辨率,同时有效抑制系统灵敏度随成像深度增大而下降的趋势. 关键词: 谱域光学相干层析 Lucy-Richardson解卷积 有效点扩散函数  相似文献

Two strategies for the optimization of centric scan SPRITE (single point ramped imaging with T1 enhancement) magnetic resonance imaging techniques are presented. Point spread functions (PSF) for the centric scan SPRITE methodologies are numerically simulated, and the blurring manifested in a centric scan SPRITE image through PSF convolution is characterized. Optimal choices of imaging parameters and k-space sampling scheme are predicted to obtain maximum signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) while maintaining acceptable image resolution. The point spread function simulation predictions are verified experimentally. The acquisition of multiple FID points following each RF excitation is described and the use of the Chirp z-Transform algorithm for the scaling of field of view (FOV) of the reconstructed images is illustrated. Effective recombination of the rescaled images for SNR improvement and T*2 mapping is demonstrated.  相似文献

The relationship between noise variance and spatial resolution in grating-based x-ray phase computed tomography(PCT) imaging is investigated with reverse projection extraction method, and the noise variances of the reconstructed absorption coefficient and refractive index decrement are compared. For the differential phase contrast method, the noise variance in the differential projection images follows the same inverse-square law with spatial resolution as in conventional absorption-based x-ray imaging projections. However, both theoretical analysis and simulations demonstrate that in PCT the noise variance of the reconstructed refractive index decrement scales with spatial resolution follows an inverse linear relationship at fixed slice thickness, while the noise variance of the reconstructed absorption coefficient conforms with the inverse cubic law. The results indicate that, for the same noise variance level, PCT imaging may enable higher spatial resolution than conventional absorption computed tomography(ACT), while ACT benefits more from degraded spatial resolution. This could be a useful guidance in imaging the inner structure of the sample in higher spatial resolution.  相似文献

反射层析激光成像雷达只能获得目标的二维轮廓像,不能对平面目标进行成像。报道了聚束模式下的非相干合成孔径激光成像雷达实验,在这种成像模式下,可以对二维平面目标进行图像重构。采用侧视观察的模式获取目标的角度-距离-强度信息,然后通过滤波反投影实现平面目标的图像重建,并进行了计算机仿真,证明了实验结果的正确性。该系统作为非相干合成孔径激光雷达的一种,实现了区别于目标轮廓的二维成像,具有一定的实际意义和使用价值。  相似文献

A new single-frame blind deconvolution algorithm for the linear shift-invariant imaging system is presented. The algorithm processes the partial images segmented from one single degraded image by multi-frame approach to recover the point spread function (PSF). Then a deconvolution method is employed to restore the whole image with the recovered PSF. In addition, in order to improve the fidelity and resolution of the recovered PSF, the coprimeness of the partial images is utilized. Results of simulated and real atmospheric turbulence degraded images using the algorithm are reported.  相似文献

Retinal imaging often suffers from blurring aberrations. With knowledge of the blurring point spread function (PSF), better images can be reconstructed by deconvolution techniques. We demonstrate a method to enhance the contrast of retinal cells by estimating the ocular PSF. This is done by finding the cells' positions and their intensity distributions and using these as a model for the image. The feasibility of this method is demonstrated by Wiener deconvolution both for adaptively and nonadaptively corrected images.  相似文献

Continuous wave electron paramagnetic resonance imaging (EPRI) of living biological systems requires rapid acquisition and visualization of free radical images. In the commonly used multiple-stage back-projection image reconstruction algorithm, the EPR image cannot be reconstructed until a complete set of projections is collected. If the data acquisition is incomplete, the previously acquired incomplete data set is no longer useful. In this work, a 3-dimensional progressive EPRI technique was implemented based on inverse Radon transform in which a 3-dimensional EPR image is acquired and reconstructed gradually from low resolution to high resolution. An adaptive data acquisition strategy is proposed to determine the significance of projections and acquire them in an order from the most significant to the least significant. The image acquisition can be terminated at any time if further collection of projections does not improve the image resolution distinctly, providing flexibility to trade image quality with imaging time. The progressive imaging technique was validated using computer simulations as well as imaging experiments. The adaptive acquisition uses 50-70% less projections as compared to the regular acquisition. In conclusion, adaptive data acquisition with progressive image reconstruction should be very useful for the accelerated acquisition and visualization of free radical distribution.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate the diffraction tomography for quantitative imaging damages of partly through-thickness holes with various shapes in isotropic plates by using converted and non-converted scattered Lamb waves generated numerically. Finite element simulations are carried out to provide the scattered wave data. The validity of the finite element model is confirmed by the comparison of scattering directivity pattern(SDP) of circle blind hole damage between the finite element simulations and the analytical results. The imaging method is based on a theoretical relation between the one-dimensional(1D) Fourier transform of the scattered projection and two-dimensional(2D) spatial Fourier transform of the scattering object. A quantitative image of the damage is obtained by carrying out the 2D inverse Fourier transform of the scattering object. The proposed approach employs a circle transducer network containing forward and backward projections, which lead to so-called transmission mode(TMDT) and reflection mode diffraction tomography(RMDT),respectively. The reconstructed results of the two projections for a non-converted S0 scattered mode are investigated to illuminate the influence of the scattering field data. The results show that Lamb wave diffraction tomography using the combination of TMDT and RMDT improves the imaging effect compared with by using only the TMDT or RMDT. The scattered data of the converted A0 mode are also used to assess the performance of the diffraction tomography method. It is found that the circle and elliptical shaped damages can still be reasonably identified from the reconstructed images while the reconstructed results of other complex shaped damages like crisscross rectangles and racecourse are relatively poor.  相似文献

为了提高数字全息成像系统的成像分辨力,对以球面波作为参考光波的预放大数字全息成像系统的记录和再现过程进行了理论推导,得出了该系统的脉冲响应表达式,并由此分析了决定该系统成像分辨力的因素。在CCD成像分辨力高于显微物镜分辨力的情况下,通过对分辨力测试板进行实验,讨论了系统分辨力与记录距离的关系。结果表明:再现像的分辨力对记录距离不敏感;但在记录距离为零,即像面数字全息系统下,再现像具有更高的分辨力。实验结果与理论分析一致。  相似文献

在X光编码孔径成像系统中,系统的点扩散函数决定成像系统的成像质量。由于系统的点扩散函数可用来求解系统的传递函数,并可由此制作实现图像重构的滤波器,因此点扩散函数的精确程度直接影响重构过程中图像的质量。本文以标量衍射理论为基础,从理论上推导出了衍射效应条件下编码孔径中圆环的点扩散函数,并将它用于制作光学系统的滤波器。最后利用Wiener滤波函数对编码重叠像的频谱分布进行滤波处理,再经过逆傅里叶变换得到了重构图像。  相似文献

在惯性约束聚变实验的过程诊断研究中,采用环形编码孔径成像技术可以同时获得高的空间分辨力和时间分辨力。获得高的空间分辨力的关键之一是如何准确地获得目标的点扩展函数。通常采用直接投影法。但这种方法忽略了X射线的衍射效应,因此限制了分辨力的提高。依据光的标量衍射理论,考虑X射线的衍射效应,导出了环形编码孔径的点扩展函数。并在此基础上制作了维纳滤波器。在激光等离子体重点实验室,用内直径为250μm,外直径为260μm的环形孔径板,对惯性约束聚变(ICF)的过程进行成像实验,得到了靶标的编码图像。采用以衍射为基础的维钠滤波器进行重构,获得的重构图像明显的优于用直接投影法得到的结果。  相似文献

In view of inherent speckle noise in medical images,a speckle reduction method was proposed based on an expectation-maximization(EM) framework.First,the real component of the in-phase/quadrature(I/Q) ultrasound image is extracted.Then,it is used to blindly estimate the point spread function(PSF) of the imaging system.Finally,based on the EM framework,an iterative algorithm alternating between the Wiener Filter and the anisotropic diffusion(AD) is exploited to produce despeckled images.The comparison experiment is carried out on both simulated and in vivo ultrasound images.It is shown that,with respect to the I/Q image,the proposed method averagely improves the speckle-signal-to-noise ratio(S-SNR) and the edge preservation index(β) of images by the factor of 1.94 and 7.52.Meanwhile,it averagely reduces the normalized mean-squared error(NMSE) by the factor of 3.95.The simulation and in vivo results indicates that the proposed method has a better overall performance than exited ones.  相似文献

为了解决水下激光距离选通图像成像过程中退化模型复杂的难题,提出了利用连续帧图像估计点扩散函数的距离选通超分辨成像方法。首先,从连续帧图像中选取一帧为参考帧作为初始清晰图像,下一帧图像为模糊图像,用梯度约束的方法求出点扩散函数,用于优化清晰图像;然后,依次将后续帧图像当作模糊图像与清晰图像交替迭代求取点扩散函数并优化更新清晰图像;最后获得的清晰图像与参考帧图像用乘法更新的方法估计点扩散函数,结合凸集投影法算法进行超分辨率成像重建。仿真实验结果表明,改进的算法重建图像分辨率和质量明显优于原始的算法。  相似文献

以星对星激光雷达成像为应用背景,提出了一种基于啁啾脉冲信号的反射层析成像处理方法,该方法通过激光雷达多角度回波非相干累积实现高分辨率的图像重构;分析了星对星反射层析成像的实现条件,包括成像分辨率、工作模式及成像时间.研究结果表明,采用本文所提出的成像方法,通过同轨道面的伴星探测方式可以满足激光雷达反射层析成像多角度探测的要求,在观测角度范围大于60°时能够得到0.1 m目标分辨率,角度范围越大,分辨率越高,且成像时间与卫星轨道半径和两星距离有关.实验验证了该方法的有效性和星对星反射层析成像的可行性.  相似文献

从理论上详细计算了在全内反射的条件下,两束入射光产生的隐失干涉场(即隐失驻波)的强度分布,并分析了其不同于传统传播波干涉场的特点。同时使用数值模拟证明了利用隐失干涉场,即隐失驻波的激发方式,可以提高系统的分辨力,在横向实现超经典分辨的荧光成像。具体的分析表明,两束光以相等的角度入射,同时振幅相等,偏振态相同,所形成干涉条纹的反衬度最高,此时成像系统的有效点扩展函数最优化;入射介质1的折射率越大,隐失干涉场的空间周期越短(空间频率越高),其对应的调制点扩展函数中心瓣的半峰全宽越小,可能分辨更小的物体,但同时旁瓣的强度也增强,最终成像的分辨力受两者的共同制约。  相似文献

 中子数字成像过程中,散射中子可降低像质致使提取样品的定量信息变得困难。针对该情况,分析了中子微光成像系统图像散射降质的原理,采用点扩展函数的叠加来表征散射中子引起图像降质的过程,借助于蒙特卡罗方法(MC)对点扩展函数进行模拟和建模,将点扩展函数描述为样品厚度以及样品到探测器距离为参量的解析函数,研究了点扩展函数的计算方法。研究结果表明,借助于MC方法构建系统的点扩展函数之解析函数,并利用该函数对中子图像进行散射校正,是一种行之有效的定量中子数字成像散射校正方法。  相似文献

为了解决全景成像技术中观察者位于观察区域之外看到的图像会存在失真的问题,提出了一种基于视差信息的计算机重构3D视图技术.利用3D场景中的物体点经过不同微透镜在元素图像中记录的视差信息,根据光学路径分析,对重构视图中的失真部分用其它元素图像中存在的同一物体点的匹配像素进行替代,从而得到无失真的3D视图.该技术能够在更宽的观察区域内产生3D图像.  相似文献
