辅助有机胺对介孔分子筛MCM-41合成及其性质的影响   总被引:3,自引:5,他引:3  
采用阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂、硫酸铝为铝源、硅溶胶为硅源,分别使用中等链长的有机胺和正己烷作为辅助添加剂,用水热晶化法在碱性介质中合成了介孔分子筛MCM-41,通过XRD、N2吸附-脱附、SEM测试手段对得到的样品进行了对比表征分析。实验结果表明,除三乙胺外,向反应体系中加入适量的三正丙胺、三正丁基胺、三正辛胺和二异丁胺后,均能够使介孔 MCM-41的d100值和孔径增大,且具有较大的BET表面积(>1 000 m2/g)和孔容(>1 cm3/g);加入正己烷后,也可以使得MCM-41孔径变大,但是和加入有机胺相比较,合成的样品具有较小的BET表面积(887.3 m2/g)和孔容(0.81 cm3/g)。  相似文献

模板剂对全硅MCM-41介孔分子筛结构的影响   总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10  
分别采用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和十六烷基三乙基溴化铵作为模板剂,硅溶胶为硅源,用水热晶化法在碱性(NaOH)介质中合成了MCM-41介孔分子筛样品.通过XRD、N2吸附-脱附、TG-DTA、IR等测试手段对这两种样品进行了对比表征分析.考察了两种不同模板剂对其晶体结构、比表面及孔径大小的影响.实验结果表明,相对于十六烷基三甲基溴化铵做模板剂,采用大头基的十六烷基三乙基溴化铵可以合成较大孔径和孔容(分别为4.72 nm和1.14 cm3•g-1)的MCM-41介孔分子筛,而且具有较窄的孔径分布,因此对于合成大孔径的介孔分子筛MCM-41,十六烷基三乙基溴化铵是一种很好的模板剂.  相似文献

以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂,硅酸钠为硅源,铝酸钠为铝源,在水热条件下成功地合成出了MCM-41中孔硅酸盐材料。采用XRD、低温N2吸附脱附等测试手段对合成的MCM-41样品进行了表征。通过优化合成条件,合成出孔径3.2 nm、比表面904m2/g和孔壁厚约1.46 nm的MCM-41分子筛。催化活性测定采用微反应活性实验来评价其活性和选择性。  相似文献

首次采用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂、正硅酸乙酯为硅源, 分别使用无机和有机弱碱, 溶剂热晶化法在非水甘油介质中合成了介孔分子筛MCM-41, 通过XRD, N2吸附-脱附, TG-DTG, IR, SEM等测试手段对样品进行了表征分析, 结果表明在甘油体系中得到的样品具有优良的孔结构性质. 相比于氢氧化钠, 以有机弱碱(无水乙二胺、三乙胺)作为碱源, 可以得到有序性更好、结晶度高的样品, 样品具有较窄的孔径分布.  相似文献

An enzyme, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), was adsorbed in the manner of single immersion method on the silica mesoporous materials, FSM-16, MCM-41 and SBA-15 with various pore diameters from 27 to 92 and their enzymatic activity in an organic solvent and the thermal stability were studied. FSM-16 and MCM-41 showed larger amount of adsorption of HRP than SBA-15 or silica gel,when the pore sizes were larger than the spherical molecular diameter of HRP (ca 64×37). The increased enzyme adsorption capacity may be due to the surface characteristics of FSM-16 and MCM-41, which would be consistent with the observed larger adsorption capacity of cationic pigment compared with anionic pigment for these materials. The immobilized HRP on FSM-16 and MCM-41 with pore diameter above 50 showed the highest enzymatic activity in an organic toluene and thermal stability in aqueous solution at the temperature of 70℃. The immobilized enzymes on the other mesoporous materials including large or small pore sized FSM-16 showed lower enzymatic activity in an organic solvent and the thermal stability. Both surface character and size matching between pore sizes and the molecular diameters of HRP were important in achieving high enzymatic activity in organic solvent and high thermal stability.  相似文献

分别以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)和聚乙氧基-聚丙氧基-聚乙氧基三嵌段共聚物(P123)为模板剂、正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅源,采用水热法合成了有序介孔分子筛MCM-41和SBA-15。选择Eu(DBM)3phen为客体,有序介孔氧化硅MCM-41和SBA-15为载体,分别在氯仿中进行分子组装,制备出具有较强发光性能的介孔复合材料Eu(DBM)3phen/APTES-MCM-41(EAM)和Eu(DBM)3phen/APTES-SBA-15(EAS)。采用XRD、TEM、N2吸附-脱附和荧光光谱等对产物的结构与性能进行了分析。结果表明,Eu(DBM)3phen组装进有序介孔氧化硅的孔道中后,发光纯度提高。而且孔径越小,发光纯度越高。选用较大孔径的SBA-15为载体,在不显著影响发光纯度的同时,可以获得较高的发光强度。  相似文献

采用水热法合成了MCM-41和不同Co/Si物质的量比的Co-MCM-41介孔材料,并采用XRD、FT-IR和低温氮气吸附-脱附方法对样品进行了表征。FT-IR及XRD表征结果说明,Co原子已经进入了介孔材料的孔壁。合成的MCM-41及Co/Si(物质的量比)为0.18以下的Co-M CM-41都具有六方有序排列的介孔结构。当加入的Co/Si(物质的量比)为0.22时,样品的(100)峰完全消失,不具备六方有序排列的介孔结构,说明以硝酸钴为钴源合成Co-MCM-41的最大Co加入量为Co/Si(物质的量比)为0.18左右。与MCM-41相比,各Co-MCM-41样品的XRD(100)峰随着Co加入量的增加逐渐变宽变弱,比表面积和孔容变小,平均孔径增大。当加入的Co/Si物质的量比大于0.06时,Co-MCM-41的介孔孔道中存在少量聚集态的Co3O4。利用合成的Co-MCM-41吸附脱除氮含量为1737.35μg/g模拟燃料中的碱性氮化物喹啉、苯胺或吡啶,结果表明,所有样品的吸附脱氮效果顺序为苯胺吡啶喹啉。Co-MCM-41(0.06)的吸附容量和氮脱除率明显要高于其他样品,对苯胺、吡啶和喹啉的吸附容量分别为42.17、35.66和29.18 mg(N)/g,去除率分别为82.38%、73.53%和61.11%。添加到模拟燃料中的芳烃化合物萘、苯或甲苯对其吸附脱氮没有影响,表明介孔材料Co-MCM-41对各种含氮化合物的吸附主要是N原子与Co的配位络合吸附,而不是π-π络合作用。采用焙烧或乙醇溶剂洗涤再生后的Co-MCM-41(0.06)恢复了吸附脱氮能力,说明其具有较好的再生性能。  相似文献

以工业现有的ZSM-5作为原料,经一定化学处理的ZSM-5作为部分硅铝源,与介孔分子筛的凝胶在水热条件下进行组装得到具有微孔、介孔双孔分布的复合分子筛,并采用XRD、N2吸附脱附、IR、SEM、TEM等测试手段对合成样品进行分析表征,考察了主要合成条件对分子筛性能的影响.结果表明,合成过程中微孔与介孔结构之间会相互转化,样品中微孔与介孔特征峰存在此消彼长的关系.非临氢反应结果表明,复合分子筛具有较高的异构化选择性.  相似文献

A new process to synthesize thermally stable mesoporous molecular sieves of MCM-41 structure based on delayed neutralization at ambient temperature was investigated. All samples synthesized by this new method have BET surface areas of about 1100m2/g and possess high thermal stability up to 900°C. Higher crystallinity and less lattice constriction after calcination were observed for samples with a longer aging period. Those samples with aging time longer than 10 days exhibited four characteristic XRD peaks of MCM-41 both before and after calcination at 560°C. The N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms of the calcined samples showed larger average pore size and more homogenous pore size distribution. The method was also successfully applied to the synthesis of MCM-41 with different surfactants of hydrocarbon length with 10–18 carbons and proves to be a simple route for obtaining thermally stable MCM-41 at room temperature.  相似文献

以β沸石为硅源,制备了不同硅铝比的Hβ/MCM-41复合分子筛,考察了该复合分子筛对苯甲醚与乙酸酐酰化反应的催化效果,并与介孔MCM-41、微孔Hβ分子筛的催化效果进行了比较,研究了分子筛硅铝比、酸性及孔道结构对酰化反应催化性能的影响。结果表明,对于苯甲醚和乙酸酐酰化反应,Hβ/MCM-41复合分子筛具有较好的催化稳定性,反应过程中的积炭量较少,积炭的碳氢比较低。该复合分子筛不仅具有微孔沸石的强酸性,而且具有较大孔径的介孔,产物分子能及时从孔道中扩散出来,催化活性位不易中毒失活。  相似文献

合成出了担载稀土有机配合物的无机 -有机杂化中孔发光材料 ( phen) 2 Eu/MCM-4 1 ,用 X射线衍射、红外光谱、荧光光谱和紫外 -可见漫反射光谱对所得样品进行了表征 ,并与相应的纯稀土配合物进行了比较 .结果表明 ,所得杂化材料具有典型的中孔材料 MCM-4 1的结构 ,且经组装后孔结构保持不变 ,在紫外光照射下 ,发出稀土离子的特征谱线 ,但与纯稀土配合物相比 ,其激发光谱发生蓝移 ,稀土 Eu3 所处的格位对称性降低 ,荧光寿命延长 .另外 ,对光谱性质进行了讨论 .  相似文献

The adsorption of water in two mesoporous silica materials with cylindrical pores of uniform diameter, MCM-41 and SBA-15, was studied by 1H MAS (MAS=magic angle spinning) and static solid-state NMR spectroscopy. All observed hydrogen atoms are either surface -SiOH groups or hydrogen-bonded water molecules. Unlike MCM-41, some strongly bound water molecules exist at the inner surfaces of SBA-15 that are assigned to surface defects. At higher filling levels, a further difference between MCM-41 and SBA-15 is observed. Water molecules in MCM-41 exhibit a bimodal line distribution of chemical shifts, with one peak at the position of inner-bulk water, and the second peak at the position of water molecules in fast exchange with surface -SiOH groups. In SBA-15, a single line is observed that shifts continuously as the pore filling is increased. This result is attributed to a different pore-filling mechanism for the two silica materials. In MCM-41, due to its small pore diameter (3.3 nm), pore filling by pore condensation (axial-pore-filling mode) occurs at a low relative pressure, corresponding roughly to a single adsorbed monolayer. For SBA-15, owing to its larger pore diameter (8 nm), a gradual increase in the thickness of the adsorbed layer (radial-pore-filling mode) prevails until pore condensation takes place at a higher level of pore filling.  相似文献

Hexagonally ordered mesoporous silica material MCM-41 (SBET?=?1090?m2/g, pore size?=?31.2 ?) was synthesized and modified by 3-aminopropyl ligands. The differences in an uptake and subsequent release of anti-inflammatory drug naproxen from unmodified and amino modified MCM-41 samples were studied. The prepared materials were characterized by high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM), nitrogen adsorption/desorption, Fourier-Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR), Small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS), thermoanalytical methods (TG/DTA) and elemental analysis. The amount of the drug released was monitored with thin layer chromatography (TLC) with densitometric detection in defined time intervals. The amounts of the released naproxen from mesoporous silica MCM-41/napro and amine-modified silica sample A-MCM-41/napro were 95 and 90% of naproxen after 72?h. In this study we compare the differences of release profiles from mesoporous silica MCM-41 and mesoporous silica SBA-15.  相似文献

以拟薄水铝石为铝源、水玻璃为硅源、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂,在110℃时水热晶化合成了含Al的MCM-41介孔分子筛.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、N2吸附-脱附、固体29Si、27Al魔角旋转核磁共振技术(MASNMR)、扫描电镜(SEM)及吡啶吸附傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱技术对AlMCM-41分子筛进行了表征.结果表明:AlMCM-41分子筛具有六方排列的孔道结构,同时具有很高的相对结晶度、比表面积和孔容,且孔分布单一;AlMCM-41分子筛中Si原子在骨架内键合的程度更高,使AlMCM-41分子筛具有更好的骨架晶化程度;同时具有四配位骨架铝,使AlMCM-41介孔分子筛具有适当的酸性.  相似文献

Four samples of MCM-41 mesoporous silicas whose average pore diameters are 2.4, 2.8, 3.2, and 3.6 nm were prepared using sodium orthosilicate and cationic surfactants of [CH(3)(CH(2))(n)N(CH(3))(3)]X (n=11, 13, 15, 17). These four samples were calcined at 1123 K in vacuo to obtain the dehydroxylated samples, which were further rehydroxylated at 298 K to obtain the rehydroxylated samples. The adsorption isotherms of nitrogen gas (77 K) for the 12 MCM-41 mesoporous silicas are of Type IVc, giving no adsorption hysteresis. On the other hand, the first adsorption isotherms of water vapor (298 K) for the dehydroxylated MCM-41 samples are quite different from those of nitrogen gas, giving the remarkable adsorption hysteresis. The second water isotherms for the rehydroxylated MCM-41 samples are of Type IV, showing slight hysteresis. Using the nitrogen isotherms, the relation between the pore size and carbon chain length of the surfactant has been determined, and the effect of dehydroxylation and rehydroxylation on the porous texture has been examined. Using the first and second water isotherms, the adsorption model of physisorbed waters adsorbed on the surface silanol groups has been proposed. From the pore size distribution curves of nitrogen and water, the presence of constrictions in the cylindrical pores has been predicted. Copyright 2000 Academic Press.  相似文献

Mesoporous ZSM-5 was prepared from iron ore tailings (IOT) using a two-step process. Mesoporous MCM-41 was first synthesized using cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) as mesoporous template and IOT as silica source. The CTAB in the as-synthesized MCM-41 was used as the mesoporogen to produce the mesoporous ZSM-5, by recrystallizing the amorphous walls of MCM-41 with tetrapropylammonium bromide (TPABr) as the structure-directing agent via solid-phase conversion. To evaluate the textural properties of mesoporous ZSM-5, the as-synthesized samples were characterized using x-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, 29Si, 27Al magic angle spinning nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, and nitrogen adsorption. The results show that phase separation between the surfactant and zeolite crystals was avoided in the solid-phase conversion process, which transforms the as-synthesized MCM-41 to mesoporous zeolite. Therefore, the synthetic route presented herein provides a novel method for the synthesis of mesoporous ZSM-5 from IOT.

In the synthesis of mesoporous molecular sieves of the type MCM-41, different cationactive surfactants and sources of silicon were used. Moreover, Al-MCM-41 samples with different content of aluminium were synthesized. MCM-41 and Al-MCM-41 were synthesized at elevated temperature in stainless-steel autoclaves. Prepared mesoporous molecular sieves were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), physical adsorption of nitrogen at the temperature of −197°C, sorption capacity of benzene, and by infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Acidity was measured for Al-MCM-41 by temperature programmed desorption of ammonia (TPDA) and by FTIR of adsorbed pyridine. Acid catalytic activity of Al-MCM-41 was tested by isomerization of o-xylene. Influence of the synthesis reproducibility, surfactant used, source of silicon, synthesis time, source of aluminium, and Si to Al mole ratio on the properties of mesoporous molecular sieves were evaluated.  相似文献

MCM-41分子筛是具有单一孔径的长程有序介孔材料,由于孔壁是无定形结构,与微孔沸石晶体相比,水热稳定性较差,这使其在石油炼制和精细化工中的应用受到很大的限制.根据实验发现,如果将一些沸石的前驱结构单元体--即在形成完整的沸石结构前所形成的初级或次级结构单元引入介孔材料,使其转化为介孔孔壁,将会增加介孔材料的短程有序化程度,提高水热稳定性.  相似文献
