提出了热冲击和碰摩故障共同作用下的旋转悬臂板系统动力特性解析解法. 基于变分原理,推导出考虑碰摩力沿宽度方向差异性的薄板系统运动微分方程,将该方程的解分解为热冲击悬臂板准静态解和碰摩薄板热冲击动力解. 通过计算旋转悬臂板的模态特性和温度分布函数,获得了碰摩叶片旋转悬臂板模型的热冲击振动解析解,讨论分析得出热冲击和碰摩故障对薄板振动的影响规律. 研究表明:碰摩振动表现为复杂的多频率耦合振动,高频振动较为显著;热冲击振动表现为简单的低频振动形式,强烈的热冲击导致碰摩薄板趋于低频振动. 碰摩引起的振动形式较热冲击故障更加复杂,更容易引起叶片的破坏. 增大的摩擦系数加剧了碰摩引起的振动,利用减小表面粗糙程度等方法降低摩擦系数,可以达到减小碰摩破坏程度的目的.   相似文献

在不考虑自重的转子系统全局碰摩动力响应特性的解析分析基础上,应用数值分析方法,研究了考虑自重的转子系统的全局碰摩动力响应特性。通过大量的数值计算得到了不同参数平面内、不同碰摩响应的稳定区域图。研究表明重力引起的静变形与偏心距之比是决定转子的碰摩响应的变化大小的重要参数,比值越大,转子碰摩响应较不考虑自重的转子碰摩响应的变化越大,会出现多种复杂的响应和共存现象。本研究有助于认清系统参数相互作用对出现不同碰摩响应序列的影响。  相似文献

转子与定子碰摩的动力学行为及其与系统参数关系对旋转机械设计和安全运行至关重要. 转子/定子碰摩系统是一类多参数控制的高维非光滑强非线性系统, 其动力学行为非常复杂. 本文主要从动力学与控制的角度对过去半个世纪有关转子与定子碰摩的研究成果进行归纳和总结, 其目的在于帮助读者尽可能全面系统地了解该问题的研究现状, 提炼尚待解决的问题, 以求推动转子与定子碰摩研究的进一步深入, 并为解决实际问题提供帮助. 本文将首先从碰摩局部模型和碰摩系统模型两个方面对已有的转子/定子碰摩系统的建模进行了简单的划分和归类. 其次, 以典型碰摩非线性响应为主线, 分别介绍了有关同频碰摩响应、谐波周期碰摩响应、准周期局部碰摩响应、干摩擦自激反向全周涡动响应、碰摩的全局响应行为以及碰摩响应的分岔与混沌方面的研究成果. 接下来讨论了在主被动抑制碰摩振动方面取得的结果. 最后, 给出结论并提出有待进一步研究的问题.  相似文献

本文基于线性碰摩力模型,分析了转定子存在偏心时柔性JEFFCOTT转子的碰摩响应。通过数值仿真,揭示了转子碰摩响应与系统参数之间的定性关系,指出较小的定子刚度、较大的系统阻尼有利于抑制转子的混沌振动。  相似文献

对考虑定子质量和碰撞面刚度的四自由度转子/定子模型的全局响应特性进行了研究。首先,通过解析方法确定了无碰摩响应的边界,然后,求解了同频全周碰摩解并进行了稳定性分析得到了同频全周碰摩响应的区域。在此基础上,利用非线性动力学分析的数值方法,确定了准周期局部碰摩与反向涡动失稳的边界,由此得出了参数平面内的不同碰摩响应的稳定区域图。进而研究了定子与转子质量比和碰撞面刚度对碰摩全局响应特性的影响,得到了不同碰摩响应共存及随系统参数变化的典型全局响应分岔图。  相似文献

为研究轴向载荷及梁上外激励共同作用下自旋梁结构强迫振动的压电振动能量采集问题,文章提出运用格林函数法求解自旋梁压电俘能器强迫振动下的电压解析解.基于Euler-Bernoulli梁理论,采用扩展Hamilton原理及PZT-5A压电本构,建立了自旋梁压电俘能器强迫振动的力电耦合模型.采用Laplace变换法求得耦合振动方程的格林函数解,并根据线性叠加原理和格林函数的物理意义,对耦合的系统方程进行解耦,进而求得强迫振动下自旋梁压电俘能器的电压解析解.数值计算中,通过与现有文献中的解析解以及实验结果进行对比,验证了本文解的有效性,并分别分析了自旋梁压电俘能器的压电响应与电阻、转速等重要物理参数之间的关系.数值分析研究表明:(1)自旋梁俘能器的压电响应随电阻阻值的增大而增大,直至阻值达到最优负载电阻;(2)通过调高转速,可以提高压电俘能器的最大输出电压;(3)通过降低轴向载荷,可在保持俘能器高效工作的情况下改善俘能器的高基频现象.  相似文献

面向航空发动机整机振动, 建立了航空发动机转子-滚动轴承-机匣耦合动力学模型. 该模型具有如下特点: (1)考虑转子、滚动轴承及机匣之间的耦合作用; (2)考虑了实际航空发动机的弹性支承及挤压油膜阻尼效应; (3)将转子考虑为等截面自由欧拉梁模型, 运用模态截断法进行分析; (4)考虑了滚动轴承间隙、非线性赫兹接触力以及变柔性VC(Varyingcompliance)振动; (5)考虑了转子与机匣之间的碰摩故障. 运用数值积分方法研究了航空发动机的整机振动规律, 包括: 滚动轴承VC振动分析、弹性支承刚度对耦合系统临界转速的影响、转轴模态截断阶数NM对系统响应的影响分析、挤压油膜阻尼器参数对系统响应的影响分析、突加不平衡的瞬态响应分析以及转静碰摩故障特性分析等.   相似文献

在哈密顿体系中利用辛几何方法求解了四边固支矩形薄板自由振动问题的解析解。首先,从基本方程出发,将问题表示成Hamilton正则方程,然后利用辛几何方法导出本征值问题,从而得到本征函数解,使之满足边界条件;再由方程组有非零解的条件,最终推导出四边固支矩形薄板的自振频率方程,得到频率的解析解。计算了不同长宽比情况下四边固支矩形薄板的频率,结果与已有文献完全一致。该解法有望推广至更多尚未得到解析解的矩形板的振动问题。  相似文献

Rotor unbalance and rub-impact are major concerns in rotating machinery. In order to study the dynamic characteristics of these machinery faults, a dual-disc rotor system capable of describing the mechanical vibration resulting from multi-unbalances and multi-fixed-point rub-impact faults is formulated using Euler beam element. The Lankarani–Nikravesh model is used to describe the nonlinear impact forces between discs and casing convex points, and the Coulomb model is applied to simulate the frictional characteristics. To predict the moment of rub-impact happening, a linear interpolation method is carried out in the numerical simulation. The coupling equations are numerically solved using a combination of the linear interpolation method and the Runge–Kutta method. Then, the dynamic behaviours of the rotor system are analysed by the bifurcation diagram, whirl orbit, Poincaré map and spectrum plot. The effects of rotating speed, phase difference of unbalances, convex point of casing and initial clearance on the responses are investigated in detail. The numerical results reveal that a variety of motion types are found, such as periodic, multi-periodic and quasi-periodic motions. Moreover, the energy transfer between the compressor disc and the turbine disc occurs in the multi-fixed-point rubbing faults. Compared with the parameters of the turbine disc, those of the compressor disc can affect the motion of the rotor system more significantly. That is, the responses exhibit simple 1T-periodic motion in the wide range of rotating speed under the conditions of sharp convex point and larger initial clearance. These forms of dynamic characteristics can be effectively used to diagnose the fixed-point rub-impact faults.  相似文献

研究热环境中旋转运动功能梯度圆板的非线性固有振动问题.针对金属-陶瓷功能梯度圆板,考虑几何非线性、材料物理属性参数随温度变化以及材料组分沿厚度方向按幂律分布的情况,应用哈密顿原理推得热环境中旋转运动功能梯度圆板的非线性振动微分方程.考虑周边夹支边界条件,利用伽辽金法得到了横向非线性固有振动方程,并确定了静载荷引起的静挠度.用改进的多尺度法求解强非线性方程,得出非线性固有频率表达式.通过算例,分析了旋转运动功能梯度圆板固有频率随转速、温度等参量的变化情况.结果表明,非线性固有频率随金属含量的增加而降低;随转速和圆板厚度的增大而升高;随功能梯度圆板表面温度的升高而降低.  相似文献

对具有刚柔耦合效应的带裂纹旋转柔性梁进行建模和动力学特性分析研究。采用晶格弹簧离散模型,利用无质量弹簧模拟梁上裂纹,通过考虑梁变形的二阶耦合项建立了带裂纹旋转柔性梁系统的一次近似耦合动力学控制方程。数值计算结果表明,裂纹的存在会使旋转柔性梁的固有频率降低,并且随着梁转速的增大,这种降低效应呈减弱趋势;值得注意的是,裂纹梁的固有频率与裂纹处的弯矩具有正相关关系。此外,裂纹的存在不仅会使转速变化阶段梁的末端位移响应增大,还会对转速稳定后梁的末端振荡产生显著的影响。  相似文献

This paper presents a model of fully flexible bladed rotor developed in the rotating frame. An energetic method is used to obtain the matrix equations of the dynamic behaviour of the system. The gyroscopic effects as well as the spin softening effects and the centrifugal stiffening effects, taken into account through a pre-stressed potential, are included in the model. In the rotating frame, the eigenvalues' imaginary parts of the latter matrix equation give the Campbell diagram of the system and its stability can be analysed through its associated eigenvalues' real parts. The turbo machine casing is also modelled by an elastic ring in the rotating frame through an energetic method. Thus, in some rotational speed ranges the contact problem between the rotor and the stator can be treated as a static problem since both structures are stationary to each other. Prior to the study of the complete problem of contact between the flexible blades of the rotor and the flexible casing, a simple model of an elastic ring having only one mode shape, excited by rotating loads is developed in the rotating frame too, in order to underline divergence instabilities and mode couplings. Then, the complete problem of frictionless sliding contact between the blades and the casing, without rubbing, is studied. The stable balanced static contact configurations of the structure are found as function of the rotational speed of the rotor. Finally, the results are compared to these of the simple model of rotating spring-masses on an elastic ring, showing good adequacy. The present model of rotor appears thus particularly adapted to the study of blades-casing contacts and highlighted an unstable phenomenon near the stator critical speed even in case of frictionless sliding.  相似文献

Consideration is given to the dynamic response of a Timoshenko beam under repeated pulse loading. Starting with the basic dynamical equations for a rotating radial cantilever Timoshenko beam clamped at the hub in a centrifugal force field, a system of equations are derived for coupled axial and lateral motions which includes the transverse shear and rotary inertia effects, as well. The hyperbolic wave equation governing the axial motion is coupled with the flexural wave equation governing the lateral motion of the beam through the velocity-dependent skew-symmetric Coriolis force terms. In the analytical formulation, Rayleigh-Ritz method with a set of sinusoidal displacement shape functions is used to determine stiffness, mass and gyroscopic matrices of the system. The tip of the rotating beam is subjected to a periodic pulse load due to local rubbing against the outer case introducing Coulomb friction in the system. Transient response of the beam with the tip deforming due to rub is discussed in terms of the frequency shift and non-linear dynamic response of the rotating beam. Numerical results are presented for this vibro-impact problem of hard rub with varying coefficients of friction and the contact-load time. The effects of beam tip rub forces transmitted through the system are considered to analyze the conditions for dynamic stability of a rotating blade with intermittent rub.  相似文献

A refined dynamic theory of rotating blades modeled as anisotropic composite thin-walled beams, experiencing the flapping-lagging-transverse shear coupling is presented. The structural model encompasses a number of non-standard features, such as anisotropy and transverse shear, pretwist and presetting angles, the presence of a rigid hub on which the beam is mounted, and the rotatory inertia. The developed theory and the methodology used to determine the eigenfrequency characteristics are validated against the results available in the literature, and new results emphasizing the influence played by the ply-angle, pretwist and presetting, coupled with that of the rotating speed on blade free vibration characteristics are supplied, and pertinent conclusions are outlined.  相似文献

This paper investigates the nonlinear dynamic responses of the rotating blade with varying rotating speed under high-temperature supersonic gas flow. The varying rotating speed and centrifugal force are considered during the establishment of the analytical model of the rotating blade. The aerodynamic load is determined using first-order piston theory. The rotating blade is treated as a pretwist, presetting, thin-walled rotating cantilever beam. Using the isotropic constitutive law and Hamilton??s principle, the nonlinear partial differential governing equation of motion is derived for the pretwist, presetting, thin-walled rotating beam. Based on the obtained governing equation of motion, Galerkin??s approach is applied to obtain a two-degree-of-freedom nonlinear system. From the resulting ordinary equation, the method of multiple scales is exploited to derive the four-dimensional averaged equation for the case of 1:1 internal resonance and primary resonance. Numerical simulations are performed to study the nonlinear dynamic response of the rotating blade. In summary, numerical studies suggest that periodic motions and chaotic motions exist in the nonlinear vibrations of the rotating blade with varying speed.  相似文献
