对于RGB有机电致发光器件(OLEDs),蓝光非常重要.在现有各种蓝光材料中,聚芴(PFO)非常稳定且荧光量子效率可达80%,但它有一个非常大的缺点:电致发光会产生异常绿光带.这严重影响了PFO相关器件的饱和色纯度.本文使用分子基磁性材料Fe(NH2trz)3·(BF4)2掺杂PFO方法,解决了这一难题.以ITO为衬底,制作了结构为ITO/PEDOT:PSS/PFO:Fe(NH2trz)3·(BF4)2/CsCl/Al的器件.报道了利用Fe(NH2trz)3·(BF4)2特殊的电子自旋态调制PFO的光电特性,实现了PFO的强烈纯正蓝光发射.详细研究了Fe(NH2trz)3·(BF4)2对PFO光电特性的影响.在4 V至9 V电压的偏置下,没有Fe(NH2trz)3·(BF4)2的器件,发出特别异常的绿光.然而,与此形成明显对照的是:Fe(NH2trz)3·(BF4)2掺杂的器件发出强烈的本征蓝光;PFO绿色发光带被成功压制;随着电压的变化,器件光谱的蓝光部分在整个EL谱所占比例没有改变.运用光电磁一体化测量技术,进一步研究了PFO掺杂Fe(NH2trz)3·(BF4)2器件的磁发光(MEL)和磁电导(MC)效应.发现PFO:Fe(NH2trz)3·(BF4)2和纯PFO薄膜内都没有激基缔合物产生.运用发光动力学理论,分析了Fe(NH2trz)3·(BF4)2阻断PFO异常绿光发射的机理.  相似文献

采用高温固相法合成了荧光体Ba10(PO44(SiO42:Ce3+和Ba10(PO44(SiO42:Eu2+,研究了两种荧光体的光谱特性。结果表明,两者都呈现较强的宽带激发特征。根据同种基质中Eu2+和Ce3+两种离子光谱特征的相关性,通过测得的Ba10(PO42(SiO42基质中Ce3+的光谱数据估算了Ba10(PO42(SiO42:Eu2+中Eu2+的斯托克斯位移(ΔS)和激发能量,估算结果与Ba10(PO42(SiO42:Eu2+样品的光谱分析结果十分吻合。Ba10(PO42(SiO42:Eu2+可以同时被紫光和蓝光激发,发出偏白的绿光,可用作白光LED的荧光粉。  相似文献

钪基氟化物化学性质稳定、声子能量低、无辐射弛豫概率较低,是一种新型高效的基质材料,并且Sc3+半径较小,能与多种氨羧络合剂形成稳定的螯合物,因而具有更加奇特的物理和化学性质,近年来,成为许多科学家研究的热点。以聚乙烯二胺(PEI)作为表面活性剂,采用水热法在反应温度为200 ℃时成功制备了ScF3∶Yb3+/Er3+,NaScF4∶Yb3+/Er3+,(NH4)2NaScF6∶Yb3+/Er3+纳米上转换发光材料。通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和荧光光谱仪对所制备样品的晶相、形貌和发光特性进行了研究,结果显示:通过改变反应物NH4F和Ln3+的比例(NH4F/Ln3+=1∶1,2∶1,2.5∶1,3∶1,4∶1,6∶1,10∶1,20∶1,30∶1,40∶1,50∶1)实现了对样品产物、晶相、形貌的控制。当NH4F/Ln3+为2.5∶1时,生成了纯立方相的ScF3;在NH4F/Ln3+为4∶1时,生成了六角相的NaScF4;在NH4F/Ln3+为40∶1时,生成了一种纯立方相的新型基质材料(NH4)2NaScF6,样品结晶度高,形貌均一,有正方形片状和足球状多面体;在980 nm红外激光的激发下,不同NH4F/Ln3+比例生成的样品发光呈现桔黄→桔红→绿→黄绿等多种颜色的变化。实验表明仅改变NH4F一种原料的用量,就可以生成ScF3∶Yb3+/Er3+,NaScF4∶Yb3+/Er3+和(NH4)2NaScF6∶Yb3+/Er3+ 三种不同的产物,说明NH4F的用量对产物的生成有决定性的作用,对晶相的转换、颜色的调控亦有重要影响。  相似文献

本文用X射线粉末法测定了Li2K(IO3)3与Li2NH4(IO3)3的晶体结构和原子参数。发现Li3K(IO3)3,Li2NH4(IO3)3与Li2Rb(IO3)3同晶型,属单斜晶系,空间群为P21/α,每个单胞含有四个化合式量。室温的点阵常数分别为α=11.198?,b=11.046?,c=8.254?,β=111.53°,及α=11.327?,b=11.078?,c=8.341?,β=111.87°。讨论了二元化合物的形成与离子半径的关系。 关键词:  相似文献

采用同步辐射光电子能谱(SRPES)结合扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和称量法,研究了中性(NH4)2S溶液钝化GaAs(100)表面,并与常规(NH4)2S碱性溶液钝化方法进行了比较- SRPES结果表明该处理方法可以产生较厚的Ga硫化物层和较强的Ga—S键,Ga的硫化物有好的稳定性-称量法表明该方法有更低的腐蚀速率-SEM结果表明该方法钝化处理的GaAs表面所产生的腐蚀坑数目少,直径小- 关键词:  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论和非平衡格林函数相结合的方法研究了S原子作为单、双端基的(CH3)2-OPE (齐聚苯乙炔)和(NH2)2-OPE分子在金电极间的电子输运性质. 通过第一性原理优化计算获得分子部分稳定结构, 再置于Au电极之间构成两极系统, 然后再优化整个两极系统获得稳定结构. 另外, 通过非平衡格林函数方法计算了两极系统的电子输运性质. 计算结果表明, 不同的修饰基团和桥接方式可以导致两极系统的开关效应、负微分电阻行为和整流行为等不同的电子输运性质. 通过计算不同偏压下的分子体系投影轨道电子分布、透射谱、态密度, 对这些新异的电输运性质出现的机理进行了解释.  相似文献

以Eu2O3、NH4H2PO4、BaCl2·2H2O、BaCO3为原料,用高温固相法制备出Ba5(PO43Cl:Eu2+荧光粉。用XRD衍射仪和荧光分光光度计分别测试样品的物相结构和荧光性能。结果表明:制备得到的Ba5(PO43Cl:Eu2+为单相,在245~425 nm范围均有较大吸收,具有最强峰在435 nm的窄带发射。该荧光粉的发光强度受Eu2+浓度的影响较大,其发光随着Eu2+浓度的增加先增强后减弱。当Eu2+摩尔分数为3%时,发光强度达到最大。  相似文献

采用高温固相反应合成了NaZnLa(PO4)2中掺杂Ce3+、Tb3+的荧光体,对其晶体结构、发光行为进行了研究,并尝试对NaZnLa(PO4)2:Ce,Tb荧光体进行调制。NaZnLa(PO4)2是LaPO4的同构物,为单斜晶系独居石结构,从XRD谱数据得到NaZnLa(PO4)2基质的晶胞参数为a=0.6823nm,b=0.7045nm,c=0.6497nm,β=1039°,v=0.303nm3,其晶胞参数与单斜LaPO4的晶胞参数相似。在NaZnLa(PO4)2:Ce,Tb荧光体中,Ce3+对Tb3+有良好的敏化作用,掺杂适量的BO33-、Al3+、Dy3+,可以增强发光亮度。  相似文献

Polycrystalline lithium-ammonium sulphate samples were subjected to X-ray diffraction analysis for determining the lattice parameters of the prepared mixed crystals. The compositions of the samples were determined using X-ray microanalysis.

The Li0.5(NH4)0.5SO4 samples were irradiated with different doses of γ-radiation in order to investigate the effect of this ionizing radiation on the phase transition temperatures Tc1 and Tc2. The temperature dependence of the d.c. resistivity ρd.c. and dielectric constant of irradiated samples showed (i) a shift of Tc1 to higher temperatures; (ii) a shift of Tc2 to lower temperatures; and (iii) the appearance of a new anomaly near 128°C at moderately high γ-doses. The mechanisms giving rise to this behaviour are discussed.  相似文献

The search of materials with efficient optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) properties and a high hydrogen content for fast neutron dosimetry has led to the development of Tl+-doped ammonium salts (NH4)2SiF6 and (NH4)2BeF4. Preliminary OSL studies have shown that the OSL in (NH4)2SiF6:Tl+ and (NH4)2BeF4:Tl+is efficient. In order to optimise the OSL emission and its detection, the identification of the luminescent centres in the OSL process is necessary. This study focuses on the identification of the luminescent centres associated with Tl+ based on optical studies in the vacuum UV (VUV) at different temperatures.  相似文献

In this paper we describe the formation of a luminescent (NH4)2SiF6 via porous silicon (PS) obtained from HNO3/HF vapour etching (VE) silicon (Si) substrates. It was found that at specific conditions, PS transforms in a luminescent thick white powder (WP) layer. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) revealed that the WP has a coral-like structure. It was also found that PS persists as an intermediate layer between the Si substrate and the WP, and seems to be the seed that transforms into the WP. SEM microanalysis show that the WP is essentially composed of silicon (Si), nitrogen (N) and fluorine (F). Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy investigations show that this WP contains SiF62− and NH4+ ions and N---H chemical bonds. X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns of the WP confirm that a (NH4)2SiF6 cubic phase is concerned. SEM microanalyses show an excess of Si in the WP matrix. FTIR spectroscopy and XRD analysis reveal the presence of crystalline Si particles and SiOx, both originating from the excess of Si. The (NH4)2SiF6 WP phase emits an intense photoluminescence (PL) band, shifted towards higher energies as compared to the starting PS layer. The possible origin and mechanism of the luminescence emission was discussed taking into account the ability of small SiOx-surrounded Si particles to emit PL at rather high energy. The wide range variation of the thickness of the (NH4)2SiF6 WP may be easily used for the grooving of Si wafers.  相似文献

This paper reports laboratory tests involving the dry deposition on copper surfaces of NO2, alone and in combination with SO2, at different concentrations (200 and 800 μg m−3), temperatures (15, 25 and 35 °C) and relative humidities (50%, 70% and 90%). Gravimetric results and characterisation of the corrosion products by optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM/EDX), grazing incidence X-ray diffraction (GIXD) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) show that the corrosive effect of NO2 acting alone depends greatly on the RH. At 90% RH copper behaves in the same way as in unpolluted atmospheres, while at lower RH localised attack is detected. Analysis reveals the presence of basic copper nitrate (gerhardtite, Cu2(OH)3NO3). However, in SO2-polluted atmospheres no differential behaviour with RH or temperature is observed. In these atmospheres copper corrosion is similar to that obtained in unpolluted or in NO2-polluted atmospheres at high RH, although GIXD detects basic copper sulphate (posnjakite, Cu4(OH)6SO4·2H2O). In the case of mixed atmospheres (SO2+NO2) a significant accelerating effect is observed when [NO2]>[SO2]. Otherwise an inhibitive effect is detected. At high RH in the presence of SO2, NO2 favours SO2 oxidation and finally sulphuric acid formation, which attacks the cuprite layer. S-containing compounds, especially basic copper sulphate, are easily detected by GIXD and XPS in the outermost corrosion product layer. However, at low RH, NO2 reacts preferentially with adsorbed water to produce nitrous and nitric acids that attack the cuprite layer. In this case, an outer corrosion product layer containing copper nitrite (soluble) and basic copper nitrate is formed over an intermediate layer that contains significant amounts of basic copper sulphate from the previous interaction of sulphuric acid and cuprite.  相似文献

研究半挥发性气溶胶物质的气粒分配对于更准确地描述大气气溶胶的组成和尺寸分布是至关重要的。硝酸铵是亚微米颗粒物的主要组成部分,特别是在高污染事件中。为了更深入的了解硝酸铵气溶胶的气粒分配问题,利用激光悬浮技术捕获、悬浮半挥发性无机物硝酸铵液滴单颗粒(2~10 μm),控制相对湿度条件、温度条件,并采集氢-氧振动带的受激拉曼峰位信息,利用非弹性米氏散射理论计算实时液滴半径尺寸、折射率和浓度,利用稳态传质模型Maxwell公式推算出了不同湿度下的蒸汽压。实验数据计算出的硝酸铵的饱和蒸汽压值的数量级与文献报道一致。当RH分别恒定在80%, 73%, 68%, 57.3%, 55.4%, 44.8%时,饱和蒸汽压值为(1.67±0.24)×10-3, (1.82±0.19)×10-3, (2.91±0.13)×10-3, (3.5±0.28)×10-3, (4.59±0.22)×10-3和(6.64±0.3)×10-3 Pa,显然,随着相对湿度的降低,饱和蒸汽压值增大,即湿度降低促进硝酸铵的挥发。此外,还推算了不同湿度下硝酸铵气溶胶液滴的挥发通量,挥发通量值在(4.01±0.79)×10-7~(3.32±0.77)×10-8 mol·(s·m2)-1之间。这对更好的了解气溶胶在挥发过程中的微观过程有重要意义。  相似文献

Intensities have been measured for individual transitions in the Q and R branches of the ν1 band of NH3 using a difference-frequency laser spectrometer. The data yield an integrated band strength of S0v=219.36±1.03 cm-2/MPa at 297 K, corresponding to a transition moment of μv = 8.535(20) × 10-32 C·m, and a Herman-Wallis correction factor, (1 + jm)2, where j = 0.0209(20). The intensities of a few lines for K 7 were noticeably perturbed by a perpendicular Coriolis interaction with 2ν4 (E, L = 2), so were excluded from the fit. A small sample of ν3 band lines occurring in the ν1 band scans also yields a rough estimate of the ν3 band intensity with evident irregular perturbations.  相似文献
