Let A and B be two factor von Neumann algebras. For A, B ∈ A, define by [A, B]_*= AB-BA~*the skew Lie product of A and B. In this article, it is proved that a bijective map Φ : A → B satisfies Φ([[A, B]_*, C]_*) = [[Φ(A), Φ(B)]_*, Φ(C)]_*for all A, B, C ∈ A if and only if Φ is a linear *-isomorphism, or a conjugate linear *-isomorphism, or the negative of a linear *-isomorphism, or the negative of a conjugate linear *-isomorphism.  相似文献

Let H and K be complex Hilbert spaces. Let A and B be two factor von Neumann algebras acting on H and K respectively. A characterization of ∗-isomorphism between A and B is given. Let Φ: A → B be a bijection. If Φ(A∗B + B∗A) = Φ(A)∗Φ(B) + Φ(B)∗Φ(A) for all A,B ∈ A, then Φ is a linear or a conjugate linear ∗-isomorphism. ©, 2015, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Let Bs(H) be the real linear space of all self-adjoint operators on a complex Hilbert space H with dim H ≥ 2.It is proved that a linear surjective map on Bs (H) preserves the nonzero projections of Jordan products of two operators if and only if there is a unitary or an anti-unitary operator U on H such that (X)=λU XU,X∈Bs(H) for some constant λ with λ∈{1,1}.  相似文献

Let H be an infinite dimensional complex Hilbert space. Denote by B(H) the algebra of all bounded linear operators on H, and by I(H) the set of all idempo-tents in B(H). Suppose that Φ is a surjective map from B(H) onto itself. If for every λ ∈ {-1,1,2,3,1/2,1/3} and A, B ∈ B(H), A - λB ∈ I(H) (?) Φ(A) - λΦ(B) ∈ I(H), then Φ is a Jordan ring automorphism, i.e. there exists a continuous invertible linear or conjugate linear operator T on H such that Φ(A) = TAT-1 for all A ∈ B(H), or Φ(A) = TA*T-1 for all A ∈ B(H); if, in addition, A-iB ∈ I(H) (?) Φ(A) -ιΦ(B) ∈ I(H), here ι is the imaginary unit, then Φ is either an automorphism or an anti-automorphism.  相似文献

Let X be an infinite-dimensional complex Banach space and denote by B(X) the algebra of all bounded linear operators acting on X. It is shown that a surjective additive map Φ from B(X) onto itself preserves similarity in both directions if and only if there exist a scalar c, a bounded invertible linear or conjugate linear operator A and a similarity invariant additive functional ψ on B(X) such that either Φ(T) = cATA^-1 + ψ(T)I for all T, or Φ(T) = cAT*A^-1 + ψ(T)I for all T. In the case where X has infinite multiplicity, in particular, when X is an infinite-dimensional Hilbert space, the above similarity invariant additive functional ψ is always zero.  相似文献

Let F be a saturated formation containing the class of supersolvable groups and let G be a finite group. The following theorems are shown: (1) G ∈ F if and only if there is a normal subgroup H such that G/H ∈ F and every maximal subgroup of all Sylow subgroups of H is either c-normal or s-quasinormally embedded in G; (2) G ∈F if and only if there is a soluble normal subgroup H such that G/H∈F and every maximal subgroup of all Sylow subgroups of F(H), the Fitting subgroup of H, is either e-normally or s-quasinormally embedded in G.  相似文献

Let A be a unital algebra and M be a unital A-bimodule. A linear map δ : A →M is said to be Jordan derivable at a nontrivial idempotent P ∈ A if δ(A) ? B + A ? δ(B) =δ(A ? B) for any A, B ∈ A with A ? B = P, here A ? B = AB + BA is the usual Jordan product. In this article, we show that if A = Alg N is a Hilbert space nest algebra and M = B(H), or A = M = B(X), then, a linear map δ : A → M is Jordan derivable at a nontrivial projection P ∈ N or an arbitrary but fixed nontrivial idempotent P ∈ B(X) if and only if it is a derivation. New equivalent characterization of derivations on these operator algebras was obtained.  相似文献

Let H and K be indefinite inner product spaces. This paper shows that a bijective map φ:B(H)→B(K) satisfies φ(AB B A) =φ(A)φ(5) φ(B) φ(A) for every pair A,B ∈B(H) if and only if either φ(A) = cU AU for all A or φ(A) = cUA U for all A; φsatisfies φ(AB A) = φ(A)φ(B) φ(A) for every pair A,B ∈B(H) if and only if either φ(A) = UAV for all A or φ(A) = UA V for all A, where A denotes the indefinite conjugate of A, U and V are bounded invertible linear or conjugate linear operators with U U = c-1I and V V = cI for some nonzero real number c.  相似文献

Let B(H) be the C*-algebra of all bounded linear operators on a complex Hilbert space H. It is proved that an additive surjective map φ on B(H) preserving the star partial order in both directions if and only if one of the following assertions holds.(1) There exist a nonzero complex number α and two unitary operators U and V on H such that φ(X) = αUXV or φ(X) = αUX*V for all X ∈ B(H).(2)There exist a nonzero α and two anti-unitary operators U and V on H such thatφ(X) = αUXV or φ(X) = αUX*V for all X ∈ B(H).  相似文献

Let A and B be unital C*-algebras, and let J ∈ A, L ∈ B be Hermitian invertible elements. For every T ∈ A and S ∈ B,define TJ(?)=J-1T*J and SL(?) =L-1S*L. Then in such a way we endow the C*-algebras A and B with indefinite structures. We characterize firstly the Jordan (J, L)-(?)-homomorphisms on C*-algebras. As applications, we further classify the bounded linear maps ?:A→B preserving (J, L)-unitary elements. When A = B(H) and B = B(K), where H and K are infinite dimensional and complete indefinite inner product spaces on real or complex fields, we prove that indefinite-unitary preserving bounded linear surjections are of the form T →UVTV-1((?)T ∈ B(H)) or T→UVT(?)V-1 ((?)T ∈ B(H)), where U ∈ B(K) is indefinite unitary and, V : H→K is generalized indefinite unitary in the first form and generalized indefinite anti-unitary in the second one. Some results on indefinite orthogonality preserving additive maps are also given.  相似文献

It is shown that every almost *-homomorphism h : A→B of a unital JC*-algebra A to a unital JC*-algebra B is a *-homomorphism when h(rx) = rh(x) (r 〉 1) for all x∈A, and that every almost linear mapping h : A→B is a *-homomorphism when h(2^nu o y) - h(2^nu) o h(y), h(3^nu o y) - h(3^nu) o h(y) or h(q^nu o y) = h(q^nu) o h(y) for all unitaries u ∈A, all y ∈A, and n = 0, 1,.... Here the numbers 2, 3, q depend on the functional equations given in the almost linear mappings. We prove that every almost *-homomorphism h : A→B of a unital Lie C*-algebra A to a unital Lie C*-algebra B is a *-homomorphism when h(rx) = rh(x) (r 〉 1) for all x ∈A.  相似文献

In this paper, we show that the invertible operator T, which is a bounded linear functional on a separable Hilbert space H, could factor as T=US, where U is unitary and 5 belongs to width-two CSL algebra alg(?)((?)= M∨N) when nest M or N is a countable nest, or S belongs to alg(?)-1 when nests M and N are countable nests. For the factorization of nest,we obtain that T factors as T=US where S∈DN-1 and U is unitary as N be a countable nest.  相似文献

Let X and Y be vector spaces. The authors show that a mapping f : X →Y satisfies the functional equation 2d f(∑^2d j=1(-1)^j+1xj/2d)=∑^2dj=1(-1)^j+1f(xj) with f(0) = 0 if and only if the mapping f : X→ Y is Cauchy additive, and prove the stability of the functional equation (≠) in Banach modules over a unital C^*-algebra, and in Poisson Banach modules over a unital Poisson C*-algebra. Let A and B be unital C^*-algebras, Poisson C^*-algebras or Poisson JC^*- algebras. As an application, the authors show that every almost homomorphism h : A →B of A into is a homomorphism when h((2d-1)^nuy) =- h((2d-1)^nu)h(y) or h((2d-1)^nuoy) = h((2d-1)^nu)oh(y) for all unitaries u ∈A, all y ∈ A, n = 0, 1, 2,.... Moreover, the authors prove the stability of homomorphisms in C^*-algebras, Poisson C^*-algebras or Poisson JC^*-algebras.  相似文献

Let X be a (real or complex) Banach space with dimension greater than 2 and let B0(X) be the subspace of B(X) spanned by all nilpotent operators on X. We get a complete classification of surjective additive maps Ф on B0(X) which preserve nilpotent operators in both directions. In particular, if X is infinite-dimensional, we prove that Ф has the form either Ф(T) = cATA^-1 or Ф(T) = cAT'A^-1, where A is an invertible bounded linear or conjugate linear operator, c is a scalar, T' denotes the adjoint of T. As an application of these results, we show that every additive surjective map on B(X) preserving spectral radius has a similar form to the above with |c| = 1.  相似文献

Let A be a separable unital nuclear simple C*-algebra with torsion K0 (A), free K1 (A) and with the UCT. Let T : A→M(K)/K be a unital homomorphism. We prove that every unitary element in the commutant of T(A) is an exponent, thus it is liftable. We also prove that each automorphism α on E with α ∈ Aut0(A) is approximately inner, where E is a unital essential extension of A by K and α is the automorphism on A induced by α.  相似文献

Let N be a nest on a Banach space X, and Alg N be the associated nest algebra. It is shown that if there exists a non-trivial element in N which is complemented in X, then D = (Ln)n∈N is a Lie higher derivation of AlgAl if and only if each Ln has the form Ln(A) : Tn(A) + hn(A)I for all A ∈ AlgN, where (Tn)n∈N is a higher derivation and (hn)n∈N is a sequence of additive functionals satisfying hn([A,B]) = 0 for all A,B ∈ AlgN and all n ∈ N.  相似文献

The so-called weakly d-Koszul-type module is introduced and it turns out that each weakly d-Koszul-type module contains a d-Koszul-type submodule. It is proved that, M ∈ W H J^d(A) if and only if M admits a filtration of submodules: 0 belong to U0 belong to U1 belong to ... belong to Up = M such that all Ui/Ui-1 are d-Koszul-type modules, from which we obtain that the finitistic dimension conjecture holds in W H J^d(A) in a special case. Let M ∈ W H J^d(A). It is proved that the Koszul dual E(M) is Noetherian, Hopfian, of finite dimension in special cases, and E(M) ∈ gr0(E(A)). In particular, we show that M ∈ W H J^d(A) if and only if E(G(M)) ∈ gr0(E(A)), where G is the associated graded functor.  相似文献

We call T C B(H) consistent in Fredholm and index (briefly a CFI operator) if for each B ∈ B(H), TB and BT are Fredholm together and the same index of B, or not Fredholm together. Using a new spectrum defined in view of the CFI operator, we give the equivalence of Weyl's theorem and property (ω) for T and its conjugate operator T^*. In addition, the property (ω) for operator matrices is considered.  相似文献

Let B(X) be the Banach algebra of all bounded linear operators on a complex Banach space X. Let k ≥ 2 be an integer and φ a weakly continuous linear surjective map from B(X) into itself. It is shown that φ is k-potent preserving if and only if it is k-th-power preserving, and in turn, if and only if it is either an automorphism or an antiautomorphism on B(X) multiplied by a complex number λ satisfying λk-1= 1. Let A be a von Neumann algebra and B be a Banach algebra, it is also shown that a bounded surjective linear map from A onto B is k-potent preserving if and only if it is a Jordan homomorphism multiplied by an invertible element with (k - l)-th power I.  相似文献
