A series of new symmetrical and asymmetrical aliphatic tertiary amines and nicotinic acid derivatives synthesized as hydrogen ion carriers have been used for preparing solvent polymeric membrane (SPM) pH electrodes. The electrodes prepared have wide linear mV-pH response range, and can be used for determination of pH of human blood serum, preparation of gas-sensing probes and end-point indication of acid-base titrations.The relationships between the structure of ionophores and electrode potential response characteristics were studied using quantum chemistry calculations.Super-Nernstian response was explained by establishment of a general membrane potential equation.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound (C27H38N4O7S3, Mr = 626.79) has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of triclinic, space group Pīwith a = 9.411(1), b = 11.645(2), c = 14.672(2) (A。), α = 91.80(1), β = 95.36(1), γ =104.56(1)o, V = 1547.0 (A。)3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.346 g/cm3, λ = 0.71073 (A。), μ(MoKα) = 0.289 mm-1 and F(000) = 664. The structure was refined to R = 0.0406 and wR = 0.1177 for 4103 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the title compound is a practically distorted tetrahedron and each molecule contains one lattice H2O by hydrogen bond. The antitumor activity of the title compound against HL-60 human leukemia cells has also been studied by MTT method.  相似文献

The title compound 5,5-dimethyl-2-(4-chlorophenyl)(3-hydroxy-5,5-dimethyl-2-cyclohexen-1-one-2-yl)methyl-3-(4-methoxyphenylamino)-2-cyclohexen-1-one has been synthesized,and its crystal structure was characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic,space group P21/c with a=9.4193(13),b=26.915(4),c=21.188(3),β =101.906(3)°,V =5256.2(13)3,Z =4,C60H68Cl2N2O8,Mr=1016.06,Dc=1.284 g/cm3,F(000)=2160,λ(MoKα)=0.71073,μ=0.182 mm–1,R=0.0530 and wR=0.1131 for 4128 observed reflections (I>2σ(I)). X-ray analysis reveals that there are two independent molecules in the unit and the cyclohexenone rings adopt different conformations. The crystal belongs to triclinic, space group P1 with a = 8.258(3), b = 8.886(3), c = 9.275(3) , α = 96.669(3), β = 115.706(3), γ = 104.467(3)°, V = 573.8(3) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.737 g/cm3, λ(MoKα) = 0.71073, F(000) = 720, μ(MoKα) = 0.41 mm-1, R = 0.030 and wR = 0.078. A total of 1970 unique reflections were collected, of which 1742 with I > 2σ(I) were observed. EIDHP has a structure similar to zoledronic acid (ZL). ZL is a potent bone antiresorptive bisphosphonate drug having significant activity against several parasitic protozoa. EIHDP has inner-salt character, consisting of a negatively charged PO3 group and a positively char- ged N(1) atom. The crystal structure is stabilized by intermolecular hydrogen bonds of O–H···O and N–H···O.  相似文献

It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 8.9438(4), b = 11.6065(5), c = 14.2215(6) , α = 112.566(1), β = 92.324(2), γ = 102.91(1)o, V = 1315.65(10) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.344 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.282 mm-1, λ = 0.71073 , F(000) = 552, the final R = 0.0587 and wR = 0.1578 for 5071 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). X-ray analysis reveals that the product is a thermodynamically stable trans isomer.
