Phase behavior and surface tension of aqueous solutions of fluorinated random copolymers [perfluoroalkylacrylate]–[poly(ethyleneoxide)methacrylate], [CmRf-acrylate]-[EOn-methacrylate] with fluroalkyl carbon number m = 8, 6, 4, 2 and number of ethyleneoxide unit, n = 9 and 4.5 were investigated as a function of composition and different combinations of m and n. Isotropic solutions are formed at lower temperatures over wide concentration range of copolymer but at higher temperature phase separation occurs. The cloud point of copolymer decreases with decreasing n as well as m, and also with decreasing the number of poly(ethyleneoxide)methacrylate chain per perfluorinatedalkylacrylate chain, suggesting that the copolymers become more hydrophobic on decreasing m and n. Equilibrium and dynamic surface tension measurements show that copolymers become increasingly surface active as m as well as n decrease but the adsorption at the air–water interface is very slow due to bulkiness of the molecules. No clear evidence of the formation of micellar aggregates could be obtained from surface tension–composition curves.  相似文献

Some of the higher homologues of the N-(p-n-alkoxybenzylidene)p-n-alkylanilines, n O.m, compounds with n ≧ 8 and m ≧ 5 have been synthesized and the smectic polymesomorphism studied. The transition temperatures were obtained from both thermal microscopy and differential scanning calorimetry. These compounds in the n O.m series exhibit the usual phase sequences, viz. SASCSBSG, and SASBSG apart from SASCSFSG by 9O.8 (and some higher n O.m, like 9O.6). These phases were confirmed by miscibility studies with standard materials. The smectic F phase in 9O.8 compound is also confirmed by an X-ray diffraction study.  相似文献

High resolution vibration-rotation spectra of 13C2H2 were recorded in a number of regions from 2000 to 5200 cm−1 at Doppler or pressure limited resolution. In these spectral ranges cold and hot bands involving the bending-stretching combination levels have been analyzed up to high J values. Anharmonic quartic resonances for the combination levels ν1 + mν4 + nν5, ν2 + mν4 + (n + 2) ν5 and ν3 + (m − 1) ν4 + (n + 1) ν5 have been studied, and the l-type resonances within each polyad have been explicitly taken into account in the analysis of the data. The least-squares refinement provides deperturbed values for band origins and rotational constants, obtained by fitting rotation lines only up to J ≈ 20 with root mean square errors of ≈ 0.0003 cm−1. The band origins allowed us to determine a number of the anharmonicity constants xij0.  相似文献

通过卷曲立方AlAs(111)单层片(sheets)构造了一系列(n,0)和(n,m)一维单壁纳米管。用周期性密度泛函理论(DFT)计算并比较了不同类型AlAs纳米管在几何结构、能量及电子性质等方面的差别。计算结果表明锯齿型和椅型纳米管应变能均为负值,并随着管径变大而逐渐变小。然而,它们的带隙相当不同:椅型纳米管为间接带隙,随着管径的增大而带隙减小;锯齿型纳米管为直接带隙,管径为1.87 nm时存在着一个极大带隙值(2.11 eV)。这种不同主要源于锯齿型纳米管铝原子间3p轨道的耦合贡献。  相似文献

A rapid, sensitive and reliable high performance liquid chromatographic method coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC–MS/MS) has been developed and validated for the determination of cilnidipine, a relatively new calcium antagonist, in human plasma. The reversed-phase chromatographic system was interfaced with a TurboIonSpray (TIS) source. Nimodipine was employed as the internal standard (IS). Sample extracts following protein precipitation were injected into the HPLC–MS/MS system. The analyte and IS were eluted isocratically on a C18 column, with a mobile phase consisting of CH3OH and NH4Ac (96:4, v/v). The ions were detected by a triple quadrupole mass spectrometric detector in the negative mode. Quantification was performed using multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) of the transitions m/z 491.2 → 122.1 and m/z 417.1 → 122.1 for cilnidipine and for the IS, respectively. The analysis time for each run was 3.0 min. The calibration curve fitted well over the concentration range of 0.1–10 ng mL−1, with the regression equation Y = (0.103 ± 0.002)X + (0.014 ± 0.003) (n = 5), r = 0.9994. The intra-day and inter-day R.S.D.% were less than 12.51% at all concentration levels within the calibration range. The recoveries were between 92.71% and 97.64%. The long-term stability and freeze-thaw stability were satisfying at each level. The present method provides a modern, rapid and robust tool for pharmacokinetic studies of cilnidipine.  相似文献

The cubic phase structure of 4'-n-hexadecyloxy-3'-cyanobiphenyl-4-carboxylic acid (ACBC-16) was examined by X-ray diffraction. Unlike the octadecyloxy homologue showing an Im3m-type cubic phase, the cubic phase of ACBC-16 was of Ia3d type, both on heating and on cooling, similarly to the corresponding nitro-substituted analogue (ANBC-16). The lattice dimension a at 453 K was a = 11.0 nm, 2.5% larger than the value for ANBC-16 and rather close to the value of ANBC-17 or -18. It is expected that the appearance of the cubic phase type, as a function of the number of carbon atoms n in the alkoxy chain in the ACBC-n series, is essentially the same as in the ANBC-n series, but shifted towards shorter n by 1 or 2. In the latter ANBC-n series, the cubic phase type is Ia3d for 15≤n≤18, while an Im3m type is formed for 19≤n≤21, both on heating and on cooling.  相似文献

Novel diphenylacetylenes with both trimethylsilyl groups and other substituents (R2C6H3CCC6H4-p-SiMe3, R = m,p-Cl,Cl, m,m-Cl,Cl, m,p-Br,Br, m,m-Br,Br, m,p-Me,Me, m,m-Me,Me, 1a–f, respectively) were polymerized with TaCl5n-Bu4Sn to produce solvent-soluble polymers (2a–f). Most polymers (2a–e) had high molecular weight over 1 × 106, and gave free-standing membranes by the solution casting method. Desilylation of these Si-containing polymer membranes was carried out with trifluoroacetic acid (TFA), which afforded solvent-insoluble desilylated polymer membranes (3a–e). According to thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), both Si-containing and desilylated polymers showed high thermal stability (T0 ≥ 420 °C). The fractional free volume (FFV) of both Si-containing and desilylated polymer membranes (2a–d, 3a–d) were fairly large (ca. 0.27–0.32), while the FFVs of membranes (2e, 3e) were rather small (0.28 and 0.24). The oxygen permeability coefficients (PO2) of 2a was as high as 5400 barrers, which is the largest among all the poly(diphenylacetylene) derivatives. Polymers 2b–d also exhibited high oxygen permeability, and their desilylated ones 3b–d retained similar high oxygen permeability. On the other hand, the PO2 values of 2e and 3e were 1200 and 530 barrers, respectively, which are smaller than those of the halogen-containing polymers (2a–d and 3a–d).  相似文献

A new method is developed for the determination of perfluorooctanesulfonate (PFOS) and perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) in sewage sludge samples. The analytes in sewage sludge samples are extracted by methanol and formic acid, cleaned by C18 solid-phase extraction, then separated, identified and quantitated by liquid chromatography/quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (LC–QTOF-MS). A C18 column (150 mm × 2.1 mm, 3.5 μm) with gradient elution of MeOH–H2O (60:40) containing 5 mmol/L ammonium acetate and MeOH–H2O (80:20) is used for the chromatographic separation. [M−K] ions at m/z 498.93 for PFOS and [M−COOH] ion at m/z 368.97 for PFOA are selected for QTOF-MS in the negative electrospray ionization mode. The detection limits for PFOS and PFOA in sewage sludge samples are 0.5 and 0.8 ng/g, respectively. The spiked recoveries are in the range of 85–114 and 71–98% for PFOS and PFOA, respectively. The proposed method is successfully applied to the analysis of PFOS and PFOA in 16 sewage sludge samples from China. PFOS and PFOA are detected in most sewage sludge samples and the concentrations of PFOS and PFOA are up to 5383 and 4780 ng/g (oven dry weight), respectively.  相似文献

Synthesized hydrated lamellar acidic crystalline magadiite (H2Si14O29·2H2O) nanocompound was used as host for intercalation of polar n-alkylmonoamine molecules of the general formula H3C(CH2)nNH2 (n = 1–6) in aqueous solution. The original interlayer distance (d) of 1500 pm, determined by X-ray powder diffraction patterns, increases after intercalation. The values correlated with the number of aliphatic amine carbon (nc) atoms: d = [(1312 ± 11) + (21 ± 2)]nc. The amount of intercalated amines (Ns), decreased as nc increased: Ns = [(5.82 ± 0.04) − (0.45 ± 0.01)]nc. The acidic layered nanocompound was calorimetrically titrated with the amines and the thermodynamic data gave exothermic values for all guest molecules, as shown by the correlation: ΔintH = −[(24.45 ± 0.49) − (1.91 ± 0.10)]nc and d = [(1576 ± 16) − (10.8 ± 1.0)]ΔintH. The negative values of the Gibbs energies and the positive entropies also presented the correlations: ΔintG = −[(22.8 ± 0.2) − (0.2 ± 0.1)]nc and ΔintS = [(6 ± 1) + (5 ± 1)]nc, respectively.  相似文献

A homologous series of chiral compounds, (R)-6-(3-alkoxy-2-methylpropionyloxy)-2-naphthyl 4-alkoxybenzoates, nMPNmB (n = 2-5, m = 6-13), derived from methyl (R)-3-hydroxy-2-methylpropionate, was prepared for the study of mesormorphic phases. The mesophases were determined mainly by their microscopic textures and identified by the racemic modification. The results show that most of these compounds displayed frustrated phases BP, TGBA* and TGBC*, and the N*phase. Moreover, the thermal stability of the frustrated phases is significantly affected by the length of the alkyl chain in both achiral and chiral groups of the compounds. The spontaneous polarization in the TGBC* phase of compounds nMPN10B in a surface-stabilized geometry was measured, giving Ps values of about 20 nC cm-2.  相似文献

In this work, a fluorimetric approach for the determination of cyclofenil, 4-4′-(cyclohexylidenemethylene)bis(phenylacetate), is presented. The method was based on the intense fluorescence (250/410 nm) observed after a UV photochemical treatment of cyclofenil. The influence of the pH and solvent system and UV exposure time on the fluorescence magnitude was studied. Optimization of parameters was made using experimental design (factorial design and central composite design). Limit of detection (3Sb/m) were estimated to be 1.1 × 10−8 mol L−1 with the linear dynamic range extending up to 8 × 10−5 mol L−1. This analytical approach was tested through the analysis of a commercial pharmaceutical formulation. In this case, tests enabled an average recovery of 98.3 ± 3.9% (for n = 9) using the analytical curve. The identification of the fluorescent derivative is proposed based on results achieved from GC-MS.  相似文献

Reactions of CoX2·6H2O (X = Cl, ClO4) with bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazolyl)methane (dmpzm) and formic acid, acetic acid, benzoic acid, salicylic acid, maleic acid, or fumaric acid under the presence of KOH solution produced a new family of Co(II)/dmpzm complexes, [Co(dmpzm)2L]X·nH2O (1: L = O2CH, X = Cl, n = 2; 2: L = OAc, X = Cl, n = 3; 3: L = benzoate, X = ClO4, n = 1/3; 4: L = salicylate, X = ClO4, n = 1/3) and [Co2(dmpzm)4L](ClO4)2·nSolv (5: L = maleate, n = 3, Solv = H2O; 6: L = fumarate, n = 2, Solv = MeOH). These compounds were structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compounds 1–4 are mononuclear while 5–6 are binuclear. Each cobalt atom of 1–6 is hexacoordinate, with a distorted octahedral CoN4O2 coordination geometry incorporating two N,N′-bidentate dmpzm ligands and one O,O′-bidentate carboxylate ligand. There are rich intra- and intermolecular hydrogen bonds in the crystals of 1–6, thereby forming either 2D hydrogen-bonded networks (1 and 2) or 3D hydrogen-bonded networks (3–6). In addition, the thermal behaviors of 1–6 were also investigated.  相似文献

Phagocytosis of alveolar macrophages (Ms) toward poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) microspheres (MS) loaded with the anti-tuberculosis agent rifampicin (RFP-PLGA MS) has been shown to be effective for the treatment of tuberculosis. The phagocytosis should be evaluated in terms of that toward reference MS. We chose polystyrene latex (PSL) MS as a reference. In this study, phagocytic activity of cell line NR8383, derived from rat alveolar M, toward PSL MS with various diameters was examined by incubating the cells for 4 h at 37 °C with various numbers of PSL MS per M cell (MS/M = 0.1–10). The results were then compared with those of the phagocytosis toward RFP-PLGA MS. We determined the phagocytic activity by counting the population of M cells that had phagocytosed MS (N) and the number of particles phagocytosed (n) in microscopic fields. Both N and n for PSL and RFP-PLGA MS increased in general with an increase in MS/M, but both of these values for PSL MS were smaller than those for RFP-PLGA MS. Phagocytosis of the particles were dependent on the particle size; i.e., of the PSL MS the 6-μm ones were taken up by M the most, and the RFP-PLGA MS 3 μm in diameter seemed to be phagocytosed the most efficiently, although we were not able to determine exactly the phagocytosis of 6- and 10-μm RFP-PLGA MS. From the changes in N and n values with MS/M, the phagocytosis of RFP-PLGA MS was likely to enhance the phagocytic activity of M cells, but this effect did not seem to be significant for PSL MS.  相似文献

trans-Tetrachloro-bis-(pyridine)-rhenium(IV) crystals were obtained by reaction of (pyH)2ReCl6 with pyridine in a sealed tube. The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/m with Z=2. The Re atom has special position of site symmetry 2/m. The environment about the Re atoms can be described as a slightly distorted octahedron with pyridine ligands occupying axial positions and four chloride ligands in the equatorial plane. Magnetic susceptibility measurements over the temperature range of 1.72–300 K were carried out using a SQUID magnetometer. The magnetic interactions are antiferromagnetic with the Néel point at 9.2 K.  相似文献

Partially fluorinated alcohols F(CF2)m(CHOH)(CH2)nH (where m = 7, n = 8 and m = 9, n = 10) exhibit highly ordered smectic liquid-crystalline phases, as confirmed by optical microscopy and differential scanning calorimetry. Miscibility studies show that the smectic phases of the two alcohols are not of the same type. The related partially fluorinated ketones F(CF2)mCO(CH2)nH do not form a detectable mesophase. This is rather surprising since the (more polar) corresponding alcohols and the (less polar) analogous iodides and n-alkanes do. A brief discussion of the results and a comparison among partially fluorinated alkanes with various functional groups are presented.  相似文献

The gas-phase stabilities of cluster ions SF+m (SF6)n with m = 0−5 were determined by using a high pressure mass spectrometer. The bond energies of SF+m (SF6)1 were found to be less than 10 kcal/mol and to decrease with m = 0 → 5. There appear to be rather large gaps in the bond energies between n = 1 and 2 for the clusters SF+m (SF6)n with m = 0−4. The structures of SF+5, SF+ (SF6)1, SF+3 (SF6)1, and SF+5 (SF6)1 were investigated by ab initio molecular orbital calculations. For SF+5, the D3h geometry is found to be most stable andC4v is a transition state of the Berry pseudorotation. For the ion-molecule complexes, the “on-top hat” models were found to be the most stable structures.  相似文献

The catalytic activity of hydrotalcite ([M(II)1−xM(III)x(OH2)]x+(CO32−)x/n·mH2O; where M(II) = Mg, Ni, Zn and M(III) = Al) was evaluated for the synthesis of jasminaldehyde by solvent free condensation of 1-heptanal with benzaldehyde. The effect of activation of as-synthesized Mg-Al hydrotalcite samples of varied Mg/Al molar ratio on its catalytic activity was studied and correlated with their basicity as determined from the model test reaction. The effect of reaction parameters such as, amount of catalyst, benzaldehyde to 1-heptanal molar ratio and reaction temperature on conversion of 1-heptanal and selectivity of jasminaldehyde was studied in detail. Maximum selectivity of jasminaldehyde (86%) with 98% conversion of 1-heptanal was observed using as-synthesized Mg-Al hydrotalcite of Mg/Al molar ratio of 3.5 as a catalyst. The kinetics of the reaction was measured and reaction rate and order of reaction were determined under optimum reaction conditions. The catalyst was re-used upto three cycles without significant loss in its activity. The base catalyzed reaction mechanism for condensation of 1-heptanal with benzaldehyde is proposed.  相似文献

The structure and texture characteristics of the hybrid organic–inorganic adsorbents, which were obtained by using of two-component systems of “structure-forming agent/trifunctional silane”, are compared as follows: the first component is Si(OC2H5)4 or (C2H5O)3Si–A–Si(OC2H5)3, where A = –(CH2)2– or –C6H4–; the second one is alkoxysilane with amine (–NH2, NH, –NH(CH2)2NH2) and thiol (–SH) groups. The adsorbents, derived from TEOS, have more accessible functional groups (2.6–4.2 mmol/g) than xerogels, which are based on bis(triethoxysilanes) (1.0–2.6 mmol/g). On another hand xerogels derived from bis(triethoxysilanes) have a more extended porous structure (Ssp =516–968 m2/g, Vs = 0.418–1.490 cm3/g, d = 2.5–15.0 nm) than those that are based on TEOS (Ssp = 4–631 m2/g, Vs = 0.005–1.382 cm3/g, d = 2.3–17.7 nm). The geometric dimensions of functional groups have a more essential effect on the parameters of porous structure in the case of TEOS-derived xerogels. Using solid-state NMR spectroscopy, it has been shown that in synthesis of xerogels with the use of TEOS, the molecular frame of globules is formed by structural units Qn (n = 2,3,4), and the functional groups exist as structural units of Tn (n = 2,3). The xerogels obtained with using bis(triethoxysilanes) consist only of structural units of Tn-type (n = 1,2,3).  相似文献

酚醛树脂(PF)因其具有良好的耐热性能和机械性能而被广泛应用。但其耐热性能已经满足不了现代航空航天技术的需求,研究发现,采用硼酸对酚醛树脂进行改性,可以制得具有优良耐高温性能的硼酚醛树脂(BPF)。采用硼酸酯法合成硼酚醛树脂,n(苯酚)∶n(甲醛)=1∶1.5时耐热性最佳。热分析结果表明,合成的BPF在1000℃条件下的残炭率为78%,其耐热性能明显优于传统的酚醛树脂。同时讨论了不同硼酸含量对BPF耐热性能的影响,当n(硼酸)∶n(苯酚)0.33∶1时,残炭率趋于稳定。此外,利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)方法确定BPF预固化温度为160℃,后固化温度为220℃。  相似文献
