In this paper, we consider Poincar{\''e} bifurcation from an elliptic Hamiltonian of degree four with two-saddle cycle. Based on the Chebyshev criterion, not only one case in the Li{\''e}nard equations of type $(3, 2)$ is discussed again in a different way from the previous ones, but also its two extended cases are investigated, where the perturbations are given respectively by adding $\varepsilon y(d_0 + d_2 v^{2n})\frac{\partial }{{\partial y}}$ with $ n\in \mathbb{N^+}$ and $\varepsilon y(d_0 + d_4 {v^4}+ d_2 v^{2n+4})\frac{\partial }{{\partial y}}$ with $n=-1$ or $ n\in \mathbb{N^+}$, for small $\varepsilon > 0$. For the above cases, we obtain all the sharp upper bound of the number of zeros for Abelian integrals, from which the existence of limit cycles at most via the first-order Melnikov functions is determined. Finally, one example of double limit cycles for the latter case is given.  相似文献

In this paper, we pay attention to the number of limit cycles for a class of piecewise smooth near-Hamiltonian systems. We investigate the existence of multiple solutions for parametric quasi-linear systems of the gradient-type on the Sierpi\''{n}ski gasket. We give some new criteria to guarantee that the systems have at least three weak solutions by using a variational method and some critical points theorems due to Ricceri. We extend and improve some recent results. Finally, we give two examples to illustrate the main results.  相似文献

In this paper bifurcations of heterodimensional cycles with highly degenerate conditions are studied in three dimensional vector fields,where a nontransversal intersection between the two-dimensional manifolds of the saddle equilibria occurs.By setting up local moving frame systems in some tubular neighborhood of unperturbed heterodimensional cycles,the authors construct a Poincar′e return map under the nongeneric conditions and further obtain the bifurcation equations.By means of the bifurcation equations,the authors show that different bifurcation surfaces exhibit variety and complexity of the bifurcation of degenerate heterodimensional cycles.Moreover,an example is given to show the existence of a nontransversal heterodimensional cycle with one orbit flip in three dimensional system.  相似文献

In this paper, we study Ito''s 5th-order mKdV equation with the aid of symbolic computation system and by qualitative analysis of planar dynamical systems. We show that the corresponding higher-order ordinary differential equation of Ito''s 5th-order mKdV equation, for some particular values of the parameter, possesses some sub-manifolds defined by planar dynamical systems. Some solitary wave solutions, kink and periodic wave solutions of the Ito''s 5th-order mKdV equation for these particular values of the parameter are obtained by studying the bifurcation and solutions of the corresponding planar dynamical systems.  相似文献

A stochastic two-prey-one-predator model with Beddington-DeAngelis functional response and L\''{e}vy jumps is proposed and investigated in this paper. First of all, we prove the existence and uniqueness of the global positive solution, and stochastic ultimate boundedness of the solution. Next, under a simple assumption, by using It\^{o} formula and other important inequalities, some sufficient conditions are established to ensure the extinction and persistence in the mean of the system. The results show that neither strong white noise nor L\''{e}vy noise is conducive to the persistence of the population. Finally, the theoretical results are verified by numerical simulations.  相似文献

The Hopf cyclicities of some smooth polynomial, rational polynomial and piecewise smooth Li\''{e}nard systems are studied. For two Li\''{e}nard systems with the same damping term and different restoring (or potential) terms, we provide sufficient conditions that the two systems have the same Hopf cyclicity. Then, some examples are given to illustrate the efficiency and applicability of our results.  相似文献

The dynamics of a discrete-time predator-prey system is investigated in detail in this paper. It is shown that the system undergoes flip bifurcation and Hopf bifurcation by using center manifold theorem and bifurcation theory. Furthermore, Marotto''s chaos is proved when some certain conditions are satisfied. Numerical simulations are presented not only to illustrate our results with the theoretical analysis, but also to exhibit the complex dynamical behaviors, such as the period-6, 7, 8, 10, 14, 18, 24, 36, 50 orbits, attracting invariant cycles, quasi-periodic orbits, nice chaotic behaviors which appear and disappear suddenly, coexisting chaotic attractors, etc. These results reveal far richer dynamics of the discrete-time predator-prey system. Specifically, we have stabilized the chaotic orbits at an unstable fixed point using the feedback control method.  相似文献

In this paper, we first discuss some properties of the neutral operator with multiple variable coefficients $(Ax)(t):=x(t)-\sum\limits_{i=1}^{n}c_i(t)x(t-\delta_i)$. Afterwards, by using an extension of Mawhin''s continuation theorem, a kind of second order $p$-Laplacian neutral differential equation with multiple variable coefficients as follows $$\left(\phi_p\left(x(t)-\sum\limits_{i=1}^{n}c_i(t)x(t-\delta_i)\right)''\right)''=\tilde{f}(t,x(t),x''(t))$$ is studied. Finally, we consider the existence of periodic solutions for two kinds of second-order $p$-Laplacian neutral Rayleigh equations with singularity and without singularity. Some new results on the existence of periodic solutions are obtained. It is worth noting that $c_i$ ($i=1,\cdots,n$) are no longer constants which are different from the corresponding ones of past work.  相似文献

In this paper, the authors generalize the concept of asymptotically almost \linebreak negatively associated random variables from the classic probability space to the upper expectation space. Within the framework, the authors prove some different types of Rosenthal''s inequalities for sub-additive expectations. The purpose of this paper is twofold. First, we use Lagrange''s method and the generalized eigenvalue problem to study systems of two quadratic equations. We find exact conditions so the system can be codiagonalized and can have up to $4$ solutions. Second, we use this result to study homoclinic bifurcations for a periodically perturbed system. The homoclinic bifurcation is determined by $3$ bifurcation equations. To the lowest order, they are $3$ quadratic equations, which can be simplified by the codiagonalization of quadratic forms. We find that up to $4$ transverse homoclinic orbits can be created near the degenerate homoclinic orbit.  相似文献

In this paper, a new weighted identity involving harmonically symmetric functions and differentiable functions is established. We establish the existence of positive periodic solutions of the second-order singular coupled systems{x′′+ p_1(t)x′+ q_1(t)x = f_1(t, y(t)) + c_1(t),y′′+ p_2(t)y′+ q_2(t)y = f_2(t, x(t)) + c_2(t),where pi, qi, ci ∈ C(R/T Z; R), i = 1, 2; f_1, f_2 ∈ C(R/T Z ×(0, ∞), R) and may be singular near the zero. We investigate the existence and number of limit cycles in a class of general planar piecewise linear systems constituted by two linear subsystems with node–node dynamics. Using the Liénard-like canonical form with seven parameters, some sufficient and necessary conditions for the existence of limit cycles are given by studying the fixed points of proper Poincaré maps. In particular, we prove the existence of at least two nested limit cycles and describe some parameter regions where two limit cycles exist. The main results are applied to the PWL Morris–Lecar neural model to determine the existence and stability of the limit cycles.  相似文献
