近红外光谱快速测定红花逆流提取过程中羟基红花黄色素A的含量 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
采用近红外光谱(NIRS)透射法对红花罐组式逆流提取过程中羟基红花黄色素A(Hydroxysafflor yellow A,HSYA)的含量进行快速无损的测定.在红花逆流提取过程中,以高效液相色谱法(HPLC)为对照分析方法,测定提取液中羟基红花黄色素A的含量,运用偏最小二乘(PLS)法建立NIR光谱与羟基红花黄色素A的HPLC分析值之间多元校正模型,并对逆流提取过程的未知样本进行含量预测.校正模型相关系数达到0.982,预测相关系数达到0.965,RMSEC和RMSEP分别为0.053和0.075,RSEC和RSEP分别为3.96%和5.25%.结果表明,NIRS可以作为一种准确、快速、无损的检测方法用于检测中药逆流提取过程有效成分含量变化规律. 相似文献

原药材检测费时费力一直是川麦冬质量分析中亟待解决的问题。该文将近红外光谱分析技术应用于川麦冬原药材的质量分析,以漫反射模式对麦冬颗粒进行无损原位检测后,采用光谱预处理方法减少因粒径造成的干扰,通过变量筛选方法提取有效信息,最终建立了快速定量分析模型。结果表明,水分、浸出物和总皂苷含量模型的验证均方根误差(RMSEP)分别为0.165 5%、0.401 9%、0.078 4%,验证集决定系数(Rv2al)分别为0.965 1、0.696 5、0.803 6,相对分析误差(RPD)分别为4.50、2.68、2.22,3个质量指标的RPD均大于2,说明模型性能较好,能够满足川麦冬质量分析的要求。该法通过近红外光谱技术采集川麦冬颗粒的原位光谱,避免了粉碎,真正意义上实现了川麦冬无损、绿色、快速的含量分析,为川麦冬的质量分析提供了参考。 相似文献

An application of X-ray fluorescence analysis with a pyroelectric X-ray generator is presented. Steel standard samples were identified by X-ray fluorescence analysis with this novel X-ray generator to check its capability for performing qualitative and quantitative analysis as an X-ray source for X-ray fluorescence spectrometers. Cr, Ni, V, Co, and W were detected in steel standard samples. V and Cr can be detected even when the content is below 1%. Although it is difficult to detect minor elements because of the low power of the excitation X-rays, it is possible to identify the analyzed samples on the basis of major elements at the percentage level. The pyroelectric X-ray generator is very suitable for portable X-ray fluorescence spectrometers. 相似文献

A radioisotope-excited energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence system has been constructed and used for the analysis of blood samples for trace elements. The possibility of determination of trace elements in blood by X-ray fluorescence based on comparison with standard reference materials has been outlined and the applicability of the method demonstrated by the analysis of blood samples. A family of bright boron-dipyrromethene-type fluorophores with a high number of fluorine atoms (F-BODIPYs) has been developed and characterized by X-ray crystallography and optical spectroscopy. The introduction of 3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl and pentafluorophenyl moieties significantly enhances the photostability of such dyes, yielding for instance photostable near-infrared (NIR) fluorophores that show emission maxima>750 nm, when the BODIPY’s π system is extended with two (dimethylamino)styryl and (dimethylamino)naphthastyryl moieties, or green-emitting BODIPYs with fluorescence quantum yields of unity. When equipped with a suitable group that selectively reacts for instance with amines, F-BODIPYs can be used as potent dual labels for the quantification of primary amino groups on surfaces by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and fluorescence, two powerful yet complementary tools for the analysis of organic surface functional groups. The advantage of reactive F-BODIPYs is that they allow a fast and non-destructive mapping of the labelled supports with conventional fluorescence scanners and a subsequent quantification of selected areas of the same sample by the potentially traceable XPS technique. The performance is exemplarily shown here for the assessment of the amino group density on SiO2 supports, one of the most common reactive silica supports, in particular, for standard microarray applications. 相似文献
