在邻菲罗啉类试剂存在下银与卟啉显色反应的研究 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
本文研究了三种邻菲罗啉类试剂对银(Ⅰ)与六种不同取代基卟啉试剂显色反应的影响。研究结果表明:于pH9.2时在35~40℃放置10~15min,银与邻菲罗啉类试剂和卟啉试剂能形成多元络合物。我们分别测定了Ag-phen-TPPS4、Ag-phen-T(4-MOP)PS4和Ag-phen-T(4-HP)PS4体系的络合比及稳定常数,详细讨论了Ag-phen-T(4-MOP)PS4体系的光度性质,把所确 相似文献

本文研究了新水溶性卟啉试剂5,10,15,20-四(3-溴-4-磺酸苯基)卟啉[T(3-BrP)PS_4与铜的显色反应。在pH3,铜与5,10,15,20-四(3-溴-4-磺酸苯基)卟啉形成1:1的稳定配合物。此配合物的最大吸收波长位于412.8nm,摩尔吸光系数为2.61×10 ̄5L·mol ̄(-1)·cm ̄(-1)。铜量在0~3.0μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律,工作曲线回归方程为y=0.00943、+0.167x,相关系数为r=0.9997。方法有较高的灵敏度和较好的选择性,直接用于大米和茶叶中痕量铜的测定,结果与AAS法一致。 相似文献

本文以TPPS4、T(4-MOP)PS4和T(4-MP)PS4为例,研究了Ag·phen·PP光度法间接测定废水中痕量硫离子的有关条件。同时用上述三种卟啉试剂试验了Cu ̄(2+)、Hg ̄(2+)、Cd ̄(2+)、Pb ̄(2+)等软酸和交界酸间接测定S ̄(2-)的可能性,结果表明,Hg-PP也可用于间接测定S(2-)。最后,对H_2S的吸收液进行了筛选。 相似文献

研究了二(2,4,4-三甲基戊基)膦酸(BTMPPA,HL)和1-苯基-3-甲基-4-苯甲酰基吡唑酮-5(HPMBP,HA)的苯溶液在不同矿物酸介质中,对稀土元素(Ⅲ)的AA类协同革取。以Nd ̄(3+)、Yb ̄(3+)为例,研究了BTMPPA-HPMBP苯溶液从HNO_3介质中协同萃取稀土元素(Ⅲ)的机理。用斜率法确定了协萃配合物组成为Nd(HL_2)A_2、Yb(HL)2)_2·A·HA,计算了协萃平衡常数。 相似文献

本文以β-环糊精(β-CD)和表面活性剂为增效试剂,分别研究了它们对以Fe-meso-(四(4-磺基苯)卟啉)(Fe-TPPS4)为催化剂,催化过氧化氢氧化4-氨基安替比林(4-AAP)与苯酚衍生物显色反应的速度和灵敏度的影响,发现β-CD和十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)对该体系具有明显的增效作用.在3×10-3mol/Lβ-CD存在下,测定H2O2的灵敏度比文献报道的提高了1.56倍.利用SDBS浓度与催化显色反应初速度的增加值之间的线性关系,建立了测定微量SDBS的方法 相似文献

为定量结构/活性相关性研究提取了量子化学参数,拓扑指数Am,分子连接性指数^mxt及疏水性常数,同时应用正交变换和最佳变量子集算法(Leaps-and-Bonds)进行了变量压缩和选择,进而实施了多元回归分析,并由此结果进行了HEPT类化合物(1-[(2-hydroxyethoxy)methyl]-6-(phenylthio)-thymine derivatives)的结构/活性关系的理论解释,进行了人工神经网络法对于该类化合物的活性预测,其结构明显好于多元回归法。 相似文献

Sweden's famous warship, Vasa, sank on her maiden voyage in August 1628, and remained on the bottom of Stockholm harbour for 333 years. Raised in 1961, she became the first large-scale wooden object to be treated with polyethylene glycol (PEG). In the summer of 2000 a number of acidic salt precipitations were noticed on the surface of the ship and on wooden artefacts in the storerooms. An international research project has been established to look into the causes of this problem and suggest possible re-treatments. Meanwhile projects are underway to monitor movements in the ship, to build a better support system, and to replace the thousands of iron bolts holding the structure together, while a sophisticated new climate system has recently been installed in the museum. 相似文献

Similarity of the extrusion curves of non-wetting liquid in a nanoporous medium with different initial fill volume fractions is observed experimentally. The similarity can be explained by the scaling of the interface energy and the self-similarity of the infinite percolation cluster of fluid-filled pores. The synthesis and liquid crystalline behaviour of the first and second generations of a dendrimeric structure based on poly(propyleneimine)(DAB-dendr(NH2)x) are reported. 4-(4-n-Alkoxybenzoyloxy)salicylaldehydes are used as mesogenic moieties attached at the peripheral amino groups of the dendrimers giving rise to dendromesogens with four and eight mesogenic branches. From these dendromesogens, considered as organic ligands, were prepared six metal-containing dendrimers which incorporate two or four copper atoms in their structures. All the dendrimeric ligands and three of the metal-containing dendrimers exhibit liquid crystalline properties which were studied by optical microscopy, DSC, X-ray diffraction and EPR spectroscopy. 相似文献

Abstract Thermodynamic and transport properties of pure liquid metals show interesting correlations near the melting temperature. This is well known for the case of the surface tension σ and the shear viscosity η In this paper we investigate the possible extension of these correlations to binary alloys, taking the FeB alloy as a case study. Based on literature data we analyze the variation of σ and η as a function of temperature and concentration in a deep eutectic region of the phase diagram of this alloy, as well as the possible correlations between those two quantities.
