A novel Ca(Ⅱ) coordination polymer,[Ca L2(H2O)2]n (1,HL=4-acetylphenoxyacetic acid) has been synthesized with 4-acetylphenoxyacetic acid,Ca(ClO_4)2·4H2O and Na OH as raw materials.Complex 1 was characterized by elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.The results show that the Ca(Ⅱ)ion is eight-coordinated in a distorted triangular dodecahedral geometric configuration with six carboxylate Oatoms of four L ligands and two O atoms of two coordinated water molecules.Complex 1 forms a one-dimensional chained structure by the bridging effect of carboxylate O atoms.The antitumor activity of HLligand and complex 1 has also been investigated.  相似文献

A coordination polymer based on iron(II) carboxylate helical chains [Fe(bpdc)(H2O)2]n 1 has been constructed hydrothermally using H2bpdc (H2bpdc = 2,2'-bipyridine-4,4'-dicarboxylic acid), pyridine and FeSO4·7H2O. Its crystal structure reveals that the Fe(Ⅱ) ion adopts a slightly distorted octahedron. The carboxylates of bpdc ligands alternately bridge the Fe(Ⅱ) cations to form 1D infinite helical chains. The Fe···Fe intrachain distance is 4.8246(6) . The adjacent chains are further interlinked by the coordination of bpdc ligands and hydrogen bonding to form a 3D framework. Magnetic studies for complex 1 show weak antiferromagnetic coupling between the Fe(Ⅱ) ions. The best-fit for χM T vs. T with a Hamiltonian∑∑==iBiiHJSi SigHS11 leadsto g = 2.314(4) and J = -0.68(1) cm-1.  相似文献

A novel palladium(Ⅱ) complex [Pd(H2bpdc)Ala]Cl·3H2O (where H2bpdc is 2,2′-bipyridine-3,3′-dicar- boxylic acid and Ala is L-alanine) has been synthesized and characterized by IR spectra and elemental analysis. The crystal structure of the complex has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P1 with a=0.685 5(2) nm, b=0.988 4(4) nm, c=1.349 6(4) nm, α=98.375(8)°, β= 97.900(15)°, γ=90.118(15)°, V=0.895 9(5) nm3, Z=2. In the molecule, Pd(Ⅱ) atom is four-coordinated and located at the centre of a planar quadrangle. The complex is assembled via intramolecular π-π stacking interactions and hydrogen bonds, which forms 2D network. The cyclic voltammetric behavior of the complex was also investigated.  相似文献

The ternary complex Pd(Ⅱ)-2,2‘-bipyridine-L-asparagic acid was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR-spectra and molar conductance. The formula of the complex is Pd(bipy)(L-asp). The interaction of the complex with DNA has been studied by UV-spectra, fluorescence spectra, CD-spectra and gel electrophoresis. The results showed that the interaction of the complex with DNA performed mainly in intercalative mode and the extent of interaction was dependent on the concentration of the complex.  相似文献

A new 3D supramolecular complex, namely dimethylammonium 4,4?-([2,2?-bipyrimidine]-5,5?-diyl)bis(2-hydroxybenzoate) dihydrate, has been synthesized by the reaction of 4,4?-([2,2?-bipyrimidine]-5,5?-diyl)bis(2-hydroxybenzoic acid) with aqueous dimethylamine solution and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, ~1 H NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. It belongs to triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 6.5539(4), b = 9.4977(6), c = 12.1407(8) ?, α = 72.299(6), β = 89.160(5), γ = 70.797(8)°,V = 676.52(8) ?~3, Z = 1, Mr = 556.57, μ = 0.103 mm~(-1), Dc = 1.366 g/cm~3, F(000) = 294, the final R =0.0828 and w R = 0.2083 for 1934 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). The 4,4?-([2,2?-bipyrimidine]-5,5?-diyl)bis(2-hydroxybenzoic acid) dianion, dimethylammonium cation, and water molecule are interconnected by O-H???O, N-H???N, and N-H???O hydrogen bonds, forming a two-dimensional(2 D) layer. Two adjacent 2D layers are further stacked into a three-dimensional supramolecular structure through O-H???O hydrogen bonds. In addition, the luminescent property of this supramolecular complex has also been investigated.  相似文献

A new coordination polymer,{[Ag_2(bpp)_2(H_2O)_2]·bpdc·3H_2O}_n,derived from the ligand biphenyl-4,4'-dicarboxylic acid(H_2bpdc),has been obtained through a hydrothermal technique(bpp = l,3-bis(4-pyridyl)propane).Its single-crystal structure has been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,powder XRD,FT-IR,TGA and elemental analysis techniques.The single-crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that complex 1 consists of 1D infinite[Ag(bpp)(H_2O)]_n~(n+)cationic chains,2D anionic layer constructed by bpdc anions and free water which provide charge compensation in the crystal structure.The 1D infinite[Ag(bpp)(H_2O)]_n~(n+) cationic chains and 2D anionic layer are further stacked in-ABAB- fashion through intermolecular H-bonding to form a 3D sandwich-like framework.In addition,the luminescent property of complex 1 in the solid state at room temperature was investigated.  相似文献

The structure of a binuclear cadmium(Ⅱ) quaternary complex,[Cd2(phen)2-Q2(BP)]n 1(phen = 1,10-phenanthroline,BP = biphenyl-4,4'-dicarboxylic acid,Q = 8-hydroxy-quinoline-anion),has been determined by X-ray crystallography and characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectrum and thermogravimetric analysis.It crystallizes in the monoclinic system,space group P21/n with a = 13.1906(18),b = 10.9623(15),c = 16.947(2) ,β = 111.3430(10)°,V = 2282.5(5) 3,Z = 4,Mr = 556.85,Dc = 1.620 g/cm3,F(000) = 1116,μ = 0.994 mm-1 and S = 1.056.In the structure,1D chains are connected via biphenyl-4,4'-dicarboxylic acid,8-hydroxy quinoline anion and binuclear cadmium atoms into an infinite 1-D molecular chain architecture.Via aryl ring π-π stacking interactions a supramolecular structure is formed in 1.  相似文献

The title complex, [CaCu(C3H2O4)2(H2O)4]n, with a formula of C6H12CaCuO12 and Mr=379.78 has been sy-nthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction structure analysis, elemental analysis, IR spectra and TG-DTG techniques. The results show that the crystal is Orthorhombic, space group Pbcn with a=0.669 21(5) nm, b=1.370 23(5) nm, c=1.322 39(10) nm, V=1.212 59(16) nm3, Dc=2.080 g·cm-3, μ=2.288 mm-1, F(000)=772 and Z=4. The final R=0.054 0 and wR=0.112 8 for 1 189 observed reflections with I>2σ(I). The structure of the title complex consists of CaO8 polyhedra and CuO6 elongated octahedra linked together by malonate ligands. The Ca(Ⅱ) cation, on a twofold axis, is coordinated by two water molecules and six malonate O atoms. The Cu(Ⅱ) cation, which lies in a centre of symmetry in an octahedral arrangement, is coordinated by four malonate O atoms and two water molecules. The structure comprises alternating layers along the [101] plane, with the shortest Cu…Cu distance of 0.762 46(6) nm. The whole 3D structure is maintained and stabilized by the presence of hydrogen bonds. Its thermo gravimetric analysis was determined by TG-DTG techniques. CCDC:663184.  相似文献

One new mixed-ligand coordination polymer,namely[Co_2(btc)(bpdc)_(0.5)(py)_3]_n(1),was hydrothermally synthesized using biphenyl-2,4,4'-tricarboxylic acid(H_3btc) as a main building block,along with two auxiliary ligands(H_2bpdc = 2,2'-bipyridine-5,5'-dicarboxylic acid and py =pyridine).The product 1 was characterized by IR spectroscopy,elemental,thermogravimetric,and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses.Single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies show that compound 1 possesses an intricate 3D metal-organic framework based on tetracobalt(Ⅱ) units.Magnetic susceptibility measurement indicates that compound 1 shows an antiferromagnetic coupling between the Co(Ⅱ) ions.  相似文献

One new coordination polymer, [Mn(Hbtc)(bpy)(H_2O)_2]_n 1, was synthesized by the reaction of manganese(Ⅱ) salt under pH-controlled hydrothermal conditions with unsymmetrical polycarboxylic acid of 1,2,4-benzenetricarboxylic acid(H_3btc) and 2,2?-bipyridine(bpy). The structure of complex 1 was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR spectra, powder X-ray analysis, thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA), UV-Vis spectrometry, photoluminescence and magnetic susceptibility. Complex 1 is a one-dimensional(1D) polymeric single-chain structure. Photoluminescence property is quite similar to the bpy ligand. Magnetic susceptibility measurement indicates that 1 shows a weak ferromagnetic coupling between the Mn~Ⅱ ions.  相似文献

A three-dimensional(3 D) Cd-based metal-organic framework(MOF), [Cd(H2 O)(PAA)]·(H2 O)2(complex 1) has been rationally designed and synthesized by using 4-(pyrimidin-5-yl)isophthalic acid(H2 PAA) and Cd(NO3)2·4 H2 O under solvothermal conditions. The structure has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses and further characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra, powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD) and thermogravimetric analyses(TGA). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses reveal that complex 1 consists of a 3 D network with one-dimensional(1 D) channels. Moreover, 1 exhibits strong luminescent emission in solid state at room temperature. Fluorescence quenching was observed when treating complex 1 with picric acid(PA), 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine(2,4-DNPH) and p-nitroaniline(p-NA), revealing that the as-synthesized complex could be used as a luminescence sensor for the detection of PA, 2,4-DNPH and p-NA.  相似文献

Three 3D manganese-organic frameworks, Mn2(BPTC)(DMF)2(H2O)·DMF·3H2O(1), Mn2(BPTC)(bipy)(DMF)·DMF·H2O(2), and Mn2(BPTC)(phen)(DMF)·EtOH(3), have been solvothermally synthesized using 3,3′,5,5′-biphenyltetracarboxylic acid(H4BPTC). All complexes are characterized by PXRD, EA, IR and TG. The results show that they all bear the PtS topology with(42.84)(42.84) for the vertex symbols of the planar and tetrahedral nodes, in which the BPTC ligand is considered as a square-planar 4-connected linker, and every binuclear SBU connected to the four BPTC ligands is simplified into tetrahedral 4-connected nodes. Because the three coordination sites of one metal center of SBU are occupied by the coordinated solvent molecules, complex 1 exhibits low stability. After substituting 2,2′-bipy or 1,10-phen for two coordinated solvent molecules, complexes 2 and 3 display evidently higher structure stability. The magnetism property of complex 2 is also discussed in detail.  相似文献

A new one-dimensional(1D) polymer, [Zn(HMIDC)(bpy)]_n·2n H_2O(1, H_3MIDC = 2-methyl-imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylic acid, bpy = 2,2?-bipyridine), has been solvothermally synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, UV-vis spectrum and fluorescence measurements. Complex 1 crystallizes in orthorhombic system, space group Pbca with a = 14.404(3), b = 8.6900(17), c = 26.570(5) ?, V = 3325.8(11) ?~3, Dc = 1.700 g/cm~3, M_r = 425.70, Z = 8, F(000) = 1744, μ = 1.522 mm~(-1), the final R = 0.0421 and w R = 0.1018. The Zn(Ⅱ) ion is six-coordinated by O and N atoms from one HMIDC ligand, two O atoms from another HMIDC ligand and two N atoms from the bpy ligand. The HMIDC anion, which acts as a tetradentate ligand, chelates two Zn ions to form a one-dimensional(1D) zigzag chain structure. We analyzed the electronic structure and orbital energies of complex 1 by DFT methods, and the results are consistent with the UV-vis spectrum. And we also discussed the luminescent mechanism of complex 1 in detail.  相似文献

The complexes of [Cu(bpy)(H2O)(CBA)2]n 1 and [Cu(phen)(H2O)(CBA)2]·H2O 2 based on p-cyanobenzoic acid(HCBA) have been synthesized in aqueous ethanolic solution at room temperature. The single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies demonstrated that complex 1 crystallizes in orthorhombic and complex 2 is of triclinic system. The results indicate the complex 1 shows a 1D chain structure bridged by two carboxylic oxygen atoms from CBA–, and complex 2 is a mononuclear structure. Through intermolecular hydrogen bonding and π...π stacking interactions, the complexes are assembled into supramolecular structures. Complex 1 has been characterized by magnetic measurements. The magnetic measurement indicates that weak ferromagnetic interaction(zJ= 0.038(5)) between the Cu2+ ions is dominant in the structure. The IR spectrum and results of thermal and elemental analyses are also presented.  相似文献

A novel heteronuclear metal organic framework(MOF) incorporating both transition and alkali metal ions, namely, {(Ni_2K_2L_2·bipy]×6 H_2O]×2 H_2O}n(1, L = N-phosphonomethyl amino diacetic acid, bipy = 4,4?-dipyridine) has been obtained. Its structure was established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and further characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. The complex crystallizes in orthorhombic system, space group Pccn with a = 14.650(11), b = 36.56(3), c = 7.112(5) ? and V = 3809.3(8) ?~3. In this framework, bipy connects adjacent Ni–K heteronuclear coordination units into 1 D railway type chains, which are further propagated into 2 D deck-like array bearing large tunnels through the carboxylic oxygen from N-phosphonomethyl amino diacetic acid. The molar electrical conductivity of heteronuclear complex increases gradually with increasing the temperature. Complex 1 also exhibits strong photoluminescent emission in the visible region.  相似文献

A two-dimensional Cd(II) coordination polymer, [Cd(dtb)]n (dtb=5,5-dithiobis(2- nitrobenzoic acid), has been solvothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic P21/c space group, with a=10.7147(10), b=7.4518(7), c=22.053(2), β=95.477(2)o, V=1752.7(3)3, Z=4, Mr=524.74, Dc=1.989 g/cm3 and F(000)=1032. The final R=0.0453 and wR=0.1201 for 2950 observed reflections with I>2σ(I). In the complex, the Cd(II) ion is coordinated with six oxygen atoms from four different carboxylate groups of dtb ligands and one lattice water molecule. The adjacent Cd centers are interconnected by the flexible carboxylate ligand to form a two-dimensional (2D) structure.  相似文献

A new complex has been synthesized by the reaction of CuBr and 1,4-bis(2-allyl-2 H-tetrazol-5-yl)benzene. The crystal structure of the resulting complex, [Cu_3(1,4-bis(2-allyl-2 H-tetrazol-5-yl)benzene)Br_3]_n(1), has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Complex 1 is of monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 10.983(7), b = 6.294(4), c = 17.606(10) ?, β = 102.465(6)°, V = 1188.4(3) ?~3 and Mr = 577.52. Structural analyses revealed complex 1 shows a three-dimensional(3 D) framework. The thermal stability and luminescent properties of the complex are also investigated.  相似文献

A new Na(I) coordination polymer, [Na2(Hpimdc)(H2 pimdc)(phen)2]n(1), has been synthesized by the reaction of NaOH with 2-propyl-4,5-imidazoledicarboxylic acid(H3 pimdc)and 1,10-phenanthroline(phen). The Na(I) coordination polymer 1 was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and elemental analysis. In 1, the bridged ligand H3 pimdc adopts two modes(singly deprotonated and doubly deprotonated) to coordinate with the Na(I) ion.The Na(1) ion is six-coordinated with three N atoms from a phen ligand and a H2 pimdc ligand,three O atoms from a Hpimdc ligand and two other different H2 pimdc ligands. The Na(2) ion is also six-coordinated with three N atoms from a phen ligand and a Hpimdc ligand, three O atoms from a H2 pimdc ligand and other two different Hpimdc ligands. Complex 1 exhibits a 1 D chain structure built up by μ-H2 pimdc-and μ-Hpimdc2-ligands. The antitumor activities of complex 1 against human SGC7901, A549 and H08910 cells have been tested.  相似文献
