Almost Periodic Solutions of Nonlinear Second Order Differential Equations

We provide existence results for almost periodic solutions of nonlinear second order ordinary differential equations. The results extend existence results for periodic solutions of periodic equations, where the existence of periodic sub and supersolutions implied the existence of periodic solutions.

Existence of periodic solutions to a system with functional response on time scales

This paper investigates the existence of periodic solutions of a three-species food-chain diffusive system with Beddington-DeAngelis functional responses and time delays in a two-patch environment on time scales. By using a continuation theorem based on coincidence degree theory, we obtain sufficient criteria for the existence of periodic solutions for the system. Moreover, when the time scale T is chosen as R or Z, the existence of the periodic solutions of the corresponding continuous and discrete models follows. Therefore, the method is unified to provide the existence of the desired solutions for continuous differential equations and discrete difference equations.     

Periodic and asymptotically periodic solutions of systems of nonlinear difference equations with infinite delay

In this paper we study the existence of periodic and asymptotically periodic solutions of a system of nonlinear Volterra difference equations with infinite delay. By means of fixed point theory, we furnish conditions that guarantee the existence of such periodic solutions.

Periodic Solutions of a Nonlinear Evolution Problem

In this paper we prove existence of periodic solutions to a nonlinear evolution system of second order partial differential equations involving the pseudo-Laplacian operator. To show the existence of periodic solutions we use Faedo-Galerkin method with a Schauder fixed point argument.
