以亲油疏水型三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)作为基体, 焙烧Fe2O3和阴离子交换树脂201Х7作为填料, 利用熔融共混的方法, 制备一种可以同时吸附油和六价铬离子的用于污水处理的复合材料, 这种材料能够悬浮于油水界面处. 当焙烧Fe2O3和阴离子交换树脂的用量比例不同时, 材料吸附性能变化很大. 实验结果表明, 在保证复合材料密度介于油水密度之间的前提下, 随着焙烧Fe2O3含量的增加, 材料的吸油性能不断增大; 随着阴离子交换树脂含量的增加, 材料对六价铬的吸附性能不断增加. 在油水共存体系中, 复合材料对两种污染物的吸附率同时达到最佳时, 两种填料的比例可以确定, 因油品的不同而不同. 在油水共存体系中, 复合材料对油和六价铬的总吸附能力要远大于复合材料分别在单一吸附介质中的吸附能力.  相似文献

自制了大孔球形纤维素基阴离子交换树脂(PSC-AN),并利用化学转化法成功制备了大孔球形纤维素基磁性阴离子交换树脂(PSC-MAN)。对影响树脂质量磁化率的几个主要因素进行了探讨,实验确定最佳制备条件为:铁盐的配比为1∶10,EDTA的浓度为0.005 mol/L。对树脂的结构和性能进行了研究,表明化学转化法制备大孔球形纤维素基阴离子交换树脂(PSC-MAN)磁性强,在碱液中相当稳定,树脂磁化前后交换容量分别为Q前=1.33 meq/g、Q后=1.16 meq/g,即树脂基的交换容量基本不受磁化过程的影响。  相似文献

采用微波消解溶样,结合离子交换法对色母粒样品进行待测元素的提取及净化处理,利用原子荧光光度计进行镉含量的测定。研究了717型阴离子交换树脂对色母粒样品中镉的吸附及分离条件,解决了样品中铅、铜等元素的干扰问题。方法加标回收率在92.4%~117.4%之间,相对标准偏差小于3.0%。  相似文献

采用弱碱性阴离子交换树脂HJ-30对发酵液中1,6-二磷酸果糖的分离进行了研究。详细地研究了树脂的吸附和脱附性能。实验结果表明,HJ-30树脂对FDP的吸附量达0.28gFDP/g湿树脂,以0.05mol/LNaCl洗脱光机磷和1mol/LNaCl洗脱1,6-二磷酸果糖,产品的收率和纯度分别为92%和99.4%。  相似文献

Magnetic anion exchange resin(MD-1) was prepared from quaternization of magnetic copolymeric resin(glycidyl methacrylate -eo-divinylbenzene).For comparison,magnetic resin MD-0 without quaternization and non-magnetic resin(D-1) were also synthesized for the adsorption process.It was found that the adsorption was mainly contributed to the chemical interaction between quaternary ammonium groups and reactive blue RXHC.Due to the smaller size,MD-1 had faster adsorption and desorption kinetics than D-1.Coupled with the advantage of easy separation,the magnetic anion exchange resin was considered to be superior to common anion exchange resin in removal of reactive dye.  相似文献

研究了牛磺酸与甘氨酸在阴离子树脂D290上的离子交换平衡.采用静态法分别进行牛磺酸/氢氧根/D290树脂和甘氨酸/氢氧根/D290树脂体系的离子交换平衡实验并测定等温线;在不同的离子强度下进行了牛磺酸/甘氨酸/氢氧根/D290阴离子交换树脂体系的离子交换平衡实验,测定牛磺酸和甘氨酸在碱性条件下的竞争交换平衡等温线.实验结果表明,牛磺酸在D290阴离子交换树脂上的交换量大于甘氨酸的交换量,阴离子交换树脂对牛磺酸和甘氨酸的选择性系数分别为STau-,OH-=2.55,SGly-,OH-=1.65.在牛磺酸/甘氨酸/氢氧根/D290树脂体系中,D290树脂对牛磺酸/甘氨酸/氢氧根3种离子的选择性从高到底顺序是:牛磺酸>甘氨酸>氢氧根.树脂对牛磺酸的选择性要大于对甘氨酸的选择性.随着溶液中离子强度的增大,树脂对牛磺酸与甘氨酸之间的选择性下降.  相似文献

以弱碱性苯乙烯系阴离子交换树脂[D392,-NH2,D382,-NHCH3,D301R,-NH(CH3)2],强碱性苯乙烯系阴离子交换树脂[201×7DVB,-NH+(CH3)3]和弱碱性环氧系阴离子交换树脂(701,-NH2)为载体制备了3种钯-高分子载体催化剂.考察了反应条件、高分子载体的种类、钯含量和催化剂用量对糠醛催化加氢生成四氢糠醇反应及催化性能的影响.在体积分数为50%的乙醇-水溶液和水中对糠醛常压液相加氢反应,钯-高分子载体(阴离子交换树脂D392,-NH2,D382,-NHCH3)催化剂均可使糠醛的加氢反应转化率达100%,生成四氢糠醇的选择性达98%以上,而用金属钯为催化剂的转化率达70%以上,选择性达97%以上.同时用XPS分析了高分子载体催化剂的结构与催化加氢反应性能的关系.  相似文献

The determination of 52 impurity elements in niobium materials (niobium metal, niobium oxide (V), and niobium pentaethoxide) was performed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) with on-line anion exchange matrix separation as well as direct nebulization. Niobium material samples were decomposed with a mixture of hydrofluoric acid and nitric acid to prepare 10% niobium solutions. In the on-line anion exchange matrix separation/ICP-MS, the niobium and hydrofluoric acid concentrations in sample solution were adjusted to 5% and ca. 8 M, respectively. The solution was then injected into the carrier stream from the sample loop of injection valve to pass through an anion exchange resin column. In the anion exchange separation, niobium in the fluoro-complex form was adsorbed on the resin, while impurity elements were eluted. The eluted elements were introduced into ICP-MS for the determination of 25 impurity elements. On the other hand, 27 impurity elements could not be separated well from niobium matrix under the above anion exchange conditions, and then the sample solution with the niobium concentration of max. 0.2% containing internal standard elements was injected from the sample loop of injection valve directly to introduce into ICP-MS. As a result, 52 impurity elements in three kinds of niobium materials could be determined at the ng g−1 level.  相似文献

The anion exchange resin DOWEX 1x8-400 formate has been developed for the isolation or resin capture of carboxylic acids from solution phase reactions in a 96-well format using a batchwise solid phase extraction technique. Eleven different anion exchange resins (formate forms) were evaluated for their efficiency at scavenging aryl and aliphatic carboxylic acids from solution. The model carboxylic acids had pK(a)s ranging from 3.40 to 4.89. Exchange efficiency onto the resin was pK(a) dependent with the carboxylic acids but not with their diisopropylethylammonium salts. Exchange off of the resin also showed pK(a) dependence with the stronger acids requiring more concentrated solvent acid for exchange. DOWEX 1x8-400 formate was determined to have superior capacity and the fastest exchange rate. Solvents suitable for exchanging the acids onto the resin were CH2Cl2, methanol, and various solvent/water mixtures. Solvents suitable for exchanging the carboxylic acids off of the resin were TFA/solvent or HCO2H/solvent mixtures. The resin was found to swell best in CH2Cl2 and in polar protic solvents such as water, alcohols, and acids. Application of this technique to the crude product mixtures from an arrayed reductive amination and an arrayed Stille reaction provided product carboxylic acids in yields averaging 57% and purities averaging 89%.  相似文献

研究了以水为介质,丙烯酸在强碱阴离子交换树脂中聚合时羧基分配系数随浸泡时间和反应时间的变化,以及树脂残阴交换量随反应时间的变化,结果是羧基分配系数在浸泡一小时后达到平衡,聚合反应开始后分配系数又迅速增大,三小时后达到最大值。残阴交换量随反应进行而减小,三小时后达到最小值。经分析认为丙烯酸的主要聚合场所是在树脂相,聚合过程中单体不断向树脂相扩散,基本不在液相聚合。  相似文献

Ab initio modeling of a matrix fragment of resin and geometry optimization of the molecular structure of oxalic acid were performed. The isotherm of oxalic acid sorption with AV-17-8 anion exchange resin was obtained by the variable concentrations technique. The ion-exchange and molecular components of sorbate fixation with the ion exchanger were determined. The hydration of the highly basic anion exchanger that absorbed different quantities of dicarboxylic acid was evaluated by the centrifuging method. This paper presents a rapid and quantitative radiochemical separation method for the Pu, Am and Cm isotopes with an anion exchange resin and a TRU resin. After the Pu isotopes were purified with an anion exchange resin method and the Am and Cm isotopes were purified with the TRU resin method, micro-coprecipitation method was applied for an alpha-source preparation. The activity concentrations and activity ratios for the Pu, Am and Cm isotopes in a radioactive sample were measured by radiation counting methods such as an alpha-spectrometry and a liquid scintillation counting as well as by a mass spectroscopic method such as a thermal ionization mass spectrometry.  相似文献

Studied the effect of ionic strength on the uptake of taurine on a strong-basic anionexchange resin. The batch phase equilibrium experiments of ta urine on the anion exchange resin D290 were conducted at different ionic strength, and then the amounts of uptake of taurine on the resin at different pH were determined. The ion exchange mechanisms of taurine on the anion exchange resin at different pH were discussed. Experimental results showed that with increase of the ionic strength of solution, the adsorbed amount of taurine on the resin D290 decreased; Adding small amounts of NaOH or HCl into the system of taurine aqueous solution/D290 anionresin would make the amount of taurine taken up on the resin to decrease due to the competition uptakes of hydroxyl ion with taurine or the decrease in the amount of absorbable zwitterions of taurine in the solution and excluding the cations of taurine from the anion resin.  相似文献

The chemical stability in aggressive media of two types of strong base anion exchangers was studied. The anion exchangers were a commercial Amberlite IRA-400 with a styrene structure and an unconventional resin obtained by the quaternization of a 4-vinylpyridine: 8% divinylbenzene copolymer with methylchloride. The presence of the quaternary nitrogen atoms in or out of the aromatic ring had a great influence on the chemical stability of the ion exchangers.  相似文献

先用草酸处理水样中的镉离子,生成的[Cd(C2O4)2]2-络阴离子通过强碱性阴离子交换树脂分离富集,最后用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定了水样中的痕量镉。该法简便,选择性好,富集倍数高,应用于实际水样的检测,回收率为98%~102%,结果令人满意。  相似文献
