临界电流密度(J_c)是超导材料的重要特征参数之一,精确的测量临界电流密度对研究超导材料特性及超导器件稳定性具有重要意义.本文介绍了一种基于经典电磁感应理论和超导技术理论测量YBCO超导薄膜临界电流密度的方法和测试装置.研究显示,在液氮环境下,将超导薄膜加入初级线圈和次级线圈中间会明显影响次级线圈的接收效果.我们根据此测量方法搭建了一种测量YBCO薄膜临界电流密度的实验装置.在分析实验测量误差后,通过实验的对比,得到了加入超导薄膜对次级线圈的感应电压的影响,并分析感应电压与线圈互感之间的关系,从而算出超导薄膜的临界电流密度.实验通过噪声抑制和数据校正,准确地测量了超导薄膜的临界电流密度.  相似文献

我们使用脉冲激光沉积方法对YBa2Cu3O7-δ(YBCO)薄膜在MgO基片上通过CeO2/YSZ双缓冲层的生长进行了系统的研究,发现MgO单晶基片的表面质量是决定能否得到理想外延薄膜质量的关键因素,通过使用低能离子束对MgO表面进行轰击,以增加其表面粗糙度和去除变质层,得到了具有100%面内45°旋转的YBCO外延膜,其临界电流密度77K时在106A/cm2量级.通过湿法刻蚀得到的双外延Josephson结表现出RSJ特性.  相似文献

采用电子束沉积制备YBCO超导薄膜,研究了760℃—840℃的不同退火温度下高温热处理对YBCO薄膜双轴织构、表面形貌及超导性能的影响。超导临界电流密度测试、X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)的结果表明,退火温度在在800℃时,YBCO薄膜具有良好的织构和平整致密的表面形貌,在77K自场下的临界电流密度J可达4.2×106/cm2。  相似文献

通过无氟高分子辅助金属有机物沉积法(PA-MOD)制备了YBCO超导薄膜,研究了785~845℃的不同短时高温热处理对YBCO薄膜双轴织构、表面形貌及超导性能的影响.X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)的结果表明,经800℃短时高温处理的YBCO薄膜具有良好的双轴织构和平整致密的表面形貌.物性测量(Quantum-DesignSQUID)的结果表明,该薄膜超导转变温度达到90K,77K自场下的临界电流密度(Jc)为2MA/cm2.  相似文献

氩离子刻蚀对高温超导YBCO薄膜物理特性的影响   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
本文研究了高温超导薄膜表面经氩离子不同程度刻蚀后其物理性能的变化,并采用离子刻蚀的方法设计制备了一个四节超导滤波器.YBa2Cu3O7-x(YBCO)薄膜表面经氩离子适当厚度刻蚀后的测试结果表明,薄膜的零电阻超导临界温度Tc随刻蚀时间适当的增加而提高,但过度刻蚀会带来电阻率的增大及转变宽度加宽.经SEM观测,刻蚀后薄膜表面的颗粒减少,趋于平整,通过XRD分析,离子刻蚀使薄膜晶格常数c发生了变化,同时测得超导薄膜的临界电流密度Jc基本保持不变.这一工作表明氩离子刻蚀对薄膜的氧含量及氧分布有一定的调控作用,并能提高薄膜的平整度,而且用此工艺制备出的超导滤波器显示出良好的微波特性,各项指标均达到了设计要求.这些研究对高温超导薄膜在微波电路中的应用提供了有利的帮助.  相似文献

YBa2Cu3O7-x(YBCO)膜存在“厚度效应”: 随着厚度增加, YBCO薄膜的临界电流密度下降, 尤其是YBCO薄膜的厚度超过1 μm时, 它的临界电流密度急剧下降. 本文在YBCO薄膜之间引入极薄的二氧化铈(CeO2)薄膜, 成功制备出结构为YBCO/YBCO/CeO2/YBCO的超导厚膜. 所制备的厚度为2 μm的YBCO膜临界电流密度为1.36 MA/cm2 (77 K, 自场), 其性能比相同厚度的纯YBCO膜有了较大幅度的提升. 研究表明CeO2薄膜起到了传递织构、松弛应力的作用.  相似文献

本文通过在前驱液中添加过量钇盐和铈的有机盐,采用三氟乙酸盐-金属有机沉积法(TFA-MOD) 在铝酸镧单晶基体上制备了含有纳米氧化钇和纳米铈酸钡的YBCO薄膜. 与纯YBCO薄膜相比,掺杂Y2O3/BaCeO3的YBCO膜的临界转变温度几乎保持不变,为91 K左右. 而掺杂Y2O3/BaCeO3的YBCO膜的临界电流密度达到5.0 MA/cm2 (77 K, 0T), 是纯YBCO膜临界电流密度的1.5倍.薄膜中的Y2O3和BaCeO3可能在YBCO内部起到了 有效的钉扎磁通作用. 关键词: 钇钡铜氧薄膜 2O3和纳米BaCeO3')" href="#">纳米Y2O3和纳米BaCeO3 磁通钉扎 三氟乙酸盐-金属有机沉积  相似文献

单晶薄膜形态的高温超导材料对于相关基础科学研究和应用开发都极为重要.多带的铁基高温超导体往往呈现丰富的物理现象,并具有较高的超导临界参数.特别是近年发现的插层(Li,Fe)OHFeSe超导体,无论对高温超导机理还是应用研究而言,都日益受到重视,已成为铁基家族中重要的典型材料.但是,该化合物含有OH键,加热易分解.因此,现有的常规高温成膜技术均不适用于生长该薄膜材料.为解决这一生长难题,我们最近发明了基体辅助水热外延生长法,实现了超导薄膜制备技术上的突破.本文简要介绍用此软化学成膜技术首次成功制备出(Li,Fe)OHFeSe单晶薄膜.该薄膜材料具有优良的结晶质量和较高的超导临界参数,特别是其高的临界电流密度和上临界场对应用开发有实际价值.因此,(Li,Fe)OHFeSe超导单晶薄膜的成功合成,为机理研究和应用开发分别提供了重要的实验载体和备选材料.另外,该薄膜技术也有望应用于其他功能材料的探索与合成,尤其是对常规手段难以获取的材料更具重大价值.  相似文献

YBa2Cu3O7−δ (YBCO) films with high critical current density (Jc) were successfully fabricated on nickel tapes buffered with epitaxial NiO. NiO was prepared on the textured nickel tape by the surface-oxidation epitaxy (SOE) method. We have reported so far a critical temperature (Tc) of 87 K and Jc=4–6×104 A/cm2 (77 K, 0 T) for the YBCO films on NiO/Ni tapes. To enhance the superconducting properties of the YBCO films on the SOE-grown NiO, depositions of thin oxide cap layers such as YSZ, CeO2, and MgO on NiO were investigated. These oxide cap layers were epitaxially grown on NiO and provided the template for the epitaxial growth of YBCO films. Substantially improved data of Tc=88 K and Jc=3×105 A/cm2 (77 K, 0 T) and 1×104 A/cm2 (77 K, Hc, 4 T) were obtained for YBCO film on NiO, by using a MgO cap layer with a thickness of 50 nm. The method described in this paper is a simple way to produce long YBCO tape conductors with high-Jc values.  相似文献

High Tc superconducting thin film YBa2Cu3O7−δ (YBCO) bolometers have been fabricated on various substrates such as MgO, LaAlO3, YSZ and Si using laser ablation technique. Performance of these IR bolometers operating with a Joule-Thomson refrigerator has been investigated. Measurements of the responsivity and low frequency noise near Tc in the current biased YBCO bolometers show that reliable devices can be fabricated. Measured noise equivalent power (NEP), for YBCO/YSZ bolometer, reaches 6 × 10−10W/Hz1/2 at 165 Hz and has a responsivity of 60 V/W with a blackbody source. This performance is comparable to that of the optimized pyroelectric detectors. The characteristics of YBCO films deposited on Si substrates reveal that superconducting thin film multi-elements or focal plane array with silicon integrated readout circuit are feasible. Such bolometers exhibit NEP of 7 × 10−9W/Hz1/2, and significant improvement appears possible. Electrical measurements show no noticeable film degradation after the bolometer is exposed to atmosphere for three months.  相似文献

The far-infrared optical response of a light-modulating device fabricated from a thin YBa2Cu3O7 (YBCO) film is presented. A critical amount of current was used to switch the YBCO film between a substantially non-transparent superconducting state and a partially transmitting non-superconducting state. Experimental results show the optical extinction ratio of the device to increase with decreasing temperature below the critical temperature of the film. The results correlate well with modeling. Simulations of the optical response of the light-modulating device as a function of wavelength and YBCO film thickness are also presented.  相似文献

By using an ordinary electric balance, we are able to measure the magnetic levitation forces acting on a superconducting YBa2Cu3Oy (YBCO) single crystal. It is found that when the external magnetic field is parallel to the c-axis of the single crystal, the hysteretic levitation curve is similar to that of a melt-processed YBCO superconducting sample. However, when the external magnetic field is perpendicular to the c-axis of the YBCO single crystal, the levitation forces are too small to be measured by our equipment. Also, we have introduced a simple model with the Bean's approximations to explain the levitation forces. The critical current density derived from this model by fitting with experimental data is quite close to the value obtained from magnetization measurements.  相似文献

FeSe基超导体的超导临界温度可大范围调控,物理现象丰富,是非常规超导机理研究的热点.由于较高的超导临界参数及易于加工等特点,FeSe基超导体在超导应用开发方面也日益受到重视.大尺寸高质量的单晶和薄膜形态的FeSe基超导材料,对于相关基础科学研究和应用开发都极为重要.作者近年来先后开发和发明了水热离子交换(ion-exchange)、离子脱插(ion-deintercalation)、基底辅助水热外延生长方法,成功解决了二元FeSe和插层(Li,Fe)OHFeSe超导体高质量单晶和薄膜的生长和物性调控难题.进而在相关物理问题的研究中取得新进展,包括发现二元FeSe中自旋向列序与超导电性密切相关,观测到(Li,Fe)OHFeSe中的电子相分离现象.此外,(Li,Fe)OHFeSe超导薄膜呈现很高的超导临界电流密度和上临界磁场,其应用前景值得关注.  相似文献

Rotational magnetization-vector measurements were carried out on a superconducting polycrystalline disk of EuCSCNO. The results at 4.2 K and low fields resemble recent results for YBa2Cu3O7−δ (YBCO) and Ba0.57K0.43BiO3 (BKBO) in revealing a broad distribution in the strength of the vortex pinning torques. This resemblance extends to higher fields, where it was found that the average pinning torque per vortex (τp), which is directly related to the critical current density, decreases steadily with increasing field in a manner consistent with vortex bundling. Quantitatively, however, the values of τp for EuCSCNO are smaller by an order of magnitude than those for YBCO but are only moderately smaller than those for BKBO. This comparison supports the notion that the vortex pinning may derive in part from deviations from oxygen stoichiometry, which are normally present in YBCO but are essentially absent in EuCSCNO and BKBO. Moreover, as in YBCO and BKBO, the τp in EuCSCNO at fixed field is found to diminish rapidly as the temperature rises towards Tc.  相似文献

SiO2 film coated as a passivation layer for YBa2Cu3O7−x (YBCO)-based microwave devices is investigated by measuring the microwave characteristics of microstrip line resonators. The SiO2 film is deposited with its 0.3 to 0.4 μm thickness by a sputtering method using Ar + 30%O2 plasma. These deposition conditions do not degrade the microwave characteristics and the critical temperature (Tc). Next, the SiO2 film coated resonators are compared with the uncoated ones for two kinds of degradation conditions: a 200°C annealing in air, and an exposure to air at 85°C and 85% RH (relative humidity). We find that the SiO2 passivation film prevents the YBCO thin film from the surface degradation and reacting with water.  相似文献
