Room-temperature free radicals produced in gamma-irradiated polyerystalline thymidine and deoxy-cytidine hydrochloride were studied by spin-trapping and ESR methods with NtB (nitroso-t-butane) serv-ing as the spin trap. Three types and two types of base radicals were identified for them respectively,which was completely consistent with the results in single-crystal ESR studies, and thereby standard ESRspectra of their R·spin adducts were obtained. Polyamide-1010 samples were irradiated in vacuum at room temperature by Cobalt-60 γ-rays. The free radicals formed in irradiation were studied by means of electron spin resonance (ESR)techniques.The ESRspectra consisted of a quartet and a superimposed singlet which were attributed to radical -CO-NH-CH-CH_2 and -CH_2-C=O, respectively. The effects of temperature and crystaUinity on the radicals were discussed and the mechanism for the production and decay of the radicals was also proposed.  相似文献

In this paper, the stereoselective homogeneous catalysis polymerization of phenylacetylene by using two kinds of catalysts W(CO)_5CH_3I and W(CO)_4I_2 produced from UV laser photolysis of W (CO)_6 in CH_3I, I_2—C_6H_6 and CHI_3—C_6H_6 respectively was studied. The effects of laser energy, laser irradiation time and lifetime of catalyst on the polymerization of phenylacetylene were discussed. The photoproducts of W (CO)_6 in CH_3I, I2—C_6H_6 and CHI_3—C_6I_6 were determined by IR spectra. The structures of polyphenylacetylene obtained by W (CO)_5CH_3I and W (CO)_4I_2 catalysts were characterized by IR spectra and ~1H NMR spectra.  相似文献

AM1 method was employed to calculate flavonoid antioxidants, and the results obtained are as follows. Firstly, flavonoid hydroxyls at ortho position were more active than the hydroxyls at meta position in scavenging oxygen-free radicals, which resulted from the facts that (ⅰ) the former were stabilized by forming intramolecular hydrogen bond and (ⅱ) ortho benzoquinone formed in the former structures through resonance, which resulted in large percentage of distribution of spin density on ortho oxygen and low internal energy. Secondly, electron-attracting effect of ring C of chromone-flavonoids showed some passive effects on hydroxyls of ring A, making the OH less active. As ring C had little effect on ring B and hydroxyls of ring B in most flavonoids were at ortho position, the rule summarized from experiments showing that hydroxyls of ring B were more active in scavenging oxygen-free radicals was elucidated.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of four new silicon-linked lanthanocene complexes with pendant phenyl groups on cyclopentadiene were reported. Based on the data of elemental analyses, MS and IR, the complexes were presumed to be unsolvated and dimeric complexes [Me2Si(C5H3CMe2C6H5)2LnC1]2 [Ln=Er (1), Gd (2), Sm (3), Dy (4)]. In conjunction with AlEt3 or sodium hydride as the co-catalyst, these complexes could efficiently catalyze the polymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA). When the nanometric sodium hydride was used as a co-catalyst, the complexes were highly effective for the polymerization of MMA. At low temperature and in short time, in [MeESi(C5H3CMe2C6H5)2LnC1]2/NaH (nanometric) system, the polymer was obtained in more than 80% yield and the molecular weight was greater than 105. The activity reached that of organolanthanide hydride as a single-component catalyst. In ]MeESi(C5H3CMe2C6H5)2ErC1]2/Nail (nanometric) system, the effects of the molar ratio of MMA/catalyst and catalyst/co-catalyst, and the temperature on polymerization were studied.  相似文献

Branched polyethylene from ethylene as single monomer was prepared by the tandem catalyst system of {2-[2-Me C6 H4 N=Me)]2 C5H3N} FeCl2 (1) and {2,6-[1-(2,6-Me2-4-Br-C6H4N=(Me)]2C5H3N} FeCl2 (2) activated with methylaluminoxane (MAO) . The products of polymerization were characterized by DSC, GPC and ^13C-NMR. The results revealed that the copolymer produced by in situ copolymerization of ethylene was a mixture of branched polyethylene and α-olefin. The content of α-olefin in the mixture was increased with increasing the molar ratio of catalysts 1/2. The MWD paramelers of polyethylene and copolymer were 28.6 and 7.9, respectively. ^13C-NMR spectra showed that there were ethyl groups, butyl groups and long chain alkyl groups in the copolymer. The average degree of branching of such branched polyethylene was less than 5C/1000C.  相似文献

Synthesis and anionic polymerization of the fluorine-substituted phenyl methacrylates are herein reported.A series of mono-,di-,and multi-substituted fluorophenyl methacrylates H2C=C(CH3)C(O)OC6H4F-4(M1a),H2C=C(CH3)C(O)OC6H4F-3(M1b),H2C=C(CH3)C(O)OC6H3F2-2,4(M2),H2C=C(CH3)C(O)OC6H2F3-2,3,4(M3),H2C=C(CH3)C(O)OC6HF4-2,3,5,6(M4),and H2C=C(CH3)C(O)OC6F5(M5)were synthesized and characterized.Initially,the polymerization was carried out on the monomer M1a by using n Bu Li,t Bu Li,and KH as the respective catalysts;this approach produced the polymers in yields of12%–50%,but with lower molecular weights.Similar results were obtained by using t Bu Li for catalytically polymerizing the other five monomers.By introducing a co-catalyst Me Al(BHT)2,the catalysts Na H,Li H,and t Bu OLi each were tested to polymerize M1a,which gave the polymers in very low yields(3%–7%).Polymer yields of 13%–27%were obtained by each of the catalysts Li Al H4,n Bu Li,Ph Li,and t Bu Li in connection with Me Al(BHT)2,but a better yield(61%)was achieved with KH/Me Al(BHT)2.The KH/Me Al(BHT)2 catalyst system was further employed to polymerize M1b and M2,which afforded respective polymer yields of 12%–63%and 10%–53%,depending on the molar ratios of KH:Me Al(BHT)2 as well as on the monomer concentrations.All of the polymers produced were syndiotactically rich in structure,as indicated by either 1H or 19F NMR data.The polymerization mechanism by the combined catalyst system is proposed.  相似文献

Various bond modes of the M-C_(C5 ring) exist in metallocene compounds of group 14 heavier elements,mostly due to an intricate interaction between the lone electron pairs at the M center and the 6 p-electrons of the C_5 ring.The tin(Ⅱ) metallocene complexes LSn R(L = HC[CMe(N-2,6-iPr_2C_6H_3)]_2,R = cyclopentadienyl,C_5H_5(1); indenyl,C_9H_7(2); fluorenyl,C_(13)H_9(3)) stabilized by the β-diketiminato ligand were prepared and utilized in the study on their solid and solution state structures.X-ray single-crystal diffraction data revealed an η~1-mode of the Sn-C_(C5 ring) bond in each 1~3.However,the room temperature ~1H NMR spectral studies disclosed such a fluxional bonding mode in solution.The 119 Sn NMR studies suggested a quadruple coordination nature of the Sn center in 1 while the triple coordination manner was for the Sn atom in both 2 and 3.Then the variable-temperature(25~–75 ℃) ~1H NMR spectral studies for each 1~3 were performed,which detected the relaxation state structures of 1~3 at lower temperature.All of these results indicate a stereochemical activity of the lone electron pairs at the tin(Ⅱ) atom that definitely has an electronic interaction with the 6 p-electrons of the C_5 ring.The observed Sn-C_(C5 ring) bond modes appear influenced by either the metallocene size or the compound state existed.  相似文献

A three-dimensional geometric model of the oxidative coupling of methane(OCM) packed-bed reactor loaded with Na2WO4-Mn/Si O2 particulate catalyst was set up, and an improved Stansch kinetic model was established to calculate the OCM reactions using the computational fluid dynamics method and Fluent software. The simulation conditions were completely the same with the experimental conditions that the volume velocity of the reactant was 80 m L/min under standard state, the ratio of CH4/O2 was 3, the temperature and pressure were 800°C and 1 atm,respectively. The contour of the characteristics parameters in the catalyst bed was analyzed, such as the species mass fractions, temperature,the heat flux on side wall surface, pressure, fluid density and velocity. The results showed that the calculated values matched well with the experimental values on the conversion of CH4 and the selectivity to products(C2H6, C2H4, CO2, CO) in the reactor outlet with an error range of ±2%. The mass fractions of CH4 and O2decreased from 0.6 and 0.4 in the catalyst bed inlet to 0.436 and 0.142 in the outlet, where the mass fractions of C2H6, C2H4, CO and CO2 were 0.035, 0.061, 0.032 and 0.106, respectively. Due to the existence of laminar boundary layer,the contours of each component bent upwards in the vicinity of the boundary layer. This OCM reaction was volume increase reaction and the total moles of products were greater than those of reactants. The flow field in the catalyst bed maintained constant temperature and pressure.The fluid density decreased gradually from 2.28 kg/m3 in the inlet of the catalyst bed to 2.22 kg/m3 in the outlet of the catalyst bed, while the velocity increased from 0.108 m/s to 0.115 m/s.  相似文献

Highly optically active 4-substituted-2(5H)-furanones 6a-6j were obtained in good yields with de≥98% by the tandem Michael addition/elimination reaction of chiral 3-bromo-2(SH)-furanone (4a), which was conveniently prepared starting from 2-furaldehyde under mild conditions. The products were identified on the basis of their satisfactory elemental analysis and spectroscopic data of IR, UV, ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR and mass spectra. The stereochemistry and absolute configuration of this type of compounds were established by the X-ray crystallographic study. The reaction provided a short and efficient synthesis of the interesting highly optically active 4-subsdtuted-2(5H)-furanones containing an active pyrimidine and a purine base group.  相似文献

In order to shed light upon the nature and mechanism of 4f-3d magnetic exchange interactions, a series of binuclear complexes of lanthanide(3+) and chromium(3+) with the general formula [Ln(L)5(H2O)2Cr(CN)6]·mL· nH2O (Ln=La (1), Ce (2), Pr (3), Nd (4); x=5, y=2, m=1 or 2, n=2 or 2.5; L=2-pyrrolidinone) and [Ln(L)4(H2O)3Cr(CN)6] ·nH2O (Ln=Sm (5), Eu (6), Gd (7), Tb (8), Dy (9), Er (10); x=4, y=3, m=0, n= 1.5 or 2.0; L=2-pyrrolidinone) were prepared and the X-ray crystal structures of complexes 2, 6 and 7 were determined. All the compounds consist of a Ln-CN-Cr unit, in which Ln^3+ in a square antiprism environment is bridged to an octahedral coordinated Cr^3+ ion through a cyano group. The magnetic properties of the complexes 3 and 6-10 show an overall antiferromagnetic behavior. The fitting to the experimental magnetic susceptibilities of 7 give g= 1.98, J=0.40 cm^-1, zJ'= -0.21 cm^-1 on the basis of a binuclear spin system (Scd=7/2, Scr=3/2), revealing an intra-molecular Gd^3+-Cr^3+ ferromagnetic interaction and an inter-molecular antiferromagnetic interaction. For 7 the calculation of quantum chemical density functional theory (DFT), combined with the broken symmetry approach, showed that the calculated spin coupling constant was 20.3 cm^-1, supporting the observation of weak ferromagnetic intra-molecular interaction in 7. The spin density distributions of 7 in both the high spin ground state and the broken symmetry state were obtained, and the spin coupling mechanism between Gd^3+ and Cr^3+ was discussed.  相似文献

Two single crystals are composed of distinct structures of ammonium-crown ether supramolecular cation and [Cu(mnt)2]2- anion. The triple-decker dication in complex 1 and a sandwich dimmer in complex 2 were observed. X-Band EPR studies on the single crystals of both complex 1 and complex 2 have been carried out at room temperature, which revealed that complex 2 showed a perfect hyperfine structure of Cu whereas that of complex 1 could not be observed. The principal values and direction cosines of the principal axes of the g and A tensors were computed by a least-squares fitting procedure. The spin density of Cu(Ⅱ) was estimated according to the principal values of the A tensors and compared well with the results calculated based on DFT method.  相似文献

The mechanism of the adsorption-parallel catalytic wave of cinnamic acid (C6H5—CH = CH—COOH) in acetate buffer (pH = 4.0)-H2O2-tetra-n-butylammonium bromide (Bu4N · Br) solution was studied by the linear-sweep polarography, cyclic voltammetry and digital simulation approach. Experimental results indicate that the reduction mechanism of cinnamic acid is ECdimE' process, in which the C = C double bond of cinnamic acid first undergoes 1 e, 1H reduction to produce an intermediate free radical C6H5—CH—CH2—COOH(E), then the further reduction of the free radical in 1e,1H addition (E') occurs simultaneously with a dimerization reaction between two free radicals (Cdim). Bu4N · Br enhances the polarographic current of cinnamic acid and shifts the peak potential to positive direction. The enhancement action of Bu4N · Br is due to the adsorption of cinnamic acid induced by Bu4N species. In addition, H2O2 causes the parallel catalytic wave of cinnamic acid. Carborane bisphenol novolacs(3 and 4) were synthesized in the presence of acid catalyst from carborane bisphenols(5 and 6) and formaldehyde. Further epoxidization of carborane bisphenol novolacs with epichlorohydrin gave carborane bisphenol epoxy novolacs(1 and 2). The molecular weight and epoxy value of obtained resins were determined using the molecular weight of their precursors. The epoxy values of 1 and 2 were 0.48 and 0.52 respectively, higher than the maximum theoretical epoxy value(0.45) of difunctional carborane bisphenol epoxy resins. FTIR and NMR were utilized to characterize 1 and 2. The curing behaviors were also studied by DSC and the optimized curing conditions were obtained.TGA analysis indicated that carborane moiety could shield its adjacent organic structures against initial decomposition. On the other hand, B―H on carborane cage could react with oxygen to form a three-dimensional network linked by B―O―B and B―C bonds, which further blocked the movement of formed radicals and thus the degradation process was inhibited.  相似文献

Organoboryl germanium(Ⅱ) oxides were synthesized from the 1,4-addition reaction of L'Ge(L'=HC[C(CH_2)N(Ar)]C(Me)N(Ar),Ar=2,6-iPr_2C_6H_3) with selected monosubstituted arylboronic acids RB(OH)_2(R=2,6-Me_2C_6H_3,2,4,6-Me_3C_6H_2,1-Naph) at the molar ratios of 1:1 and 2:1.The mononuclear products RB(OH)OGeL(L=CH[C(Me)N(Ar)]_2,Ar=2,6-iPr_2C_6H_3;R=2,6-Me_2C_6H_3(1),2,4,6-Me_3C_6H_2(2),1-Naph(3)) containing the Ge-O-B core were obtained smoothly through the 1:1 reaction.However,the reaction of L'Ge with 2,6-Me_2C_6H_3B(OH)_2 in a 2:1 ratio gave only the mononuclear product(1) instead of the expected binuclear one.What's more,a new borate compound [(2,6-Me_2C_6H_3)_4B_5O_6]~-[H:C]~+(4)(:C=C[N(iPr)C(Me)]_2) was concomitantly formed when the in situ prepared L'Ge was used as the precursor.In contrast,the use of 2,4,6-Me_3C_6H_2B(OH)_2 or1-NaphB(OH)_2 as the organoboryl source in the similar reaction led to the formation and isolation of the binuclear products RB(OGeL)2(R=2,4,6-Me_3C_6H_2(5),1-Naph(6)) containing the Ge-O-B-O-Ge core in a straight way.Compounds 1~6 were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

The chemical preparation, crystal structure and infrared spectroscopic characterization of the triaqua(4-amino-6-methoxypyrimidine) cuprate(II) sulfate, [Cu(C_5H_7N_3)(H_2O)_3]SO_4, is reported. The compound crystallizes in the noncentrosymmetric orthorhombic space group P2_12_12_1 with lattice parameters a = 7.9025(3), b = 11.1189(4), c = 12.9720(4) , V = 1139.81(7) ~3 and Z = 4. The Cu(II) cation is fivecoordinated, in an early half-way between square pyramidal and trigonal bipyramidal fashion, by two nitrogen atoms of the 4-amino-6-methoxypyrimidine ligand and three water oxygen atoms. In the atomic arrangement, the organic ligands and the 5-connected Cu centers are linked with each other to give a 1-D corrugated hybrid chain running along the b-axis direction. The chains are interconnected by the SO_4~(2-) anions via O–H...O, O–H...S, C–H...O and N–H...O hydrogen bonds to form layers spreading parallel to the(011) plane. The vibrational absorption bands were identified by infrared spectroscopy. Quantitative measurements of the second harmonic generation(SHG) of a powdered sample at 1064 nm were performed and a relative efficiency of 5.2 times the KDP standard was observed. Magnetic properties were also defined to characterize the complex. Magnetic measurements revealed that this material had a onedimensional antiferromagnetic character. The magnetic parameters were g = 2.11 and 2J/k B = -36 K.  相似文献

In this work,experimental studies of biomass gasification under different operating conditions were carried out in an updraft gasifier combined with a copper slag reformer.The influence of gasification temperature,equivalence ratio(ER) and copper slag catalyst addition on gas production and tar yield were investigated.The experimental results showed that the content of H2 and CO,gas yield and LHV increased,while the tar yield and the content of CO2,CH4 and C2Hx in the gas product decreased with the temperature.At 800C,with the increase of ER,the LHV,the tar yield and the content of H2,CO,CH4 and C2Hx in gas products decreased,while the gas yield and the content of CO2 increased.Copper slag was introduced into the secondary reformer for tar decomposition.The Fe3O4 phase in the fresh copper slag was reduced to FeO(Fe2+) and metallic Fe by the gas product.Fe species(FeO and metallic Fe) acted as the active sites for tar catalytic decomposition.The catalytic temperature had a significant influence on tar conversion and the composition of the gas product.Typically,the tar conversion of about 17%-54% could be achieved when the catalytic temperature was varied from 750 to 950 C.Also,the content of H2 and CO increased with the catalytic temperature,while that of CO2,CH4 and C2Hx in the gas product decreased.It was demonstrated that copper slag was a good catalyst for upgrading the gas product from biomass gasification.  相似文献

According to the experiment results of X-ray diffraction and IR, the reduced partition function ratio (RPFR) and the contribution of various related vibration modes of uranium-crown ether complex (DCH18C6·H_3O)_2UO_2Cl_4 were theoreticallv calculated in detail. The equilibrium constant K_(eq) (that is, the single stage isotopic separation factor α) of exchange reaction for uranium isotopic chemical exchange system UO_2~(2+)(H_2O)_5—(DCH18C6.H_3O)_2UO_2Cl_4 is estimated to be 1.000746 at 12℃ and 1.000672 at 29℃, respectively, which are quite close to the experimental values 1.0010±0.0002 arid 1.0012±0.0004. Theoretical analysis shows that in the course of forming the complex of uranium with crown ether, the coordinated water of uranium is stripped, which performs a key action on the remarkable isotope effect for this system.  相似文献

46 green plantlets were obtained by inoculating the anthers of F_1 hybrids of complicated combination ((Lovrin 18×5238-036) F_1×Hongliang No. 4) from wheat to the medium N_6 in 1977. Induced percentage of green plantlets was 11.50%. After chromosome doubling treatment, 28 plantlets set seeds. Diversity in morphological characters, growing periods and resistance to diseases were observed in H_2 generation, from which plantline for Jinghua No. 1 was selected for the first time this year. Variety comparative and regional adaptive experiments were performed in subsequent H_3, H_4,H, and H_6 generations.The area of planting Jinghua No. 1 amounted to 7000 ha in 1984. The evaluation of Jinghua No. 1 was passed by Beijing Variety Evaluation Committee.Jinghua No. 1 is a high yield and high quality new wheat variety. It resists strongly leaf, stem and stripe rust and powdery mildew and possesses good adaptation.The development of Jinghua No. 1 took only 7 generations, among which 3 years were spent for hybridiz  相似文献
