通过在最优Rh含量基础上对金属配比的再优化,成功地改进了Rh-Mn-Li/SiO2催化剂的CO加氢性能;并采用微量吸附量热和红外等表征手段,考察了助剂Mn和Li促进作用的本质.结果表明:助剂Mn和Li的添加,使孪式和线式吸附CO的碳氧键强度增加,并同时削弱了桥式吸附CO的碳氧键或者使其转化为更易于解离的倾斜式CO吸附物种,从而同时增加了Rh基催化剂的CO解离和插入能力,提高了其活性和C2含氧化合物选择性.另一方面,Mn和Li的添加显著地降低了Rh基催化剂表面H的数量和稳定性.催化剂加氢能力显著降低极大地抑制了CH4的生成,从而有利于C2含氧化合物选择性的进一步提高.  相似文献

测定了(p-CH3OC6H4)2TeO存在下M2(CO)10(M=Mn,Re)的CO取代反应速率及活化参数。其表观速率常数分别与M2(CO)10和(p-CH3OC6H4)2TeO的浓度的一次方成正比。本文所建议的缔合机理与前人用(CH3)3NO作氧原子转移试剂的相应反应所提出的机理相似。讨论了在(CH3)3NO和(p-CH3OC6H4)2TeO存在下影响M2(CO)10的CO取代反应速率的因素。  相似文献

CrOx/SiO2催化剂上丙烷在CO2气氛中脱氢反应的研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
采用XRD、UV-vis  DRS、ESR和微分吸附量热等技术,考察了铬担载量分别为2.5、5和 10wt%的 CrOx/SiO2催化剂的结构、表面性质和氧化还原性能。结果表明,催化剂表面上存在多种Cr的氧化态和聚集形式。随着Cr担载量从2.5wt%到10wt%的逐渐增大,催化剂表面占主导地位的Cr物种由CrO3单体转为多聚CrO3和Cr2O3晶相。在 CO2气氛中催化剂对丙烷转化率和丙烯选择性的大小顺序为 2. 5wt% CrOx/SiO2 >5wt% CrOx/SiO2>10wt% CrOx/SiO2,反应过程中的原位 ESR和 UV-visDRS测定结果表明,催化剂表面的反应活性中心为Cr5+, Cr5+可由催化剂预处理过程中 Cr3+的氧化及丙烷反应过程中 CrO3单体的还原产生,在反应中 CO2可使Cr3+重新氧化为Cr5+。  相似文献

利用XPS对以金属盐共浸渍制备的Rh+Co/Al2O3和Rh2Co2(CO)12为前体制备的Rh2Co2/Al2O3催化剂的金属-金属及金属-载体相互作用进行了详细研究。发现Rh+Co/Al2O3经400℃H2还原后, Rh的结合能与Rh^0的结合能接近, Co基本上以CoAl2O4状态存在, Co^0的谱峰很弱; 而Rh2Co2/Al2O3经400℃H2还原后, Rh的结合能与Rh^0接近, Co除以CoAl2O4状态存在外, 还有相当一部分以Co^0状态存在。上述结果揭示出两个样品的Rh-Al2O3的相互作用弱, Co-Al2O3的相互作用强。Rh+Co/Al2O3上Rh-Co相互作用弱, 而Rh2Co2/Al2O3在H2还原后仍保持RhCo簇合物的强的Rh-Co相互作用, 导致显著量的Co^0存在。  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶方法制备了SiO2并以其及另一种SiO2气凝胶作载体,用浸渍法制备了两种铑基催化剂。以n-C5~C8烷烃为探针分子,测得两种催化剂的表面分形维数D分别为3和2。在两种催化剂上,CO加氢和丙烷氢解反应的选择性没有显著差别,但在D=2的催化剂上,CO加氢和丙烷氢解反应的速度显著高于D=3的催化剂  相似文献

Reactions of hexanuclear carbonyl clusters of rhodium Rh(6)(CO)(16) and ruthenium Ru(6)(eta(6)-C)(micro(2)-CO)(CO)(16) with GaCp*(Cp*= C(5)Me(5)) in the mild conditions result in substitution of CO ligands and formation of the Rh(6)(CO)(12)(micro(3)-GaCp*)(4) and the Ru(6)(eta(6)-C)(micro(2)-CO)(CO)(13)(micro(3)-GaCp*)(2)(micro(2)-GaCp*) cluster derivatives.  相似文献

在比较了分别以商业SiO2和采用Sto?ber法制备的单分散SiO2为载体的Rh-Mn-Li/SiO2催化剂催化CO加氢反应性能的基础上,进一步调变了Stober法制备SiO2时的焙烧温度,并考察了其对Rh-Mn-Li/SiO2催化CO加氢性能的影响.利用N2吸附-脱附、傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱、H2程序升温还原(H2-TPR)、程序升温表面反应(TPSR)等方法对载体及催化剂的物理化学性能进行了表征.结果表明:不同温度焙烧的载体表面具有不同的Si―OH数量,从而影响金属的分散状态及Rh和Mn之间的相互作用.载体表面较多的羟基有利于Rh的分散和CO的吸附,从而增强催化剂的反应活性.载体表面适当数量的羟基能够得到适中的Rh与Mn之间的相互作用,使催化剂具有合适的CO解离能力,有利于CHx的CO插入反应,从而提高了C2含氧化合物的选择性.  相似文献

采用原位Raman光谱技术,在原料气中的O2未完全耗尽的条件下,对CH4部分氧化制合成气反应的Rh/SiO2催化剂床层前部贵金属物种的化学态以及由CH4解离所生成的碳物种进行了表征.在此基础上采用脉冲反应和同位素示踪技术,比较了CH4的部分氧化及其与H2O和CO2的重整等反应对催化剂床层氧化区内CO和H2生成的相对贡献,并将实验结果与Ra-man光谱表征结果进行了关联.结果表明,在600°C下将还原后的4%Rh/SiO2催化剂切入CH4:O2:Ar=2:1:45原料气,催化剂床层前部未检测到铑氧化物的Raman谱峰,但可清晰检测到源于CH4解离的碳物种;在700°C和接触时间小于1ms的条件下,催化剂床层的氧化区内已有大量CO和H2生成,在相同的实验条件下,CH4与H2O或CO2重整反应对氧化区内合成气生成的贡献则很小;以CH4:16O2:H218O:He=2:1:2:95为原料气的同位素示踪实验结果表明,在原料气中16O2未完全耗尽的情况下,反应产物中C16O的含量占CO生成总量的92.3%,表明CO主要来自CH4的部分氧化反应.上述结果均表明,在O2存在下Rh/SiO2催化剂上CO和H2可以通过CH4直接解离和部分氧化机理生成.  相似文献

The disproportionation of dicobalt octacarbonyl induced by the free carbene 1,3-bis(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)imidazol-2-ylidene (IMes) and the X-ray characterization of the cyclohexane solvate of the resulting cobalt carbonyl N-heterocyclic carbene salt, [Co(CO)3(IMes)2]+[Co(CO)4]-.1/4C6H12, is reported. 在常压下,Rh_4(CO)_(12)或Rh_6(CO)_(16)簇合物衍生的Rh/SiO_2对乙烯,丙烯氯甲酰化反应表现出良好的催化活性和选择性,并有利于直线醛的形成.乙烯氢甲酰化体系的表面催化比活性与Rh分散性的关系表明.乙烯氢甲酰化反应具有结构敏感性,而乙烯加氢反应具有结构非敏感性,高分散的金属表面有利于主反应的选择性.通过红外光谱跟踪,发现表面Rh在反应气氛中显示零价.根据接触时间对催化反应的影响,推测多相烯烃氢甲酰化及加氢反应都在Ph~0活性中心上进行.另外,担载羰基铑簇合物的热分解红外研究结果指出,表面羰基化合物金属中心上的配位不饱和性对氢甲酰化催化活性似乎起着重要影响,簇合物只有完全脱羰才能提供高活性的催化中心.在反应气氛和CO气氛中,担载Rh_6(CO)_(16)表现出一致的热稳定性,说明反应气中的CO对稳定羰基物起着主导作用.  相似文献

 采用一氧化碳程序升温脱附(CO-TPD)和吸附的一氧化碳加氢程序升温表面反应(TPSR)考察了Fe助剂对Rh基催化剂上CO的脱附行为及吸附CO的加氢行为的影响.CO-TPD实验表明,在Rh/SiO2催化剂上CO有三个脱附峰.在Rh-Mn-Li/SiO2中加入0.05%Fe后,高温脱附CO比Rh/SiO2催化剂上相应的CO量大.增加Fe的负载量,CO的脱附量减少.TPSR实验中,CO加氢反应的主要产物是甲烷.不同组分的催化剂上甲烷的生成温度有如下顺序:Rh/SiO2(482K)<Rh-Mn-Li/SiO2(489K)<Rh-Fe/SiO2(494K)<Rh-Mn-Li-Fe/SiO2(501K).甲烷峰的产生伴随着CO(s)高温脱附峰的消失,说明甲烷是由强吸附的CO加氢生成的.  相似文献

A reinvestigation of the redox chemistry of [Rh7(CO)16]3- resulted in the finding of new alternative syntheses for a series of previously reported Rh-centered carbonyl clusters, i.e., [H4-nRh14(CO)25]n- (n = 3 and 4) and [Rh17(CO)30]3-, as well as new species such as a different isomer of [Rh15(CO)27]3-, the carbonyl-substituted [Rh15(CO)25(MeCN)2]3-, and the conjuncto [Rh17(CO)37]3- clusters. All of the above clusters are suggested to derive from oxidation of [Rh7(CO)16]3- with H+, arising from dissociation either of [M(H2O)n]2+ aquo complexes or nonoxidizing acids. The nature of the previously reported species has been confirmed by IR, electrospray ionization mass spectrometry, and complete X-ray diffraction studies. Only the molecular structures of the new clusters are reported in some details. The ready conversion of [Rh7(CO)16]3- in [HRh14(CO)25]3- upon oxidation has been confirmed by electrochemical techniques. In addition, electrochemical studies point out that the close-packed [H3Rh13(CO)24]2- dianion undergoes a reversible monoelectronic reduction followed by an irreversible reduction. The irreversibility of the second reduction is probably a consequence of H2 elimination from a purported [H3Rh13(CO)24]4- species. Conversely, the body-centered-cubic [HRh14(CO)25]3- and [Rh15(CO)27]3- trianions display several well-defined redox changes with features of electrochemical reversibility, even at low scan rate. The major conclusion of this work is that mild experimental conditions and a tailored oxidizing reagent may enable more selective conversion of [Rh7(CO)16]3- into a higher-nuclearity rhodium carbonyl cluster. It is also shown that isonuclear Rh clusters may display isomeric metal frameworks [i.e., [Rh15(CO)27]3-], as well as almost identical metal frames stabilized by a different number of carbonyl groups [i.e., [Rh15(CO)27]3- and [Rh15(CO)30]3-]. Other isonuclear Rh clusters stabilized by a different number of CO ligands more expectedly exhibit completely different metal geometries [i.e., [Rh17(CO)30]3- and [Rh17(CO)37]3-]. The first pair of isonuclear and isoskeletal clusters is particularly astonishing in that [Rh15(CO)30]3- features six valence electrons more than [Rh15(CO)27]3-. Finally, the electrochemical studies seem to suggest that interstitial Rh atoms are less effective than Ni and Pt interstitial atoms in promoting redox properties and inducing molecular capacitor behavior in carbonyl clusters.  相似文献

 用原位红外光谱考察了Rh-Mn-Li-Fe/SiO2和Rh/SiO2催化剂表面上CO的吸附态及CO加氢反应过程中吸附物种的变化. 结果表明,CO在Rh/SiO2催化剂上仅有线式吸附态存在,而CO在Rh-Mn-Li-Fe/SiO2催化剂上既有线式吸附态存在,又有孪生吸附态存在. 这说明Rh-Mn-Li-Fe/SiO2催化剂中Rh的分散度较高. 经CO加氢反应(3.0 MPa,593 K)后,在Rh-Mn-Li-Fe/SiO2催化剂上可观测到C2含氧化物前驱物种的吸收谱带,而在Rh/SiO2催化剂上未观测到相应的谱带; CO在这两种催化剂上主要以线式吸附态存在,孪生吸附态基本消失. 结合催化剂对CO加氢的催化性能,可以认为线式吸附的CO对生成C2含氧化物有贡献. Rh-Mn-Li-Fe/SiO2催化剂的高活性是由于助剂的存在削弱了其表面吸附CO的 C-O键,促进了CO的活化,从而有利于C2含氧化物前驱物的生成.  相似文献

In the search for metal complexes that promote the cleavage of C-S bonds in thiophenes, we observe that the reaction of Re(2)(CO)(10) and benzothiophene (BT) under a hydrogen atmosphere gives the trinuclear cluster Re(3)(mu-H)(2)(mu(3)-S-2-EtC(6)H(4))(mu-2,3-DHBT)(CO)(9) (1), which contains a hydrogenated BT ligand and a thiolate ligand resulting from the hydrogenation and cleavage of a C-S bond in BT. A detailed study of the reaction shows that Re(2)(CO)(10) initially reacts with H(2) to give H(3)Re(3)(CO)(12), which subsequently converts to H(4)Re(4)(CO)(12), which finally reacts with BT to give 1.  相似文献

本文报告了由金属盐直接固相合成负载铑络合物或原子簇催化剂的新方法及IR谱表征。CO容易使表面吸附有水分子的RhCl_3/SiO_2还原并生成表面羰基物Rh~+-(CO)_2/SiO_2;CO、CO/H_2和CO/2H_2等不同还原气对表面络合物的生成没有影响。采用H_2还原只能得到金属Rh催化剂。水是重要影响因素,如果RhCl_3/SiO_2先抽空脱水,再用含水的CO还原,就会使Rh~+(CO)_2/SiO_2转化为Rh_6(CO)_(16)/SiO_2。此外,还考察了负载原子簇的CO加氢和热分解反应性能。采用CO还原RhCl_3/SiO_2制备的催化剂同负载原子簇催化剂的反应行为非常相近,而且比传统催化剂具有更高的反应活性。  相似文献

Reaction of the 17-electron radical (*)Cr(CO)(3)Cp* (Cp* = C(5)Me(5)) with 0.5 equiv of 2-aminophenyl disulfide [(o-H(2)NC(6)H(4))(2)S(2)] results in rapid oxidative addition to form the initial product (o-H(2)N)C(6)H(4)S-Cr(CO)(3)Cp*. Addition of a second equivalent of (*)Cr(CO)(3)Cp* to this solution results in the formation of H-Cr(CO)(3)Cp* as well as (1)/(2)[[eta(2)-o-(mu-NH)C(6)H(4)S]CrCp*](2). Spectroscopic data show that (o-H(2)N)C(6)H(4)S-Cr(CO)(3)Cp* loses CO to form [eta(2)-(o-H(2)N)C(6)H(4)S]Cr(CO)(2)Cp*. Attack on the N-H bond of the coordinated amine by (*)Cr(CO)(3)Cp* provides a reasonable mechanism consistent with the observation that both chelate formation and oxidative addition of the N-H bond are faster under argon than under CO atmosphere. The N-H bonds of uncoordinated aniline do not react with (*)Cr(CO)(3)Cp*. Reaction of the 2 mol of (*)Cr(CO)(3)Cp* with 1,2-benzene dithiol [1,2-C(6)H(4)(SH)(2)] yields the initial product (o-HS)C(6)H(4)S-Cr(CO)(3)Cp and 1 mol of H-Cr(CO)(3)Cp*. Addition of 1 equiv more of (*)Cr(CO)(3)Cp to this solution also results in the formation of 1 equiv of H-Cr(CO)(3)Cp*, as well as the dimeric product (1)/(2)[[eta(2)-o-(mu-S)C(6)H(4)S]CrCp*](2). This reaction also occurs more rapidly under Ar than under CO, consistent with intramolecular coordination of the second thiol group prior to oxidative addition. The crystal structures of [[eta(2)-o-(mu-NH)C(6)H(4)S]CrCp*](2) and [[eta(2)-o-(mu-S)C(6)H(4)S]CrCp*](2) are reported.  相似文献
