This paper deals with the relationships between the structure of poly(p-phenylene vinylene)(PPV) film and treatment temperature and their mechanical properties.The chemical structures and aggregated structures of PPV precursor(PPVpre) and PPV treated at three node temperatures(125,155 and 230 ℃) were investigated by FTIR spectrometry and X-ray diffraction.The results show that the content of trans-conformation and the size of the crystalline domains increased with the increase of treatment temperature.The mechanical performances of the corresponding polymers were studied by nanoindentation.The elastic modulus and hardness of PPV films decreased with the increases of the content of trans-conformation and the size of the crystalline domains.These results suggest that the conformation and the size of the crystalline domains are able to induce the elastic modulus and hardness variation of PPV films.  相似文献

Discussed are some of the most important concepts of the kinetics of complex heterogeneous catalytic reactions,methodology of building kinetic models and mathematical treatment of experimental data,influence of heat and mass transfer,types of laboratory reactors,kinetics and nanosized catalysts and others. Differential electrochemical mass spectrometry(DEMS)is one of the most powerful techniques for both the mechanistic and kinetic study of complicated electrocatalytic reactions.It can provide information on the nature and yields of the products generated,their production rate,and the structure-activity relationship between the electrocatalysts and the target reactions.The precise calibration of the mass signal is a prerequisite for the accurate evaluation of reaction kinetics.In this work,we use the oxidation reactions of CO and HCOOH to demonstrate how certain conditions,such as the flow rate and solution composition,affect the collection efficiency and ionization probability of the species to be detected.These parameters can affect the determination of the mass calibration constant and the accuracy of the subsequent quantitative DEMS analysis.We show the relationship between the mass calibration constant and the flow rate,and provide strategies for eliminating this and the related problems.  相似文献

The unique black soil resources and natural environment of Jilin province provide the proper conditions for the growth of ginseng-the king of herb. Ginseng industry has effectively promoted the development of medical and health industry,and brought considerable economic income for ginseng farmers. However,long-term continuous cropping of ginseng causes the chemical,biological,and physical properties deterioration of soil,which influences the yield and the quanlity of ginseng,and results in the occurrence of replant obstacle. Identifying the malignant soil factors in continuous cropping obstacles,then analyzing the evolution process,and putting forward the improvement strategies is the primary task of ginseng research at present. This paper reviews the influence of ginseng cultivation on the physicochemical property,nutrient, enzyme activity,microecology and ecotoxicity of the soil,and the achievements of improving ginseng soil by chemical and biological techniques and methods in recent 10 years. © 2022, Science Press (China). In order to study the mechanism of the formation of maeroporous copolymer, the overall reaction kinetics, phase separation and gelation of the S/EGDM in the presence of inert solvents and the physical properties of the eopolymer were investigated and compared with the corresponding system of S/DVB and S/DVB/MMA. Melt extrusion was used to prepare binary nanocomposites of ethylene copolymers and organoclay and trinary nanocomposites of low-density polyethylene (LDPE), ethylene copolymer and organoclay. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were used to analyze the structure of the clay phase and the morphology of the nanocomposites. Influences of the comonomer in the copolymer and the content of the copolymer on the morphology of the resulting nanocomposites were discussed. The binary and the trinary composites may form intercalated or exfoliated structures depending on the interaction between the copolymer and the clay layers and the content of the copolymer.  相似文献

The photodegradation reaction rate of CHCl3 in TiO2 particulate suspension was imperoved significantly by HCl-treatment.The effect of HCl-treatment on the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 was strdied in a PEC cell by using Intensity-Modulated Photocurrent Spectroscopy(IMPS).The magntude of photocurrent response and the characteristic frequencies of the upper and lower semicircles in the complex plane of IMPS response were analyzed,and the ccathodic and anodic reaction processes of photogenerated holes and electrons were discussed.The increases in the cathodic and anodic photocurrent response and in the time constants of both cathodic and anodic reaction processes of photogenerated holes and electrons were discussed.The increases in the cathodic and anodic photocurrent response and in the time constants of both cathodic and anodic reaction processes indicate that HCl-treatment leads to the improvement of the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 and a change of the photocatalytic kinetic mechanism.  相似文献

It has been reported that two Schiff base transition metal complexes bearing the side chain of the morpholine ring were synthesized and characterized, and two complexes with the same base agent but different metal ions were used as a simulant hydrolase in the catalytic hydrolysis of p-nitrophenyl picolinate in this paper. The mechanism of PNPP catalytic hydrolysis is proposed and supported by the results of the spectral analysis and the kinetic calculation. A kinetic mathematical model, applied to the calculation of the kinetic and thermodynamics parameters of PNPP catalytic hydrolysis, has been established on the foundation of the mechanism proposed. The result of the study shows that the two complexes have a good catalytic activity in PNPP catalytic hydrolysis, and the rate of the PNPP catalytic hydrolysis was increased with the increase of the pH values in the buffer solution and affected by the polarization effect of metal ion of the complexes.  相似文献

Through a study of the characteristics and composition of melt and fluid inclusions in volcanic rocks and their associated granites in the subduction zone of the Tibetan plate, it has been found that the characteristics of the inclusions in quite a few minerals of various rock types are closely related to the nature of molten magmas, thickness of strata and cooling speed. Therefore, their characteristics may be used to discriminate different lithofacies types. In this paper the evolution and crystallization of magmas are discussed on the basis of the glass composition of the inclusions measured using the electron probe, and the gas composition and its parameters are used in elucidating the physico-chemical conditions of rock and ore formation.  相似文献

On the basis of the calculations and analyses of the intrapair and interpair correlation energy of KX (X = OH, NC) molecules and the results of the transferability of both the innermost intrapair correlation energy and the inner core effect of K and X in KX molecules, we defined and calculated the Kδ- and Xδ-correlation contributions to the total correlation energy of KX molecules. With the comparison of the pair correlation energy of K+, X- and KX systems, we present a simple estimation method to estimate the electron correlation energy of strong ionic compound by summarizing the correlation energy of its constituent ion and ionic group. By using this simple method, the reasonable estimation results of the correlation energy of (KOH)2 and (KNC)2 have been obtained at mp2/6-311++G(d) level with Gaussian98 program, and the deviations are very small. The effect of clay on the morphology and phase-separation behavior of poly(methyl methacrylate)/poly(styreneco-acrylonitrile)(PMMA/SAN) blends and the variation of clay dispersion have been investigated. With the evolution of phase separation in PMMA/SAN, most of the clays are first located at the boundaries between PMMA and SAN, and then gradually move to the PMMA-rich domain, owing to the affinity of clay to PMMA. The introduction of clay causes the increase of binodal and spinodal temperatures of PMMA/SAN and enlarges their metastable region, indicating the phase stabilizing effect of clay on the matrix. But the influence of clay on the cloud points obviously depends on the composition of PMMA/SAN. The selective adsorption of PMMA on the clay results in the difference between the composition of surface layer and that of polymer matrix. Hence, the clay plays the role of an agent changing the conditions of phase structure formation.  相似文献

Alginate has been widely used in cell microencapsulation and drug delivery systems in the form of gel beads or microcapsules.Although an alternative novel emulsification-internal gelation technology has been established and both the properties and the potential applications of the beads in drug delivery systems have been studied,the mechanism has not been well understood compared with the traditional droplet method(external gelation technology).On the basis of our previous knowledge that the novel technology is composed of complicatedly consecutive processes with multistep diffusion and reaction,and the diffusion of acetic acid across oil/water interface being the prerequisite that determines the occurrence and rate for the reactions and the structures and properties of final produced gel beads,a special emphasis was placed on the diffusion process.With the aid of diffusion modeling and simple experimental design,the diffusion rate constant and diffusion coefficient of acetic acid across oil/water interface were determined to be in the orders of magnitude of 10-6 and 10-16,respectively.This knowledge will be of particular importance in understanding and interpreting the formation,structure of the gel beads and the relationship between the structure and properties and guiding the preparation and quality control of the gel beads.  相似文献

Principal side factors as well as technical and procedural peculiarities capable of distorting the results of measurements of adsorbed and desorbed amounts, of falsifying the nature of the processes proceeding in the systems under study, and of promoting artifacts in calorimetric and other studies of gas chemisorption on powders are considered. Modified techniques and procedures allowing the elimination of sources of side phenomena and artifacts and freeing traditional glass static adsorption apparatuses and experimental procedures from undesirable factors and peculiarities are proposed. Some available chemisorption and calorimetric data representing artifacts and also some data that are not artifacts but,due to imperfections of chemisorption techniques, show up as artifacts are presented and discussed. The effects of CaCO3 on the crystallization behavior of polypropylene (PP) were studied by means of DSC and WAXD.The average sizes of the CaCO3 powders used were 0.1μm (UC) and 0.5μm (GC),respectively.The PP/CaCO3 composites at compositions of 1phr and 10 phr were investigated.The results showed that the addition of CaCO3 reduced the supercooling,the rate of nucleation and the overall rate of crystallization (except for the 10phr UC/PP sample).The crystallinity of PP was increased and the size distribution of the crystallites of α-PP was broadened.On the other hand,the crystallization rate of 10phr UC/PP is 1.5 times higher than that of neat PP.It has an overall rate of crystallization 2 times as much as that of the neat PP and has the maximum crystallinity.The sizes of crystallites and the unit cell parameters of α-PP were varied by the addition of CaCO3.β-PP was formed by addition of GC and was not detected by addition of UC.The differences of crystallization behaviors of PP might be attributed to the combined effects of the content and size of CaCO3 filled.  相似文献

Molar heat capacities of the pure samples of acetone,methanol and the azeotropic mixture composed of acetone,cyclohexane and methanol were measured by an adiabatic calorimeter from 78 to 320 K.The solid-solid andsolid-liquid phase transitions of the pure samples and the mixture were determined based on the curve of the heatcapacity with respect to temperature.The phase transitions took place at(126.16±0.68)and(178.96±1.47)K forthe sample of acetone,(157.79±0.95)and(175.93±0.95)K for methanol,which were corresponding to thesolid-solid and the solid-liquid phase transitions of the acetone and the methanol,respectively.And the phase tran-sitions occurred in the temperature ranges of 120 to 190 K and 278 to 280 K corresponding to the solid-solid andthe solid-liquid phase transitions of mixture of acetone,cyclohexane and methanol,respectively.The thermody-namic functions and the excess thermodynamic functions of the mixture relative to standard temperature of 298.15K were derived based on the relationships of the thermodynamic functions and the function of the measured heatcapacity with respect to temperature.  相似文献

To explore the functional mechanism of Resveratrol against colon cancer cells ls174t and the growth of colon cancer tissue of tumor-bearing mice, MTT method was used to observe the functions of resveratrol for inhibition against cells ls174t in vitro. Transmission electron microscope was used to observe the cell apoptosis. FCM assay was performed to measure the change of the cell apoptosis rate and of cell cycle. RT-PCR method was used to detect the expressions of bcl-2 and bax mRNA. Western blot method was used to detect the expressions of bcl-2 and bax protein. Ceils ls174t were transplanted subcutaneously to nude mice to observe the effect of resveratrol on the growth of subcutaneously transplanted tumor, RT-PCR method was used to detect the expressions of bcl-2 and bax mRNA in the tumor tissue. Western blot method was used to detect the expressions of bcl-2 and bax protein in the tumor tissue. Resveratrol has an effect of inhibiting proliferation of cells ls174t in vitro(P〈0.01). It is able to induce the apoptosis of cells ls174t, causing the decrease in the expression of bcl-2 and the increase in the expression of bax. Resveratrol could inhibit the growth of subcutaneously transplanted tumor of nude mice(P〈0.05), causing the decrease in the expression of bcl-2 and the increase in the expression of bax. Resveratrol can inhibit the growth of cells 174t and the growth of subcutaneously transplanted tumor. The mechanism is possibly related to the induction of the cell apoptosis and the regulation of bcl-2/bax expression.  相似文献
