The wave propagation in a periodic array of micro-perforated tube mufflers is investigated theoretically, numerically and experimentally. Because of the high acoustic resistance and low mass reactance due to the sub-millimeter perforation, the micro-perforated muffler can provide considerable sound attenuation of duct noise. Multiple mufflers are often used to enhance attenuation performance. When mufflers are distributed periodically in a duct, the periodic structure produces special dispersion characteristics in the overall sound transmission loss. The Bloch wave theory and the transfer matrix method are used to study the wave propagation in periodic micro-perforated tube mufflers and the dispersion characteristics of periodic micro-perforated mufflers are examined. The results predicted by the theory are compared with finite element method simulation and experimental results. The results indicate that the periodic structure can influence the performance of micro-perforated mufflers. With different periodic distances, the combination of the periodic structure and the micro-perforated tube muffler can contribute to the control of lower frequency noise with a broader frequency range or improvement of the peak transmission loss around the resonant frequency.  相似文献

采用基于谐频自适应控制算法的有源消声与消振系统对充液管路系统突出的低频线谱噪声进行有源控制实验研究.建立了泵水循环管路实验系统,在管路中安装有源消声器对流体声进行控制,在管路出口障板上采用8×8通道有源消振系统控制结构声辐射。开展的低频线谱噪声与振动有源控制实验结果表明,在50~200 Hz频带内,通过结合有源噪声与振动控制可在多数频点取得10 dB以上的降噪效果。针对该实验系统,通过分别控制流体声和结构声分析了两者的贡献.实验结果验证了有源消声与消振系统具有较好的降噪性能,各频点处流体声与结构声占比情况不同,需要综合控制流体声与结构声才可以取得显著的降噪效果。   相似文献

针对管道内低频噪声难以抑制的问题,本文基于亥姆霍兹共振腔(HR)阵列吸声板和穿孔管消声器组合,设计了一种复合式宽带消声器。首先利用有限元法仿真分析传统穿孔管消声器,发现中低频消声能力较差,通过嵌入HR阵列吸声板吸收中低频噪声。采用仿真与实验的方式研究吸声板的声学性能:在400-1000 Hz频段内的平均吸声系数达到了0.88。然后对复合式消声器进行数值模拟及3D打印阻抗管实验测试对比:复合式消声器在400-1718Hz频率范围内的平均传递损失为18.15 dB ,最终实现了管道内全频带噪声有效控制。  相似文献

To reduce low-frequency noise of the water-filled pipeline system,a compact flexible micro-perforated muffler with a flexible back cavity(FMPMFBC) is proposed.The flexible pipe wall is made of a rubber-cord composite material.A numerical solution for the transmission loss is derived.Firstly,the flexible micro-perforated panel(FMPP) is equivalent to a flexible porous material based on Biot-Allard porous-elastic theory.Then,a periodic structural unit of the aramid fabric cloth is established with the two-scale method,and the equivalent stiffness matrix is obtained.Besides,a multi-layer composite model for the flexible pipe wall is constructed according to the lamination theory.Coupling with the internal sound field,the transmission loss of the FMPMFBC is calculated.On a water-filled impedance tube,the transmission loss curves of the FMPMFBC prototypes are measured with the two source-location method,and compared with those of a flexible micro-perforated muffler with a rigid back cavity(FMPMRBC)and an expansion muffler.Theoretical results are experimentally verified.The FMPMFBC is a hybrid muffler combining reflection with dissipation,capable of attenuating broadband lowfrequency noise.The transmission loss of prototype B2 in the frequency bands of [40 300] Hz and [40 1200] Hz is 36 dB and 30 dB,respectively,while the transmission loss of the same-sized expansion muffler in the corresponding frequency bands is 7 dB and 11 dB,respectively.  相似文献

Tonal noise emitted from large-diameter spray dryer exhaust stacks used in the dairy industry can give rise to complaints from nearby communities. In many cases, the tone at the fan blade passing frequency is characterized by a frequency above the first mode cut on frequency of the exhaust stack and both its amplitude and the frequency are time varying. The variation in amplitude is a result of turbulence and temperature variations in the duct which cause angular variations in the nodal plane of modes with diametrical nodes. This in turn results in large fluctuations in sound pressure with time at any specified location in the duct, thus presenting a significant challenge for an ANC system with fixed control source and error sensor locations. In many food processing industries, the use of sound absorptive materials in silencers is not acceptable and, particularly when the fan speed is variable, it is difficult to achieve an acceptable passive solution at a reasonable cost. Here, the design and implementation of an active noise control system for tonal noise propagating above the cut-on frequency of the first higher order mode in large size cylindrical industrial exhaust stack is discussed, where the frequency and amplitude vary significantly and relatively rapidly with time. Physical system design principles and control algorithm optimization for a practical active noise control system are presented. Finally, real time control results which were achieved by a prototype installation on a large-diameter, in-service exhaust stack are given. 为了解决管道有源噪声控制中声反馈造成的系统复杂度和计算量的增加,文中引入参量阵扬声器作为次级声源,利用其强指向性减小控制系统的声反馈。为了验证该方法可行性,本文分别在直管和L管中,对600 Hz单频噪声和频率范围为500 Hz~1000 Hz的窄带噪声进行了管道有源噪声控制,同时测量了参量阵扬声器的管内声场和降噪范围。结果表明,参量阵扬声器声反馈小,在没有声反馈补偿的条件下对单频噪声的降噪效果基本达到了声反馈补偿条件下普通扬声器的降噪效果,对窄带噪声的降噪效果稍差。此外,通过测量管道声场和降噪量,确定了参量阵扬声器的降噪区域为误差传感器下游整个管道,降噪面积为管道整个截面。这说明参量阵扬声器作为次级声源降低了系统的复杂度和算法的计算量,并取得了较好的降噪效果。  相似文献

为抑制水介质管路系统低频噪声,兼顾结构的紧凑性,提出弹性背腔微穿孔管路消声结构,弹性管壁为橡胶帘线复合材料,并推导了传递损失的数值解法。首先,基于Biot-Allard多孔弹性理论,将弹性微穿孔板等效为弹性多孔材料;然后,利用双尺度法建立帘布的周期性代表单元,求得其刚度矩阵;接着,基于分层理论,建立弹性管壁的多层复合材料模型,并与内部声场耦合计算,得到弹性背腔微穿孔管路消声器的传递损失。在水介质驻波管中,利用双声源法测量弹性背腔微穿孔管路消声器样机的传递损失曲线,并与扩张式管路消声器和刚性背腔微穿孔管路消声器进行对比,理论结果与试验结果吻合良好。研究表明,弹性背腔微穿孔管路消声器属于反射耗散复合式消声器,具有低频域、宽频带的消声特性。样机B2在40~300 Hz和40~1200 Hz频段内的传递损失分别为36 dB和30 dB,而相同尺寸扩张式消声器在对应频段的传递损失分别为7 dB和11 dB。   相似文献

This paper presents theoretical and experimental work on concurrent active noise and vibration control for a ventilation duct. The active noise control system is used to reduce the air-borne noise radiated via the duct outlet whereas the active vibration control system is used to both reduce the structure-borne noise radiated by the duct wall and to minimise the structural feed-through effect that reduces the effectiveness of the active noise control system. An elemental model based on structural mobility functions and acoustic impedance functions has been developed to investigate the principal effects and limitations of feed-forward active noise control and decentralised velocity feedback vibration control. The principal simulation results have been contrasted and validated with measurements taken on a laboratory duct set-up, equipped with an active noise control system and a decentralised vibration control system. Both simulations and experimental results show that the air-borne noise radiated from the duct outlet can be significantly attenuated using the feed-forward active noise control. In the presence of structure-borne noise the performance of the active noise control system is impaired by a structure-borne feed-through effect. Also the sound radiation from the duct wall is increased. In this case, if the active noise control is combined with a concurrent active vibration control system, the sound radiation by the duct outlet is further reduced and the sound radiation from the duct wall at low frequencies reduces noticeably.  相似文献

The effective elimination of sound energy traveling in open ducts is critical in acoustics, with considerable potential in diverse applications ranging from duct noise control to exhaust system design. However, previous absorber mechanisms are bulky or have limited ventilation or unsatisfactory absorption capability. We propose and experimentally demonstrate the concept of meta-mufflers capable of quasi-perfectly absorbing airborne sound propagating in an open duct while minimizing the influence on airflow because of its vanishing thickness. The mechanism uses coupling among asymmetric metasurfaces to achieve impedance match and subsequent high absorption in a subwavelength scale, which is explained analytically and validated experimentally. The proposed meta-muffler features an uncomplicated design, high attenuation efficiency, and a thickness of nearly two orders of magnitude of wavelength, ensuring the free pass of other entities. Furthermore, our design offers the flexibility of tuning and extending working bandwidth by hybridization of weak resonances. The performance of the proposed muffler is verified via experiments, which correlate excellently with theoretical predictions. The realization of meta-mufflers opens a route to novel acoustic absorbers and could have far-reaching implications in a plethora of important scenarios calling for both perfect sound absorption and open acoustic paths.  相似文献

In order to control low frequency noise in exhaust pipe, this paper puts forward a new concept of H-Q tube based semi-active muffler device. The semi-active muffler device and bench testing system have been designed and operated. Finite element simulation study on semi-active muffler and experimental study on semi-active muffler and passive muffler have been carried on. The effect of simulation and experiment are consistent. The semi-active muffler device acts well in low frequency band, especially between 50 Hz and 150 Hz. The average level of noise reduction is around 35 dB, which is much better than passive muffler. Between 150 Hz and 350 Hz, semi-active muffler has a better performance than passive muffler; above 350 Hz, it has worse performance compared with the passive muffler.  相似文献

本文以对液压泵降噪为例,对有源噪声控制系统在隔声罩中的应用进行了初步的实验研究。噪声的低频段由有源噪声控制系统降低,中高频段由隔声罩降低,从而发挥了有源噪声控制和隔声罩各自的优点。附加了有源系统后的隔声罩使液压泵的噪声从112.4dB降到了80.0dB,整个系统的降噪量达到了32dB。其中有源噪声控制系统采用了6个次级控制源,在600Hz以下频段新增13dB的插入损失。  相似文献

提出了一种基于脉冲声的三维空间中刚性球散射声分离方法,并利用前馈、固定系数控制方式对分离出的散射声进行有源控制,抑制散射声强度,实现了刚性球散射体在观测点处“声学不可见”。该方法利用脉冲信号作为初级噪声,通过有无刚性球时传声器采集脉冲信号的差值确定散射声大小,实现散射声与声源直达声的分离。对分离出的散射声进行多通道有源控制以验证该文所提分离方法及控制系统的有效性。实验结果表明,700~1000 Hz范围内,有源控制开启后,双通道散射声的平均降噪量大于5 dB,多通道散射声的平均降噪量大于8 dB,且误差传声器处采集的残余声场与无刚性球时采集的初级声场信号波形基本一致,实现了刚性球散射体在误差传声器处“声学不可见”。此外,参考传声器布放位置的选取问题也在该文做了详细讨论。  相似文献

Investigations into active noise control (ANC) technique have been conducted with the aim of effective control of the low-frequency noise. In practice, however, the performance of currently available ANC systems degrades due to the effects of nonlinearity in the primary and secondary paths, primary noise and louder speaker. This paper proposes a hybrid control structure of nonlinear ANC system to control the non-stationary noise produced by the rotating machinery on the nonlinear primary path. A fast version of ensemble empirical mode decomposition is used to decompose the non-stationary primary noise into intrinsic mode functions, which are expanded using the second-order Chebyshev nonlinear filter and then individually controlled. The convergence of the nonlinear ANC system is also discussed. Simulation results demonstrate that proposed method outperforms the FSLMS and VFXLMS algorithms with respect to noise reduction and convergence rate.  相似文献

A systematic analysis is proposed to predict the performance of a typical feedforward single channel ANC headset in terms of the delay, especially the non-causal delay caused by different noise coming directions. First, the performance of a non-causal feedforward system for a band-limited noise is analyzed by using a simplified pure delay model, where it is found that the noise reduction bandwidth is narrowed and the maximum noise reduction is decreased with the increase of the non-causal delay. Second, a systematic method is developed, which can be used to predict the system performance with measured primary and secondary path transfer functions in most practical sound fields and to study the effects of the control filter length and the path delay on the performance. Then, the causality of a typical feedforward active noise control headset with the primary source at 0° and 90° positions in an anechoic chamber is analyzed, and the performance for the two locations predicted by the systematic analysis is shown in good agreements with the experiment results. Finally, an experiment of a typical feedforward active noise control headset in a reverberation chamber is carried out, which shows the validity of the proposed systematic analysis for other more practical sound fields.  相似文献

The ability of active noise control (ANC) systems to achieve a more pleasant sound has been evaluated by means of sound quality analysis of a real multi-channel active noise controller. Recordings of real car engine noises had been carried out using a HeadacousticsTM binaural head simulator seated in a typical car seat, and these signals together with synthesized noise have been actively controlled in an enclosed room.The sound quality study has focused on the estimation of noise quality changes through the evaluation of the sense of comfort. Two methods have been developed: firstly, a predictive method based on psychoacoustic parameters (loudness, roughness, tonality and sharpness); and secondly, a subjective method using a jury test. Both results have been related to the spectral characteristics of the sounds before and after active control.It can be concluded from both analyses that ANC positively affects acoustic comfort. The engine noise mathematical comfort predictor is based on loudness and roughness (two psychoacoustic parameters directly influenced by ANC), and has satisfactorily predicted the improvements in the pleasantness of the sounds. As far as the subjective evaluation method is concerned, the jury test has showed that acoustic comfort is, in most cases, directly related to the sense of quietness. However, ANC has also been assessed negatively by the jury in the cases that it was unable to reduce the loudness, perhaps because of the low amplitudes of the original sounds.Finally, from what has been shown, it can be said that the subjective improvements strongly depends on the attenuation level achieved by the ANC system operation, as well as the spectral characteristics of the sounds before and after control.  相似文献

A hybrid active noise controller (ANC) is proposed to solve some existing problems, which are related to the non-minimum phase (NMP) path models between uncollocated sensors and actuators in many ANC systems. For hybrid ANC schemes, the NMP path causes design difficulties to both feedforward and feedback control. These problems can be solved effectively by adding an extra actuator in the ANC system. A new design procedure is presented to take the greatest advantage of the extra actuator. Theoretical analysis and experimental results are presented to show the improved performance of the proposed ANC.  相似文献

为有效降低轻卡进气管的噪声,首先通过原始进气管的噪声实验,测试得出噪声的主要贡献频率,结合管道的布置情况,进行了消声器(谐振腔)的设计,进而完成对进气管的优化设计;通过专业声学分析软件LMS Virtual.lab对优化前后的进气管进行声学性能的模拟研究,得出了谐振腔对声场的具体影响;通过噪声实验,分析出加装谐振腔的进气管相比于原始进气管的降噪效果。研究结果表明:在所研究的进气管噪声的主要贡献频率下(即125 Hz、180 Hz、465 Hz、640 Hz),加装谐振腔后,传递损失均能得到有效增加;在怠速工况和加速工况下,优化后的进气管噪声值均能满足限定值。因此,通过添加谐振腔来优化进气管可以达到了较好的降噪效果。该研究可为汽车进气管降噪元件的优化设计提供一定的指导。  相似文献

The performance of a nonlinear active noise control (ANC) system based on the recently developed filtered-s least mean square (FsLMS) algorithm deteriorates when strong disturbances in the ANC system are acquired by the microphones. To surmount this shortcoming, a novel robust FsLMS (RFsLMS) algorithm is proposed for a functional link artificial neural network (FLANN) based ANC system. The new ANC system is least sensitive to such disturbances and does not call for any prior information on the noise characteristics. The results obtained from simulation study establish the effectiveness of this new ANC scheme.  相似文献

针对气流通道彼此独立且截面尺寸较小的直管式阻性消声器,Belov基于声波导管理论推导了其消声量计算公式,但该公式不适用于气流通道彼此连通且截面尺寸较大的阵列式阻性消声器。为此,提出了一种阵列式消声器消声量计算方法。将阵列式消声器划分为周期性排列的消声单元,每个消声单元包含1个吸声柱。分别参照扩张式消声器和直管阻性消声器计算消声单元的抗性部分(进出口气流通道截面突变处)和阻性部分消声量的理论值TL1和TL2。在此基础上,采用有限元法仿真得到消声器消声量仿真值TLs,基于阻性部分消声量仿真值和理论值的比值(TLs-TL1)/TL2,拟合确定各倍频带阻性消声量修正函数Nf,即修正后的消声量理论值计算模型为TL′t=TL1+TL2·Nf。作为算例,建立了多孔吸声材料流阻率为11425 Pa·s/m2时适用于不同结构尺寸的阵列式消声器消声量计算模型。实测结果...  相似文献
