讨论了双贴合无光焦度校正板放在次镜后的双反射球面系统.根据像差理论分析了消像差的条件,研究了主镜的相对孔径变化、校正板在次镜后的位置变化以及无光焦度校正板的正负透镜的不同组合形式对系统高级残余像差的影响.结果表明:当主镜的相对孔径增加或校正板靠近次镜时,系统的残余像差增加;无论校正板的第一个透镜是正透镜还是负透镜,系统在某一光焦度处残余像差最小,并且靠近次镜的透镜最好采用负透镜.  相似文献

Aberration theory of plane‐symmetric optical systems of mirror and grating has been developed based on the wavefront aberration method. A toroidal reference wavefront surface is used to define the wavefront aberration. Based on the ray geometry, the coordinate mapping relationships of the ray between the optical element and the incident and aberrated wavefronts are derived using a polynomial‐fit method; this enables the resultant coefficients of the wavefront and the transverse aberration to be kept to the fourth‐order accuracy of the aperture‐ray coordinates. By setting up the transfer equations of the field and aperture rays, the contribution to wavefront aberrations from each mirror and grating can be added to make the aberration calculation of multi‐element systems feasible. The theory is validated by the analytic formulae of the spot diagram.  相似文献

施密特光学系统由施密特校正板和球面反射镜组成,校正板设置在球面反射镜的球心处,系统的焦点不一定和反射镜的焦点重合。为了得到精确的校正板面形初始结构参数,基于波像差函数建立了带有离焦量的大口径施密特校正板的数学模型,同时校正了系统的三级和五级球差。利用光学设计软件对校正板口径为1000mm、主镜的曲率半径为2000mm、F数为1的系统进行了设计和分析,来验证校正板面形数学模型的正确性。结果显示此校正板的数学模型与优化后结果吻合得较好,校正板面形初始结构参数的精度得到了极大的提高,这为大口径、大相对孔径的施密特光学系统的设计提供了理论基础。  相似文献

介绍一种长焦距、大口径太阳光光纤耦合系统的光学设计。为达到减小大口径单透镜汇聚太阳光所产生的球差和色差的目的,采用聚光透镜后增加消像差光学系统的方法,并用Zemax软件设计优化出适用于光纤耦合的光学系统,经过优化设计得到光斑半径为45.043 m,能量集中度达95 %以上,像方孔径角为9.090 2,系统总长525.584 mm,满足数值孔径为0.22,芯径直径为1.5 mm的石英光纤的耦合要求。  相似文献

Imaging by two concentric spheres is studied by geometrical method. As the system is symmetric with respect to the common center of curvature, peripheral aberrations, namely coma, astigmatism, and distortion, do not appear. The imaging surface is a sphere that shares the center of curvature with two mirrors. As we solve the zero spherical aberration condition for imaging of an object at infinite distance, the golden section number appears as the ratio of the distance between two mirrors and the radius of the primary mirror. For imaging of an object at finite distance, we have to increase the radius of the second mirror. This system also has no peripheral aberrations. Making the object surface spherical, we can obtain a flat image surface. As the spherical aberration is zero in the original system, spherical aberration, coma, and astigmatism remain zero when the object surface is curved.  相似文献

无光焦度校正板自身无色差和像面弯曲,并具有弯曲PW和光焦度φ11及φ12等变数,为光学系统的像差校正提供了很大的方便。以系统通光孔径Φ=300mm,相对孔径A=1/2,光阑位置lp2/f=-0.75,主镜为球面反射镜为例,设计了一种带有无光焦度校正板且光阑在主反射镜前的牛顿光学系统。通过对光学系统进行光线计算、像差分析和优化,得到校正板透镜最佳光焦度φ11=5,优化后的轴上点波前像差W=0.0001λ。  相似文献

利用实测影响函数,通过数值仿真分析了有效孔径、光束入射角度对于20单元双压电片变形镜像差校正能力的影响。仿真结果表明:有效孔径为16 mm时,变形镜对于各阶像差的校正能力较好;而随着光束入射到变形镜角度的增大,变形镜对于像差的校正精度与校正幅度都会出现下降,但是如果能够将入射角控制在25以内,入射角度对变形镜的像差校正能力影响不大。  相似文献

针对大口径离轴凸非球面面形检测的困难,本文将光学系统波像差检验技术与子孔径拼接干涉技术相结合,提出了凸非球面系统拼接检测方法。对该方法的基本原理和具体实现过程进行了分析和研究,并建立了合理的子孔径拼接数学模型。当离轴三反光学系统的主镜和三镜加工完成以后,对整个系统进行装调和测试,并依次测定光学系统各视场的波像差分布,通过综合优化子孔径拼接算法和全口径面形数据插值可以求解得到大口径非球面全口径的面形信息,从而为非球面后续加工和系统的装调提供了依据和保障。结合工程实例,对一口径为287 mm×115 mm的离轴非球面次镜进行了系统拼接测试和加工,经过两个周期的加工和测试,其面形分布的RMS值接近1/30λ(λ=632.8 nm)。  相似文献

The present study provides the theory base for designing flat-field Schmidt optical systems, based on the wavefront aberration of Petzval field curvature, a mathematic model of the Petzval radius is setting up. The radius of Petzval image surface is not equal to the focal length of the primary mirror or the focal length of the system. An aberration balancing method for flat-field Schmidt optical systems design is proposed: did not change parameters of the corrector, through adjusting the distance between the plate and the mirror to realize aberration equilibrium. The total physical track is more compact than equilibrium before.  相似文献

This Letter presents an optical design method based on the Seidel aberration theory for dynamic refocus systems.The function of a dynamic refocus system is to increase the amount of return photons when a pulsed laser travels over an extended height range. In this study, the dynamic refocus system is a short focal image system. The aberrations of the dynamic refocus system are calculated individually. Aplanatic lenses are used to eliminate the main spherical aberration. A field lens is used to change the stop position in order to eliminate comas and astigmatism. The effectiveness of the initial design results are confirmed, and the designed dynamic refocus objective with an aperture of F-number 0.98 and a focal length of 14.325 mm is achieved. The total motion of the dynamic refocus mirror is approximately 216 at heights that ranged from 8 to 18 km. The optimum result shows that the dynamic refocus system is an ideal optical image system at each conjugating height with10 km sample thicknesses.  相似文献

 针对方口径压电薄膜变形镜,采用傅里叶级数法推导了其机电行为的数学解析式。并利用该表达式对该类变形镜的交联值、使用口径等性能指标进行了研究。结果表明:交联值随电极尺寸呈线性变化关系,在可用范围内保持在0.6以上,压电薄膜变形镜大的交联值保证了其对低阶像差强的校正能力;变形镜的校正能力与通光口径密切相关,其最佳使用口径比约为0.8。  相似文献

本文从泽尼克一高斯国多项式出发,讨论了三种初级象差(球差、营差、象散)在平衡及未平衡状态下的标准偏差同衍射孔半径与高斯光束半径之比α的关系.最后讨论了在均匀光波的最佳校正状态下,高斯光束初级象差同α的关系,得到高斯光束的初级象差可按照均匀光波象差理论进行校正的结论.  相似文献

采用调制传递函数和波前像差分析方法,设计了基于偶次非球面反射镜和Zernike自由曲面反射镜构成的放大倍数为80,相对孔径为2.8的三个离轴投影成像系统.其中第一片反射镜M1表面为凹面用于减小第二片反射镜的尺寸及获得高的对比度,而第二片反射镜M2和第三片反射镜M3表面为凸面用于校正系统像差及获得更短的投影距离.经软件设计与分析,三系统中基于三片Zernike自由曲面反射镜的成像系统光学性能最好,调制传递函数实现60lp/mm时60%以上,畸变小于2.0%.与其它文献相比,基于三片Zernike自由曲面反射镜系统可以更好地消除像差,缩短系统厚度,增大系统的可视角与相对孔径.  相似文献

All-reflective optical systems have theoretically no chromatic aberration and are suitable for wide spectral application, but co-axial reflective systems are difficult to design as low F-number optical systems. In this paper, the aberration of plane-symmetric optical systems with low F-number is analyzed based on the wavefront derived from optical path length. Up to third-order aberrations are classified into three categories by their characteristics. The reduction method of the dominant aberration, astigmatism-like aberration, is proposed. In the method, the Gauss image plane is modeled by means of a simplified mirror surface with third-order approximation. Because the system is plane-symmetric, symmetric cross section and asymmetric cross section are modelled differently. The design example of a three-mirror system with F/2 is shown.  相似文献

非旋转轴对称光学系统波像差理论的建立有利于理解旋转 轴对称光学系统的装调误差和离轴三反射光学系统等非旋转轴对称光学系统的选型设计. 本文利用旋转轴对称球面光学系统的全口径初级波像差理论推导了子孔径面对称光学系统的初级波像差分布公式, 证明了面对称光学系统中的节点像差理论, 即除球差外的所有初级像差的零值节点偏离视场中心, 而不再是视场的旋转对称函数; 并首次阐述了多零值节点初级非对称像差产生的根源和变化特性. 该理论可以有效指导非对称光学系统初始结构的选择和优化设计过程. 关键词: 面对称 像差 几何光学  相似文献

为了校正大扫描视场机载共形窗口引入的像差,提出一种基于固定校正板和透镜阵列的静态校正方法。首先使用固定校正板校正静态像差;然后在像面前安置固定的透镜阵列,利用透镜阵列中的各个透镜单元分别校正不同扫描角度的动态像差;最后基于所提方法设计应用在机载共形光学系统中的像差校正器。设计结果表明,所提方法在±42°的扫描视场范围内能够良好地校正共形窗口引入的像差。与其他动态或静态校正方法相比,所提方法可以实现大扫描视场机载共形光学系统像差的校正,同时降低机载共形光学系统的质量,提高系统的稳定性。  相似文献

空间光学系统在对深空探测、监视、威胁侦测和对地高分辨率侦查等应用中,不仅需要能同时获得高分辨率和宽视场范围的变焦系统,还需要体积小、重量轻、低能耗及快速调焦的系统,传统机械变焦系统因需要复杂精确的机械运动控制而存在诸多问题.因而,基于主动光学理论,将主动光学元件应用到成像系统中,提出了通过某个或某几个光学元件的曲率半径变化实现系统焦距变化的理论.根据初级像差理论和系统的外形尺寸,研究了系统主动变焦原理,确定了初级像差方程组的约束条件,求解共轴主动变焦系统的初始结构参数,借助ZEMAX软件进行优化设计,设计了一个由静止的主镜、曲率半径作为变量的次镜和三镜、无光焦度的平面镜组成的三反射主动变焦系统.由于该共轴三反射主动变焦系统存在两次遮光,会影响系统像面能量的接收,因此,指出对共轴系统进行无遮拦离轴优化设计的必要性,讨论了离轴系统设计理论,并设计了离轴三反射主动变焦系统.  相似文献

Wave field restoration has been achieved based on focal-depth extension under dynamic hollow-cone illumination using an optical microscope. Two kinds of focal-depth extension techniques, such as moving focus averaging and an objective annular aperture, were compared and their effectiveness for transmission electron microscopy applications is discussed. Both techniques enabled resolution enhancement at the same level and effectively obtained aberration-free phase and amplitude images separately by canceling out the rotationally invariant component of system wave aberrations, such as spherical aberration. The influence of nonlinear interference on image contrast was confirmed as significant by using a figure 8 shaped spatial frequency filter.  相似文献

A novel method is proposed for eliminating the effect of the traditional optical aberration on high resolution imaging by random perturbation wave front and digital image processing. A random phase mask, whose phase spectrum fluctuation is accordant with Kolmogorov distribution, is positioned near the aperture stop of optical system, making the optical aberration image become random perturbation image, that is, the intermediate image. The blind deconvolution algorithm based on maximum-likelihood estimation technique is used to restore the intermediate image acquired by a digital detector. The effects of optical aberrations and the noise on the restoration image are explored. To demonstrate the validity of the method proposed, the computer simulation and laboratory experiments are carried out for the imaging of the optical system with primary aberration. The results have shown that the present method is well suited for effectively improving the imaging quality of the optical system with certain aberration, thus making the optical system resolution close to or reach the diffraction-limit of the optical system.  相似文献

The so-called non-approximate method was adopted to design two-mirror three-reflection concentric Offner configuration for an dispersive spectrometer, which was using geometry and ray tracing method to derive the deviation between the arbitrary ray's image point and the principal ray's image point, the system aberration was evaluated based on this deviation, then each parameter was optimized and designed to meet the using conditions by computer software. The optimal object's position with minimal aberration, which also is known as the optimal imaging annular field, could be found in a different condition. Moreover, it presented that the ratio of the radius of convex grating to the radius of concave mirror ought to be close to 0.5∼0.6, the ratio r/R changed slightly with different wavelengths, but the bigger the wavelength was, the larger the ratio r/R would be.  相似文献
