本对于全局优化问题提出一个改进的进化规划算法,该算法以概率p接收基于电磁理论求出合力方向作为随机搜索方向,以概率1-p接收按正态分布产生的随机搜索方向。改进算法不仅克服了传统进化规划算法随机搜索的盲目性,而且保留了传统进化规划算法全局搜索性。本算法应用于几个典型例题,数值结果表明本算法是可行的,有效的。  相似文献

提出了一个求解非线性半定规划的无罚函数无滤子序列二次半定规划(SSDP)算法. 算法每次迭代只需求解一个二次半定规划子问题确定搜索方向; 非单调线搜索保证目标函数或约束违反度函数的充分下降, 从而产生新的迭代点. 在适当的假设条件下, 证明了算法的全局收敛性. 最后给出了初步的数值实验结果.  相似文献

An Interior-Point Algorithm for Nonconvex Nonlinear Programming   总被引:11,自引:0,他引:11  
The paper describes an interior-point algorithm for nonconvex nonlinear programming which is a direct extension of interior-point methods for linear and quadratic programming. Major modifications include a merit function and an altered search direction to ensure that a descent direction for the merit function is obtained. Preliminary numerical testing indicates that the method is robust. Further, numerical comparisons with MINOS and LANCELOT show that the method is efficient, and has the promise of greatly reducing solution times on at least some classes of models.  相似文献

In this paper, a class of general nonlinear programming problems with inequality and equality constraints is discussed. Firstly, the original problem is transformed into an associated simpler equivalent problem with only inequality constraints. Then, inspired by the ideals of the sequential quadratic programming (SQP) method and the method of system of linear equations (SLE), a new type of SQP algorithm for solving the original problem is proposed. At each iteration, the search direction is generated by the combination of two directions, which are obtained by solving an always feasible quadratic programming (QP) subproblem and a SLE, respectively. Moreover, in order to overcome the Maratos effect, the higher-order correction direction is obtained by solving another SLE. The two SLEs have the same coefficient matrices, and we only need to solve the one of them after a finite number of iterations. By a new line search technique, the proposed algorithm possesses global and superlinear convergence under some suitable assumptions without the strict complementarity. Finally, some comparative numerical results are reported to show that the proposed algorithm is effective and promising.  相似文献

本文研究了求解半无限规划离散化问题(P)的一个新的算法.利用序列二次规划(SQP)两阶段方法和约束指标集的修正技术,提出了求解(P)的一个两阶段SQP算法.算法结构简单,搜索方向的计算成本较低.在适当的条件下,证明了算法具有全局收敛性.数值试验结果表明算法是有效的.推广了文献[4]中求解(P)的算法.  相似文献

We present a feasible directions algorithm, based on Lagrangian concepts, for the solution of the nonlinear programming problem with equality and inequality constraints. At each iteration a descent direction is defined; by modifying it, we obtain a feasible descent direction. The line search procedure assures the global convergence of the method and the feasibility of all the iterates. We prove the global convergence of the algorithm and apply it to the solution of some test problems. Although the present version of the algorithm does not include any second-order information, like quasi-Newton methods, these numerical results exhibit a behavior comparable to that of the best methods known at present for nonlinear programming. We describe a reduction algorithm for solving semi-infinite programming problems. The proposed algorithm uses the simulated annealing method equipped with a function stretching as a multi-local procedure, and a penalty technique for the finite optimization process. An exponential penalty merit function is reduced along each search direction to ensure convergence from any starting point. Our preliminary numerical results seem to show that the algorithm is very promising in practice.  相似文献

A subspace projected conjugate gradient method is proposed for solving large bound constrained quadratic programming. The conjugate gradient method is used to update the variables with indices outside of the active set, while the projected gradient method is used to update the active variables. At every iterative level, the search direction consists of two parts, one of which is a subspace trumcated Newton direction, another is a modified gradient direction. With the projected search the algorithm is suitable to large problems. The convergence of the method is proved and same numerical tests with dimensions ranging from 5000 to 20000 are given.  相似文献

In this paper, we present a sequential quadratically constrained quadratic programming (SQCQP) norm-relaxed algorithm of strongly sub-feasible directions for the solution of inequality constrained optimization problems. By introducing a new unified line search and making use of the idea of strongly sub-feasible direction method, the proposed algorithm can well combine the phase of finding a feasible point (by finite iterations) and the phase of a feasible descent norm-relaxed SQCQP algorithm. Moreover, the former phase can preserve the “sub-feasibility” of the current iteration, and control the increase of the objective function. At each iteration, only a consistent convex quadratically constrained quadratic programming problem needs to be solved to obtain a search direction. Without any other correctional directions, the global, superlinear and a certain quadratic convergence (which is between 1-step and 2-step quadratic convergence) properties are proved under reasonable assumptions. Finally, some preliminary numerical results show that the proposed algorithm is also encouraging.  相似文献

Efficient sequential quadratic programming (SQP) implementations are presented for equality-constrained, discrete-time, optimal control problems. The algorithm developed calculates the search direction for the equality-based variant of SQP and is applicable to problems with either fixed or free final time. Problem solutions are obtained by solving iteratively a series of constrained quadratic programs. The number of mathematical operations required for each iteration is proportional to the number of discrete times N. This is contrasted by conventional methods in which this number is proportional to N 3. The algorithm results in quadratic convergence of the iterates under the same conditions as those for SQP and simplifies to an existing dynamic programming approach when there are no constraints and the final time is fixed. A simple test problem and two application problems are presented. The application examples include a satellite dynamics problem and a set of brachistochrone problems involving viscous friction.  相似文献

We propose an algorithm for the constrained continuous minimax problem. The algorithm uses a quasi-Newton search direction, based on subgradient information, conditional on maximizers. The initial problem is transformed to an equivalent equality constrained problem, where the logarithmic barrier function is used to ensure feasibility. In the case of multiple maximizers, the algorithm adopts semi-infinite programming iterations toward epiconvergence. Satisfaction of the equality constraints is ensured by an adaptive quadratic penalty function. The algorithm is augmented by a discrete minimax procedure to compute the semi-infinite programming steps and ensure overall progress when required by the adaptive penalty procedure. Progress toward the solution is maintained using merit functions.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose an infeasible-interior-point algorithm for linear programning based on the affine scaling algorithm by Dikin. The search direction of the algorithm is composed of two directions, one for satisfying feasibility and the other for aiming at optimality. Both directions are affine scaling directions of certain linear programming problems. Global convergence of the algorithm is proved under a reasonable nondegeneracy assumption. A summary of analogous global convergence results without any nondegeneracy assumption obtained in [17] is also given.  相似文献

A globally convergent infeasible-interior-point predictor-corrector algorithm is presented for the second-order cone programming (SOCP) by using the Alizadeh- Haeberly-Overton (AHO) search direction. This algorithm does not require the feasibility of the initial points and iteration points. Under suitable assumptions, it is shown that the algorithm can find an -approximate solution of an SOCP in at most O(√n ln(ε0/ε)) iterations. The iteration-complexity bound of our algorithm is almost the same as the best known bound of feasible interior point algorithms for the SOCP.  相似文献

We propose an interior point method for large-scale convex quadratic programming where no assumptions are made about the sparsity structure of the quadratic coefficient matrixQ. The interior point method we describe is a doubly iterative algorithm that invokes aconjugate projected gradient procedure to obtain the search direction. The effect is thatQ appears in a conjugate direction routine rather than in a matrix factorization. By doing this, the matrices to be factored have the same nonzero structure as those in linear programming. Further, one variant of this method istheoretically convergent with onlyone matrix factorization throughout the procedure.  相似文献
