The thermal behaviors of the complexes of Cu(DMTZB)4X2 (DMTZB=3,3‘-dimethyl-1-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-2-butanone, X=NO3 or ClO4) and Cu(DMTZB)2 X2 (X=Br or Cl) in a nitrogen atmosphere were studied under the non-isothermal conditions by simultaneous TG-DTG-DSC, EDS and elemental analysis techniques. The resuits showed that their decomposition proceeded in three different ways mainly depending on the anions in the molecules. The heat effect associated with the decomposition step of DMTZB molecules was also different. The decomposition mechanisms and the kinetic parameters of DMTZB were determined and calculated by jointly using four methods, which showed that its pyrolysis was controlled by D3 mechanism but with different activation energies and pre-exponential factors for different complexes.  相似文献

The kinetics of oxidation of ethylene glycol and 1,3-butylene glycol by dihydroxydiperiodatoargentate(Ⅲ) in alkaline medium have been studied by spectrophotometry in the range of 298.2-318.2 K. It is shown that the reaction was first order with respect to each reductant and Ag(Ⅲ), and kobs increased with an increase of [OH^-]. A plausible mechanism of reaction involving a pre-equilibrium of adduct formation between complex and reductants was proposed, which could be applied to explain all experimental phenomena, and the activation parameters of the ratedetermining step have been also calculated.  相似文献

The thermal behavior and kinetic parameters of the exothermic decomposition reaction of N-methyl-N-nitro-2,2,2-trinitroethanamine in a temperature-programmed mode have been investigated by means of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).The kinetic equation of the exothermic decomposition process of the compound is proposed. The values of the apparent activation energy (Ea), pre-exponential factor (A), entropy of activation (ΔS^≠ ), enthalpy of activation (ΔH^≠ ), and free energy of activation (ΔG^≠ ) of this reaction and the critical temperature of thermal explosion of the compound are reported. Information is obtained on the mechanism of the initial stage of the thermal decomposition of the compound.  相似文献

Three energetic ion salts of 3,6-bis[(1H-1,2,3,4-tetrazol-5-yl)-amino]-1,2,4,5-tetrazine(BTATz), namely, methylamine salt(compound 1), ethylenediamine salt(compound 2), and diethylamine salt(compound 3), were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectrometry, NMR spectroscopy, and ^13C NMR spectroscopy. The crystal structure of compound 1 was determined by single-crystal X-ray crystallography, and structural analysis revealed that it belonged to the monoclinic system with P21/c space group. In addition, the thermal behavior of the three compounds was studied by differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetry techniques. The thermal decomposition peak temperatures of the compounds were 574.89, 545.60, and 606.72 K, indicating that the three ion salts exhibited good thermal stability. Tlie kinetic mechanism equations of the main decomposition process and the entropy of activation(△S^≠), enthalpy of activation(△H^≠), and Gibbs free energy of activation(△G^≠) of the three compounds were also obtained. Moreover, the thermal safety of the compounds was evaluated by the values of the self^accelerated decomposition temperature(Tsadt)5 thermal ignition temperature(TTIT), and critical temperature of thermal explosion(7b). The results showed that all the compounds demonstrated good thermal safety, and the thermal safety of compound 3 was better than that of the others.  相似文献

[Cu(TO)2(H2O)4](PA)2 was prepared by the reaction of aqueous 1,2,4-triazol-5-one (TO) solution with the solution of copper picrate Cu(PA)2 and characterized by elemental analysis, FT IR and X-ray powder diffraction analysis. The title complex has been studied by means of TG-DTG and DSC under conditions of linear temperature increase. The thermal decomposition residues were examined by FT IR analysis. Thermal decomposition mechanism of the title complex was proposed. In the temperature range of 30-680 ℃, the thermal decomposition process was composed of four major stages. The first stage was an endothermic process with the loss of four coordination water molecules. Since the dehydration product was unstable, when it was heated, it would be decomposed much more easily. The second stage was composed of an acute endothermic process and a continued strong exothermic process and the main decomposed residues were CuCO3, Cu(NCO)2 and polymers during this stage. The third stage was a sharp exothermic process, which resulted from the decomposition of the polymer. After the forth stage, the final decomposed residues were certainly copper oxide. The Arrhenius parameters have been also studied on the dehydration process and the first-step exothermic decomposition of [Cu(TO)2(H2O)4](PA)2 using Kissinger's method and Ozawa-Doyle's method. The results using both methods were consistent with each other. The Arrhenius equation can be expressed as in k=24.0-179.8 × 10^3/RT for the dehydration process and in k= 16.7-206.0 × 10^3/RT for the first-step exothermic decomposition, on the basis of the average of Ea and In A through the two methods.  相似文献

The constant-volume combustion energy, △cU (DADE, s, 298.15 K), the thermal behavior, and kinetics and mechanism of the exothermic decomposition reaction of 1,1-diamino-2,2-dinitroethylene (DADE) have been investigated by a precise rotating bomb calorimeter, TG-DTG, DSC, rapid-scan fourier transform infrared (RSFT-IR) spectroscopy and T-jump/FTIR, respectively. The value of △cHm (DADE, s, 298.15 K) was determined as (-8518.09±4.59) j·g^-1. Its standard enthalpy of combustion, △cU (DADE, s, 298.15 K), and standard enthalpy of formation, △fHm (DADE, s, 298.15 K) were calculated to be (-1254.00±0.68) and (- 103.98±0.73) kJ·mol^-1, respectively The kinetic parameters (the apparent activation energy Ea and pre-exponential factor A) of the first exothermic decomposition reaction in a temperature-programmed mode obtained by Kissinger's method and Ozawa's method, were Ek=344.35 kJ·mol^-1, AR= 1034.50 S^-1 and Eo=335.32 kJ·mol^-1, respectively. The critical temperatures of thermal explosion of DADE were 206.98 and 207.08 ℃ by different methods. Information was obtained on its thermolysis detected by RSFT-IR and T-jump/FTIR.  相似文献

The non-isothermal degradation kinetics of N,N'-di(diethoxythiophosphoryl)-1,4-phenylenediamine in N2 was studied by TG-DTG techniques.The kinetic parameters,including the activation energy and pre-exponential factor of the degradation process for the title compound were calculated by means of the Kissinger and Flynn-Wall-Ozawa(FWO)method and the thermal degradation mechanism of the title compound was also studied with the Satava-Sestak methods.The results indicate that the activation energy and pre-exponential factor are 152.61 kJ/mol and 9.06×101 4s -1with the Kissinger method and 154.08 kJ/mol with the Flynn-Wall-Ozawa method,respectively.It has been shown that the degradation of the title compound follows a kinetic model of one-dimensional diffusion or parabolic law,the kinetic function is G(α)=α2and the reaction order is n=2.  相似文献

The thermal decomposition of the magnesium oxalate dihydrate in a static air atmosphere was investigated by TG-DTG techniques. The intermediate and residue of each decomposition were identified from their TG curve. Europium(Ⅲ) compound with 2-oxopropionic acid salicyloyl hydrazone (C_(10)H_(10)N_2O_4,H_3L) and 1,10-phenan-throline (C_(12)H_8N_2,phen) has been prepared.A yellow prismatic crystal of the compound was obtained,and themolecule crystallized in the triclinic space group P-1.There are two 9-coordinated complex molecules in everystructure unit,where every Eu atom is coordinated by three water molecules and two tridentate C_(10)H_(10)N_2O_4 ligands,forming two stable pentacycles.The coordination polyhedron around Eu~(3+) was described as a single cap squareantiprism.In the crystal cell,there are one free 1,10-phenanthroline and four water molecules.The thermaldecomposition of the compound and its kinetics were studied by non-isothermal thermogravimetry.The Kissinger'smethod and Ozawa's method were used to calculate the activation energy value of the first-step decomposition.Thestages of the decompositions were identified by TG-DTG-DSC curve.The non-isothermal kinetic data were ana-lyzed by means of integral and differential methods.The possible reaction mechanism and the kinetic equationswere investigated by comparing the kinetic parameters.  相似文献

Poly[2-(4-chlorophenyl)-1,3-dioxolan-4-yl]methyl acrylate,poly(CPhDMA),was synthesized with radical polymerization process using 2,2′-azobisisobutyronitrile as radical initiator in 1,4-dioxane at 60℃.The structure of poly(CPhDMA) was confirmed by means of UV-Vis,FT-IR,1H-NMR,and 13C-NMR spectral techniques.The molecular weight distribution values of the polymer were determined with gel permeation chromatography(GPC).The number-average molecular weight(Mn),weight-average molecular weight(MW) and polydispersity index(PDI) values of poly(CPhDMA) were determined to be 10300,21600 and 2.097,respectively.The thermal degradation kinetics of the polymer was investigated by using TG/DTG-DTA and DSC analyses at different heating rates in dynamic nitrogen atmosphere.The apparent activation energy values obtained by Flynn-Wall-Ozawa and Friedman methods were found to be 91.68 and 85.23 kJ mol-1,respectively,for thermal decomposition of poly(CPhDMA).Also,the thermal degradation activation energy value of poly(CPhDMA) was calculated by using the Kissinger method based on the DTG,DTA and DSC data.Then the mechanism function of it was determined by master plots method.Finally,electrical and optical properties of poly(CPhDMA) were determined by four-point probe and UV-Vis techniques,respectively.  相似文献

Reaction of diethyl 2,2-difluoro-3-(a-methylbenzyl)imino-4,4,4-trifluoropropanephosphonate (3) with triethylamine afforded a mixture of normal [1,3]-proton shift reaction product 5 and its HF-eliminated compound 6Z in 1 : 1 ratio. Upon hydrolysis, this reaction mixture gave solely 1,3,3,3-tetrafluoro-2-dioxypropanephosphonate (9). Reaction of 3 with DBU provided only 6, in which the ratio of E/Z forms was dependent on the reaction conditions. Aqueous hydrolysis of 6 led to 9. Catalytic hydrogenation and hydrogenolysis of 6 gave geometric isomers of 11 as expected. The reaction mechanism involved was discussed.  相似文献

A method of estimating the kinetic parameters and the critical rate of temperature rise in the thermal explosion for the autocatalytic decomposition of 3,4-bis(4'-nitrofurazan-3'-yl)-2-oxofurazan (BNFOF) with non-isothermal differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) was presented. The rate equation for the decomposition of BNFOF was cstablished, and information was obtained on the rate of temperature increase in BNFOF when the empiric-order autocatalytic decomposition was converted into thermal explosion.  相似文献

A new chelating polymer support has been prepared by suspension copolymeriz a tion of synthesized N,N‘-bis(3-allyl salicylidene)ethylenediamine monomer Schiff base (N,N‘-BSEDA) with styrene (St) and divinylbenzene (DVB) using azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator in the presence of poly(vinyl alcohol). The content and complexation ability of monomer Schiff base (N,N‘-BSEDA) for cobalt(II) ions in prepared crosslinked polymer beads have shown dependence on the amount of DVB used in reaction mixture. The amount of monomer Schiff base (N,N‘-BSEDA) in crosslinked beads showed a substantial decreasing trend at high concentration of DVB in the reaction mixture (> 1.5 mol dm-3), hence the efficiency of complexation (EC%) and cobalt(II) ion loading (EL%) of polymer beads showed a decreasing trend. The structure of monomer Schiff base (N,N‘-BSEDA) and its cobalt(II) complex on polymer support was elucidated by IR, UV and magnetic measurements. The catalytic activity of polymer bound cobalt(Ⅱ) Schiff base complex was evaluated by analyzing kinetic data of decomposition of hydrogen peroxide in the presence of either supported cobalt (II) complex or free cobalt(II) complex. The activation energy for the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide by polymer supported cobalt(II)complex was found to be low (33.37 kJ mol-l) in comparison with unsupported cobalt(II) complex (56.35 kJ mol-1). On the basis of experimental observations, reaction steps are proposed and a suitable rate expression derived.  相似文献

The thermal behavior of the complex Pr[(C5H8NS2)3(C12H8N2)] in a dry nitrogen flow was examined by TG-DTG analysis. The TG-DTG investigations indicated that Pr[(C5H8NS2)3-(C12H8N2)] was decomposed into Pr2S3 and deposited carbon in one step where Pr2S3 predominated in the final products. The results of non-isothermal kinetic calculations showed that the decomposition stage was the random nucleation and subsequent growth mechanism (n = 2/3), the corresponding apparent activation energy ?was 115.89 kJ·mol-1 and the pre-expo-nential constant ln[A/s] was 7.8697. The empirical kinetics model equation was proposed as/(α) =3/2(1-α)[-ln(1-α)]1/3.The X-ray powder diffraction patterns of the thermal decomposition products at 800℃under N2 atmosphere show that the product can be indexed to the cubic Pr2S3 phase. The transmission electron microscopy (TEM) of the final product reveals the particle appearance of a diameter within 40 nm. The experimental results show that the praseodymium sulfide nanocrystal can be prepared from thermal decomposition of Pr[(C5H8NS2)3(C12H8N2)].  相似文献

The complex of Sm2(o-NBA)6(PHEN)2 (o-NBA, o-Nitrobenzoate; PHEN, 1,10-phenanthroline) was prepar-ed and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and UV spectraoscopy. The thermal decomposition mechanism of Sm2(o-NBA)6(PHEN)2 was studied under a static air atmosphere by TG-DTG. The thermal decomposition kinetics of the complex for the first stage was studied under non-isothermal condition. The most probable mechanism functions of the thermal decomposition reaction for the first stage are: G(α)=[-ln(1-α)]1/2, f(α)=2(1-α)[-ln(1-α)]1/2. The activation energy E for the first stage is 259.50 kJ·mol-1, the pre-exponential factor A is 36.19×1018 min-1. The lifetime equation at weight-loss of 10% was deduced as lnτ=-36.70+27 572.12/T by isothermal thermogravimetric analysis.  相似文献

The ternary complex Pd(Ⅱ)-2,2‘-bipyridine-L-asparagic acid was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR-spectra and molar conductance. The formula of the complex is Pd(bipy)(L-asp). The interaction of the complex with DNA has been studied by UV-spectra, fluorescence spectra, CD-spectra and gel electrophoresis. The paper reported the synthetic procedure and character of Copper(Ⅱ) binuclear coordination compound of 1,4-bis-(1′-phenyl-3′-methyl-5′-pyrazolone-4′)-1,4-butanedione. The non-isothermal kinetic of the thermal decomposition of the complex has been studied from the TG-DTG curves by means of the Achar et al and Coats-Redfern methods.
