In this work, we perform a series of phonon counting measurement with different methods in a 3-mode optomechanical system, and we compare the difference of the entanglement after measurement. In this article we focus on the three cases: prefect measurement, imperfect measurement and on-off measurement. We find that whatever measurement you take, the entanglement will increase. The size of entanglement enhancement is the largest in the perfect measurement, second in the imperfect measurement, and it is not obvious in the on-off measurement. We are sure that the more precise measurement information, the larger entanglement concentration.  相似文献

激光束近场光强分布是影响激光束特性的重要参数之一,为了使目前激光束近场光强分布的评价更加合理和科学化,对CCD直接测量法和漫反射屏测量法两种测量方法进行了研究,并分析了材料不同的漫反射屏对测量结果的影响。研究结果表明,漫反射屏材料的不同对测量结果有较大影响,并且漫反射屏测量法存在的散斑对测量结果影响也较大。两种测量方法比较表明CCD直接测量法测得结果更加客观,与真实值更加接近。  相似文献

根据全视场外差测量的相关理论,推导了频差偏差与仪器测量精度的相互关系.分析了频差大小、频差偏差、采集初始时间、初始相位、采样频率和采样周期数等相关参数对测量精度的影响.研究结果可以作为全视场外差测量设备设计、参数选取的理论依据;并给出了通过合理选择采样时间和采样帧数提高测量精度的一种方法.  相似文献

To resolve the conflict of large measurement range and high accuracy in the existing real-time displacement measurement laser diode (LD) interferometers, a novel real-time displacement measurement LD interferometry is proposed and its measurement principle is analyzed. By use of a new phase demodulation algorithm and a new phase compensation lgorithm of real-time phase unwrapping, the measurement accuracy is improved, and the measurement range is enlarged to a few wavelengths. In experiments, the peak-to-peak amplitude of the speaker vibration was 2361.7 nm, and the repeatability was 2.56 nm. The measurement time was less than 26μs.  相似文献

为了在保证结构简单的前提下,实现衍射光栅精密测量系统的大量程、高精度、多维度测量,设计了能够同时测量位移和角度的五维自由度衍射光栅精密测量系统。基于利特罗对称式光路结构,采用高刻线密度的一维衍射光栅以及外差干涉原理实现了沿光栅矢量方向和光栅法线方向的二维位移测量;通过引入高精度的位置灵敏探测器,结合±1级衍射光与光栅之间的角度变化关系实现了对光栅俯仰、偏摆和滚转三个维度的角度误差测量。实验结果表明:该衍射光栅精密测量系统能够实现分辨力优于4 nm的二维位移测量以及分辨力优于1″的三维角度测量,其位移测量范围只受限于光栅的尺寸,量程大大增加。该衍射光栅精密测量系统在精密测量领域有重要意义。  相似文献

中国散裂中子源(CSNS)加速器主要由一台直线加速器、一台1.6 GeV快循环加速器以及低能、高能输运线组成。其中有十二种类型校正磁铁,共计74台。校正磁铁是加速器运行的重要组成部件,必须测量其积分场及均匀性以确保加速器性能。为了快速和高效地完成磁铁测量任务,使用了旋转线圈测量系统。对测量原理、数据处理方法以及系统之间的测量结果对比进行了介绍。这对批量磁铁高效率测量是有帮助的。  相似文献

研究了近距离光电测距系统的工作特点,设计了近距离光电测距相机光学系统.基于几何相似法原理,提出几何相似法光电测量系统的测量过程是一个不等准确度测量过程.重点研究了不等准确度测量过程中的测量数据处理技术,给出了测量系统测量数据修正的方法.同时对比了修正前和修正后测量结果的差异,明确指出,采用不等准确度最小二乘法处理测量数据可以提高极近距离处的测量准确度.  相似文献

检偏器的角度误差是影响偏振遥感探测精度的重要因素之一,是许多高精度定量化偏振遥感需要考虑的一个问题。在检偏器(0°,60°,120°)放置的测量系统中,当入射光偏振角接近于0°或180°时偏振测量易产生最大误差值,而偏振角接近30°,90°和150°时,偏振度的测量具有很高的精度;在检偏器(0°,45°,90°)放置方式中,偏振角接近45°的光束测量易具有最大误差值,而偏振角接近于0°,90°和135°时,角度误差对偏振度测量精度的影响很小。除了个别偏振角外,对高偏振度入射光束的偏振测量通常具有较大的偏振测量误差。因此,引进线偏振光的平均偏振度测量精度描述偏振测量装置的优劣,结果表明检偏器(0°,60°,120°)放置方式优于检偏器(0°,45°,90°)放置方式。  相似文献

通过对光栅尺原理的研究,设计一种宏微复合切换测量模式,利用增量码进行低精度测量,绝对码进行高精度测量。采用增量方式采集莫尔条纹的高速性,解决高精度绝对位置采集的低速性,实现宏微复合的高速与高精度的测量。实验证明,高精度低速绝对位置测量过程中测量精度可达0.6 m,在测量中使用新型高速与低速的变速切换测量方式,综合测量速度最高可以达到2 m/s。  相似文献

针对目前微观三维表面形貌测量技术中存在检测效率和测量范围较小的问题,提出一种基于双线阵相机的线扫描差动共聚焦三维形貌测量方法。采用线扫描光源,利用线扫描拼接算法,分别合成焦前和焦后图像;再利用差动算法获得样本位于测量区域的差动图像,结合预先刻度的轴向响应曲线,完成样本的三维形貌还原,实现大范围高效测量。实验结果证明:基于双线阵相机的线扫描差动共聚焦三维形貌测量方法在相同时间内测量范围和测量效率分别是白光干涉仪的16.48倍和6.59倍,并且该方法在测量过程中不需要停顿,只需实现一次对焦,就可以对样品进行连续不间断的扫描检测。研究成果为满足智能制造中在线在位、实时高效、大范围测量的检测需求提供依据。  相似文献

We studied the optical scattering noise, measurement artifacts, and their suppression in single-shot measurements of prepulse contrast. The measurement noise due to air scattering and the two kinds of measurement artifacts resulting from multiple reflections of the generated correlation signal and correlation between the pulse under test and the internally reflected sampling pulse were experimentally explored. The scattering noise and measurement artifacts significantly degrade the measurement fidelity. We demonstrate the clean measurement of prepulse contrast in a single-shot cross-correlator by attenuating the main peak of the correlation beam with a dot mirror and designing the correlating process based on a periodically-poled lithium niobate crystal embedded in an unpoled wafer. The standard time-scanning measurements of pulse contrast are also performed to confirm the experimental results of our single-shot measurement.  相似文献

We present a reconfigurable microwave frequency measurement technique with adjustable measurement range and resolution. The key novelty of the technique is the employment of stimulated Brillouin scattering, which results in a tunable amplitude comparison function, leading to an adjustable measurement range and resolution. The proposed technique is switchable between a wideband tunable narrow measurement range (~2 GHz) with high resolution (±0.05 GHz) and a fixed wide measurement range (12 GHz) with moderate resolution (±0.25 GHz).  相似文献

‘Flying Triangulation’ (FlyTri) is a recently developed principle which allows for a motion-robust optical 3D measurement of rough surfaces. It combines a simple sensor with sophisticated algorithms: a single-shot sensor acquires 2D camera images. From each camera image, a 3D profile is generated. The series of 3D profiles generated are aligned to one another by algorithms, without relying on any external tracking device. It delivers real-time feedback of the measurement process which enables an all-around measurement of objects. The principle has great potential for small-space acquisition environments, such as the measurement of the interior of a car, and motion-sensitive measurement tasks, such as the intraoral measurement of teeth. This article gives an overview of the basic ideas and applications of FlyTri. The main challenges and their solutions are discussed. Measurement examples are also given to demonstrate the potential of the measurement principle.  相似文献

常用的测量折射率的方法如偏向角法、自准直法、临界角法、 V棱镜法等,这些方法通常需特制三棱镜与待测件。待测样品不一致且过程复杂,测试定标周期长,难于自动化。为了保证待测材料的完整及实现自动化测量,进行了基于平行平板的折射率非接触测量的尝试。运用该方法进行折射率的测量,不需特制三棱镜并且待测件与待测样品一致。分析表明,通过选择合适的测量角度,该方法旋转角度精度为a=0.003(即10),导轨精度为L=0.000 8 mm,平行平板厚度测量精度为d=0.001 mm。  相似文献

高精度测距在工业、航空航天、科学研究等方面都具有重要应用, 而不断发展的激光测距技术始终处于前沿研究领域. 本文研究飞秒光频梳绝对测距技术, 拓展光梳在长度测量领域的应用. 在利用脉冲激光进行任意绝对长度测量中常用到飞行时间法, 然而其测量分辨力受限于电子器件的带宽, 仅为毫米量级. 为克服这一缺点, 本文研究了光梳多脉冲序列之间的时间相干性, 结合多脉冲序列干涉法和飞行时间法提出了任意长绝对测距的方法, 搭建了基于改进型Michelson干涉原理的任意绝对测长系统, 通过同时测量多脉冲序列的一阶和二阶互相关信号, 可以分别计算出飞行时间的时间差, 即可得到被测距离. 利用光梳作为光源进行了0.6m的绝对测距实验, 将测量结果与高精度激光位移传感器的测量值进行比较, 实验结果表明本系统具有良好的测量线性度, 并且测距精度可达±0.5μm. 关键词: 飞秒光频梳 任意长绝对测距 飞行时间法 多脉冲序列干涉法  相似文献

In this work, we describe a fiber Bragg grating (FBG) sensing system using two wavelength-matched FBG sensors for static and dynamic strain measurement. A cascaded long-period fiber grating (CLPG)-based demodulation technique has been used to interrogate the two wavelength-matched FBG sensors. Experimental results of static strain measurement show that the proposed system has a strain resolution of 1 με. This system has also been used for dynamic strain measurement. An eddy current displacement meter-based system has been used as a comparison measurement. Experimental results of dynamic strain measurement have proved that the FBG sensing system has a good performance in the measurement of dynamic strain. The results of static and dynamic strain measurement indicate that the sensing system using two wavelength-matched FBG sensors is superior to the single FBG sensor system.  相似文献

在理论分析的基础上,对国际上目前广泛采用的干涉法测量光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)传感系统中的光波长移动所存在的相位测量原理误差进行了实验研究,提出了双相位锁相放大器加动态补偿的测量方案。结果表明,直接用锁相放大器测量布拉格波长移动所对应的相位变化时,如果布拉格波长与其相关的锯齿波光程差幅值不相等,将产生准周期性的测量原理误差。假设扫描锯齿波幅值初始偏差为20nm,那么测量原理误差将大到全量程的5%。如  相似文献

As there exist some problems with the previous laser diode (LD) real-time microvibration measurement interferometers, such as low accuracy, correction before every use, etc., in this paper, we propose a new technique to realize the real-time microvibration measurement by using the LD sinusoidal phase-modulating interferometer, analyze the measurement theory and error, and simulate the measurement accuracy. This interferometer utilizes a circuit to process the interference signal in order to obtain the vibration frequency and amplitude of the detective signal, and a computer is not necessary in it. The influence of the varying light intensity and light path difference on the measurement result can be eliminated. This technique is real-time, convenient, fast, and can enhance the measurement accuracy too. Experiments show that the repeatable measurement accuracy is less than 3.37 nm, and this interferometer can be applied to real-time microvibration measurement of the MEMS.  相似文献

We summarize our recent 1.5 parts per billion measurement of the antiproton magnetic moment using the multi Penning-trap system of the BASE collaboration. The result was achieved by combining the detection of individual spin-transitions of a single antiproton with a novel two-particle spectroscopy technique, which dramatically improved the data sampling rate. This measurement contributes to improve the test of the fundamental charge, parity, time reversal (CPT) invariance in the baryon sector by a factor of 350 compared to our last measurement, and by a factor of 3000 compared to the best competing measurement. We review the measurement technique and discuss the improved limits on CPT-violating physics imposed by this measurement.  相似文献

为解决1 fJ~1 pJ脉冲激光能量的测量问题,提出了一种基于时域波形积分的飞焦级脉冲激光能量测量方法。该方法采用光电倍增管(PMT)获得飞焦级脉冲激光的响应信号,该微弱响应信号经放大、校准与激光脉冲时域波形积分后实现飞焦级脉冲激光能量测量。根据该方法设计了飞焦级脉冲激光能量测量装置,并分析了该装置的测量不确定度。实验表明,该装置实现了波长1 064 nm、脉冲宽度5 ns~1 s、能量范围1 fJ~1 pJ的脉冲激光光源的能量测量,测量不确定度为15.8%。  相似文献
