Openness properties for parametric set-valued mappings and implicit multifunctions

The aim of this paper is to obtain some openness results in terms of normal coderivative for parametric set-valued mappings acting between infinite dimensional spaces. Then, implicit multifunction results are obtained by simply specializing the openness results. Moreover, we study a kind of metric regularity of the implicit multifunction. The results of the paper generalize several recent results in literature.     

Regularity and comparison results in grand Sobolev spaces for parabolic equations with measure data

We extend the results of [1–5] on the uniqueness of solutions of parabolic equations. Our results give also some regularity results which complete the existence results made in [6–8].     

Stability results for Jungck-type iterative processes in convex metric spaces

In this paper, we obtain some stability results in complete convex metric spaces for nonselfmappings satisfying certain general contractivity condition. We prove our results for Jungck-Mann and Jungck-Ishikawa iterations. Our results extend several stability results in the literature.     

锥度量空间中c-距离下的不动点定理

在锥度量空间中,用压缩性函数代替具体实数,获得了c-距离下的映射的新的不动点定理.所得结果在条件上不要求映射的非减性,且第一个定理去掉了锥的正规性,第二个定理去掉了映射的连续性,改进了原有的许多重要结论,并给出了相应的例子.     

Common fixed points in cone metric spaces

In this paper we consider a notion of g-weak contractive mappings in the setting of cone metric spaces and we give results of common fixed points. This results generalize some common fixed points results in metric spaces and some of the results of Huang and Zhang in cone metric spaces. Supported by Universitá degli Studi di Palermo, R. Conjugacy of Cartan Subalgebras in Solvable Leibniz Algebras and Real Leibniz Algebras

We extend conjugacy results from Lie algebras to their Leibniz algebra generalizations. The proofs in the Lie case depend on anti-commutativity. Thus it is necessary to find other paths in the Leibniz case. Some of these results involve Cartan subalgebras. Our results can be used to extend other results on Cartan subalgebras. We show an example here and others will be shown in future work.     

Common tripled fixed point results in cone metric type spaces

In this paper, we prove some common tripled fixed point and tripled coincidence point results for contractive conditions in a cone metric type space. Our results extend, unify and generalize well-known results in the literature, in particular the recent results of Aydi et al. (Fixed Point Theory Appl 2012:134, 2012). Some examples are also presented to validate our obtained results and new concepts.     

Existence of periodic solutions to second-order Hamiltonian systems with potential indefinite in sign

We have presented some new results for periodic solutions to a class of Hamiltonian systems with potential indefinite in sign. These results improve and correct some known results in the literature.     

Coupled common fixed point theorems for w-compatible mappings in ordered cone metric spaces

We establish coupled coincidence point results for mixed g-monotone mappings under general contractive conditions in partially ordered cone metric spaces over solid cones. We also present results on existence and uniqueness of coupled common fixed points. Our results generalize, extend and unify several well known comparable results in the literature. To illustrate our results and to distinguish them from the earlier ones, we equip the paper with examples.     

Projective Approximation of Double Limit Points for Nonlinear Problems

In [2], general approximation results for the solution in a neighborhood of a simple limit point are given. In this paper we give projective approximation results for the solutions in a neighborhood of a double limit point. Application of these results to a nonlinear partial differential equation and numerical results are given.     

Coincidence and common fixed point theorems for nonlinear contractions in Menger PM spaces

In this paper, we prove some existence results on coincidence and common fixed points of two pairs of self mappings without continuity under relatively weaker commutativity requirement in Menger PM spaces. Our results generalize many known results in Menger as well as metric spaces. Some related results are also derived besides furnishing illustrative examples.     

Some results on multi-valued weakly jungck mappings in <Emphasis Type="Italic">b</Emphasis>-metric space

In this paper, the concept of multi-valued weak contraction of Berinde and Berinde [8] for the Picard iteration in a complete metric space is extended to the case of multi-valued weak contraction for the Jungck iteration in a complete b-metric space. While our main results generalize the recent results of Berinde and Berinde [8], they also extend, improve and unify several classical results pertainning to single and multi-valued contractive mappings in the fixed point theory. Our results also improve the recent results of Daffer and Kaneko [16].

本文将给出偏序集零调与可缩的几个充分条件，它们包含和深化了文［１］和［２］中的一些结果，把［２］中的一些结果推广到无限偏序集的情形．     

Properties of serial kanban systems

In this paper we show some structural results of a kanban system by using results about the underlying GSMP. The main results from this connection are: dominance of allocations, optimal partition, upper and lower bounds on throughput, consistency of the IPA derivative, convexity of throughput as a function of service time parameters and concavity of throughput with respect to number of kanbans. Although the dominance and the partition results were obtained previously by sample path arguments, the proofs here are less cumbersome and generalize the earlier results. The second-order properties for kanban lines are new. These results form a basis for results in multi-product lines where proofs by sample paths require extensive notation.

利用连续线性泛函满足的某些条件,给出了关于ｍ－增生、奇算子的一些映射结果,这些结果是对已有文献中相应结果的改进．其中第二节中考虑了算子的奇性,运用Ｂｏｒｓｕｋ定理得出了ｍ一增生、奇算子的映射定理;在第三节中讨论了凝聚映射的相应结果．     

Positive curvature,symmetry, and topology

We depict recent developments in the field of positive sectional curvature, mainly, but not exclusively, under the assumption of isometric torus actions. After an elaborate introduction to the field, we shall discuss various classification results, before we provide results on the computation of Euler characteristics. This will be the starting point for an examination of more involved invariants and further techniques. In particular, we shall discuss the Hopf conjectures, related decomposition results like the Wilhelm conjecture, results in differential topology and index theory as well as in rational homotopy theory, geometrically formal metrics in positive curvature and much more. The results we present will be discussed for arbitrary dimensions, but also specified to small dimensions. This survey article features mainly depictions of our own work interest in this area and cites results obtained in different collaborations; full statements and proofs can be found in the respective original research articles.     

New type of fixed point result of F-contraction with applications

The purpose of this paper is to prove theorem which generalize the corresponding results of Rhoades [B. E. Rhoades, Two New Fixed Point Theorems, Gen. Math. Notes, 2015, 27(2), 123--132]. This paper is to introduce the notion of dynamic process for generalized $F-$contraction mappings and to obtain coincidence and common fixed point results for such process. It is worth mentioning that our results do not rely on the commonly used range inclusion condition. We provide some examples to support our results. As an application of our results, we obtain the existence and uniqueness of solutions of dynamic programming and integral equations. Our results provide extension as well as substantial generalizations and improvements of several well known results in the existing comparable literature.     

无约束最优化的Polak-Ribière和Hestenes-Stiefel共轭梯度法的全局收敛性

本文在很弱的条件下得到了关于无约束最优化的Ｐｏｌａｋ—Ｒｉｂｉｅｒｅ和Ｈｅｓｔｅｎｅｓ－Ｓｔｉｅｆｅｌ共轭梯度法的全局收敛性的新结果,这里 ＰＲ方法和ＨＳ方法中的参数β_k~(PR)和β_k~HS可以在某个负的区域内取值,这一负的区域与ｋ有关．这些新的收敛性结果改进了文献中已有的结果．数值检验的结果表明了本文中新的 ＰＲ方法和 ＨＳ方法是相当有效的．     

On scalar equilibrium problem in generalized convex spaces

In this paper we prove the existence of a solution to the scalar equilibrium problem in generalized convex space. As applications, we derive results on the best approximations and simultaneous approximations. The results of this paper generalize some known results in the literature.
