(h,ψ)-数学规划问题的必要条件

给出了（h,ψ）-η伪凸函数的概念，利用Ben-Tal广义代数运算讨论了它与η－伪凸函数之间的关系。当目标函数和约束函数均为（h,ψ）-可微函数时，在广义Slater约束规格下，得到了相应规划问题取得最优解的Kuhn-Tucker必要条件。     

非光滑（h,ψ）—半无限规划解的充分性和对偶性

本文利用Ben-Tal广义代数运算和广义（h,ψ）－梯度,提出了几类非光滑非凸函数（广义（h,ψ)-凸）概念,研究了这些新广义凸性的一些性质,讨论了这些新广义凸性与一些已有的凸性之间的关系,分别给出了三个（h,ψ)z-伪凸域（h,ψ)z－拟凸但不是凸函数,也不是某些广义凸函数的例子。在ψ是严格递增连续函数,并且ψ（0)=0相当弱的假设下,得到了一类非光滑（h,ψ)-半无限规划的一些最优性充分条件和几个对偶性结果。     

高阶(F,η)-不变凸性下的多目标分式规划的最优性条件

定义了一类新的广义高阶(F,η)-不变凸函数、高阶(F,η)-伪不变凸函数、高阶(F,η)-拟不变凸函数等,并用若干的实例验证了该函数的存在性.在新广义凸函数的约束下,给出并证明了一类具有该广义凸性的多目标分式规划问题有效解和弱有效解的最优性充分条件.     

离散系统的随机作用随机扰动

（Ｘ,Ａ,ｕ）为σ－有限测度空间,Ｓ：Ｘ→Ｘ为非奇异映射,Ｐｓ为Ｓ所对应的Ｆｒｏｂｅｎｉｕｓ－Ｐｅｒｒｏｎ算子。Ｓ在随机作用随机扰动下的演化过程由方程ｘｎ＋１＝ηｎＳ（ｘｎ）＋（１－ηｎ）ξｎ ｎ＝０,１,２,…所描述,其中ξ０,η０,ξ１,η１,…为相互独立随机变量,ｐｒｏｂ（ηｎ＝１）＝１－ε,ｐｒｏｂ（ηｎ＝０）＝ε,ξｎ具有相同概率密度ｇ（ｘ）。本文借助于弱预紧性和遍历平均Ａｎｇ＝１ｎ∑ｎ     

一类新的伪凸函数

在实践域上定义并讨论了γ－伪凸函数的性质，利用γ－次可微的定义，讨论了新型函数类的极值性质，指出通常伪凸函数是γ－伪凸的。

一类Lipschitz B-（p，r）-不变凸函数与非光滑规划

设本文给出了一类新的LipschitzB-（p，r）-不变凸函数，它是B一不变凸函数和（p，r）-不变凸函数的推广．在这类LipschitzB-（p，r）-不变凸性下，建立了非光滑规划的必要和充分最优性条件，讨论了Mond—Weir型对偶和Wolfe型对偶，证明了弱对偶、强对偶和逆对偶定理．所得结果推广了涉及凸函数、B-不变凸函数和（P，r）-不变凸函数的规划问题的相应结果．     

非平稳MDP平均模型── 一致最优(G,B)-生成策略的存在性

本文考虑的是可数状态空间任意行动空间非平稳ＭＤＰ平均模型,借鉴于Ｆｅｉｎｂｅｒｇ Ｅ． Ａ（１９９４）的思想,提出了比马氏策略和 Ｆｅｉｎｂｅｒｇ Ｅ． Ａ的（ｆ,Ｂ）－生成策略和更为广泛的（Ｇ,Ｂ）－生成策略的概念,在弱遍历条件下,用概率分析的方法,证明了一致最优（Ｇ,Ｂ）－生成策略的存在性．从而将 Ｆｅｉｎｂｅｒｇ Ｅ． Ａ．（１９９４）的主要结果推广到非平衡可数状态空间情形．

RECENT PROGRESS ON SPHERICAL HARMONIC APPROXIMATION MADE BY BNU RESEARCH GROUP ——In memory of Professor Sun Yongsheng

As early as in 1990, Professor Sun Yongsheng, suggested his students at Beijing Normal University to consider research problems on the unit sphere. Under his guidance and encouragement his students started the research on spherical harmonic analysis and approximation. In this paper, we incompletely introduce the main achievements in this area obtained by our group and relative researchers during recent 5 years （2001-2005）. The main topics are： convergence of Cesaro summability, a.e. and strong summability of Fourier-Laplace series; smoothness and K-functionals; Kolmogorov and linear widths.     

Boundedness for commutators of multipliers on Hardy type spaces

In this paper, we study the commutators generalized by multipliers and a BMO function. Under some assumptions, we establish its boundedness properties from certain atomic Hardy space Hb^p（R^n） into the Lebesgue space L^p with p 〈 1.     

A unified approach to certain problems of best local approximation

Bounds for the zeros of polynomials

Let P(z)=∑↓j=0↑n ajx^j be a polynomial of degree n. In this paper we prove a more general result which interalia improves upon the bounds of a class of polynomials. We also prove a result which includes some extensions and generalizations of Enestrǒm-Kakeya theorem.     

Boundedness of commutators related to Marcinkiewicz integrals on hardy type spaces

In this paper, the authors study the boundedness of the operator [μΩ, b], the commutator generated by a function b ∈ Lipβ(Rn)(0 ＜β≤ 1) and the Marcinkiewicz integrals μΩ, on the classical Hardy spaces and the Herz-type Hardy spaces in the case Ω∈ Lipα(Sn-1)(0 ＜α≤ 1).     

Generalization of the interaction between Haar approximation and polynomial operators to higher order methods

In applications it is useful to compute the local average empirical statistics on u. A very simple relation exists when of a function f（u） of an input u from the local averages are given by a Haar approximation. The question is to know if it holds for higher order approximation methods. To do so, it is necessary to use approximate product operators defined over linear approximation spaces. These products are characterized by a Strang and Fix like condition. An explicit construction of these product operators is exhibited for piecewise polynomial functions, using Hermite interpolation. The averaging relation which holds for the Haar approximation is then recovered when the product is defined by a two point Hermite interpolation.     

Jacobi polynomials used to invert the laplace transform

Given the Laplace transform F(s) of a function f(t), we develop a new algorithm to find an approximation to f(t) by the use of the classical Jacobi polynomials. The main contribution of our work is the development of a new and very effective method to determine the coefficients in the finite series expansion that approximation f(t) in terms of Jacobi polynomials. Some numerical examples are illustrated.
