聚苯乙烯接枝修饰碳纳米管   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
本文利用碳纳米管的高比表面性质,使多壁碳纳米管(MWNT)表面吸附大量苯乙烯和过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)后在90℃加热,合成聚苯乙烯(PS)接枝修饰的MWNT。并采用透射电镜(TEM),高倍透射电镜(HR-TEM),场发射扫描电镜(FEW SEM),拉曼光谱(RAMAN),X光电子能谱(XPS),热重(TG)等对功能化后的MWNT进行了分析,证明了确实有大量的PS通过共价键接枝在MWNT表面。  相似文献

分别以醋酸镉和硫脲为原料,二乙三胺和去离子水为混合溶剂,采用溶剂热技术制备了MwNTs/CdS复合材料,并用TEM、XRD、FT-IR及UV-vis等技术对材料的结构、形貌和性质进行表征.研究结果表明:硫化镉纳米粒子附着在多壁碳纳米管表面,且无团聚现象.  相似文献

构建用于过氧化氢检测的多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极,循环伏安阳极最大电流法和计时安培电流法测试表明:碳纳米管能提高电极的有效表面积,并加速电子的传递.循环伏安阳极最大电流和计时安培响应电流均与过氧化氢的浓度变化成线性关系,两种检测方法的灵敏度和线性相关系数分别为2.8μA/(mmol.L-1)、0.997和1.5μA/(mmol.L-1)、0.971;检测方法过程简单,结果令人满意.  相似文献

The spillover phenomenon is observed on the platinum (Pt) disk electrode modified by multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWNTs). The rate of the spillover of oxygen-containing species produced on Pt surface to and from MWNTs is fast. However for hydrogen-adatoms, the spillover is very weak. The selective spillover on the Pt/MWNTs electrode may provide a novel way to design catalysts.  相似文献

合成甲醇的催化剂Rh-ZnO/MWNTs的研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
研究新型的由多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)负载的, ZnO助催的铑基甲醇合成催化剂. 当铑含量达到4%(w)时,催化剂具有较高的比表面积(99.6 m2•g-1), 催化剂的反应活化能为68.8 kJ•mol-1.在563 K, 1 MPa下,催化剂的最高催化活性和甲醇选择性分别为411.4 mg/gcat.•h和96.7%. TEM、TPR和TPD等表征结果显示,碳纳米管能增加Rh在催化剂表面的分散度,提高催化剂的还原温度并能增加氢物种的吸附量,这些结果将有助于更好地了解催化剂中各组分间的协同作用和催化活性中心本质.  相似文献

Alkali metal and alkali oxide-promoted ruthenium has been found to be one of the most active catalysts for ammonia synthesis under atmospheric pressure[1]. Recently, We found[2] that the K-Ru/MWNTs catalyst showed very high activity for ammonia synthesis. It is suggested that the high activity is due to the special electronic and structural properties of the carbon nanotubes. Alkali and alkali oxide doped MWNTs have been reported to be more favorable for electronic transfer and hydrogen storage[3]. In the ammonia synthesis,these properties may play important roles. In this study, K-Ru/MWNTs and Ru/MWNTs were prepared and characterized by XPS. We found that alkali oxide can improve the Ru dispersion similar to the classic catalysts for ammonia synthesis.  相似文献

采用超声辅助原位湿法合成多壁碳纳米管/羟基磷灰石纳米复合材料(MWNTs/HA),并通过溶液浇铸法制备了PLA/MWNTs/HA复合材料薄膜。考察了MWNTs/HA纳米粒子含量对复合膜性能的影响,并通过力学性能、SEM、FTIR、以及DMTA对复合膜性能进行了表征,结果表明:随着纳米粒子质量分数的增加,复合膜的拉伸强度呈下降趋势;拉伸模量和储能模量呈现先下降后上升的趋势;玻璃化转变温度则呈现不断上升趋势。  相似文献

聚丙烯/多壁碳纳米管复合材料的热性能和流变性能   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
用熔融共混法制备了聚丙烯多壁碳纳米管(PP MWNTs)复合材料,TGA研究表明在氮气气氛下碳纳米管显著增加了聚丙烯基体的热稳定性.3wt%MWNTs可使PP热分解起始温度提高44℃.非等温结晶研究表明MWNTs对PP基体的结晶行为没有明显的影响.流变测试结果表明PP MWNTs复合材料的储能模量G′和损耗模量G″随着MWNTs含量增加逐渐增大.1wt%MWNTs的PP聚合物的零剪切粘度最低,5wt%MWNTs的PP聚合物的零剪切粘度最高,PP和3wt%MWNTs的PP纳米聚合物的零剪切粘度居于二者之间,随着频率的增加,剪切稀化作用越来越明显,呈现出假塑性流体行为.含5wt%MWNTs的PP复合材料的体积和表面电阻率与纯PP相比分别下降了9个和4个数量级,表明少量的MWNTs可以显著改变PP的电学性能.  相似文献

Luminescence of the short multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) conjugated with carboxylic acid groups has been studied. The results show that the carboxyl-functionalized short MWNTs could emit luminescence and the emission peak appears at 500 nm with a corresponding optimal excitation wavelength centering at 310 nm. When the short MWNTs are filtered through 0.15 μm polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane, the ultrashort MWNTs are obtained from the filtrate. An interesting feature for the ultrashort MWNTs is that the emission intensity is strengthened and the peak is slightly blue shifted to 460 nm. This result indicates that the luminescence properties of MWNTs are strongly affected by the tube length. After chemical oxidization cutting, defects and carboxylic acid groups at the tube end and/or sidewall can be produced; the more shorten of MWNTs, the better dispersion and carboxylic passivation of the nanotubes, and the more intense luminescence emissions. The broad emissions are logically attributed to the trapping of excitation energy by defect sites in the carboxyl-functionalized nanotube structure.  相似文献

在导电聚合物中,聚苯胺(PANI)因其导电性能优良,环境稳定性好,合成工艺简单,原料成本低廉等优点,被认为是最有可能实际应用的导电聚合物.然而用传统方法合成的聚苯胺由于其分子量小,分子链中存在缺陷而使其导电性能和力学性能大大降低,从而限制了其实际应用.而高分子量聚苯胺的导电性能和力学性能比一般聚苯胺有较大的提高.  相似文献

We report the direct formation of multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWNT) by ultrasonication of graphite in dimethylformamide (DMF) upon addition of ferrocene aldehyde (Fc-CHO). The tubular structures appear exclusively at the edges of graphene layers and contain Fe clusters. Fc in conjunction with benzyl aldehyde, or other Fc derivatives, does not induce formation of NT. Higher amounts of Fc-CHO added to the dispersion do not increase significantly MWNT formation. Increasing the temperature reduces the amount of formation of MWNTs and shows the key role of ultrasound-induced cavitation energy. It is concluded that Fc-CHO first reduces the concentration of radical reactive species that slice graphene into small moieties, localizes itself at the edges of graphene, templates the rolling up of a sheet to form a nanoscroll, where it remains trapped, and finally accepts and donates unpaired electron to the graphene edges and converts the less stable scroll into a MWNT. This new methodology matches the long held notion that CNTs are rolled up graphene layers. The proposed mechanism is general and will lead to control the production of carbon nanostructures by simple ultrasonication treatments.  相似文献

Cationic hyperbranched BPEI was immobilized on the surface of MWNTs via electrostatic interactions between the positively charged protonated amines within the polymer and the carboxyl groups on the chemically oxidized MWNT surface. The functionalized BPEI‐MWNTs were characterized by FT‐IR, TGA, TEM and surface charge analysis, and it was used as a bio‐sorbent for the adsorption of proteins. CD spectra showed no conformational change of BSA during the adsorption/desorption process. A dynamic adsorption capacity of 167 mg · g?1 for BSA was achieved. With a sample volume of 2.0 mL, an enrichment factor of 10 was obtained along with an adsorption efficiency of 100%, a recovery of 100%, a sampling frequency of 10 h?1 and a RSD of 2.6% at 25 µg · mL?1 BSA.

NiO/MWNTs nanocomposites have been prepared by a simple and efficient chemical precipitation method with the aid of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS). Hybrid materials were characterized by XRD, TEM, EDX, Zeta potential and FT‐IR techniques. Experimental results show that NiO nanoparticles with the size of less than 9 nm are well‐dispersed on the outside of MWNTs functionalized with SDS. Hydrogenated NiO/MWNTs hybrid materials exhibit good catalytic performance in the benzene hydrogenation reaction.  相似文献

We prepared PANI/tetradecanol/MWNTs composites via in-situ polymerization. DSC results indicated that the composites are good form-stable phase change materials (PCMs) with large phase change enthalpy of 115 J g−1. The MWNTs were randomly dispersed in the composites and significantly enhanced the thermal conductivity of the PCMs from 0.33 to 0.43 W m−1 K−1. The form-stable PCMs won’t liquefy even it is heated at 80°C, so that the MWNTs were fixed in the composite and the phase separation of the MWNTs from PANI/tetradecanol/MWNTs composites won’t occur.  相似文献

利用太赫兹时域光谱技术和电导测量研究了多壁碳纳米管/高密度聚乙烯(MWNTs/HDPE)复合体系的光电性质. 直流电导率结果表明, 复合体系的逾渗阈值在5%左右; 交流电导率则随频率的变化出现一个拐点, 拐点的位置与颗粒浓度以及导电颗粒的存在状态密切相关. 加入碳纳米管后, 复合体系在太赫兹波段的吸收系数和折射率均有很大的提高. 通过假定在此波段导电颗粒在聚合物中的介电行为类似于偶极子的弛豫, 利用Cole-Cole理论对复合材料的介电性质进行了解释.  相似文献

采用水热合成法在多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)上负载了Ru O2纳米颗粒,并以Nafion为固定剂将复合材料修饰于玻碳电极的表面,制备了一种新型无酶型葡萄糖传感器。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、电化学方法对复合材料进行表征,发现碳纳米管上的Ru O2为纳米级,分散均匀。该复合材料修饰的电极对葡萄糖响应电流明显,并且受抗坏血酸(AA)、多巴胺(DA)和尿酸(UA)的干扰小。采用安培法测定葡萄糖,其线性范围为1.0×10-5~1.2×10-2 mol/L(R2=0.998),灵敏度41.826μA cm-2(mmol/L)-1,检测限2.2×10-5 mol/L(信噪比为3),响应时间5.2 s,具有较好的稳定性。  相似文献

通过在多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极上电聚合亚甲基蓝,制备了聚亚甲基蓝/碳纳米管/玻碳电极(pMB/MWNTs/GC)。用循环伏安法研究了3种苯二酚异构体在该电极上的电化学行为,结果表明,在pH7.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,该修饰电极对苯二酚异构体的氧化表现出优异的电催化性能和选择性,对苯二酚、邻苯二酚和间苯二酚的氧化峰分别为0.104、0.203、0.609 V(vs.SCE),峰电位差值分别为99、406 mV。基于苯二酚异构体在pMB/MWNTs/GC修饰电极上的伏安行为,建立了苯二酚3种异构体同时分析的新方法。考察了各影响因素对测定的影响,最优实验条件下,在5.0×10-6~1.5×10-4mol.L-1范围内,3种苯二酚异构体的阳极峰电流与其浓度存在线性关系,检出限均为1.0×10-6mol.L-1。将该法用于水体及冲洗废液中苯二酚异构体含量的测定,结果满意。  相似文献

将不同比例的多壁碳管(MWNTs)与聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)聚合物混合后,喷涂于n型ZnO半导体纳米线阵列上,制备了一种新型ZnO纳米线基MWNTs/PVDF热电复合材料.与以往采用价格昂贵的p型与n型单壁碳纳米管(SWNTs)与聚合物混合制备的复合热电材料特性相比,这种新型热电复合材料在降低制造成本的同时,利用分散于聚合物中MWNTs的一维电子传输特性及形成的大量界面势垒,加上ZnO半导体纳米线具有的较高载流子密度与迁移率,提高了复合热电材料中电子的输运特性,增加了材料对声子的散射强度.测试发现,在一定的温度梯度下,随着MWNTs添加质量百分比的增加,热电材料的温差电动势和电导率也随之增加,但其Seebeck系数变化量不大.研究表明,这种热电材料有望替代采用p型与n型SWNTs构建的SWNTs/PVDF复合热电材料.研究结果对开发超轻、无毒、廉价、可应用于各种微纳电子领域的新型电源具有重要的参考价值.  相似文献

A review of the literature indicates a wide range of dispersion states of carbon nanotubes (CNT) in high density polyethylene (HDPE), with in some cases, formation of micro-composites with bundle-like aggregation of the nanoparticles and in some others, much finer nanotube dispersion leading to higher performance (nano)composite materials. This contribution emphasizes the diversity of these results by comparing the dispersion state of different types of multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWNT) blended within several grades of HDPE via melt processing. It appears that each combination leads to a different dispersion quality. This study highlights that there is not a universal method to blend CNT and HDPE and that the dispersion state of the nanotubes is not readily predictable. Actually, inherent affinity between CNT and polyethylene proved to be rather great but melt viscosity and processing conditions represent key-parameters to be considered for allowing dissociation and dispersion of the nanoparticles within the polyolefinic matrix.  相似文献
