New researches have revealed that hyaluronan (HA) is not a passive molecule. HA has being pointed out to participate in many processes, such as cell interactions, proliferating and migrating cell events and function as hydrate agent. The present study was undertaken to localize HA in Bufo ictericus integument providing a better understating for the role of cutaneous HA. Paraffinized sections were stained with haematoxylin-eosin and with 1% Alcian blue 8GX at pH 1.0 and 2.5. Alcianophilic reaction was visualized in both spongious dermis and Eberth-Katschenko layer. The mucus cells of mucus glands were also stained with AB methods. Besides these histological techniques, the localization of HA was performed using the FITC-labeled HA probe labeled with fluorescein isothiocyanate. In the extracellular matrix of spongious dermis, the reaction for HA was evident, being less intense in hypodermis and in pericellular keratinocyte matrix of the cornified tubercles regions. Thus, since HA was localized in the pericellular epidermal matrix and in the spongious dermis of anuran integument, it plays an important role in hydric balance, and is essential for integument integrity and functionality.  相似文献

Silicon plays an important role in bone mineralization and formation and is therefore incorporated into a wide variety of medical implants and bone grafts used today. The significance of silicon (Si) can be understood through an analysis of the mechanisms of bone bonding to calcium containing biomaterials and through comparisons of hydroxyapatite (HA) and silicon-substituted hydroxyapatite (Si–HA). The addition of Si to HA causes a decrease in grain size that subsequently affects surface topography, dissolution–reprecipitation rates and the bone apposition process. Through the use of high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM) studies, the interactions between bone and silicon hydroxyapatite (Si–HA) at interfaces are reviewed and related to their impact on bone apposition and ultimately the performance of medical implants.  相似文献

土壤有机质是土壤的重要组成部分,在土壤肥力、环境保护、农业可持续发展等方面都具有重要作用。腐殖质作为土壤有机质的主体,对土壤的一系列性质和形态产生影响,其数量、组成和性质可以反映一定的成土条件和过程,是土壤肥力的重要指标。由于腐殖质分子组成的不确定性,各种方法均存在一定的局限性,优化寻求更为准确可靠的腐殖酸表征方法已成为当前研究的热点。施肥方式改变土壤中胡敏酸的组成与结构,但短期的影响程度难以用常规的测定技术检测出来。利用38年的黑土长期定位试验,通过腐殖质组分HA的分离和纯化,多种光谱分析方法的联合应用,从物质结构的角度分析土壤中单施有机肥和有机无机肥配施对黑土HA有机化合物的分子结构变化的影响。分析显示,M和MNPK施肥处理较CK处理均可提高土壤有机碳和HA含量,增加土壤中HA的总反应热、中温放热值、2920/1720值、脂族C含量、f450/500值,表明单施有机肥和有机无机肥配施后土壤HA芳构化程度降低,脂族含量增加,结合简单化,但M施肥处理增加幅度小于MNPK施肥处理。分析结果表明:多种光谱技术的联合应用,可以相互认证其结果的准确性。同时试验结果也证明有机无机肥配施较单施有机肥,更能提高土壤有机碳和土壤HA的脂族C含量,增加作物产量,培肥地力。  相似文献

We present a Navier-Stokes/Oldroyd-B immersed boundary algorithm that captures the interaction of a flexible structure with a viscoelastic fluid. In particular, we study the effects of bulk viscoelasticity on freely decaying shape oscillations of an Oldroyd-B fluid droplet suspended in an Oldroyd-B matrix. Our numerical data indicate that if the fluid viscosity is low, viscoelasticity plays a modulating role in the drop shape relaxation; specifically, it increases the oscillation frequency and decreases the decay rate when the fluid relaxation time is above a critical value. In the high viscosity limit, i.e., when a Newtonian droplet is expected to return to a spherical shape with an aperiodic decay, an increase in the relaxation time eventually results in the reappearance of the oscillations. Both these results are in line with the prediction of small deformation theory for viscoelastic droplet oscillations. The algorithm was also validated by direct comparison with linear asymptotics.  相似文献

为考察气体第二粘性(体积粘性)对正激波内部流动的影响机制,数值求解含第二粘性的一维Navier-Stokes方程组.结果表明:第二粘性对激波内部的密度、热流和能量分布等物理量具有抹平效应,导致热流和熵流的峰值减小、激波厚度增加,体积粘性耗散的增加使得一部分机械能转化为内能;考虑第二粘性所计算的密度分布和激波厚度大为改善,与实验数据吻合较好;当马赫数为1.2≤Ma≤10,激波内部的Knudsen数满足0.12≤Kn≤0.4,对于马赫数Ma≤4.0的激波内部流动,考虑第二粘性的连续流Navier-Stokes方程组能够准确地模拟正激波结构.  相似文献

Silicon substituted hydroxyapatite (Si-HA) is a new material with an enhanced bioactibity and it can be produced by chemical synthesis. Nevertheless, the coating of metallic substrates with a bioactive material is a common method nowadays to improve its integration with the receptor bone.Si-HA films were deposited by pulsed laser deposition (PLD), using targets composed of mixtures of HA with different Si containing sources such as SiO2 and diatomaceous earth. The Si-HA films were characterized in terms of structure and chemical composition by spectroscopic techniques (FTIR, XPS), and several ion beam techniques (RBS, PIXE). The analysis revealed that the Si is successfully incorporated into the HA structure, as well as traces of other elements such as Na, Fe or K.  相似文献

In channel flows a step on the route to turbulence is the formation of streaks, often due to algebraic growth of disturbances. While a variation of viscosity in the gradient direction often plays a large role in laminar-turbulent transition in shear flows, we show that it has, surprisingly, little effect on the algebraic growth. Nonuniform viscosity therefore may not always work as a flow-control strategy for maintaining the flow as laminar.  相似文献

By applying the representation theory of Y(sl(2)) to Hydrogen atom (HA) the correct spectrum are re-derived. This indicates the consistence between HA and the Yangian algebraic structure and guarantees that there is democracy between angular momentum L and Yangian current J in the sense of conserved currents. The physical effect of Yangian in HA has been predicted that preserves all the known results for HA, but gives rise to abnormal intensities in the spectrum lines near the free state.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Hydroxyapatite (HA) is a major component of bone in humans and animals. Until about 10 years ago, it was considered to have a centrosymmetric crystal structure and could not contribute to the well-known piezoelectric effect in bone. This review describes the theoretical and experimental studies that showed that HA does have a non-centrosymmetric structure. Recent experiments have shown that HA exhibits piezoelectricity, pyroelectricity, and ferroelectricity. It has been made in the form of thick films and as space-charge electrets. It has an important biomedical application as an implant for bone cell attachment and growth.  相似文献

This paper presents an investigation into the temperature dependence of magnetic structure and antiferromagnetic resonance frequencies. Taking into account the crystal and orbital structures of pure lanthanum manganite, it is shown that the orbital structure plays a crucial role in forming the magnetic structure. The H-T phase diagrams for the magnetic structure are drawn.  相似文献

The spin‐dependent transport properties, including spin polarization and spin‐flip for phosphorene superlattice in the presence of an extrinsic Rashba spin‐orbit interaction (RSOI) based on the transfer matrix method, are studied. The results show that the number of barriers in the superlattice structure plays a dominant role in output spin polarization, which can be used in designing optimized spintronic devices. In addition, by controlling on the Rashba strength, an incident spin‐up electron can be transmitted as a spin‐down electron. Also, it enables to convert the unpolarized incident electronic beam (with zero spin polarization) into an arbitrary output spin polarization, which plays a significant role in qubit circuits.  相似文献

In blue quantum dot light emitting diodes (QLEDs), electron injection is insufficient, which would degrade device efficiency and stability. Herein, we employ chlorine passivated ZnO nanoparticles as electron transport layer to facilitate electron injection into QDs effectively. Moreover, it suppresses exciton quenching at the QD/ZnO interface by blocking charge transfer channel. As a result, the maximum external quantum efficiency of blue QLED was increased from 2.55% to 4.60%, and the operation lifetime of blue QLED was nearly 4 times longer than that of the control device. Our work indicates that election injection plays an important role in blue QLED efficiency and stability.  相似文献

Well-dispersed hydroxyapatite (HA) nanorods with different morphologies were synthesized by a hydrothermal method in oleic acid, ethanol and water reaction system, and the surfactant assisted modifications effect was also comparatively studied. The structure and morphology of samples were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy (TEM), respectively. The effect of reaction systems and surfactant additives on the morphology evolution of HA nanorods were discussed in detail. The results showed that the controlled experimental conditions in the systems, such as the content ratio of oleic acid/ethanol, pH value and the content ratio of Ca/P source had an significant effect on the morphology evolution of as-prepared HA nanorods. Further, the selected surfactant additives, such as cetyltriethylammnonium bromide (CTAB), sodium dodecyl sulfate (K12) also play an important role in the formation of the uniform morphology of HA nanorods. Some possible formation mechanisms of the HA nanorods in the present reaction systems is proposed.  相似文献

Incorporation of an ionic liquid, nonvolatile and thermally stable, promoted formation of ring-banded spherulites in poly (l-lactide) (PLLA) during its sol–gel transition. Their formation is correlated with low viscosity and insignificant chain entanglements in the mixtures induced by the ionic liquid. In addition to a driving force for lamellar twisting that depended on the crystallization temperatures, it is believed that reduced lamellar twisting resistance caused by the ionic liquid plays a vital role in the formation of the ring-banded spherulites of PLLA from the mixtures. This study gives further insights into the structural formation of PLLA during a sol–gel transition, which could open new opportunities to tailor the properties of ion gels based on PLLA.  相似文献

该研究主要探讨不同退化程度和人工恢复方式对草原土壤胡敏酸结构的变化特征,为退化草原恢复提供理论依据.在鄂尔多斯沙地不同退化样地与人工恢复草地,对草原土壤的腐殖酸进行了分离提取,采用元素分析、13核磁共振(NMR)等方法对荒漠草原土壤退化与恢复过程中土壤胡敏酸(HA)不同官能团的含量变化进行分析,并用因子分析法研究它们的结构特征和差异.结果表明:不同退化及恢复阶段HA碳骨架相似,但各类碳原子(官能团)的含量不同,芳香族和脂肪族结构在胡敏酸结构中发挥了重要作用.退化阶段,土壤HA的芳香碳减少,碳水化合物减少,土壤HA的氧化程度增加,疏水程度降低.恢复阶段土壤芳香碳含量增加,碳水化合物含量增加,疏水程度略有降低.土壤退化及恢复阶段,胡敏酸(HA)的结构变化最大的部分是芳香碳、取代脂肪碳结构,其次是羧基和酯基碳和未取代脂肪碳结构.植被恢复对腐殖酸结构的变化有重要的影响,本氏针茅区和本氏针茅+油蒿区的HA结构中芳香化程度和复合程度较高,氧化程度低.围栏样区内土壤胡敏酸(H A)的酸度相对较高,芳香化程度和复合程度仍然较低.因此,土壤胡敏酸结构特征的变化可以反映草原土壤的退化程度,进一步揭示草原土壤退化的机制.  相似文献

The properties of dust–ion acoustic (DIA) shock wave in a dusty plasma containing positive and negative ions is investigated. The reductive perturbation method has been used to derive the Korteweg–de Vries–Burgers equation for dust acoustic shock waves in a homogeneous, unmagnetized and collisionless plasma whose constituents are Boltzmann distributed electrons, singly charged positive ions, singly charged negative ions and cold static dust particles. The KdV–Burgers equation is derived and its stationary analytical solution is numerically analyzed where the effect of viscosity on the DIA shock wave propagation is taken into account. It is found that the viscosity in the dusty plasma plays as a key role in dissipation for the propagation of DIA shock.  相似文献

由于制备液体燃料的费托合成工艺在合成过程中排放的费托反应生成水通常含有水溶性含氧化合物,例如醇、醛、酮和羧酸.费托反应生成水酸性强、成分复杂、种类繁多,因此需处理后才能排放.本文以核磁共振(NMR)为主要技术手段,以正丁醇和丙酸作为费托反应生成水中水溶性有机成分的模型化合物,研究了腐殖酸(HA)对费托反应生成水的吸附作用.1H NMR滴定实验和1H弛豫时间测定结果显示:随HA浓度增大,正丁醇质子信号变宽,但化学位移未变;丙酸质子信号变宽,且化学位移向高场移动;正丁醇和丙酸的1H自旋-晶格和自旋-自旋弛豫时间均降低,分子相关时间增大.HA与正丁醇、丙酸的结合百分比表明HA对正丁醇的吸附作用大于丙酸.增加HA浓度有利于HA与正丁醇相互作用,但溶液pH值对HA(20 mg/mL)与正丁醇相互作用影响较小;另一方面,增加HA浓度、降低溶液pH值均有利于HA与丙酸相互作用,且HA浓度对相互作用的影响高于溶液pH值.本研究表明HA用于吸附处理费托反应生成水有效,且过程简单、价格低廉,在工业应用中具有潜力.  相似文献
