()*£-1 -(4-Fluorobenzylidene)^l-(4-ethylphenyl)thiosemicarbazone was synthesized via the reaction of 4-(4-ethylphenyl)thiosemicarbazide and 4-fluorobenzaldehyde. The title compound was characterized by FTIR, and 13C NMR, mass spectrometry and elemental analysis techniques. Structural property of the title compound was displayed by the X-ray single crystal diffraction. The title compound crystallized in triclinic space group Pl witli a=0.6494(4) nm,a=0.7971(5) nm, c=1.5492( 10) nm,a=83.690( 11)°,β=84.185(10)。γ=84.348(11)。molecular formula Ci6H16FN3S,Mr=301.39,V=0.7868(9) nm^3, Z=2, Dc=1.272 g/cm……3,^000)=316,“=0.213 mm-1, 5=1.02, 7?=O.O513, and cw7[Z>2o(Z)]=0.1662. The intennolecular interactions in the crystal structure were explained using the Hirshfeld surface and their associated two-dimensional fingerprint plots. The title compound showed C-H-S(l-x,-y,-z) and NH(1-y,-z) intermolecular interactions, and formed the supramolecular self-assemblies through R2^2(12) and R2^2(8) ring motifs. Shape index and curvediiess were performed to further understand some unique weak interactions, for instance, the weakπ…π stacking contacts in molecular structure witli difierent characteristic regions. Besides, the reduced density gradient(RDG) function provided a real-space function for discussing non-covalent interactions within molecule, such as hydrogen bonds, weak van der Waals interactions and attractive or repulsive effects.  相似文献

双光子聚合引发剂BVPDA的合成、结构及非线性光学性质   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
合成了双光子聚合引发剂{4-[2-(4-溴苯基)-乙烯基]苯基}-二苯基胺(BVPDA),并测定了其晶体结构.结果表明,BVPDA为三斜晶系,P1空间群,a=1.0834(3)nm,b=1.5625(2)nm,c=1.9640(2)nm,α=92.807(8)°,β=103.647(10)°,γ=106.676(13)°,V=3.0705(10)nm3,Z=6,T=293(2)K,Dc=1.383g/cm3,R1=0.0735,wR=0.1063.用1HNMR谱、13CNMR谱及元素分析进行了表征.测试了紫外吸收光谱、单光子荧光光谱、单光子荧光寿命和双光子荧光光谱.在760nm的飞秒脉冲激光激发下,BVP-DA发出较强的上转换荧光,荧光峰位于462nm.以BVPDA作引发剂,加入丙烯酸酯型齐聚物(CN120C80),用Ti:sapphire飞秒激光器作光源,制作了一个三维周期性微结构.  相似文献

苄氧羰酰氯与四氢噻唑-2-硫酮在三乙胺存在下反应生成了3-苄氧羰基四氢噻唑-2-硫酮。在甲醇中培养了标题化合物单晶,用X射线衍射法进行了结构表征。晶体结构属三斜晶系,P1间群,晶体学参数:a=0.6274(2)nm,b=0.7340(3)nm,c=1.2976(4)nm;α=100.73(3)°,β=94.53(3)°,γ=103.28(3)°,Z=2,Mμ=4.30cm-1.分子中的>C=O与>C=S基团处于C(4)-N-C(1)键的同侧,为顺式。用PM3分子轨道方法研究了该化合物的电子结构,得到电荷和键序分布以及前线轨道等性质。  相似文献

选择柔性的双吡啶双酰胺配体N,N'-双(3-吡啶甲酰胺基)-1,2-乙烷(3-bpye)、钼酸铵和氯化锌在水热条件下自组装制备了一个基于一维[H_2Mo_4O_(14)]_n~(2n-)链的三维锌配合物[Zn(3-bpye)(H_2Mo_4O_(14))(H_2O)_2],并通过元素分析、红外光谱、热重分析等技术手段研究了配合物的结构,并利用X射线单晶衍射分析进行了晶体结构表征。结构解析揭示标题配合物是三斜晶系,P-1空间群,晶胞参数a=0.61310(3)nm,b=1.04750(6)nm,c=1.06540(6)nm,α=78.5540(10)°,β=77.5350(10)°,γ=89.9050(10)°,V=0.65420(6)nm~3,M_r=981.47,D_c=2.491 g/cm~3,Z=1,F(000)=468,R_1=0.0290,ωR_2=0.1068。标题配合物中,金属锌离子连接一维[H_2Mo_4O_(14)]_n~(2n-)链形成一种二维无机双金属层[Zn(H_2Mo_4O_(14))]_n,相邻的层间又通过双齿配体3-bpye连接形成三维CdSO_4拓扑的骨架结构。配合物表现出强的荧光发射特性,而且其在紫外光照下对亚甲基蓝和罗丹明B均有明显的催化降解活性。  相似文献

The crystal structure of 5-nitro-4-salicylideneamino-3-methyl-1,2,4-triazole-5-thione ([C10H9N5O3S]·HCON(CH3)2, Mr=352.38)(CCDC No. 216094) was determined by the single crystal X-ray diffraction method. The crystal belongs to a triclinic system, the space group is P1 with unit cell constants a=0.6113(2) nm, b=1.0836(4) nm, c=1.3132(5) nm, α=74.523(7)°, β=117.68(3)°, γ= 79.769(7)°, V=0.8245(5) nm3, Z=2, Dc=1.419 g/cm3, μ=0.228 mm-1, F(000)=368, R and wR are 0.0579 and 0.1040, respectively, beasd on 3348 unique reflections of which 1925 reflections were observed[I>2σ(I)]. The results indicate that the title compound can be assigned to the thione tautomeric form rather than the thiol tautomeric form. It contains a five membered triazole ring and a phenyl ring with a dihedral angle of 4.35°. The intermolecular hydrogen bond N3-H3…S1, O1-H1…O4 can be observed.  相似文献

A novel 3D ytterbium supramolecular compound, [Yb(HBDDC)(H20)4]·2H2O(1), was synthesized via 5,5'-(buta-diyne-1,4-diyl)diisophthalic acid ligand(HaBDDC) under solvothermal conditions. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that compound 1 crystallizes in triclinic system, PT space group with a=0.71372(14) nm, b=1.0566(2) nm, c=1.7969(4) nm, a=101.01(3)°, β=98.15(3)°, γ=99.17(3)° and V=1.2922(4) nm3. Compound 1 exhi- bits a special infinite 1D chain, which stacks parallel each other in an ABAB sequence, leading to the formation of a 3D supramolecular structure owing to the strong π-π interactions between adjacent phenyl ring groups. Moreover, compound 1 manifests excellent luminescent property.  相似文献

Two new layered lanthanide sulfates,[C10H10N2][Pr2(SO4)4(H2O)2](1)and[H5O2][Sm(SO4)2(H2O)3](2)were synthesized via solvothermal reaction and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction(XRD), infrared(IR) spectroscopy, thermal analysis, fluorescent spectra and inductively coupled plasma(ICP). Crystal data for compound 1, triclinic, P space group, a=0.8052(4) nm, b=0.9438(4) nm, c=1.4990(7) nm, α=79.450(5)°, β= 83.703(5)°, γ=74.048(5)°, V=1.0746(9) nm3, Z=2; for compound 2, monoclinic, P21/c space group, a=0.6599(11) nm, b=1.8940(3) nm, c=0.8765(14) nm, β=96.596(2)°, V=1.0883(3) nm3, Z=4. Structure analysis indicates that both the compounds exhibit a 2D corrugated layer structure, with protonated 4,4'-bipyridine cations and water dimmers (H5O2)+ located between the inorganic layers of compounds 1 and 2, respectively. Luminescent properties of compounds 1 and 2 were further investigated.  相似文献

水热反应条件下制备了一个基于半刚性双吡啶双酰胺配体3-bpcd(N,N'-双(3-吡啶)环己烷-1,4-双甲酰胺)和Keggin型多金属氧酸盐的银配合物{[Ag2(3-bpcd)3][Ag(3-bpcd)(SiMo12O40)]2(3-H2bpcd)2}·7H2O,并通过红外光谱、元素分析和X射线单晶衍射等技术手段确定了其晶体结构。结构分析表明该配合物属于三斜晶系,P-1空间群,晶胞参数a=1.3597(5) nm,b=1.4949(5) nm,c=2.5249(10) nm,α=88.998(6)°,β=88.856(7)°,γ=67.458(6)°,V=4.739(3) nm3,Mr=6471.02,Dc=2.261 g/cm3,Z=1,S=0.955,F(000)=3124,R1=0.0768,wR2=0.1936。 配合物是由一维[Ag(3-bpcd)(SiMo12O40)]26-链、双金属[Ag2(3-bpcd)3]2+结构单元、2个未配位的质子化有机配体3-H2bpcd和7个结晶水共同组成的复杂结构,多种结构单元间通过氢键作用形成三维超分子网络结构。 标题配合物修饰的碳糊电极对NO2-有好的电催化还原活性,此配合物作为催化剂对罗丹明B的降解有显著的催化效果。 CCDC:1401875  相似文献

The crystal crystallizes in a triclinic system, space group P1 with a=1.306 3(2) nm, b=1.319 4(4) nm, c=1.950 2(4) nm, α=90.597(14)°, β=93.998(11)°, γ=94.093(13)°, V=3.344 1(12) nm3, Z=2, the final R indices are R1=0.065 4, wR2=0.126 2 respectively. The complex contains a novel tetranuclear cluster cation with four Er3+ ions connected by four μ3-OH ions and six bridging carboxyl groups. Each erbium ion is coordinated by three μ3-OH, three carboxylic oxygen atoms from three α-alanine and two oxygen atoms from water molecules, forming a square-antiprismatic coordination polyhedron.  相似文献

以PEG-400为催化剂,利用氯甲酸乙酯和硫氰酸钾反应生成的乙氧酰基异硫氰酸酯为中间体与2,4-二-硝基苯肼反应,得到N-(乙氧酰基)-N′-(2,4-二硝基苯胺基)硫脲,通过IR、元素分析等方法对其结构进行了表征。 在室温条件下,采用缓慢挥发法培养出适合用于X射线衍射测试的单晶。 晶体结构数据表明,晶体属单斜系,P2(1)/c空间群,晶胞参数:a=4.1919(2) nm,b=12.295(6) nm,c=23.828(11) nm,α=γ=90.00°,β=92.467(10)°,V=14397(12),Dc=1.519 g/cm3,μ=0.263 cm-1,F(000)=680,Z=4,R1=0.1121,wR2=0.2540。 并对标题化合物进行了热重分析和比热容测定,计算了热力学函数;证明该化合物有良好的热稳定性。  相似文献
