建立了离子色谱测定红酒中高氯酸盐的分析方法。以4种葡萄酒为典型样品,测定了其中的高氯酸盐含量。使用Metrosep A Supp5阴离子分析柱(150 mm×4.0 mm)进行分离,柱温为40℃,流动相为1.0 mmol/L碳酸钠水溶液-丙酮(85:15,v/v),流速为0.8 mL/min。结果表明,高氯酸盐在0.1~10 mg/L内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9998,方法回收率大于86.0%,相对标准偏差小于2.6%。该方法前处理方便快捷、检测灵敏度高,可满足红酒中高氯酸盐含量的测定。  相似文献

The accuracy, precision, and reproducibility of a rapid method for determination of fluoride in wine, using a fluoride selective ion electrode, were established by a collaborative study involving 12 laboratories, 5 in Europe and 7 in the United States. The laboratories assayed 6 Youden pairs of fluoride-fortified, red and white wine samples with fluoride concentrations ranging from 0.2 to 3.0 mg/L. The relative standard deviations of repeatability ranged from 1.94 to 4.88%; relative standard deviations of reproducibility ranged from 4.15 to 18.40%. HORRAT values ranged from 0.30 to 0.97. The average recovery was 99.97%. Based on the statistical results of this collaborative study, the Study Director recommends that this method be adopted First Action.  相似文献

In this study a high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was developed for the determination of trans-astringin in wine using fluorescence detection. This is the first time the occurrence of trans-astringin has been reported in wine. The method allows analysis of both red and white wine samples with no prior treatment. The quantification threshold is 0.03 mg/l. Levels of trans-astringin in the French wines analyzed ranged from 0.09 mg/l to 0.29 mg/l. The reproducibility of the method was measured and the CV was less than 4.8% for both red and white wines.  相似文献

建立了先采用醋酸酐衍生然后用气相色谱-质谱联用仪检测葡萄酒中糖醇的方法。在葡萄酒中加入吡啶涡旋混合均匀,以5000 r/min (4℃)离心10 min。取上清液过有机滤膜,加入吡啶、醋酸酐衍生。加无水硫酸钠吸水后,经DB-5MS毛细管气相色谱柱分离,在选择离子监测(SIM)模式下进行检测。各目标物在0.019~1.25 mg/L (乳糖醇在0.039~2.50 mg/L)范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r2)均大于0.99。赤藓糖醇、木糖醇、甘露糖醇、山梨糖醇、半乳糖醇和乳糖醇的定量限(信噪比(S/N)=10)分别为0.17、0.29、0.43、0.46、0.47和2.88 mg/L;检出限(S/N=3)分别为0.05、0.08、0.13、0.14、0.14和1.38 mg/L。在40 mg/L和80 mg/L加标水平下,6种糖醇在葡萄酒基质中的回收率为80.15%~108.75%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.16%~6.97%。该方法的灵敏度、准确度和精密度均符合相关的技术要求,适合于葡萄酒中糖醇含量的快速检测。  相似文献

建立了一种离子色谱-串联质谱(IC-MS/MS)测定白酒、黄酒、干红葡萄酒3种酒类样品中10种有机酸含量的方法。白酒样品氮吹后,经去离子水稀释,用IC-MS/MS分析检测;干红葡萄酒样品和黄酒样品,对比不同固相萃取小柱净化能力,最终选择石墨化炭黑固相萃取小柱进行净化,经去离子水稀释,用IC-MS/MS分析检测。选用高容量、强亲水性的Dionex IonPacTM AS11-HC型阴离子分析柱进行分离,以淋洗液自动发生器在线产生的KOH水溶液为淋洗液,进行梯度淋洗。淋洗液经抑制器抑制后直接进入电喷雾电离串联质谱(ESI-MS/MS),采用负离子模式电离,多反应监测(MRM)模式检测,外标法定量。在该实验条件下:草酸、富马酸、马来酸、苹果酸、酒石酸、柠檬酸、奎尼酸和乌头酸在0.05~2 mg/L范围内线性关系良好;琥珀酸在0.05~5 mg/L范围内线性关系良好;乳酸在0.05~10 mg/L范围内线性关系良好(相关系数r2>0.99)。10种有机酸的检出限(S/N=3)在1.0~8.0 μg/L范围内,定量限(S/N=10)在3.5~26.5 μg/L范围内,在3个不同浓度的添加水平下,平均回收率在83.0%~112.1%之间,相对标准偏差≤9.1%,满足检测要求。该方法前处理简单,不使用有机溶剂,不需进行衍生化处理,测定快速、准确,灵敏度高,适用于3种酒类样品中10种有机酸的定量分析,为酒类食品的风味及品质测定提供方法支持。  相似文献

A rapid method for the simultaneous determination of free glycerol (FG) and total glycerol (TG) in biodiesel by CE using a short‐end multiple injection (SE/MI) configuration system is described. The sample preparation for FG involves the extraction of glycerol with water and for TG a saponification reaction is carried out followed by extraction as in the case of FG. The glycerol extracted in both cases is submitted to periodate oxidation and the iodate ions formed are measured on a CE‐SE/MI system. The relevance of this study lies in the fact that no analytical procedure has been previously reported for the determination of TG (or of FG and TG simultaneously) by CE. The optimum conditions for the saponification/extraction process were 1.25% KOH and 25°C, with a time of only 5 min, and biodiesel mass in the range of 50.0–200.0 mg can be used. Multiple injections were performed hydrodynamically with negative pressure as follows: 50 mbar/3s (FG sample); 50 mbar/6s (electrolyte spacer); 50 mbar/3s (TG sample). The linear range obtained was 1.55–46.5 mg/L with R2> 0.99. The LOD and LOQ were 0.16 mg/L and 0.47 mg/L, respectively for TG. The method provides acceptable throughput for application in quality control and monitoring biodiesel synthesis process. In addition, it offers simple sample preparation (saponification process), it can be applied to a variety biodiesel samples (soybean, castor, and waste cooking oils) and it can be used for the determination of two key parameters related to the biodiesel quality with a fast separation (less than 30 s) using an optimized CE‐SE/MI system.  相似文献

A rapid gas chromatographic method for determination of residue levels of one insecticide (chlorpyrifos) and four fungicides (penconazole, fenarimol, vinclozolin and metalaxyl) in grapes, must and wine is described. An on-line microextraction method was used. The matrix, once extracted with a mixture of acetone-dichloromethane (1:1, v/v) was filtered and concentrated. Electron-capture detection for chlorpyrifos, penconazole, fenarimol and vinclozolin and mass-selective detection in the selected-ion monitoring mode for metalaxyl were utilised. No clean-up was necessary because there were no interferences in the area of interest of the chromatogram. Linearity of both detectors, in the range 0.02-2 ng/microliter, was checked. In all cases, the correlation coefficient was the same or superior to 0.997. Recoveries from spiked grapes, must and wine ranged from 78% to 101% (fortification level, 0.1-1 mg/kg). Limits of determination were between 0.01 mg/kg for metalaxyl and 0.001 mg/kg for vinclozolin.  相似文献

An automatic flow procedure for the determination of glycerol in wines by employing a flow system based on multicommutation and enzymatic reaction is described. Glycerol dehydrogenase was immobilized on aminopropyl glass beads and packed into a column that was coupled to the flow system. The NADH produced by the enzymatic reaction was monitored by spectrophotometry at 340 nm and its radiation absorption presented a relationship with glycerol concentration. The system manifold comprised a set of three-way solenoid valves controlled by a microcomputer, which was furnished with electronic interfaces and runs a software that was designed to carry out on-line sample dilution, reagent addition, and data acquisition. The procedure allows the determination of glycerol in wine samples without any prior pretreatment. The procedure presented as profitable features a linear response range between 2.0 and 10.0 g l−1 glycerol (R=0.998), a detection limit of 0.006 g l−1 glycerol, a relative standard deviation of 1.8% (n=14) for a typical wine sample presenting 5.3 g l−1 glycerol, a sampling throughput of 33 determinations per hour, and a NAD+ consumption of 0.8 mg per determination. The results were compared with those obtained using a reference method and no significant difference at 90% confidence level was observed.  相似文献

建立了离子色谱等度洗脱检测甘油磷酸制剂中的β-甘油磷酸根和L-苹果酸根的分析方法。实验采用Metro sep A Supp7离子色谱柱(250 m m×4.0 m m,5μm)分离,3.6 m m o l/L碳酸钠(Na_2CO_3)溶液等度洗脱,流速为0.7 m L/min,柱温为35℃,电导检测器测定,外标法定量。该方法可将甘油磷酸制剂中的α-甘油磷酸根与β-甘油磷酸根完全分离。β-甘油磷酸根和L-苹果酸根的加标回收率为90.73%~106.27%。该方法简单、快速、灵敏,适用于甘油磷酸制剂中β-甘油磷酸根和L-苹果酸根的检测。  相似文献

建立离子色谱法测定土壤中Cl~–,SO_4~(2–),NO_3~–3种阴离子的含量。淋洗液为30 mmol/L KOH溶液,等浓度淋洗,流速为1.0 mL/min。Cl~–,SO_4~(2–),NO_3~–的线性范围均为0~20 mg/L,线性相关系数均大于0.999 9,检出限为0.051~0.082 mg/L,混合标准溶液测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.31~0.38%(n=10)。对土壤样品进行重复测定,3种离子测定结果的相对标准偏差均小于3%(n=7),加标回收率在95.0%~104.5%之间。该方法测定结果准确,操作简单、快速,适用于土遗址中Cl~–,SO_4~(2–),NO_3~–的测定。  相似文献

建立了建筑用胶中苯系物和邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂等10种物质同时测定的气相色谱质谱法,对提取方法及色谱条件进行了研究,各物质的检出限在0.2~0.8 mg/L之间。在两个添加水平下,水基型和溶剂型建筑用胶中苯系物及邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的回收率在98.1%~101.5%之间。5个实验室间对相同建筑用胶样品测定的相对标准偏差在1.9%~3.9%之间。  相似文献

建立了测定甘油催化氧化产物中H2CO3和HCOOH的离子排斥色谱分析方法。采用离子排斥柱分离,分别用纯水和4 mmol/L HCl作流动相进行H2CO3和HCOOH的分析。检测方式为非抑制电导检测。实验结果显示,H2CO3和HCOOH工作曲线的线性范围为2~100 mg/L和6.23~124.6 mg/L,检出限分别为0.45 mg/L和2.49 mg/L(S/N=3)。H2CO3的保留时间和峰面积的相对标准偏差分别为0.07%和4.0%,HCOOH的保留时间和峰面积的相对标准偏差分别为0.09%和2.2%。方法已用于甘油催化氧化产物中H2CO3和HCOOH的分析。  相似文献

建立了沉淀分离前处理技术结合气相色谱法测定聚氯乙烯塑料制品中磷酸甲苯酯类增塑剂含量的分析方法.采用四氢呋喃作溶剂将聚氯乙烯塑料溶解,以甲醇为沉淀剂,有效地将增塑剂从聚合物中分离出来,再采用气相色谱-火焰光度检测器进行分析.磷酸甲苯酯的3种异构体在0.1~2.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.999,方法平均回收率在82.9%~99.1%之间,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.8%~5.9%,方法的检出限为50 mg/kg.本方法操作简便,准确性好,适用于聚氯乙烯塑料中磷酸甲苯酯类增塑剂含量的测定.  相似文献

建立了超高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱(UPLC-ESI-MS/MS)直接测定黄酒和葡萄酒中氨基甲酸乙酯含量的方法。黄酒和葡萄酒样品经蒸馏水简单稀释后,过0.22 μm微孔滤膜,直接进行UPLC-MS/MS分析检测。以Waters Acquity UPLCTMBEH C18色谱柱为分析柱,乙腈和0.1%(v/v)乙酸水溶液为流动相,采用电喷雾正离子(ESI+)模式电离,多反应监测(MRM)模式检测,以氨基甲酸丁酯(BC)作为内标进行定量。结果表明: 方法在2~500 μg/L的范围内线性关系良好(相关系数大于0.995),其对黄酒和葡萄酒的检出限为1.7 μg/L,定量限为5.0 μg/L,可达到黄酒和葡萄酒中氨基甲酸乙酯的检测要求。当添加水平为10、20和100 μg/L时,黄酒和葡萄酒中待测组分的回收率为90%~102%,日内精密度(n=6)为0.8%~4.5%,日间精密度(n=6)为1.4%~5.6%。该方法样品处理简单,前处理过程不使用有机溶剂,测定快速、准确,灵敏度高,非常适合黄酒和葡萄酒中氨基甲酸乙酯的快速检测和定量分析。  相似文献

 采用环氧树脂作为固相涂层制作固相微萃取 (SPME)装置 ,建立了顶空固相微萃取 气相法 (HS SPME GC)测定酒精饮料中甲醇和杂醇油的方法 ,并对萃取条件和条件进行了优化。方法的检出限为 0 0 2mg/L~0 0 4mg/L ,相对标准偏差为 1 4 %~ 4 1% ;与顶空气相法相比 ,灵敏度可提高 2 0倍~ 30 0倍。将该法用于啤酒、葡萄酒和保健酒中的甲醇和杂醇油的测定 ,加标回收率为 80 8%~ 110 3% ;与顶空气相法 (国家标准方法 )进行了比较 ,相对误差不大于 7 3%。该法简便、快速、灵敏、精密度好 ,拓宽了SPME的应用范围。  相似文献

A sample pretreatment method based on microporous membrane liquid-liquid extraction (MMLLE) was developed for the subsequent gas chromatographic determination of pesticides in wine. MMLLE provided efficient and selective extraction with enrichment factors in the range 3-13. The gas chromatographic separation was carried out using on-column injection and flame ionization detection. The method was linear, repeatable and sensitive. The limits of quantification were better than 0.006 mg/L for all the analytes except for iprodione (0.37 mg/L). The method was applied to the determination of pesticides in several red wines of different origin.  相似文献

This paper describes a study of the different methods of sample preparation for the determination of iron in grape juice, wines, and other alcoholic beverages by atomic absorption spectrometry with electrothermal atomization; results are also reported for the practical application of these methods to the analysis of commercial samples produced in Spain. The methods examined include dealcoholization and dry and wet mineralization treatment using different acids and/or mixtures of them, both with and without heating. The sensitivity, detection limit, accuracy, precision, and selectivity of each method were established. The best results were obtained for wet mineralization with heated acid (HNO3-H2SO4); the results for table wines had an accuracy of 97.5-101.6%, a relative standard deviation of 3.51%, a detection limit of 19.2 micrograms/L, and a determination limit of 32.0 micrograms/L. The method was also sufficiently sensitive and selective. It was applied to the determination of iron in grape juice, different types of wines, and beverages with high alcoholic content, all of which are produced and widely consumed in Spain. The values obtained ranged from 3.394 +/- 2.15 mg/L for the juice, 2.938 +/- 1.47 mg/L for the white wines, 19.470 +/- 5.43 mg/L for the sweet wines, 0.311 +/- 0.07 mg/L for the brandies, and 0.564 +/- 0.12 mg/L for the anisettes. Thus, the method is useful for routine analysis in the quality control of these beverages.  相似文献

Analytical methodology was developed and validated for the determination of spiroxamine residues in grapes, must, and wine by gas chromatography/ion trap-mass spectrometry (GC/IT-MS). Two extraction procedures were used: the first involved grapes, must, and wine extraction with alkaline cyclohexane-dichloromethane (9 + 1, v/v) solution, and the second grape extraction with acetone, dichloromethane, and petroleum ether. In both procedures, the extract was centrifuged, evaporated to dryness, and reconstituted in cyclohexane or 2,2,4-trimethylpentane-toluene (9 + 1, v/v), respectively. Spiroxamine diastereomers A and B were determined by GC/IT-MS, and a matrix effect was observed in the case of grapes but not in must and wine. Recovery of spiroxamine from fortified samples at 0.02 to 5.0 mg/kg ranged from 78-102% for grapes and must, with relative standard deviation (RSD) <13%; for red and white wines, recoveries ranged from 90 to 101% with RSD <9%. The limit of quantification was 0.02 mg/kg for grapes, must, and wine or 0.10 mg/kg for grapes, depending on the extraction procedure used.  相似文献
