On Vector Integral Inequalities

The first author introduced an integration theory of vector functions with respect to an operator-valued measure in complete bornological locally convex vector spaces. In this paper some important results behind this Dobrakov-type integration technique in non-metrizable spaces are given. Received: December 10, 2007., Accepted: May 6, 2008.     

On Domination and Bornological Product Measures

The bornological product measures via the generalized Dobrakov integral in complete bornological locally convex spaces are studied using the domination of considered vector measures. A Fubini-type theorem for such product measures is proven.     

On integration in complete bornological locally convex spaces

A generalization of I. Dobrakov's integral to complete bornological locally convex spaces is given.     

A drop theorem without vector topology

Daneš' drop theorem is extended to bornological vector spaces. An immediate application is to establish Ekeland-type variational principle and its equivalence, Caristi fixed point theorem, in bornological vector spaces. Meanwhile, since every locally convex space becomes a convex bornological vector space when equipped with the canonical von Neumann bornology, Qiu's generalization of Daneš' work to locally convex spaces is recovered.     

Polynomials on locally k-convex spaces

Polynomially bornological, polynomially barrelled and polynomially infrabarrelled locally convex spaces over a non-Archimedean non-trivially valued complete field of characteristic zero are introduced and studied.     

An Implicit Function Theorem in Locally Convex Spaces

The notion of strict differentiability in BANACH spaces is generalized to locally convex spaces in such a way, that computations in the bornological operator ideal of bounded operators play the role of norm estimations. We get a remarkably rich theory including not only the easy formulas like the chain rule, but also the deep theorems like the implicit function theorem. The BANACH space proofs can be translated almost literally.     

A general approach to infinite-dimensional holomorphy

In this paper we present a general theory for holomorphic functions which is based on continuous convergence instead of topologies. The theory can be applied to locally convex spaces and bornological spaces.

Hausdorff Dimension in Convex Bornological Spaces

For non-metrizable spaces the classical Hausdorff dimension is meaningless. We extend the notion of Hausdorff dimension to arbitrary locally convex linear topological spaces and thus to a large class of non-metrizable spaces. This involves a limiting procedure using the canonical bornological structure. In the case of normed spaces the new notion of Hausdorff dimension is equivalent to the classical notion.     

Vollständige und B-vollständige topologische Vektorgruppen Graphensätze und Open-Mapping Theorems

We are studying complete and B-complete topological vector groups. These Objects have been introduced by P. Kenderov [6] and D. A. Raikov [11]. They form a category TVG intermediate to the categories of topological Abelian groups and topological vector spaces and are close enough to the last one to give many useful applications to it. We first consider the problem of completion in the most used subcategories of TVG. A special functor allows to play back permanence property questions of completeness in locally convex vector groups to the same questions for locally convex vector spaces. Some examples of complete locally convex vector groups follow. We then unify some differently defined notions of B-completeness and generalize well known theorems concerning B-complete locally convex topological vector spaces to locally convex topological vector groups. Barrelledness concepts introduced in 9 and a special functor constructed in section 6 are used to formulate analogues of the closed graph and open mapping theorem for locally convex vector groups. The remainder of the note is left for applications to locally convex vector spaces. Many theorems about 1^p-sums of normed spaces are proved, as well as the B-completeness of a vast class of locally convex vector spaces including the spaces and of Köthe ([7], §13, No 5,6).     

有界线性空间中含有Q-距离的Ekeland变分原理

有界线性空间中引入了Q-距离的概念,建立了一类向量值Ekeland变分原理,其目标函数是从有界线性空间映到锥序的实线性空间,并且扰动项中含有Q-距离．由此可以得到有界线性空间中现有的一些Ekeland变分原理．同时建立了有界线性空间中的向量值Caristi不动点定理,也给出二者的等价性．     

Local completeness, drop theorem and Ekeland's variational principle

By using a very general drop theorem in locally convex spaces we obtain some extended versions of Ekeland's variational principle, which only need assume local completeness of some related sets and improve Hamel's recent results. From this, we derive some new versions of Caristi's fixed points theorems. In the framework of locally convex spaces, we prove that Daneš' drop theorem, Ekeland's variational principle, Caristi's fixed points theorem and Phelps lemma are equivalent to each other.     

Infinite Alternative Theorems and Nonsmooth Constraint Qualification Conditions

In this paper, some infinite alternative theorems in locally convex vector spaces are proved and some applications of these theorems in optimization theory are addressed. Extensions of constraint qualification conditions, in the absence of differentiability using Clarke??s generalized gradient and Mordukhovich??s subdifferential, in Banach and Asplund spaces are introduced; and relationships between them are established. Some of these relations, are proved using the provided alternative theorems.     

On C‐Suslin spaces

We prove a closed graph theorem for Baire locally convex spaces (for Baire linear topological spaces) in the domain and weakly C‐Suslin locally convex spaces (respectively, for C‐Suslin linear topological spaces) in the range which improves some classic closed graph theorems and other, more recent, related results.

讨论了局部凸空间中推广的Leray-Schauder度的基本性质,建立了一些新的不动点定理,并给出了对局部凸空间Cauchy初值问题的应用.这些定理是Banach空间中相应结果的推广.     

On pointwise <Emphasis Type="Italic">R</Emphasis>-subweakly commuting maps and best approximations

The main purpose of this paper is to prove some common fixed point theorems for pointwise R-subweakly commuting maps on non-starshaped domains in P-normed spaces and locally convex topological vector spaces.As applications,invariant approximation results ale established.This work provides extension as well as substantial improvement of several results in the existing literature.     

Hausdorff局部凸空间内集值终归紧映象的不动点指数及其应用*

在本文内我们对Hausdorff局部凸拓扑矢量空间内的集值终归紧映象定义了不动点指数概念,利用此概念,我们证明了集值φ-凝聚映象的几个非零不动点定理,这些定理推广了[1,2,7,8,9]中的某些已知结果。     

广义非线性隐似变分不等式

A new class of generalized nonlinear implicit variational-like inequality problems （for short, GNIVLIP） in the setting of locally convex topological vector spaces is introduced and studied in this paper. Under suitable conditions, some existence theorems of solutions for （GNIVLIP） are presented by using some fixed point theorems.     

Permanence properties of C(X,E)

Let C(X,E) be the vector space of all continuous functions on a completely regular Hausdorff space X with values in a locally convex space E, equipped with the compact-open topology. In this note it will be shown that for many classes of locally convex spaces K C(X,E) lies in K if and only if C(X)=C(X,¦K) (¦K=¦R or C) and E belong to K. This is valid for the classes K. of all metrizable, normed, (DF)-, -locally topological, separable, quasi-complete, complete, nuclear, Schwartz, semi-Montel, Montel, semi-reflexive, reflexive and quasi-normable locally convex spaces, respectively. But in general C(X,E) is not quasi-barrelled, barrelled and bornological, respectively, if C(X) and E belong to the same class.
