提出了求解一类带一般凸约束的复合非光滑优化的信赖域算法 .和通常的信赖域方法不同的是 :该方法在每一步迭代时不是迫使目标函数严格单调递减 ,而是采用非单调策略 .由于光滑函数、逐段光滑函数、凸函数以及它们的复合都是局部Lipschitz函数 ,故本文所提方法是已有的处理同类型问题 ,包括带界约束的非线性最优化问题的方法的一般化 ,从而使得信赖域方法的适用范围扩大了 .同时 ,在一定条件下 ,该算法还是整体收敛的 .数值实验结果表明 :从计算的角度来看 ,非单调策略对高度非线性优化问题的求解非常有效  相似文献

基于J.M.Peng研究一类变分不等式问题(简记为VIP)时所提出的价值函数,本文提出了求解强单调的VIP的一个新的信赖域算法。和已有的处理VIP的信赖域方法不同的是:它在每步迭代时,不必求解带信赖域界的子问题,仅解一线性方程组而求得试验步。这样,计算的复杂性一般来说可降低。在通常的假设条件下,文中还证明了算法的整体收敛性。最后,在梯度是半光滑和约束是矩形域的假设下,该算法还是超线性收敛的。  相似文献

信赖域算法是求解无约束优化问题的一种有效的算法.对于该算法的子问题,本文将原来目标函数的二次模型扩展成四次张量模型,提出了一个带信赖域约束的四次张量模型优化问题的求解算法.该方法的最大特点是:不仅在张量模型的非稳定点可以得到下降方向及相应的迭代步长,而且在非局部极小值点的稳定点也可以得到下降方向及相应的迭代步长,从而在算法产生的迭代点列中存在一个子列收敛到信赖域子问题的局部极小值点.  相似文献

基于非单调线搜索技术和IMPBOT算法,提出了一个求解无约束优化问题的ODE型混合方法.该方法的主要特点是:为了求得试验步,该方法在每次迭代时不必求解带信赖域界的子问题,仅需要求解一线性方程组系统;当试验步不被接受时,该方法就执行改进的Wolfe-型非单调线搜索来获得下一个新的迭代点,从而避免了反复求解线性方程组系统. 在一定条件下,所提算法还是整体收敛和超线性收敛的. 数值试验结果表明该方法是有效的.  相似文献

本文提出了求解非线性方程组的一种新的全局收敛的Levenberg-Marquardt算法,即μk=ακ(θ||F_k|| (1-θ)||J_k~TF_k||),θ∈[0,1],其中ακ利用信赖域技巧来修正.在不必假设雅可比矩阵非奇异的局部误差界条件下,证明了该算法是全局收敛和局部二次收敛的.数值试验表明该算法能有效地求解奇异非线性方程组问题.  相似文献

基于信赖域技术,本文提出了一个求解带线性等式和非负约束优化问题的内点算法,其特点是:为了求得搜索方向,算法在每一步迭代时仅需要求解一线性方程组系统,从而避免了求解带信赖域界的子问题,然后利用非精确的Armijo线搜索法来得到下一个迭代内点. 从数值计算的观点来看,这种技巧可减少计算量.在适当的条件下,文中还证明了该算法所产生的迭代序列的每一个聚点都是原问题的KKT点.  相似文献

In this article, an ODE-based trust region filter algorithm for unconstrained optimization is proposed. It can be regarded as a combination of trust region and filter techniques with ODE-based methods. Unlike the existing trust-region-filter methods and ODE-based methods, a distinct feature of this method is that at each iteration, a reduced linear system is solved to obtain a trial step, thus avoiding solving a trust region subproblem. Under some standard assumptions, it is proven that the algorithm is globally convergent. Preliminary numerical results show that the new algorithm is efficient for large scale problems.  相似文献

In this paper, an interior point algorithm based on trust region techniques is proposed for solving nonlinear optimization problems with linear equality constraints and nonnegative variables. Unlike those existing interior-point trust region methods, this proposed method does not require that a general quadratic subproblem with a trust region bound be solved at each iteration. Instead, a system of linear equations is solved to get a search direction, and then a linesearch of Armijo type is performed in this direction to obtain a new iteration point. From a computational point of view, this approach may in general reduce a computational effort, and thus improve the computational efficiency. Under suitable conditions, it is proven that any accumulation of the sequence generated by the algorithm satisfies the first-order optimality condition.  相似文献

AbstractAn interior trust-region-based algorithm for linearly constrained minimization problems is proposed and analyzed. This algorithm is similar to trust region algorithms for unconstrained minimization: a trust region subproblem on a subspace is solved in each iteration. We establish that the proposed algorithm has convergence properties analogous to those of the trust region algorithms for unconstrained minimization. Namely, every limit point of the generated sequence satisfies the Krush-Kuhn-Tucker (KKT) conditions and at least one limit point satisfies second order necessary optimality conditions. In addition, if one limit point is a strong local minimizer and the Hessian is Lipschitz continuous in a neighborhood of that point, then the generated sequence converges globally to that point in the rate of at least 2-step quadratic. In this paper, a new trust region algorithm is proposed for solving unconstrained optimization problems. This method can be regarded as a combination of trust region technique, fixed step-length and ODE-based methods. A feature of this proposed method is that at each iteration, only a system of linear equations is solved to obtain a trial step. Another is that when a trial step is not accepted, the method generates an iterative point whose step-length is defined by a formula. Under some standard assumptions, it is proven that the algorithm is globally convergent and locally superlinear convergent. Preliminary numerical results are reported.  相似文献

信赖域法是一种保证全局收敛性的优化算法,为避免Hessian矩阵的计算,基于拟牛顿校正公式构造了求解带线性等式约束的非线性规划问题的截断拟牛顿型信赖域法.首先给出了截断拟牛顿型信赖域法的构造过程及具体步骤;然后针对随机用户均衡模型中变量和约束的特点对算法进行了修正,并将多种拟牛顿校正公式下所得结果与牛顿型信赖域法的结果进行了比较,结果发现基于对称秩1校正公式的信赖域法更为合适.最后基于数值算例结果得到了一些在算法编程过程中的重要结论,对其它形式信赖域法的编程实现具有一定的参考意义.  相似文献

This paper presents a hybrid trust region algorithm for unconstrained optimization problems. It can be regarded as a combination of ODE-based methods, line search and trust region techniques. A feature of the proposed method is that at each iteration, a system of linear equations is solved only once to obtain a trial step. Further, when the trial step is not accepted, the method performs an inexact line search along it instead of resolving a new linear system. Under reasonable assumptions, the algorithm is proven to be globally and superlinearly convergent. Numerical results are also reported that show the efficiency of this proposed method.  相似文献

In this paper we describe a projected gradient algorithm with trust region, introducing a nondifferentiable merit function for solving nonlinear constrained optimization problems. We show that this method is globally convergent even if conditions are weak. It is also proved that, when the strict complementarity condition holds, the proposed algorithm can be solved by an equality constrained problem, allowing locally rate of superlinear convergence.  相似文献

The image restoration problems play an important role in remote sensing and astronomical image analysis. One common method for the recovery of a true image from corrupted or blurred image is the least squares error (LSE) method. But the LSE method is unstable in practical applications. A popular way to overcome instability is the Tikhonov regularization. However, difficulties will encounter when adjusting the so-called regularization parameter a. Moreover, how to truncate the iteration at appropriate steps is also challenging. In this paper we use the trust region method to deal with the image restoration problem, meanwhile, the trust region subproblem is solved by the truncated Lanczos method and the preconditioned truncated Lanczos method. We also develop a fast algorithm for evaluating the Kronecker matrix-vector product when the matrix is banded. The trust region method is very stable and robust, and it has the nice property of updating the trust region automatically. This releases us from tedious fi  相似文献
