Changes in fresh weight, total protein amounts (Bradford’s method), cadmium concentration (DPASV) and glutathione content (HPLC/MS) were studied in maize kernels cultivated for 5 days at three different cadmium concentrations (0, 10 and 100 μmol l−1 CdCl2). A highly sensitive HPLC/MS method was used for the determination of glutathione on a reversed-phase Atlantis dC18 chromatographic column (150 mm×2.1 mm, 3 μm particle size). An isocratic mode with acetonitrile–0.01% TFA (5:95, flow rate 0.1 ml min−1 and 30 °C) was applied. The m/z spectra and the data for the selected ion monitoring (SIM) mode were recorded at m/z for glutathione 308→179. Cadmium concentration was measured by a differential pulse adsorptive stripping voltammetry (DPASV) after deposition on a hanging mercury drop electrode (HMDE) at potential −0.7 V (accumulation time 180 s, acetate buffer of pH 3.6, 22 °C). An AUTOLAB with a VA-Stand 663 and a three-electrode system consisting of the HMDE as a working electrode with area 0.4 mm2, an Ag/AgCl/3 mol l−1 KCl as a reference electrode and a Pt-wire as an auxiliary electrode was employed. The maize kernels exposed to the highest cadmium concentration (100 μmol l−1) germinated formerly and much better. A rapid increase of the fresh weight probably relates with more intensive uptake of water in order to decrease cadmium concentration. An intensive preservation of homeostasis of Cd2+ ions in the germinating plants by defending mechanisms might explain differences of uptake rate of cadmium. The linear increase of GSH content with the exposure time at all studied concentration suggests the defending mechanisms might be triggered by concentrations of a heavy metal.  相似文献

A coordination polymer was synthesized by the reaction of CoCl2 with 1,2,4-triazole-5-one (TO) and charaterized by means of IR and TG–DTG. Single-crystal structure analysis showed that the complex crystallized in the monoclinic space group C2/c: a = 23.105(9) Å, b = 3.5683(2) Å, c = 13.589(6) Å,  = 90°, β = 124.038(4)°, γ = 90°, V = 928.4(7) Å3, Z = 4. The standard molar enthalpy of formation of the complex was determined to be (−1034.28 ± 0.95) kJ mol−1.  相似文献

The structures of 3,3′-dicarbometoxy-2,2′-bipyridine (dcmbpy) complexes with copper(II) and silver(I) cations have been determined using single crystal X-ray-diffraction. The crystals of Cu(dcmbpy)Cl2 are monoclinic, C2/c, a = 16.966(3), b = 18.373(3), c = 13.154(2) Å, β = 126.543(3)°. The crystals of Ag(dcmbpy)NO3 · H2O are also monoclinic, C2/c, a = 16.7547(13), b = 11.0922(9), c = 18.7789(18) Å, β = 100.228(7)°. The results have been compared with the literature data on the complexes of dcmbpy and its precursors: 2,2′-bipyridine (bpy) and 3,3′-dicarboxy-2,2′-bipyridine (dcbpy). Two types of complexes of 3,3′-carboxy derivatives of bpy are distinguished: (1) with metal atom bonded to two N atoms of the same molecule and (2) with metal atom bonded to two N atoms of two different molecules. The Cu(dcmbpy)Cl2 complex belongs to the first type, whereas Ag(dcmbpy)NO3 · H2O belongs to the second type.  相似文献

Mixtures of dioctadecyldimethylammonium chloride (DODAC) cationic vesicle dispersions with aqueous micelle solutions of the anionic sodium cholate (NaC) were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry, DSC, turbidity and light scattering. Within the concentration range investigated (constant 1.0 mM DODAC and varying NaC concentration up to 4 mM), vesicle → micelle → aggregate transitions were observed. The turbidity of DODAC/NaC/water depends on time and NaC/DODAB molar concentration ratio R. At equilibrium, turbidity initially decreases smoothly with R to a low value (owing to the vesicle–micelle transition) when R = 0.5–0.8 and then increases steeply to a high value (owing to the micelle–aggregate transition) when R = 0.9–1.0. DSC thermograms exhibit a single and sharp endothermic peak at Tm ≈ 49 °C, characteristic of the melting temperature of neat DODAC vesicles in water. Upon addition of NaC, Tm initially decreases to vanish around R = 0.5, and the main transition peak broadens as R increases. For R > 1.0 two new (endo- and exothermic) peaks appear at lower temperatures indicating the formation of large aggregates since the dispersion is turbid. All samples are non-birefringent. Dynamic light scattering (DLS) data indicate that both DODAC and DODAC/NaC dispersions are highly polydisperse, and that the mean size of the aggregates tends to decrease as R increases.  相似文献

Synthesized hydrated lamellar acidic crystalline magadiite (H2Si14O29·2H2O) nanocompound was used as host for intercalation of polar n-alkylmonoamine molecules of the general formula H3C(CH2)nNH2 (n = 1–6) in aqueous solution. The original interlayer distance (d) of 1500 pm, determined by X-ray powder diffraction patterns, increases after intercalation. The values correlated with the number of aliphatic amine carbon (nc) atoms: d = [(1312 ± 11) + (21 ± 2)]nc. The amount of intercalated amines (Ns), decreased as nc increased: Ns = [(5.82 ± 0.04) − (0.45 ± 0.01)]nc. The acidic layered nanocompound was calorimetrically titrated with the amines and the thermodynamic data gave exothermic values for all guest molecules, as shown by the correlation: ΔintH = −[(24.45 ± 0.49) − (1.91 ± 0.10)]nc and d = [(1576 ± 16) − (10.8 ± 1.0)]ΔintH. The negative values of the Gibbs energies and the positive entropies also presented the correlations: ΔintG = −[(22.8 ± 0.2) − (0.2 ± 0.1)]nc and ΔintS = [(6 ± 1) + (5 ± 1)]nc, respectively.  相似文献

A new method is developed for the determination of perfluorooctanesulfonate (PFOS) and perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) in sewage sludge samples. The analytes in sewage sludge samples are extracted by methanol and formic acid, cleaned by C18 solid-phase extraction, then separated, identified and quantitated by liquid chromatography/quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (LC–QTOF-MS). A C18 column (150 mm × 2.1 mm, 3.5 μm) with gradient elution of MeOH–H2O (60:40) containing 5 mmol/L ammonium acetate and MeOH–H2O (80:20) is used for the chromatographic separation. [M−K] ions at m/z 498.93 for PFOS and [M−COOH] ion at m/z 368.97 for PFOA are selected for QTOF-MS in the negative electrospray ionization mode. The detection limits for PFOS and PFOA in sewage sludge samples are 0.5 and 0.8 ng/g, respectively. The spiked recoveries are in the range of 85–114 and 71–98% for PFOS and PFOA, respectively. The proposed method is successfully applied to the analysis of PFOS and PFOA in 16 sewage sludge samples from China. PFOS and PFOA are detected in most sewage sludge samples and the concentrations of PFOS and PFOA are up to 5383 and 4780 ng/g (oven dry weight), respectively.  相似文献

The optimized structures and proton transfer reactions of 3-methyl-5-hydroxyisoxazole and its water complexes (3-M-5-HIO · (H2O)n · (n = 0–3)) were computed at B3LYP and MP2 theoretical level. The results indicates that 3-M-5-HIO has four isomers (Ecis, Etrans, K1 and K2), and the keto tautomer, and K2 is the most stable isomer in the gas phase. Hydrogen bonding between 3-M-5-HIO and the water molecules can dramatically lower the barrier by the concerted transfer mechanism. Ecis · (H2O)3 → K1 · (H2O)3 and Ecis · (H2O)2 → K2 · (H2O)2 is found to be very efficient. Comparing with the proton transfer mechanism of 5-HIO shows that the methyl substitution prevents the intramolecular proton transfer.  相似文献

Acrylamide levels over a wide range of different food products were analysed using both liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC–MS–MS) and gas chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (GC–MS–MS). Two different sample preparation methods for HPLC–MS–MS analysis were developed and optimised with respect to a high sample throughput on the one hand, and a robust and reliable analysis of difficult matrices on the other hand. The first method is applicable to various foods like potato chips, French fries, cereals, bread, and roasted coffee, allowing the analysis of up to 60 samples per technician and day. The second preparation method is not as simple and fast but enables analysis of difficult matrices like cacao, soluble coffee, molasses, or malt. In addition, this method produces extracts which are also well suited for GC–MS–MS analysis. GC–MS–MS has proven to be a sensitive and selective method offering two transitions for acrylamide even at low levels up to 1 μg kg−1. For the respective methods the repeatability (n=10), given as coefficient of variation, ranged from 3% (acrylamide content of 550 μg kg−1) to 12% (acrylamide content of 8 μg kg−1) depending on the food matrix. The repeatability (n=3) for different food samples spiked with acrylamide (5–1500 μg kg−1) ranged from 1 to 20% depending on the spiking level and the food matrix. The limit of quantification (referred to a signal-to-noise ratio of 9:1) was 30 μg kg−1 for HPLC–MS–MS and 5 μg kg−1 for GC–MS–MS. It could be demonstrated that measurement uncertainties were not only a result of analytical variability but also of inhomogeneity and stability of the acrylamide in food.  相似文献

Palladium loaded calcium-hydroxyapatite, Pd(z)/CaHAp, and calcium-fluoroapatite, Pd(z)/CaFAp, were synthesised and characterised by TEM, XRD, IR and UV–vis–NIR spectroscopies. Introduction of palladium does not change the structure of CaHAp and CaFAp. The average size of PdO particles was found to be around 4–5 nm on Pd(1)/CaHAp but larger (6–7 nm) on Pd(1)/CaFap. The acid–base properties of the supports and of the catalysts were studied using butan-2-ol conversion. On CaHAp and CaFAp, the butenes yield (dehydration reaction) is very low either in the absence or in the presence of oxygen. The methyl ethyl ketone yield (dehydrogenation reaction) is significant only in the presence of oxygen and higher over CaFAp. Conversely, the performances of Pd(z)/CaHAp are better than those of Pd(z)/CaFAp below 180 °C. Above 180 °C, buta-2-ol combustion is favoured on Pd/CaHAp but not on Pd/CaFAp.

In methane oxidation, Pd(z)/CaHAp showed also a much larger activity than Pd(z)/CaFAp. On 2 wt% Pd loaded CaHAp, the methane oxidation reaches a conversion of almost 100% at 350 °C, which is comparable with the performance of conventional Pd/Al2O3 catalysts. The reducibility of PdO under methane–oxygen mixtures is lower on Pd(z)/CaHAp. For both reactions, the lower activity of Pd(z)/CaFAp is related to its higher acidity, resulting from the substitution of OH by F, and to the larger PdO particle size.  相似文献

CdII complexes with glycine (gly) and sarcosine (sar) were studied by glass electrode potentiometry, direct current polarography, virtual potentiometry, and molecular modelling. The electrochemically reversible CdII–glycine–OH labile system was best described by a model consisting of M(HL), ML, ML2, ML3, ML(OH) and ML2(OH) (M = CdII, L = gly) with the overall stability constants, as log β, determined to be 10.30 ± 0.05, 4.21 ± 0.03, 7.30 ± 0.05, 9.84 ± 0.04, 8.9 ± 0.1, and 10.75 ± 0.10, respectively. In case of the electrochemically quasi-reversible CdII–sarcosine–OH labile system, only ML, ML2 and ML3 (M = CdII, L = sar) were found and their stability constants, as log β, were determined to be 3.80 ± 0.03, 6.91 ± 0.07, and 8.9 ± 0.4, respectively. Stability constants for the ML complexes, the prime focus of this work, were thus established with an uncertainty smaller than 0.05 log units. The observed departure from electrochemical reversibility for the Cd–sarcosine–OH system was attributed mainly to the decrease in the transfer coefficient . The MM2 force field, supplemented by additional parameters, reproduced the reported crystal structures of diaqua-bis(glycinato-O,N)nickel(II) and fac-tri(glycinato)-nickelate(II) very well. These parameters were used to predict structures of all possible isomers of (i) [Ni(H2O)4(gly)]+ and [Ni(H2O)4(sar)]+; and (ii) [Ni(H2O)3(IDA)] and [Ni(H2O)3(MIDA)] (IDA = iminodiacetic acid, MIDA = N-methyl iminodiacetic acid) by molecular mechanics/simulated annealing methods. The change in strain energy, ΔUstr, that accompanies the substitution of one ligand by another (ML + L′ → ML′ + L), was computed and a strain energy ΔUstr = +0.28 kcal mol−1 for the reaction [Ni(H2O)4(gly)]+ + sar → [Ni(H2O)4(sar)]+ + gly was found. This predicts the monoglycine complex to be marginally more stable. By contrast, for the reaction [Ni(H2O)3IDA] + MIDA → [Ni(H2O)3MIDA] + IDA, ΔUstr = −0.64 kcal mol−1, and the monoMIDA complex is predicted to be more stable. This correlates well with (i) stability constants for Cd–gly and Cd–sar reported here; and (ii) known stability constants of ML complex for glycine, sarcosine, IDA, and MIDA.  相似文献

In the present work temperature dependence of heat capacity of cesium tantalum tungsten oxide has been measured first in the range from 7 to 350 K and then between 330 and 630 K, respectively, by precision adiabatic vacuum and dynamic calorimetry. The experimental data were used to calculate standard thermodynamic functions, namely the heat capacity Cp° (T), enthalpy H°(T) − H°(0), entropy S°(T) − S°(0) and Gibbs function G°(T) − H°(0), for the range from T → 0 to 630 K. The structure of CsTaWO6 is refined by the Rietveld method: space group F d3m, Z = 8, a = 10.3793(2) Å, V = 1118.14(4) Å3. The high-temperature X-ray diffraction was used for the determination of temperature of phase transition and coefficient of thermal expansion.  相似文献

The collisional behaviour of Ba[6s5d(3DJ)], 1.151 eV above the 6s2(1S0) electronic ground state, in the presence of atomic strontium, has been investigated in the ‘long-time domain' (ca. 100 μs–1 ms) following the pulsed dye-laser excitation of barium vapour at elevated temperature at λ = 553.5 nm (Ba[6s6p(1P1)] ← Ba[6s2(1S0)]. Ba(3DJ) is subsequently produced from the short-lived 1P1 state (τe = 8.37 ± 0.38 ns) by a number of radiative and collisional processes. It may then be monitored in the ‘long-time domain' by atomic spectroscopic marker methods involving either collisional activation of Ba(3DJ) by Ba(1S0) and He buffer gas to yield Ba[6s6p(3PJ)] with subsequent emission from the 3P1 state (τe = 1.2 ± 0.1 μs): Ba[6s6p(3P1)] → Ba[6s2(1S0)] + hv (λ = 791.1 nm). Alternatively, emission from Ba(1P1) may be monitored at long times following the generation of this short-lived state by energy pooling following self-annihilation of Ba(3DJ) + Ba(3DJ) from Ba[6s6p(1P1)] → Ba[6s2(1S0)] + hv (λ = 553.5 nm). The generation of Ba(3DJ) in the presence of atomic strontium yields emission in the long-time domain from Sr[5s5p(3P1)] (τe = 19.6 μs): Sr[5s5p(3P1)] → Sr[5s2(1S0)]  + hv (λ = 689.3 nm). Whilst the decay profiles at short times are complex in form, at long times all these atomic profiles show first-order kinetic removal with the decay coefficients for λ = 791.1 nm, 689.3 nm and 553.5 nm emissions in the ratio 1 : 2 : 2, consistent with overall third-order activation of the form: Ba(3DJ) + Ba(3DJ) + Sr(1S0) → Sr(3PJ) + 2Ba(1S0). The mechanism is modelled in detail, including measurement of integrated emission intensities, yielding kinetic data for fundamental collisional processes. The overall rate constant for the third-order collisional activation of Sr[5s5p(3PJ])from 2Ba[6s5d(3DJ)] + Sr[5s2(1S0)] takes the upper limit of 5.8 × 10−27 cm6 atom−2 s−1 (T = 900 K). The rate constant for the two body collisional quenching of Ba[6s5d(3DJ)] by ground state atomic strontium, Sr[5s2(1S0)], is found to be (2.0 ± 0.1) × 10−12 cm3 atom−1 s−1 (T = 900 K).  相似文献

Amberlite XAD-16 resin has been functionalized using nitrosonaphthol as a ligand and characterized employing elemental, thermogravimetric analysis and FT-IR spectroscopy. The sorption of Ni(II) and Cu(II) ions onto this functionalized resin is investigated and optimized with respect to the sorptive medium (pH), shaking speed and equilibration time between liquid and solid phases. The monitoring of the influence of diverse ions on the sorption of metal ions has revealed that phosphate, bicarbonate and citrate reduce the sorption up to 10–14%. The sorption data followed Langmuir, Freundlich, and Dubinin–Radushkevich (D–R) isotherms. The Freundlich parameters computed are 1/n = 0.56 ± 0.03 and 0.49 ± 0.05, A = 9.54 ± 1.5 and 6.0 ± 0.5 mmol g−1 for Ni(II) and Cu(II) ions, respectively. D–R isotherm yields the values of Xm = 0.87 ± 0.07 and 0.35 ± 0.05 mmol g−1 and of E = 9.5 ± 0.23 and 12.3 ± 0.6 kJ mol−1 for Ni(II) and Cu(II) ions, respectively. Langmuir characteristic constants estimated are Q = 0.082 ± 0.005 and 0.063 ± 0.003 mmol g−1, b = (4.7 ± 0.2) × 104 and (7.31 ± 0.11) × 104 l mol−1 for Ni(II) and Cu(II) ions, respectively. The variation of sorption with temperature gives thermodynamic quantities of ΔH = −58.9 ± 0.12 and −40.38 ± 0.11 kJ mol−1, ΔS = −183 ± 10 and −130 ± 8 J mol−1 K−1 and ΔG = −4.4 ± 0.09 and −2.06 ± 0.08 kJ mol−1 at 298 K for Ni(II) and Cu(II) ions, respectively. Using kinetic equations, values of intraparticle transport and of first order rate constant have been computed for both the metal ions. The sorption procedure is utilized to preconcentrate these ions prior to their determination in tea, vegetable oil, hydrogenated oil (ghee) and palm oil by atomic absorption spectrometry using direct and standard addition methods.  相似文献

Mass spectra of humic acids (HA) from different sampling sites (Antarctica, Brazil, Czech Republic, Mexico and USA) and origin (plant, soil, peat, and coal derived) were obtained by laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry (LDI-TOF MS). Optimisation of the experimental conditions are given as the optimal value of the laser energy at 20–30% higher than the threshold. Under these conditions, reproducible mass spectra of HA samples were obtained. In the mass spectra the majority of the peaks are observed in the m/z region 100–1000 Da. Mass spectra fingerprints of HA were analyzed and, in spite of the differences in their origin, a number of common features and profiles (patterns of peaks) were observed in most of the samples. Very similar structural groups (patterns) of the peaks are present in the m/z range 717–918 Da for HA samples of quite different origins, countries or continents.

The tandem LDI-TOF MS and multivariate statistical tools allowed us to extract and elucidate underlying information contained in the mass spectra of the HA samples under study. Applying principal components and cluster analysis, it was, e.g. demonstrated that most of the Antarctica HA samples show distinguishable differences when compared with humic acids from other continents and of different origin.  相似文献

An inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer (ICP-MS) was used as an ion chromatographic (IC) detector for the speciation analysis of arsenic and selenium. The arsenic and selenium species studied included arsenite [As(III)], arsenate [As(V)], monomethylarsonic acid (MMA), dimethylarsinic acid (DMA), arsenobetaine (AsB), selenite [Se(IV)] and selenate [Se(VI)]. Gradient elution using (NH4)2CO3 and methanol at pH 9 allowed the chromatographic separation of all species in less than 12 min. Effluents from the IC column were delivered to the nebulization system of ICP-DRC-MS for the determination of arsenic and selenium. The potentially interfering 38Ar40Ar+ and 40Ar40Ar+ at the selenium masses m/z 78 and 80 were reduced in intensity by approximately 3 orders of magnitude by using 0.6 mL min−1 CH4 as reactive cell gas in the DRC while an Rpq value of 0.3 was used. Meanwhile, arsenic was determined as the adduct ion 75As12CHH+ at m/z 89, which is more sensitive than 75As. The limits of detection for arsenic and selenium were in the range of 0.002–0.01 ng mL−1 and 0.01–0.02 ng mL−1, respectively, based on peak height. The relative standard deviation of the peak areas for five injections of 5 ng mL−1 As and Se mixture was in the range of 2–4%. The concentrations of arsenic and selenium species have been determined in urine samples collected locally. The major As and Se species in urines were AsB, DMA and probably selenosugar at concentration of 20–40, 15–19 and 17–31 ng mL−1, respectively. The recoveries were in the range of 94–105% for all the determinations. This method has also been applied to determine various arsenic compounds in two fish samples. In this study, a simple and rapid microwave-assisted extraction method was used for the extraction of arsenic compounds from fish. The arsenic species were quantitatively leached with an 80% v/v methanol solution in a focused microwave field during a period of 5 min.  相似文献

Three interpenetrated polymeric networks, {[Co(bpp)(OH-BDC)] · H2O}n (1) [Ni(bpp)1.5(H2O)(OH-BDC)]n (2) and {[Cd(bpp)(H2O)(OH-BDC)] · 2H2O}n (3), have been prepared by hydrothermal reactions of 1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)propane (bpp), 5-hydroxyisophthalic acid (OH-H2BDC), with Co(NO3)2 · 6H2O, Ni(NO3)2 · 6H2O and Cd(NO3)2 · 4H2O, respectively. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses reveal that the three compounds all exhibit interpenetrated but entirely different structures. Compound 1 is a fourfold interpenetrated adamantanoid structure with water molecules as space fillers, in which bpp adopts a TG conformation (T = trans, G = gauche). Compound 2 is an interdigitated structure from the interpenetrated long arms of one-dimensional molecular ladders, while bpp in 2 adopts both TT and TG conformations. Compound 3 is a twofold interpenetrated three-dimensional network from a one-dimensional metal-carboxylate chain bridged by TG conformational bpp. The hydrogen bonding interactions in 1–3 further stabilize the whole structural frameworks and play critical roles in their constructions.  相似文献

For a small volume (of about 10−6 cm3) of NaCl and other electrolyte solutions (C = 0.1 and 1 M) in thin (r = 5/10 μm) single quartz capillaries, dependencies of the column length l of frozen solutions on the temperature t were measured using comparator IZA-2 in a thermostated chamber. At temperatures range t > −4 °C (for C = 0.1 M) and t > −8 °C (for C = 1 M) the l(t) dependencies are reversible and therefore correspond to establishment of an equilibrium between ice-1 and the solution.

From the constants mass condition of the dissolved salt in a frozen column, the l(t) expression was derived, which includes thermodynamic relation between solution concentration in an equilibrium with ice, Cs, and the temperature t for bulk systems. Deviations from the data known for bulk solutions were observed in thin capillaries when temperature t decreased to −3 °C (for 0.1 M NaCl) and to −6 °C for 1 M NaCl solution.

This effect may be a result of strong adhesion of the ice column to capillary walls. In this case, some internal stresses arise in frozen solution resulting in a deviation from thermodynamic equilibrium conditions for bulk systems. When approaching the temperature of ice melting, adhesion forces decrease due to formation of a thin non-freezing water interlayer on the capillary wall. In this temperature range the experimental data are in agreement with the predictions for bulk systems. It was supposed that the observed deviation in thin capillaries may be caused by formation of an amorphous ice phase with higher density as compared with the ice-1 during rapid freezing, or by an effect of ice microlenses formation. Both effects will result in a deviation from the phase diagram corresponding to a bulk solution.  相似文献

The samples of La0.4Sr0.6Co1−yFeyO3−δ (y = 0.2 and 0.4) were prepared using both conventional ceramic technique and nitrate–citrate precursors technique. The phase identification was made by X-ray diffraction method. The refinement of structural parameters from the XRD and neutron diffraction measurements was performed by full profile Rietveld analysis. Neutron diffraction showed that both samples possess distorted perovskite-type structure. Oxygen nonstoichiometry was measured by chemical analysis and thermogravimetry (TG) analysis in the range 20 ≤ T/°C ≤ 900 and 2E-5 ≤ pO2/atm ≤ 4E-1. TG-experiments indicate a relatively fast and reversible oxygen exchange at pO2 > 1E-2 atm. Mass saturation occurs at T < 300 °C upon cooling. The absolute value of oxygen nonstoichiometry was determined by iodometric titration measurements. It was found that both samples have practically stoichiometric composition at 300 °C in air and δ increases with increasing temperature and decreasing oxygen partial pressure.  相似文献

Phase behavior and surface tension of aqueous solutions of fluorinated random copolymers [perfluoroalkylacrylate]–[poly(ethyleneoxide)methacrylate], [CmRf-acrylate]-[EOn-methacrylate] with fluroalkyl carbon number m = 8, 6, 4, 2 and number of ethyleneoxide unit, n = 9 and 4.5 were investigated as a function of composition and different combinations of m and n. Isotropic solutions are formed at lower temperatures over wide concentration range of copolymer but at higher temperature phase separation occurs. The cloud point of copolymer decreases with decreasing n as well as m, and also with decreasing the number of poly(ethyleneoxide)methacrylate chain per perfluorinatedalkylacrylate chain, suggesting that the copolymers become more hydrophobic on decreasing m and n. Equilibrium and dynamic surface tension measurements show that copolymers become increasingly surface active as m as well as n decrease but the adsorption at the air–water interface is very slow due to bulkiness of the molecules. No clear evidence of the formation of micellar aggregates could be obtained from surface tension–composition curves.  相似文献

A procedure for arsenic species fractionation in alga samples (Sargassum fulvellum, Chlorella vulgaris, Hizikia fusiformis and Laminaria digitata) by extraction is described. Several parameters were tested in order to evaluate the extraction efficiency of the process: extraction medium, nature and concentration (tris(hydroxymethyl)aminomethane, phosphoric acid, deionised water and water/methanol mixtures), extraction time and physical treatment (magnetic stirring, ultrasonic bath and ultrasonic focussed probe). The extraction yield of arsenic under the different conditions was evaluated by determining the total arsenic content in the extracts by ICP-AES. Arsenic compounds were extracted in 5 mL of water by focussed sonication for 30 s and subsequent centrifugation at 14,000 × g for 10 min. The process was repeated three times. Extraction studies show that soluble arsenic compounds account for about 65% of total arsenic.

An ultrafiltration process was used as a clean-up method for chromatographic analysis, and also allowed us to determine the extracted arsenic fraction with a molecular weight lower than 10 kDa, which accounts for about 100% for all samples analysed.

Speciation studies were carried out by HPLC–ICP-AES. Arsenic species were separated on a Hamilton PRP-X100 column with 17 mM phosphate buffer at pH 5.5 and 1.0 mL min−1 flow rate. The chromatographic method allowed us to separate the species As(III), As(V), MMA and DMA in less than 13 min, with detection limits of about 20 ng of arsenic per species, for a sample injection volume of 100 μL. The chromatographic analysis allowed us to identify As(V) in Hizikia (46 ± 2 μg g−1), Sargassum (38 ± 2 μg g−1) and Chlorella (9 ± 1 μg g−1) samples. The species DMA was also found in Chlorella alga (13 ± 1 μg g−1). However, in Laminaria alga only an unknown arsenic species was detected, which eluted in the dead volume.  相似文献
