Investigations in the Field of 2,3'-Biquinolyl. 14. Reaction of Dihydro Derivatives of 2,3'-Biquinolyl with Bromine and Iodine

Methods were developed for the synthesis of 6'-bromo- and 6',8'-dibromo-2,3'-biquinolyls and 3',4'-dibromo- and 3',4',6'-tribromo-1'-ethoxycarbonyl-1',2',3',4'-tetrahydro-2,3'-biquinolyls on the basis of the bromination of the dihydro derivatives of 2,3'-biquinolyl. It was shown that the reaction of 1'-alkyl-1',4'-dihydro-2,3'-biquinolyls with bromine and iodine leads to 1'-alkyl-1',2'-dihydro-2,3'-biquinolyl-2'-ones.     

6′，6″-二吡啶基-2，2′：4′，4″：2″，2′′′-四联吡啶稀土配合物的合成、表征及荧光性质研究(英)

Two series of solid complexes of rare earth nitrates and picrates with the “back-to-back” terpyridine, 6′,6″-bis(2-pyridyl)-2,2′:4′,4″:2″,2′′′-quaterpyridine (L) have been synthesized. These complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, conductivity measurements, thermal analysis and IR spectroscopy. At the same time, the luminescent properties of the Eu(Ⅲ) and Tb(Ⅲ) complexes were also studied.     

1′-苯基-3′-甲基-5′-氧代吡唑-4′-基-甲酰甲酸及1,10-二氮杂菲与稀土元素的三元配合物的合成及性质

用电导滴定法研究了乙醇-水溶液中稀土与1’-苯基-3’-甲基-5’-氧代吡唑-4’-基-甲酰甲酸及1,10-二氮杂菲的配合反应。合成了固态配合物。经化学分析与元素分析确定了配合物的化学组成为Ln_2L_3P_2·nH_2O,通过红外光谱、紫外光谱、~1H NMR谱、差热分析、溶解度等方法对配合物进行了表征,确定Ln_2L_3P_2·nH_2O为双核结构(L为四齿配体,P为二齿配体)。     

The investigation in 2,3'-biquinoline series 26.* Regioselective nitration of 1'-alkyl-1',4'-dihydro-2,3'-biquinolin-4'-ones and 1'-alkyl-1',2'-dihydro-2,3'-biquinolin-2'-ones

The nitration of 1'-alkyl-1',4'-dihydro-2,3'-biquinolin-4'-ones and 1'-alkyl-1',2'-dihydro-2,3'-biquinolin-2'-ones has been investigated. It was shown that the regioselectivity of nitration of the first depends on the acidity of the medium and the order of adding reactants. In strongly acidic medium 1'-alkyl-5,6'-dinitro-1',4'-dihydro-2,3'-biquinolin-4'-ones or mixtures of them with 1'-alkyl-5-nitro-1',4'-dihydro-2,3'-biquinolin-4'-ones are formed. In less acidic media 1'-alkyl-6'-nitro-1',4'-dihydro-2,3'-biquinolin-4'-ones and then 1'-alkyl-6,6'-dinitro-1',4'-dihydro-2,3'-biquinolin-4'-ones are formed. Nitration of 1'-alkyl-1',2'-dihydro-2,3'-biquinolin-2'-ones leads to 1'-alkyl-6'-nitro-1',2'-dihydro-2,3'-biquinolin-2'-one and then 1'-alkyl-6,6',8'-trinitro-1',2'-dihydro-2,3'-biquinolin-2'-one. *For Communication 25 see [1]. Condensed Pyridopyrimidines. 7. Synthesis of Condensed Triazolo[4,3-c]- and Tetrazolo[1,5-c]pyrimidines

Novel dihydro-5H-pyrano[3',4':5',6']pyrido[2,3-d]-1,2,4-triazolo[4,3-c]pyrimidines and 1,2,3,4-tetrazolo[1,5-c]pyrimidines have been synthesized from 2-amino-3-cyano-7,7-dimethyl-7,8-dihydro-5H-pyrano[4,3-b]pyridine.     

Anomalous Beckmann Reaction in a Series of Oximes of 4-Aryl-2,7,7-trimethyl-5-oxo-5,6,7,8-tetrahydroquinolines in Polyphosphoric Acid. 2. Unexpected Synthesis of 3'-Ethoxycarbonyl-4',7',7'-trimethyl-4-oxo-2',6',7',8'-tetrahydrospiro(cyclohexa-2,5-diene-1,2'-pyrrolo[4,3,2-d,e]quinolines)

Oximes of 3-ethoxycarbonyl-4-halo(methoxy)phenyl-2,7,7-trimethyl-5-oxo-5,6,7,8-tetrahydroquinolines are converted in polyphosphoric acid (PPA) into 3'-ethoxycarbonyl-4',7',7'-trimethyl-4-oxo-2',6',7',8'-tetrahydrospiro(cyclohexa-2,5-diene-1,2'-pyrrolo[4,3,2-d,e]quinoline). An X-ray structural analysis has been carried out on one of the synthesized compounds.     

Condensed Thienopyrimidines. 14. Synthesis of 10H-Thiopyrano[4',3':4',5']thieno[2',3':4,5]pyrimido[2,3-c]-1,2,4-triazines

Reaction of a substituted 2-aminothienothiopyran with methyl(phenyl) isothiocyanate, intramolecular cyclization of the obtained N'-methyl(phenyl) thioureido derivatives, and work up of the cyclization products with hydrazine hydrate gave 2-hydrazinodihydrothiopyranothienopyrimidines. Treatment of the latter with pyruvic acid gave the novel 10H-thiopyrano[4',3':4',5']thieno[2',3':4,5]pyrimido[2,3-c]-1,2,4-triazines.     

Investigations on 2,3'-Biquinolyls. 15. Regioselectivity of the Addition of Nitromethane Anion to 1'-Alkyl-3'-(2-quinolyl)quinolinium Halides

1'-R-3'-(2-Quinolyl)quinolinium halides react with nitromethane forming products of addition at the position 4', the 1'-R-4'-nitromethyl-1',4'-dihydro-2,3'-biquinolyls. A method has been developed for the synthesis of 1'-phenacyl-1',4'-dihydro-2,3'-biquinolyls based on the alkylation of 1',4'-dihydro-2,3'-biquinolyl with halogen derivatives in DMF.     

一维链状铁(Ⅱ)配位聚合物的合成与晶体结构

A coordination polymer, namely [Fe(DPPZ)(dipic)]_n (1) (DPPZ=dipyrido[3,2-a∶2′,3′-c]phenazine and H₂dipic=pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylic acid), has been obtained by using hydrothermal synthesis method. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray single crystal structure analysis with the following data: Monoclinic, P2₁/c, a=0.794 95(16) nm, b=3.601 1(7) nm, c=0.734 32(15) nm, β=106.07(3)°, V=2.020 0(7) nm³, Z=4, M_r=503.25, D_c=1.655 g·cm^-3, F(000)=1 024, μ(Mo Kα)=0.795 mm^-1, R=0.038 5 and wR=0.081 0. Complex 1 has octahedral coordination geometry and forms 1D zigzag coordination chains that organize into an unusual 3D supramolecular motif through noncovalent bonds, such as π-π stacking interactions and C-H…O hydrogen bonds. The result of TG analysis indicates that the title complex is stable till 290 ℃. CCDC: 716602.     

Study on the syntheses of new 1-o-chlorobenzoyl-3-(5''''-substituted phenylamino-6''''-phenyl)-1'''',2'''',4''''-triazinyl ureas

Eight new 1-o-chlorobenzoyl-3-(5'-substituted phenylamino-6'-phenyl)-1',2',4'-triazinyl ureas (5a-h) have been synthesized and their bioactivities were detected.     

Synthesis and antibacterial activity of brominated 2''(4'')-nitro-3-hydroxy diphenyl ethers

Eight new brominated 2'(4')-nitro-3-hydroxy diphenyl ethers have been designed and synthesized.The structures of new compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR.IR and HRMS.The bioactivity tests showed that these compounds possessed antibacterial activities against the tested bacteria.These new compounds cannot be transformed into dioxins when they were manufactured and used.     

(苯并-15-冠-5)双Schiff 碱的合成

由苯并-15-冠-5经硝化、还原两步反应,制得4',5'-二氨基苯并-15-冠-5(2)。后者与水杨醛或其取代衍生物缩合,合成了一系列新的冠醚化双Schiff碱化合物1a～1h,经元素分析、IR、^1^HNMR和MS确证了其结构。     

新型3-取代-6-(4-氯苯基)-7-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-1',2',4'-三唑[3,4-b]-1",3",4"-噻二嗪衍生物的合成及抗菌活性

通过3-取代-4-氨基-5-巯基-1,2,4-三唑(3a～3m)和2-溴-2-(1H–1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-4′-氯代苯乙酮(2)的缩合反应, 合成了13个新型3-取代-6-(4-氯苯基)-7-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-1',2',4'-三唑[3,4-b]-1",3",4"-噻二嗪衍生物4a～4m. 化合物结构经元素分析, ¹H NMR, IR和MS进行了表征. 抗菌试验表明所合成的化合物对细菌表现出中等程度的抑制活性.     

Dipyrrolo[1,2-a:2',1'-c]pyrazines. 8. Electrophilic Substitution in Dipyrrolo[1,2-a:2',1'-c]pyrazines and 5,6-Dihydrodipyrrolo[1,2-a:2',1'-c]pyrazines. Acylation of Dipyrrolo[1,2-a:2',1'-c]pyrazines

Esters, nitriles, and amides of dipyrrolo[1,2-a:2',1'-c]pyrazines have been synthesized by the acylation of dipyrrolo[1,2-a:2',1'-c]pyrazines and 5,6-dihydrodipyrrolo[1,2-a:2',1'-c]pyrazines with trichloroacetic acid chloride, p-tosyl isocyanate, and isocyanatophosphoric acid dichloride (Kirsanov isocyanate).     

核磁共振方法表征2,2''''-二(对羧酸苯氧基)-1,1''''联萘

利用１Ｈ ＮＭＲ，１３Ｃ ＮＭＲ研究了 ２，２’－二（对羧酸苯氧基）－１，１’－联萘结构，并通过１Ｈ－１Ｈ ＣＯＳＹ及１３Ｃ－１Ｈ异核相关谱进一步确定了其１Ｈ谱和１３Ｃ谱中各谱峰的归属，为同类化合物的表征提供了一个依据。     

2',3'-二脱氧-2',3'-二去氢鸟嘌呤核苷构象稳定性的理论研究

采用密度泛函方法在B3LYP/6-31＋G**水平上研究了2',3'-二脱氧-2',3'-二去氢鸟嘌呤核苷分子(D4G)的构象. 分别研究在气相中的孤立分子和一水合物异构体的相对稳定性和异构体之间的相互转变过程, 分析了水分子的参与对D4G异构体的相对稳定性和几何结构参数以及自然电荷的影响. 结果表明, 孤立的D4G分子在气相中存在8种稳定构象, 其中构象d4g-2是所有构象中最稳定的, 气相中D4G主要以d4g-2存在. 气相中各构象的相对稳定性为: d4g-2＞d4g-1＞d4g-5＞d4g-3＞d4g-6＞d4g-4＞d4g-8＞d4g-7. 计算得到的各构象键长和键角数据与实验值接近. 一个水分子的加入对D4G分子的构型参数有所影响, 基本不改变D4G分子各构象的稳定性顺序, 但构象转变的能垒有所提高. 氢键在分子构象中发挥了重要作用.

Investigation of 2,3'-Biquinolyl. 10. The Regioselectivity of the Reaction of 2,3'-Biquinolyl and 1'-Alkyl-3-(2-quinolyl)quinolinium Halides with Halo Derivatives in the Presence of Metallic Lithium and Magnesium

2,3'-Biquinolyl reacts with halo derivatives in the presence of metallic lithium to give addition products at position 4', treatment of which with water gives 4'-R-1',4'-dihydro-2,3'-biquinolyls and with halo derivatives gives 1'-alkyl-4'-R-1',4'-dihydro-2,3'-biquinolyls. The reaction of 2,3'-biquinolyl with halo derivatives in the presence of metallic magnesium gives a mixture of products of addition at positions 2' and 4'. 1-Alkyl-3-(2-quinolyl)quinolinium halides and halo derivatives with metallic magnesium give 1'-alkyl-2'-R-1',2'-dihydro-2,3'-biquinolyls but form a complex mixture of substances when metallic lithium is used.     

碳纳米管-聚(3',4'-亚乙基二氧-2,2':5',2"-三噻吩)复合材料的制备及其电化学性能研究

通过Stille反应合成了3',4'-亚乙基二氧-2,2':5',2"-三噻吩(TET),并以其作为单体,采用化学氧化原位聚合方法在碳纳米管(CNT)的表面包覆新型聚(3',4'-亚乙基二氧.2,2':5',2"-三噻吩)(FTET),制备了PTET-CNT纳米复合材料.通过TEM、SEM和IR对其进行了表征,并利用循环伏安、交流阻抗、恒电流充放电等电化学测试方法,比较研究了复合材料以及碳纳米管在0.1 mol/L四乙基四氟硼酸铵(Et_4NPF_4)的乙腈溶液中的电化学行为.实验结果表明,在电流密度为3 mA/cm~2时,PTET-CNT复合材料的比电容为86 F/g,比原碳纳米管比电容20 F/g提高了3.3倍.基于这种复合材料的电容器的能量密度达到2.02 Wh/kg.     

微波辐射下合成5-(2-甲基/三氟甲基-苯并咪唑-1-亚甲基)-3-(苯基/p-取代苯基)-2H-1',2',4'-三唑[3,4-b]-1

分别采用微波辐射法和加热回流的常规方法, 将1-氨基-2-(2-甲基/三氟甲基-苯并咪唑-1-亚甲基)-5-巯基-1,3,4-三唑与α-溴代芳基乙酮3a～3e反应, 合成了一系列未见文献报道的1,2,4-三唑[3,4-b]-1',3',4'-噻二嗪类化合物4a～4e 和5a～5e. 微波辐射法具有反应时间短、产率高、副反应少等优点. 标题化合物经元素分析, IR, ¹H NMR, MS确证结构.
