A new Sr(Ⅱ) complex, [Sr(Hsip)(H2O)](1, NaH2sip = 5-sulfoisophthalic acid monosodium), has been synthesized by solvothermal reaction of Sr CO3 and NaH2sip at 120 ℃, and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies, elemental analysis and FT-IR. Singlecrystal X-ray diffraction reveals that compound 1 has a 3D architecture, and there is only one crystallographically independent Sr(Ⅱ) ion in 1. The coordination geometry of Sr(Ⅱ) is a distorted tetragonal anti-prism. The whole Hsip2- ligand performs a μ6-coordination model. In the solid state, complex 1 shows luminescence with the maximum emission intensity at 417 nm upon excitation at 320 nm. Thermal stability of complex 1 was also investigated.  相似文献

A new complex has been synthesized with o-methylbenzoyl-benzoic acid(HL) and 1,10-phenanthroline(phen) in the mixture of water and ethanol. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 13.6328(18), b = 17.7876(18), c = 19.998(2), β = 104.720(4)o, C54H48N4O11Zn, Mr = 994.33, V = 4690.2(9)3, Dc = 1.408 g/cm3, Z = 4, F(000) = 2072, μ(MoKα) = 0.59 mm-1, R = 0.0736 and wR = 0.2029. The crystal structure shows that the zinc ions are coordinated with two oxygen atoms from two HL molecules and four nitrogen atoms from two phen molecules, forming distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The fluorescent and thermal stability properties of the complex are studied. The result shows that it has one fluorescent emission band at around 412 nm. In addition, the complex is stable under 210 ℃.  相似文献

Two new coordination polymers [Cd(EBLA)(ip)(H2O)](1) and [Ni(EBSA)(im)2(H2O)]n(2) were synthesized by hydrothermal and solution methods using 2,2'-dithiosalicylicacid(EBSA), 1H-imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline(ip), imidazole(im), Cd(NO3)2·4H2O and Ni(NO3)2·6H2O. The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis and FT-IR. Meanwhile, the crystal structures, fluorescence properties of complex 1 and thermogravimetrie analysis of complex 2 have been studied. In complex 1, 2,2'-dicarboxydiphenylthioether(EBLA) was prepared with 2,2'-dithiosalicylicacid(EBSA) in situ reaction by hydrothermal method. Complex 1 is a dinuclear structure and Cd2+ is five-coordinated in a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry. Complex 2 is a one-dimensional infinite linear chain and Ni2+ is six-coordinated to form a distorted octahedral geometry. Hydrogen bonding and π-π interactions are observed in these complexes.  相似文献

One novel complex [Co(p-MBA)2(2,2'-bipy)(H2O)]·(H2O) has been synthesized by the reaction of p-methylbenzoic acid with 2,2'-bipyridine in the solvent mixture of water and methanol. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P-1 with a=0.70479(14), b=1.1211(2), c=1.6718(3) nm, α=103.806(3), β=90.795(3), γ=104.207(3)°, V=1.2399(4) nm3, Mr=512.41, Dc=1.373 g/cm3, Z=2, F(000)=532, μ=0.733 mm-1, R=0.0432 and wR=0.0957. The crystal structural analysis shows that the cobalt atom is coordinated with three oxygen atoms from two p-methylbenzoic acids and one water molecule and two nitrogen atoms from one 2,2'-bipyridine,forming a distorted square-pyramidal coordination geometry. The cyclic voltammetry behavior of the complex is also reported.  相似文献

A new complex [Cd(H2biim)2(H2O)2]·(ino)2·4H2O (H2biim = 2,2'-biimidazole, ino = isonicotinate-N-oxide) has been prepared and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, IR and fluorescence spectra analysis. The crystal is of triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 7.5380(6), b = 8.0402(7), c = 13.5094(11) , α = 104.269(1), β = 93.604(1), γ = 98.349(1)°, V = 780.93(11) 3, Mr = 765.00, Dc = 1.627 g/cm3, F(000) = 390, μ = 0.776 mm-1 and Z = 1. The final R = 0.0322 and wR = 0.0825 for 7038 observed reflections with I 2σ(I) and R = 0.0341 and wR = 0.0832 for all data. The title complex exhibits an infinite chain-like structure through bridging isonicotinate-N-oxide. Strong interchain hydrogen bonds between isonicotinate-N-oxide and H2biim result in the robust 3-D supramolecular architecture. Moreover, the complex shows strong photoluminescence with emission maximum at λ = 401 nm upon λex = 330 nm.  相似文献

The crystal structure of Ni(Ⅱ) complex with 3-hydroxyl-1, 5-diazacycloheptane-N, N'-diacetate was determined by X-ray diffraction method. Crystal data for Ni2 (C9H14N2O5)2·2H2O: monoclinic, space group P21/n, a = 1.1717(5), b = 0.9794(3), c = 1.2971(2) nm, β= 96.62(3), V= 1.4786(7) nm3, Dc = 1.377 g/cm3, Z = 2,μ=13.321 cm-1 (Mo-Kα), F(000)=640. The final R and Rw are 0.075 and 0.089 respectively. The Ni(Ⅱ) ion forms 2:2 complex with ligand. Two ligands are bridged by two Ni(Ⅱ) atoms which are bridged by two O atoms. Every Ni(Ⅱ) is coordinated by two N atoms and four 0 atoms. The coordination polyhedron of the Ni(Ⅱ) ion is a distorted octahedron.  相似文献

The title complex Cu(Vpy)NO3 (Vpy=4-vinylpyridine) has been synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray single crystal diffractometry. The complex crystallizes in triclinic system, P1 space group with the cell parameters of a=1.004 2(2) nm, b=1.631 7(3) nm, c=1.887 7(4) nm, α=81.54(2)°, β=77.44(2)°, γ=79.39(2)°, V= 2.948 9(11) nm3, Z=4, and Dc=1.230 g·cm-3, the final R1=0.075 2, wR2=0.139 1. The complex crystallizes with two molecules in the asymmetric unit. Each Cu(Ⅰ) ion is coordinated by four N atom from the Vpy ligands and one O atoms from the nitrate anion, resulted in a square pyramidal geometry. The electrochemical studies reveal that redox of Cu2+/Cu+ in the complex is a quasi-reversible process. CCDC: 736638.  相似文献

A polymer, [NiL(bipy)·2H2O]n(1, bipy = 4,4ˊ-bipyridine), has been acquired by the reaction of Ni(OAc)2·4H2O with N,Nˊ-bis(2-hydroxyl-5-fluorobenzyl)-2-hydrxylpropane dii- mine in the presence of 4,4ˊ-bipyridine. X-ray crystallographic analysis shows that it is comprised of a mononuclear Ni(Ⅱ) complex [NiL] linked by 4,4ˊ-bipyridine. Its crystal crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group C2/c with a = 22.595(3), b = 18.395(2), c = 15.434(2) , V = 6155(1)3, Dc = 1.259 g/cm-3, Z = 8, Mr = 583.23, F(000) = 2416.0, μ(MoKa) = 0.681 mm-1, S = 1.049, R = 0.0512 and wR = 0.1108 for 6032 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)). There are water hexamers in the complex. A weak overall ferromagnetic behavior has been evaluated by Curie-Weiss rule and by the formula of alternating ferro-ferromagnetic coupling in one-dimensional Ni(Ⅱ) chain, which gives g = 2.005(1) and J1 = 0.31(3) cm-1.  相似文献

A lead(Ⅱ) coordination polymer, {[Pb2(butca)(H2O)2](H2O)2}n (1), has been synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of Pb(OH)2 and 1, 2, 3, 4-butanetetracarboxylic acid (H4butca) at 160 ℃. Single-crystal X-ray analyses reveal that it crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 7.616(5), b = 7.584(4), c = 12.314(7) (A), β = 105.595(12)°, V = 685.0(7) (A)3, Z = 4,C8H14O12Pb2, Mr= 716.57, Dc=3.474 g/cm3,μ = 24.610 mm-1, F(000) = 644, the final R = 0.0381 and wR = 0.1176 for 1465 observed reflections with Ⅰ> 2σ(Ⅰ). The complex presents a 2D-layered structure featuring two different types of rings, and has a (4,3 6) topology based on Pb and butca 4- nodes. In solid state, complex 1 shows photoluminescence with the maximum emission intensity at 468 nm under 286 nm excitation.  相似文献

A new mixed-ligand nickel(Ⅱ) complex, [Ni(L)(DCA)(H2O)]·2H2O (L = C8H9N3, 2-aminomethyl-benzimidazole, DCA2- = 7-oxabicyclo[2,2,1]heptane-2,3-dicarboxylate, demethylcantharate, C8H8O5), has been synthesized and characterized. The structure of the complex was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It is of monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 7.7211(7), b = 12.0799(12), c = 19.7867(19), β = 100.390(6)°, V = 1815.2(3) nm3, Dc = 1.625 g·cm-3, Ζ = 4, F(000) = 928, R = 0.0314 and wR = 0.0822. In addition, the interaction between the complex and DNA was studied by means of fluorescence spectra and viscosity. The results indicate that the complex binds to DNA by the mode of partial intercalation with the Stern-Volmer constants Ksv of 3.81 × 104 mol·L-1.  相似文献

The title complex bis{1-{[(6-ethyl-2-pyridinyl)imino]methylenyl}-2-naphthalenolato-N,O}-nickel(Ⅱ)(C36H32N4O2Ni) has been synthesized by the reaction of 1-{[(6-ethyl-2-pyridinyl)imino]methylenyl}-2-naphthalenol with Ni(CH3COO)2·4H2O, and characterized by IR spectrum, elemental analysis and TG. The complicated space structure has been confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 11.410(4), b = 14.382(4), c = 18.121(6) , β = 97.147(6)°, V = 2950.5(16) 3, C36H32N4O2Ni, Mr = 611.37, Z = 4, Dc = 1.376 g/cm3, μ = 0.698 mm-1, F(000) = 1280, the final R = 0.0519 and wR = 0.1493(Ⅰ 2δ(Ⅰ)). This title compound was used as precatalysts for the polymerisation of norbornene. When activated with MAO, the complex exhibited excellent catalytic activity up to 1.98 × 107 g of PNB(mol of Ni)-1 h-1 with high monomer conversion.  相似文献

A new compound, [Eu(Hcit)(H2O)2]·H2O]n (1, Hcit3-= C(OH)(COO-)(CH2COO-)2), has been synthesized under hydrothermal reactions of europium oxide, MnCl2·4H2O and citric acid at 120 ℃ for three days. The compound was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses, IR and TGA. Complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 6.179(1), b = 9.688(2), c = 16.990(3) , β = 91.98(3)°, Z = 4, V = 1016.4(3) 3, C6H11EuO10, Mr = 395.11, Dc = 2.582 g/cm3, μ = 6.218 mm-1, F(000) = 760, R = 0.0183 and wR = 0.0411. Single-crystal X-ray analysis reveals that complex 1 displays 1D ladder chains along the a axis, with dinuclear Eu2O2 units serving as "steps" and carboxylate groups as "uprights", which are connected by hydrogen bonds. The solid-state luminescent property of complex 1 was investigated at room temperature. Upon excitation at 394 nm, compound 1 exhibits interesting luminescent properties with several intense bands in the visible region and the most intense and sharp emission being in the red region at 615 nm. The TGA and XRD results prove that complex 1 undergoes facile thermal decomposition to form Eu2O3 at about 870 ℃.  相似文献

A tetranuclear erbium complex with pyridine-2,4,6-tricarboxylic acid(H3ptc), [Er4(ptc)4(H2O)18]·6H2O(1), has been synthesized by hydrothermal method. The complex crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P1, with a = 7.620(2), b = 10.459(3), c = 17.418(5) ?, α = 92.351(5), β = 92.080(5), γ = 95.627(4)°, V = 1379.1(7) ?3 and Z = 2. One Er(III) cation is eight-coordinated and the other is nine-coordinated. The complex exhibits characteristic luminescence of erbium cation in near-infrared region upon the excitation of UV-rays. Furthermore, a three-dimensional supramolecular complex was formed by weak hydrogen bonds among the tetranuclear units.  相似文献

One new luminescent material of complex {[Cd(DPA)(H_2O)_2]·(H_2O)_2}_n(1) was synthesized by evaporation methods using 3,3?-thiodipropionic acid(DPA) and cadmium nitrate as the starting materials. Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group P2_1/n with a = 7.5460(7),b = 13.372(3),c = 12.304(3) ?,β = 95.95(3)o,V = 1234.8(4) ?~3,D_c = 1.940 g/cm~3,C_6H_(16)O_8 SCd,M_r = 360.65,F(000) = 720,μ(Mo Ka) = 1.960 mm~(-1),Z = 4,R = 0.0460 and wR = 0.1185 for 1835 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)),and R = 0.0591,wR = 0.1245 for all data. The complex has been characterized by elemental analysis,FT-IR,TG,PXRD and X-ray single-crystal structure analysis and the fluorescence property has also been studied. As a result,complex 1 possesses a two-dimensional(2-D) structure through DPA ligands interconnecting Cd2+ ions. Complex 1 emits the intense fluorescence of 420 nm in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Self-assembly of Ag(I) nitrate, 1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)propane (bpp) and phthalic acid monopotassium salt (KHphth) in CH3OH-H2O solution produced the title complex, {[Ag(bpp)]2(Hphth)(NO3)·(H2O)2}n, which was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR spectrum, and photoluminescent spectrum. Single-crystal X-ray analysis revealed that the complex crystallizes in a monoclinic system, space group P21/c, with a = 15.4174(5), b = 8.6398(2), c = 25.2466(8) , β = 91.072(1)o, V = 3362.34(17) 3, Z = 4, C34H37N5O9Ag2, Mr = 875.43, Dc = 1.729 g/cm3, μ = 1.228 mm-1, F(000) = 1768, the final R = 0.0749 and wR = 0.1580 for 5754 reflections with I > 2σ(I). The Ag atom is coordinated by two N atoms from two bpp molecules in an approximately linear geometry. The Ag(I) ions are linked by the bpp molecules to form one-dimensional zigzag chains propagating along the c axis. The Hphth- and nitrate counter-ions are bridged by solvent water molecules through hydrogen bonds to generate a one-dimensional chain extending along the b axis. Electrostatic interactions between cations and anions, extensive hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions are responsible for the three-dimensional supramolecular structure. In the solid state, the compound exhibits blue photoluminescence with the maximum at 436 nm upon excitation at 344 nm.  相似文献
