Linear Maps Preserving the Closure of Numerical Range on Nest Algebras with Maximal Atomic Nest

Let be a maximal atomic nest on Hilbert space H and denote the associated nest algebra. We prove that a weakly continuous and surjective linear map preserves the closure of numerical range if and only if there exists a unitary operator such that for every or for every , where denotes the transpose of T relative to an arbitrary but fixed base of H. As applications, we get the characterizations of the numerical range or numerical radius preservers on . The surjective linear maps on the diagonal algebras of atomic nest algebras preserving the closure of numerical range or preserving the numerical range (radius) are also characterized. 设B(H)是复Hilbert空间H上的有界线性算子全体且dim H≥2.本文证明了B(H)上的线性满射φ保持两个算子乘积非零投影性的充分必要条件是存在B(H)中的酉算子U以及复常数λ满足λ~2=1,使得φ(X)=λU~*XU,(?)X∈B(H).同时也得到了线性映射保持两个算子Jordan三乘积非零投影的充分必要条件.     

套代数上Lie同态的一个局部刻画（英文）

In this paper,linear maps preserving Lie products at zero points on nest algebras are studied.It is proved that every linear map preserving Lie products at zero points on any finite nest algebra is a Lie homomorphism.As an application,the form of a linear bijection preserving Lie products at zero points between two finite nest algebras is obtained.

Completely rank nonincreasing linear maps on nest algebras

In this paper, the completely rank nonincreasing bounded linear maps on nest algebras acting on separable Hilbert spaces are characterized, and an affirmative answer to a problem posed by Hadwin and Larson is given for the case of such nest algebras.

Reversible maps and composites of involutions in groups of piecewise linear homeomorphisms of the real line

An element of a group is reversible if it is conjugate to its own inverse, and it is strongly reversible if it is conjugate to its inverse by an involution. A group element is strongly reversible if and only if it can be expressed as a composite of two involutions. In this paper the reversible maps, the strongly reversible maps, and those maps that can be expressed as a composite of involutions are determined in certain groups of piecewise linear homeomorphisms of the real line.     

Additive Maps Preserving Nilpotent Perturbation of Scalars

Let X be a Banach space over F(= R or C) with dimension greater than 2. Let N(X) be the set of all nilpotent operators and B_0(X) the set spanned by N(X). We give a structure result to the additive maps on FI + B_0(X) that preserve rank-1 perturbation of scalars in both directions. Based on it, a characterization of surjective additive maps on FI + B_0(X) that preserve nilpotent perturbation of scalars in both directions are obtained. Such a map Φ has the form either Φ(T) = cAT A~(-1)+ φ(T)I for all T ∈ FI + B_0(X) or Φ(T) = cAT*A~(-1)+ φ(T)I for all T ∈ FI + B_0(X), where c is a nonzero scalar,A is a τ-linear bijective transformation for some automorphism τ of F and φ is an additive functional.In addition, if dim X = ∞, then A is in fact a linear or conjugate linear invertible bounded operator.

Integral mappings between Banach spaces

We consider the classes of “Grothendieck-integral” (G-integral) and “Pietsch-integral” (P-integral) linear and multilinear operators (see definitions below), and we prove that a multilinear operator between Banach spaces is G-integral (resp. P-integral) if and only if its linearization is G-integral (resp. P-integral) on the injective tensor product of the spaces, together with some related results concerning certain canonically associated linear operators. As an application we give a new proof of a result on the Radon-Nikodym property of the dual of the injective tensor product of Banach spaces. Moreover, we give a simple proof of a characterization of the G-integral operators on C(K,X) spaces and we also give a partial characterization of P-integral operators on C(K,X) spaces.     

Summability and vector amarts

We show that an operator is absolutely summing if and only if it maps amarts into uniform amarts, from which we can deduce a theorem of A. Bellow and another of Edgar-Sucheston. We also show that the absolute value of a Banach lattice valued potential is a potential if and only if the lattice is an A-M space from which we deduce that the L¹-bounded amarts form a Ricsz space if and only if the space is finite dimensional.     

The sets of monomorphisms and of almost open operators between locally convex spaces

If the set of monomorphisms between locally convex spaces is not empty, then it is an open subset of the space of all continuous and linear operators endowed with the topology of the uniform convergence on the bounded sets if and only if the domain space is normable. The corresponding characterization for the set of almost open operators is also obtained; it is related to the lifting of bounded sets and to the quasinormability of the domain space. Other properties and examples are analyzed.

     

Disjoint hypercyclic linear fractional composition operators

We characterize disjoint hypercyclicity and disjoint supercyclicity of finitely many linear fractional composition operators acting on spaces of holomorphic functions on the unit disc, answering a question of Bernal-González. We also study mixing and disjoint mixing behavior of projective limits of endomorphisms of a projective spectrum. In particular, we show that a linear fractional composition operator is mixing on the projective limit of the Sv spaces strictly containing the Dirichlet space if and only if the operator is mixing on the Hardy space.

设u=Tri(A,M,B)是含单位元I的三角代数,()={()_n}_(n∈N)是u上一簇线性映射.本文证明了:如果对任意U,V∈u且UV=VU=I,有()_n(UV+VU)=∑_(i+j=n)(()_i(U)_(()_j)(V)+()_i(V)()_j(U)),则()={()_n}_(n∈N)是u上高阶导子.作为应用,得到了套代数上Jordan高阶导子的一个刻画.     

Nest代数上的在零点广义可导映射

设A为B（H）的子代数,　是A到B（H）的线性映射,我们说　在0点广义可导（广义双边可导）,如果对任意的S,T∈A且ST=0（ST=0或TS=0）,有　（ST）=　（S）T+S　（T）-S　（I）T.本文主要得到如下结果:（1）有限Nest代数上的每个范数拓扑连续的在0点广义可导的线性映射是广义内导子;（2）若N是完备Nest且H_　 H,则algN上的每个范数拓扑连续的在0点广义双边可导的线性映射是广义内导子.     

Hilbert空间中有效序列的刻画与扰动

本文研究了Hilbert空间中的有效序列,通过引入序列的伴随序列,给出了有效序列的一个等价刻画,接着讨论了保持向量序列有效性的线性算子的性质,证明了一个线性算子将任意有效序列映射为有效序列当且仅当它是酉算子;最后,给出了正规正交基中添加一个单位向量后所得到的序列是有效序列的一个充要条件.     

Ｐ型基和良性有界算子

在自反Ｂａｎａｃｈ空间上一个有界线性算子是（Ｂ）型良性有界的当且仅当它的共扼算子也是（Ｂ）型的。但在非自反Ｂａｎａｃｈ空间上这种性质不成立。本文证明在一大类非自反Ｂａｎａｃｈ空间上总存在一个（Ｂ）型良性有界线性算子，它的共扼算子不是（Ｂ）型的。同时也证明了在具有基的Ｂａｎａｃｈ空间上，任何Ｐ型基序列一定有一个子序弄能够扩张成该空间的一个基。     

Commutativity preserving linear maps and Lie automorphisms of strictly triangular matrix space

In this paper we classify linear maps preserving commutativity in both directions on the space N(F) of strictly upper triangular (n+1)×(n+1) matrices over a field F. We show that for n3 a linear map on N(F) preserves commutativity in both directions if and only if =^′+f where ^′ is a product of standard maps on N(F) and f is a linear map of N(F) into its center.
