新型β-位烷基修饰卟啉二噻吩乙烯光致变色分子的合成与性能

以乙酰乙酸乙酯为原料,经5步反应制得3,3′-二甲基-4,4′-二乙基二吡咯（1）;以2-甲基噻吩为原料,经4步反应制得含醛基的二噻吩乙烯中间体（2）; 1和2经自缩合反应合成了新型的卟啉分子开关1-（2-甲基-3-噻吩基）-2-[2-甲基-5-（3,7,13,17-四甲基-2,8,12,18-四乙基-15-对碘苯卟啉基苯基）-3-噻吩基]环戊烯（3）,其结构经¹H NMR和HR-MS（ESI）表征。并研究了3的光致变色和无损读取性能。结果表明：3在波长254 nm和665 nm光照下具有良好的可逆光致变色性能;激发光波长为550 nm时,开、闭环异构体具有强荧光对比,有望实现信息无损写-读-擦过程。     

新型1,4-苯并二氮杂?-5-酮衍生物的合成及抗肿瘤活性初探

以邻硝基苯甲酸衍生物为底物,经3步反应并在最后一步使用了乙酰丙酮钼和三氟甲磺酸铜为催化剂,共合成了8个新型的1,4-苯并二氮杂?-5-酮衍生物（4a~4h）,其结构经¹H NMR,¹³C NMR和HR-MS(ESI)表征。并测试了4a~4h对肺癌（A549）、乳腺癌（MDA-MB-231）、宫颈癌（HeLa）等3种肿瘤细胞系的抑制活性。结果表明：目标化合物对所有肿瘤细胞系均有一定的抑制活性。其中9-氯-2-(丙-1-烯-2-基)-4-(2-(噻吩-2-基)乙基)-1,2,3,4-四氢-5H-苯并[e][1,4]二氮杂-5-酮(4e)对A549的IC₅₀可达1.7μM。而阳性对照药苯达莫司汀（Bendamustiune）和伏立诺他（SAHA）对A549没有明显的抑制作用。      

1-甲基-5,6,7,8-四氢异喹啉酮-4-甲胺的合成研究

以环己酮为起始原料,经缩合、酰化及酸性水解反应制得2 乙酰基环己酮（1）;在三乙烯二胺催化下,1与氰基乙酰胺环化得四氢异喹啉酮（2）和四氢喹啉酮（3）混合物,在乙醇中回流并趁热过滤进行分离纯化得2和3; 2经催化加氢反应合成1-甲基-5,6,7,8-四氢异喹啉酮-4-甲胺,3步总收率39.8%,其结构经¹H NMR、¹³C NMR、 ¹H-¹⁵N HMBC和MS确证。     

Wittig/Michael串联反应高效合成含有磷叶立德的吲哚并喹唑啉酮衍生物

以吲哚并[2,1-b]喹唑啉-6,12-二酮（色胺酮）及三苯基膦乙酸乙酯（酯基磷叶立德）为原料,在二氯甲烷中反应2 h,经Wittig/Michael串联反应,以高达99%的收率一步合成了15个含有吲哚并喹唑啉骨架的磷叶立德衍生物。其代表产物的结构经X-ray单晶衍射进行确证,化合物结构经¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR, ³¹P NMR, ¹⁹F NMR和HR-MS（ESI-TOF）表征。     

斑蝥素的常压合成

报道了一种斑蝥素的常压合成方法。以3-氧代-4-甲酸甲酯四氢噻吩为起始原料,经氰基化和腈醇脱水反应制得3-氰基-4-甲酸甲酯-2,5-二氢噻吩(1); 1水解制得2,5-二氢噻吩-3,4-二羧酸(2); 2在二氯亚砜作用下脱水制得关键中间体2,5-二氢噻吩-3,4-二羧酸酐（3）; 3依次经D-A反应和Raney Ni催化加氢的脱硫反应合成了斑蝥素(5),总收率38%,其结构经¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR和MS（ESI）确证。研究了离子液体、反应时间和反应温度对D-A反应的影响。确定D-A反应的较优条件为：[BMIM]·BF₄为离子液体,于35 ℃反应20 h,斑蝥素前体产率为86%。     

利伐沙班关键杂质的合成

以对溴硝基苯为原料,经偶联、胺基保护、亲核取代、硝基还原、环氧开环、环合、脱保护和胺基酰化反应合成了利伐沙班的二胺杂质--5-氯-N-【【(5S)-2-氧代-3-｛4-［5-氯-噻吩-2-甲酸-N-(2-甲基氨基甲酰基甲氧基乙基)酰胺基］苯基｝-1,3-噁唑烷-5-基】甲基】-2-噻吩甲酰胺,其结构经¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR, DEPT135°, ¹H-¹HCOSY, HSQC, HMBC和MS（ESI）确证。     

选择性HDAC6抑制剂4-（（2,4-二氧基-3-苯乙基-3,4-二氢喹唑啉-1（2H）-基）-甲基）-N-羟基苯甲酰胺的合成

以靛红酸酐（2）为起始原料,经氮上烷基化、开环、关环以及酯的氨解生成异羟肟酸等多步简单反应合成了目标化合物选择性HDAC6抑制剂4-（（2,4-二氧基-3-苯乙基-3,4-二氢喹唑啉-1（2H）-基）-甲基）-N-羟基苯甲酰胺(1)。产物结构经¹H NMR、 ¹³C NMR 以及MS 确证。新的合成路线具有反应条件温和、后处理简单等优点，总收率83.8%。      

荧光可调控的二噻吩乙烯α-炔醇的合成及性能

以2-甲基噻吩和三甲基硅乙炔为原料经多步反应合成了一种新型的二噻吩乙烯α-醇炔：1,2-二[2-甲基-5-(3-三甲基硅基-2-丙炔基-1-羟基)-3-噻吩基]环戊烯(BTE-TMS)，其结构经¹H NMR, HR-MS(ESI)和元素分析表征，通过UV-Vis研究了化合物的光致变色性能和抗疲劳性，并辅以荧光光谱探究了化合物的荧光开关性能。      

N,N-二[二(3-甲氧基丙基)膦基乙基]-2-乙氧基乙胺盐酸盐的合成

以2-乙氧基乙胺和3-氯-1-丙醇等为起始原料, 经7步反应, 制备了N,N-二[二(3-甲氧基丙基)膦基乙基]-2-乙氧基乙胺(PNP5)盐酸盐, 其中关键步骤是后两步. PNP5盐酸盐的结构和组成通过IR, ¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR, ³¹P NMR, MS和元素分析等方法确认.     

氮、硫双齿配体钯促进的Suzuki-Miyaura交叉偶联反应

钯配合物促进的Suzuki-Miyaura交叉偶联反应为构建碳-碳骨架的重要方法,主要用于药物化学、天然产物、材料学及超分子配体等领域。以2-噻吩甲醛、脂肪族/芳香族伯胺、取代肼及羟胺等为原料,合成了9种2-噻吩甲醛亚胺类N,S-双齿配体（3a~3i）,其结构经¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR和HR-MS（APCI）表征。并以N-环己基-2-噻吩甲亚胺(3b)为例,研究了配体对钯促进的Suzuki-Miyaura交叉偶联反应的催化性能。结果表明：在反应体系Pd(OAc)₂/3b/Cs₂CO₃/DMF中,苯硼酸与芳溴的交叉偶联反应的分离产率达到95%。     

利用手持技术改进测定乙醇分子结构实验

利用压强传感器代替排水集气法,改进测定乙醇分子结构实验的仪器装置,并探索最佳反应条件。另外,设计两个空白实验,结合压强变化曲线对实验误差进行相关讨论。     

Neutral diterpenoids of oleoresins of five species of conifers of Transcarpathia

The compositions of the neutral diterpenoids of the oleoresins of five species of conifers growing in the Transcarpathia have been studied. It has been found that the oleoresins ofAbies alba M.,Larix decidua M., andPicea excelsa L. contain more than 50% of neutral diterpenoids. The group and qualitative compositions of the oxygen-containing diterpenoids have been determined. In the oleoresins ofAbies alba,Picea excelsa, andPicea abies tertiary alcohols — cis-abienol and isocembrol — predominate, while inLarix decidua the main component is the hydroxy ester larixyl acetate. Primary alcohols related to the resin acids have been found in all the oleoresins investigated. Features of the distribution of diterpenoids according to the species of conifers have been revealed. The results obtained are necessary for the chemotaxonomy of conifers of the family Pinceae.Novosibirsk Institute of Organic Chemistry, Siberian Branch, Academy of Sciences of the USSR. Influence of viscosity of medium on processes of oxygen quenching of excited states of mesoporphyrin

The oxygen quenching rate constants for singlet and triplet excited states of the dimethyl ester of mesoporphyrin IX increase with decreasing viscosity of the medium and reach a maximum at a viscosity of approximately 0.4 mPa·sec, after which the rate constants begin to decrease. The drop in rate constant with increasing fluidity of the medium may be related to a nonequilibrium character of the elementary act in the interaction of the reactants in the solvent cage. In viscous media such as isopropyl alcohol, isobutyl alcohol, and isoamyl alcohol, the reaction radius is greater than the sum of the radii of the reacting particles. Dichroism of absorption and polarization of phosphorescence of molecules of the closed form of nitrobenzospirothiopyran

The spectral-polarization characteristics of absorption and phosphorescence of molecules of the initial form of nitro-substituted indolinospirobenzothiopyran were studied in oriented polyethylene films and in solutions with different polarity. An oscillator model of the electron transitions responsible for the formation of absorption and luminescence spectra was suggested. It was established that the principal differences in the spectral and photophysical properties of the compound studied and its oxygen-containing analog are associated with the fact that the electronegativity of the S atom is lower than that of the O atom. Determination of heats of detonation and influence of components of composite explosives on heats of detonation of high explosives

The heats of detonation of 20 simple high explosives and explosive mixtures were determined by means of an adiabatic detonation calorimeter designed by the authors. The results indicated that the performance of the instrument was reliable and the experimental data were very accurate. For explosive mixtures, there was a linear accumulative relationship between the heats of detonation of the explosive mixture and its components. Accordingly, the heats of detonation of explosive mixtures could be calculated directly from the heats of detonation of simple explosives and the characteristic heats of other components. The experiments showed that the gold or brass shell of the cylindrical charge could be substituted by a thick-walled porcelain shell, which had the advantage of cheapness.
