A new erythrinan N-oxide alkaloid from Erythrina stricta

This phytochemical study of stems and leaves of Erythrina stricta led to the isolation of twenty-three alkaloids, one of them previously unreported, 11β-hydroxyerythratidine N-oxide. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic analyses including HSQC, HMBC, ¹H–¹H COSY, NOESY, as well as HRESIMS data in addition to comparison with reports in the literature.     

应用二维核磁共振系列技术鉴定罕见的19-羟基多羟基甾醇的结构

本文应用COSY, TOCSY, 13C-1H COSY, ROESY, NOE差谱等NMR技术, 对新的19-羟基多羟基甾醇(Nephalstenol-A)的结构进行了鉴定, 并确定了其立体构型。     

聚芳醚酮大环化合物的核磁共振谱解析

利用一维ＮＭＲ方法研究了新型聚芳醚酮大环化合物的影响，用二维同核＾１Ｈ－＾１Ｈ ＣＯＳＹ和＾１３Ｃ－＾１Ｈ ＣＯＳＹ实验方法以及类似物质标准谱图的比较，对一维ＮＭＲ谱峰进行了归属。

１,１,１－Ｋｅｓｔｏｐｅｎｔａｏｓｅ是菊粉（Ｉｎｕｌｉｎ）类中的一个葡果糖化合物（β－Ｄ－果糖－（２→１）－β－Ｄ－果糖（２→１）－β－Ｄ－果糖－（２→１）－α→Ｄ－葡萄糖）本文采用各种２Ｄ－ＮＭＲ技术,包括Ｈ－ＨＣＯＳＹＦ１－去偶Ｈ－ＨＣＯＳＹ ＨＭＱＣ和ＨＭＢＣ等,归属了它的Ｈ和Ｃ的谱线,并得到了有关质子间的偶合常数,为进一步分析其在溶液中的三维空间结构打下了基础。

自兴安升麻(Cimicifuga dahurica)根茎分得一个新的桂皮酰胺衍生物, 命名为升麻酰胺(cimicifugamide, 1)经解析其IR、MS、1^H和13^C NMR、1^H-1^H COSY、1^H-1^H NOESY、13^C-1^H COSY、13^C-1^HCOLOC及选择性远程DEPTN图谱, 确证其结构为N-(3'-甲氧基-4'-羟基苯乙基)-4-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖-阿魏酰胺。

双氢埃托啡(1)为合成的高效镇痛剂。药理实验结果表示,其镇痛作用优于吗啡。该化合物的~1H和~(13)C NMR谱都较为复杂,尚未见报道,并且多数谱峰采用一般方法难以指定。     

1H and 13C NMR spectra of N-substituted morpholines

(1)H and (13)C NMR data for N-substituted morpholines 1-20 were measured using 1D (DEPT, 1D NOE difference) and 2D NMR spectroscopic methods including (1)H-(1)H COSY, long-range (1)H-(1)H COSY, NOESY, gHMBC and gHMQC experiments. At room temperature the (1)H NMR spectra of protonated compounds 2 and 9 show the chair conformation for the morpholine ring. Spin-spin coupling constants were deduced from the resolution-enhanced proton spectra.

对去羧氯雷他定的红外（IR）、质谱（MS）、氢-氢相关谱(^1H-HCOSY)、碳谱（BB、DEPT-90、DEPT-135）、碳氢相关谱（HMQC）、碳氢远程相关谱（HMBC）解析并进行了报道。对所有的^1HNMR、^13CNMR谱的信号进行了归属，同时讨论了质谱的主要碎片离子的可能的裂解方式和红外特征吸收峰所对应的官能团的振动形式。

利用NMR、2D NMR及IR、MS等实验技术详细研究了非核苷类抗艾滋病毒逆转录酶抑制剂地拉韦定甲磺酸盐的波谱学特征。借助甲磺酸地拉韦定的DEPT谱和二维1H1-H COSY、HMQC和HMBC对甲磺酸地拉韦定氢谱和碳谱进行了归属。讨论了质谱的主要碎片离子的可能裂解方式和红外特征吸收峰所对应的官能团的振动形式,为该类化合物的结构解析提供了分析依据。     

Full multinuclear resonance analysis of 4-amino-1,1,2,2,9,9,10,10-octafluoro[2.2]paracyclophane

The complete assignment of 19F, 1H and 13C NMR spectra for a monosubstituted octafluoro[2.2]paracyclophane derivative is described for the first time. The unambiguous assignments were achieved through the combination of 19F--1H HOESY, 1H COSY and 19F COSY techniques and then further confirmed employing a complementary approach using a Karplus-dependent 3JCF interaction. Interesting aspects of the coupling patterns for various JHH, JHF, JCF and JFF interactions are also discussed.

NMR spectral assignments of two sterols from a soft coral Sinularia brassica

Two new steroids, named 4α,22-dimethyl-Cholest-22-en-3β-ol (1) and 4α-methyl-Cholest-7,22-dien-3β-ol (2), along with two known steroids, were isolated from the soft coral Sinularia brassica. The structures of the new compounds were determined on the basis of extensive spectroscopic data (MS, (1)H and (13)C NMR, (1)H-(1)H COSY, (13)C-(1)H COSY, HMBC and NOESY) analysis.

~1H-NMR studies on cis-trans isomers of spheroidenes

All-trans spheroidene was extracted from the cells of Rhodobacer sphaeroides 2.4.1 and a set of cis-trans isomers were isolated from an isomeric mixture obtained by iodine-sensitized photo-isomerization of the all-trans isomer by high-pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC). On the basis of assignment of the 1H-NMR spectra (COSY, long-range COSY, rekyed COSY, ROESY and NOESY) of the all-trans isomer, the configurations of cis isomers were determined by the isomerization shifts of the olefinic 1H signals. The peaks of HPLC could be assigned as follows: A: 9,13'-cis, B1: 5,13-cis, B2: 13,9'-cis, C: 13-cis, E: 9-cis, F: 13'-cis, G: 5,9'-cis, H: 9'-cis, I: all-trans.
