阐述教育部等九部门发布的《关于进一步推进社区教育发展的意见》的重要意义.指出开展第三方社区教育的教学质量测评是社区教育建设和发展中一个极其重要的管理环节,并提出社区教育课程教学质量测评指标体系.说明二元语义的基本理论·提出基于二元语义的社区教育课程教学质量测评模型:确定基础集,构建专家个体评价矩阵、权重矩阵,计算专家全体评价矩阵、权重矩阵,进行加权平均集结,确定排序.对上海市长阳区五个街道社区教育中心课程教学质量进行测评,得出泉城优于华明优于天平优于虹北优于仙云的结论.  相似文献

社区是社会管理的基本单元,其绩效的根源因素及其影响机制是人们关心的问题.基于信任和志愿精神视角,运用文献研究方法寻找社区绩效的影响因素,并结合ISM方法分析这些因素的系统结构,寻找影响社区绩效的根源因素及影响机制.研究表明,居民社团参与、社区文化、社会结构、居民人口特征、媒体使用及频率、基层政府管理模式以及居民对基层政府提供服务质量的期望与满意度是影响社区绩效的深层根源因素,其通过居民媒体信任、居民社会信任、居民基层政府信任、居民志愿精神、居民社区参与意识与行为以及居民社区自治意识与行为等中介变量来实现对社区绩效的影响.  相似文献

阐述社区教育评价中应用模糊集合论方法的必要性;提出L-R型模糊数以及7个模糊等级的梯形模糊数和三角形模糊数表示方法及其清晰化计算公式;提出对象评判经模糊等级评价、综合并清晰化得出评价矩阵的方法;在提出理想矩阵基础上建立评价的灰色关系系数矩阵,最终求出每一评判对象的关联度,以此确定排序.举出由5名评价人员,对8个评判对象社区教育教学内容按"教学内容体现时代特色"、"教学内容体现社会关注"、"教学内容体现实际应用"3个指标进行评判的示例,得出绩效排序为Q_8优于Q_4优于Q_3优于Q_1优于Q_7优于Q_2优于Q_5优于Q_6的结果.  相似文献

真实社区及虚拟社区是消费者发布、传播、获取口碑信息的重要渠道,社区成员之间通过口碑信息交流产生购物人际影响关系,本文选取约200个真实社区和400个虚拟社区,以社区内约十万名成员的两百万条淘宝真实交易数据为基础,从社会网络的视角构建表征社区网购入际影响关系的有向有权网,并用社会网络分析法从网络内含度、网络密度、中心性、凝聚子群四方面对社区人际影响关系网络的结构特征进行研究,探索社区内网购人际交流、传播及影响的规律,为社区口碑营销提供理论基础和实践指导..  相似文献

惠农政策在农业生产中扮演着辅助支撑的角色,是改善农民生活的有益补充,但目前惠农政策实施效果的研究还没有兼顾到惠农政策的特殊性,因此有必要对惠农政策的农户满意度进行测评研究.以实地调研数据为基础,首先,采用德尔菲法和SPSS构建包含生产补贴、生活保障、生产发展、政策制定、政府行为5个一级测评指标和17个二级测评指标的惠农政策农户满意度评价逻辑层次体系;其次,运用层次分析法计算出评价体系中各层指标的权重,并结合采用模糊综合评价理论对惠农政策满意度状况进行测度;再次,采用模糊综合评价方法对农户满意度进行实证分析,结果表明:昌吉地区农户对惠农政策的满意度达到基本满意水平;最后,采用重要性及其表现分析法,对影响农户满意度的17个变量要素分别进行重要程度和满意程度测评,得出惠农政策在昌吉地区落实中的优势与弱势.针对目前农户满意度状况,提出提高惠农政策满意度的措施.  相似文献

研究从有形性、可靠性、响应性、保证性、移情性五个方面筛选22个评价指标构建了适用于社区志愿服务质量测评的SERVQUAL量表,结合浙江11地区问卷调查的数据采用模糊层次分析法就高校青年的社区志愿服务质量进行了总和评价评价,结果表明浙江高校青年社区志愿服务质量综合评价处于还较高水平,这得益于其服务质量的可靠性和保证性,而不是服务质量的有形性、响应性和移情性.进一步的DEMATEL方法分析表明,影响浙江高校青年社区志愿服务质量的关键因素包括:志愿者配备的服务工具是否与服务内容相匹配、志愿者是否佩带有志愿服务的相关标识、社区居民所享受到的服务和前期沟通确定的是否一致、志愿者是否随时准备响应社区居民的服务要求、志愿者是否对社区居民的需求有较为深入的了解、志愿者是否能彼此帮助共同为社区居民提供志愿服务.  相似文献

Despite monetary and educational investments in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) being at record high levels, little attention has been devoted to generating a common understanding of STEM. In addition, working with business, K–12 schools, and/or institutions of higher education to establish a grassroots effort to help community members understand the importance of STEM regarding the future prosperity of the United States in general, and specifically the preparedness of children for careers of now and the future, has been nonexistent. The purpose of our study is to assess the impact of a statewide STEM professional development program implemented for two years on STEM awareness over time among various community stakeholders (i.e., K–12 teachers, higher education faculty, and business members). STEM awareness and beliefs about STEM engagement, resources, student preparation, and careers all improved over time for all groups. However, business members had the greatest growth over time and held significantly higher awareness compared with the other groups in most areas. Our findings suggest that a statewide STEM partnership/network model is a viable option for growing collective impact and sustainability of STEM K–12 education.  相似文献

As a consequence of the heightened competition on the education market, the management of educational institutions often attempts to collect information on what drives student satisfaction by e.g. organizing large scale surveys amongst the student population. Until now, this source of potentially very valuable information remains largely untapped. In this study, we address this issue by investigating the applicability of different data mining techniques to identify the main drivers of student satisfaction in two business education institutions. In the end, the resulting models are to be used by the management to support the strategic decision making process. Hence, the aspect of model comprehensibility is considered to be at least equally important as model performance. It is found that data mining techniques are able to select a surprisingly small number of constructs that require attention in order to manage student satisfaction.  相似文献

在合作网络的决策中,由于分散的成员之间缺乏直接交流及表达主观偏好的机会,关键成员会因为满意度下降而导致合作网络的退化甚至解体。为了维护合作网络的稳健性,本文基于特殊心理参照点对网络决策成员的影响,提出了一种合作网络中考虑关键节点的三参照点决策方法。首先,依据三参照点理论,考虑“底线”、“目标”、“现状”等参照点,构建符合决策者主观感受的满意度函数,进而计算网络中参与决策的成员对各方案的综合满意度;然后,依据网络节点(成员)在网络结构上的重要性,计算成员的决策权重;进一步地,计算全体成员的整体满意度,据此进行方案排序;最后,通过一个协同创新中心的决策案例说明本方法的可行性。  相似文献

This study brings together the research focused on science education through project-based learning (PBL). This learning project was carried out in a rural learning community and an attempt was made to adapt to the natural resources of the area by organizing educational outings, experimental activities, and encouraging the participation of families. The overall objective is to test the effectiveness of applying the PBL teaching methodology for learning science in a rural learning community. The methodology used has been qualitative, specifically, the participating research has been used and the information has been compiled in a field notebook. The results show that the didactic proposal had good results; showing that, in conclusion, science teaching today should be inclined toward more innovative educational methodologies such as PBL.  相似文献

传统运输问题只考虑配送方案的效率, 而不考虑参与者对配送方案的满意度. 通过引入参与者对配送方案的满意度这一概念, 提出了满意度优化运输问题, 构建了以最大化相对公平为目标的满意度优化运输模型, 并证明了: (1) 当运输问题的可行域不空时, 新模型的解集非空; (2) 从满意度的角度来看, 新模型的解是唯一的. 另外, 还给出了新模型的求解方法. 研究结果进一步丰富了运输问题的类型, 可为解决其他类型运输问题提供借鉴.  相似文献

基于2011年新疆科技工作生活状况调查数据,分析新疆科技工作者的生活满意度的状况及人才流失的影响因素.首先分析持不同满意度的科技工作者的个体特征;其次,运用分层模型,对满意度的影响因素进行研究;最后,借助Logit模型研究人才流失的影响因素.结果显示:总体的满意度偏低;年龄、收入、学历对生活满意度都具有显著的影响作用,而且事业单位的满意度低于企业单位的满意度;愿意到内地与不愿到内地在人数上没有显著差异,但是,民族身份、教育程度、工作满意度、生活满意度对人员的流失意愿影响显著.  相似文献

Individual mathematics teachers may value different aspects of teaching and learning mathematics, but at the same time their value systems are under the influence of socially shared values. This paper describes such values in Japanese mathematics education from a historical and normative perspective. After the introduction of Western mathematics into the modern school system in the Meiji period (1868?C1912), the people of Japan struggled to adapt and absorb it onto the foundation of Japanese tradition. In the subsequent development of Japanese mathematics education, the integration of both practical and theoretical aspects have been issues, alongside changes in educational focus and in society at large, which are symbolically represented by the enrolment rates at all of elementary, secondary, and tertiary education levels. Mathematics education in Japan has also been subject to international influences, such as the reform movement and the modernization movement, at critical junctures in its development. Key concepts such as mathematical ideas, mathematical thinking, and mathematical activities are traces of such historical efforts by the Japanese mathematics education community, and represent their socially shared values.  相似文献

以居民对援疆政策满意度为出发点,前学者的研究基础上确定援疆政策效果的满意度的衡量指标,选取6个大方向31个指标来测量援疆效果满意度.通过南疆三地州进行实地问卷调查获得数据为样本,采用因子分析方法确定二级指标及三级指标的权重,进行对援疆政策效果满意度综合评价.研究结论是南疆居民对援疆效果的满意度总得分接近70分,说明总体满意度较高,其中满意度最高的为收入及补贴,排在第一位,排在末尾的就是教育领域,排在第二位的是住房建设,而基层服务的满意度仅仅高于教育领域,排在第五位.排在第三位的就是医疗,第四位才是居民出行为核心内容的基础设施建设.从而为援疆政策效果满意度优化,解决存在的问题,全面改善援疆政策效果提出政策建议.  相似文献

This paper presents the preliminary findings of a survey carried out into modelling. The survey consisted of sending a questionnaire to all members of the Operational Research Society (42% response rate).The survey investigated the structure of the OR Society membership; the educational background of OR Society members; the functional involvement, skill requirements and time division of OR Society members; the frequency of use of modelling areas by OR Society members; the types of computers used by OR Society members, and their involvement with decision support systems and expert systems.
