采用T-matrix数值方法模拟光学系统常用的光学材料硅中金属钛杂质对激光电场分布的影响。分析了不同球形杂质数目、不同杂质球半径、不同球形杂质间距、不同球形杂质排列以及不同相对介电常数杂质对激光电场分布的影响,通过数值模拟了解到:电场幅值的最大值总是出现在沿入射波极化方向上,电场幅值的增大与相邻两球的耦合有关,且两球间距越小电场幅值的最大值越大;相对介电常数实部越小、虚部越大的杂质会导致较大的电场幅值最大值。  相似文献

 研究了几类可能出现在KDP晶体的生长溶液中的有机物杂质和无机阴离子杂质基团对KDP晶体散射、透过率、光损伤阈值等光学质量的影响,结果表明,不同种类的杂质的影响并不相同,造成这一结果的根本原因在于杂质离子的结构及其与晶体表面原子成键能力的不同。  相似文献

The effect of many magnetic impurities in symmetric chiral p-wave superconducting nanoloops is investigated by numerically solving the BdG equations self-consistently. Two magnetic impurities can lead to the appearance of two impurity bound levels close to the Fermi level. The arising bound states can cross the Fermi level at the same impurity strength for the case of two independent midway impurities, while multiple zero-energy states can be obtained at two separated values of impurity strength when two independent edge impurities are present. Moreover, the multiple zero modes can only show up for appropriate relative positions between two edge impurities due to the quantum interference effect. Particularly, for some appropriate strength of two independent midway impurities, the impurity bound levels cross the Fermi level twice with increasing threaded flux, while the multiple zero modes can not emerge in the flux evolution.  相似文献

We review the physics of charged impurities in the vicinity of graphene. The long-range nature of Coulomb impurities affects both the nature of the ground state density profile and graphene’s transport properties. We discuss the screening of a single Coulomb impurity and the ensemble averaged density profile of graphene in the presence of many randomly distributed impurities. Finally, we discuss graphene’s transport properties due to scattering off charged impurities both at low and high carrier density.  相似文献

 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了含有吸收性杂质和非吸收性杂质的SiO2增透膜,采用波长为1 064 nm的激光对其进行了小光斑激光预处理,对比研究了预处理前后的激光损伤差异,研究表明:激光预处理对于洁净的SiO2薄膜影响不大;含10 μm SiO2颗粒杂质的样品微透镜效应很明显,容易成为损伤起始的种子,激光预处理后情况有所改善;含有CeO2颗粒杂质的样品表现出了很强的吸收性质,损伤阈值降低到不足洁净样品的一半。所有样品激光预处理后损伤形貌未发生变化,透光率峰值均有约50 nm的蓝移。  相似文献

The spin Hall transport properties in a two-dimensional electron system with both Rashba spin-orbit coupling (SOC) and magnetic impurities are investigated. Electrons are scattered by impurities through an exchange interaction that leads to spin flip-flop processes and so changes the spin Hall effect induced by the SOC. The spin Hall conductance is calculated in a 4-terminal system using the Landauer-Buttiker formula and Green function approach. In comparison with the simulation results on nonmagnetic impurities doping systems, our results reveal that the spin Hall conductance is still nonzero in a system with a large density of magnetic impurities and a finite intensity of the exchange interaction between the electrons and impurities, and its sign may be altered when the doping density and interaction strength are large enough.  相似文献

利用原子力显微镜观察熔石英不同蚀刻时间的表面形貌,结合二次离子质谱分析,研究了熔石英的再沉积层结构和杂质分布。结果表明,熔石英表面深度10nm的再沉积层内存在大量微裂纹和杂质,经蚀刻展开形成nm级划痕和坑点,其分布随着深度增加呈指数衰减。根据nm级划痕密度、宽深比随蚀刻深度变化的规律,估算出再沉积层厚度,估算结果与二次离子质谱测得的杂质嵌入深度基本一致。杂质元素嵌入深度与抛光微裂纹分布特征的关联性表明,杂质很有可能藏匿在抛光微裂纹中。  相似文献

文章研究了两个杂质浸入玻色凝聚体中的相互作用.通过使用微扰法,计算了在弱杂质-玻色子相互作用区域中的基态能量.结果表明基态能量与两杂质之间的相对距离有关.从基态能量出发,研究发现不管杂质与玻色子相互作用是处在排斥状态还是吸引状态,两杂质之间都有保持吸引趋势;而当一个杂质与玻色子相互作用是吸引时,另一个为排斥时,两个杂质之间呈现出了排斥的效果.通过杂质之间有效力的计算也验证了上述现象,进一步研究凝聚体密度背后的力学机制,再次得出了一致结论.  相似文献

We extend published works dealing with microphase separation in crosslinked polymer blends to the case where these are surrounded by random impurities. To study their influence on critical microphase properties, from a static and kinetics point of view, we first assume that the (real) disorder caused by impurities is quenched. Second, the replica theory is used to study such critical properties, upon the impurities concentration and their interaction strength. More precisely, we compute the spinodal temperature and structure factor. We find that the spinodal temperature is shifted towards its lower and higher values, for attractive and repulsive impurities, respectively. The obtained expression for the static structure factor suggests that, contrarily to repulsive impurities, the crosslinked mixture scatters better in the presence of attractive ones. Thereafter, the study is extended to kinetics of microphase separation, when the mixture is impregnated by small random impurities. Kinetics is investigated through the growth rate, and in particular, we demonstrate that the latter is increased by the presence of repulsive impurities. This is natural, since these play a stabilizer role. Finally, the discussion is extended to crosslinked polymer blends immersed in a good solvent, which induces drastic changes of the critical microphase properties.  相似文献

The dynamic behavior of the quantum discord in one-dimensional scattering of a qubit (a spin-1/2 particle) by single and double well-localized fixed spin impurities is investigated theoretically. It is assumed that the incident particle is scattered by the spin impurities through the Ising and/or Heisenberg interactions. These potentials create quantum mechanical correlation between the reflected and transmitted parts of the scattered system and the impurities. It is shown that the incident momentum, strength of the interaction potentials, and the separation between the impurities can be regarded as the control parameters for the quantum discord and concurrence manipulations. In particular, it has been found that the correlations are periodic functions of the wavelength of the incident particle when it is scattered by the double spin impurities.  相似文献

We study the effect of strain on the exchange interaction between two magnetic impurities in graphene. We calculate the exchange integrals between the impurities using a Green function technique. The calculation results indicate that strain may remarkably enhance the exchange interaction between the impurities within small distance. 本文采用含有非磁性杂质的二维t-J模型来描述掺锌的高温氧化物超导材料,并利用非均匀双时格林函数理论对有限尺寸的材料进行了数值计算.在 Fermion-Spin 理论框架下,我们分别研究了非磁性杂质引起的电荷和自旋的不均匀性及对材料正常态特性的影响.我们发现:一方面非磁性杂质锌对其附近的自旋反铁磁关联有强烈的影响,能使周围的最近邻关联函数的绝对值比均匀情况增加很多;另一方面,空位子会受到其周围自旋的影响而出现相应的分布不均匀性,进而又影响自旋关联的不均匀性.并且,围绕杂质锌能够形成自旋激发和空位激发的局域态.  相似文献

A variational principle is used to evaluate the change in the condensate energy of an imperfect Bose gas arising from the introduction of stationary impurities. Moving impurities are incorporated by performing a Galilean transformation from a frame with bulk flow at infinity to one with asymptotically stationary fluid. The corresponding effective mass is calculated numerically and compared with that of He3 impurities in He II. A generalization to charged impurities exhibits the anomalous flow pattern suggested by Gross and allows a model calculation of the effective mass of positive ions in He II.  相似文献

The surface impurity effect on the surface-state conductivity and weak antilocalization(WAL) effect has been investigated in epitaxial Bi(111) films by magnetotransport measurements at low temperatures. The surface-state conductivity is significantly reduced by the surface impurities of Cu, Fe, and Co. The magnetotransport data demonstrate that the observed WAL is robust against deposition of nonmagnetic impurities, but it is quenched by the deposition of magnetic impurities which break the time reversal symmetry. Our results help to shed light on the effect of surface impurities on the electron and spin transport properties of a 2D surface electron systems.  相似文献

By modeling impurities along a nanoring as general potential forms the Schrödinger equation for ballistic electrons is shown to separate in cylindrical coordinates. We find an analytical eigenvalue equation for N delta-function-barrier impurities in the presence of magnetic flux. Previous calculations of the electronic states of a one-dimensional (1D) and two-dimensional (2D) nanoring for only one or two impurities modeled by equal square barriers is explicitly extended to three and four different or equal impurities modeled as delta-barrier, square-barrier, or delta-well potential forms. This is shown to be generalizable to any number N. Effects on the energy spectra due to magnetic flux and different kinds and numbers of impurities are compared in 1D and 2D nanorings.  相似文献

本文提出在铜铁稀磁合金中高浓度铁磁杂质之间的相互作用对低温热电势的影响巨大, 基于耦合杂质理论, 得出了高浓度铜铁稀磁合金的热电势在4-100 K的温度范围内随温度变化的理论曲线. 理论曲线与铁杂质浓度含量为0.1%(at) Fe, 0.13%(at) Fe和0.15%(at) Fe原子百分比的铜铁合金热电势实验值符合, 为推动低温铜铁稀磁热电偶的应用提供了理论分析基础.  相似文献
