Unswept oil pockets can be detected and possibly quantified by the natural tracers which diffuse into the flowing water and are transported to the wells. This situation is schematized and addressed mostly by numerical means though an elementary analytical solution could be derived. A dimensional analysis was performed and the parameters listed. A parametric study was made in two dimensions on two particular configurations. A particular emphasis was put on the study of the Péclet number and of the pocket size; the numerical solutions were successfully compared to the analytical one. Other parameters such as the presence of several pockets, their shape, were briefly addressed.  相似文献

利用SiO2硬质微球作模板制备得到多孔聚酰亚胺薄膜,通过改变SiO2微球的含量可以实现聚酰亚胺薄膜孔隙率及内部孔结构的精确控制.利用多孔聚酰亚胺薄膜的多孔结构,真空浸油得到聚酰亚胺含油薄膜.分别对聚酰亚胺含油薄膜的热稳定性能、含油性能及摩擦磨损行为和寿命进行了考察.结果表明:含油薄膜最大含油率可达40.6%,其小孔径特点决定了含油薄膜具有较高的油保持率;润滑油自身的挥发温度决定了含油薄膜的使用工况,其浸入并未对多孔薄膜本身热稳定性能产生影响;润滑油的存在很大程度上提高了多孔聚酰亚胺薄膜的磨损寿命,并随着薄膜含油率的增加而延长;在低转速摩擦条件下,含油薄膜呈现干摩擦和油润滑2种摩擦方式.  相似文献

During two-phase flow in porous media, non-wetting phase is present simultaneously in states of mobile connected continuum and of trapped isolated ganglia. Mass exchange between these two parts of non-wetting phase is going on by dissolution and diffusion of component in the wetting phase, so, compositions of non-wetting phase in both parts are different. Nevertheless, the traditional mathematical model for two-phase multicomponent transport in porous media assumes the homogeneous distribution of each component in the overall non-wetting phase. New governing equations honouring ganglia of non-wetting phase are derived. They are successfully verified by a number of laboratory tests. Analytical model is developed for miscible water-alternate-gas (WAG) displacement of oil-condensates. The modelling shows that the significant amount of oil-condensate is left in porous media after miscible WAG, while the traditional model predicts that the miscible displacement results in the total sweep.  相似文献

油-气润滑系统工作过程中,润滑油膜受微油滴冲击和压缩空气扰动影响易形成气泡夹带现象,气泡夹带行为将对壁面润滑油膜层的形成及流动过程产生重要影响。基于VOF数值模拟方法,对含气泡油膜沿倾斜壁面的流动行为进行研究,考察了气泡的存在对油膜形态和流动速度的影响规律,以及气泡破裂阶段空腔邻域内流体压力变化特性。研究表明,油膜夹带气泡的形变和迁移诱发气泡周围微流场的速度扰动现象,导致气液界面处产生非均匀速度梯度分布,进而引发油膜表面的形态波动。气泡发生破裂时,油膜空穴部位发生明显的正负压力波动现象,气泡附近壁面将承受一定的交变载荷作用。  相似文献

轴承-转子系统的非线性特性及其在基础运动作用时的响应,是离心机设备设计阶段必须考虑的。本文使用简化的多自由度转子模型进行模拟分析,运动方程考虑了非线性的油膜润滑轴承模型。应用自适应时间步长的Runge-Kutta-Felburg法求解微分运动方程组,将人造的正弦波加速度作为基础运动输入系统,使用Poincaré图、分岔图和瀑布图分别考察了垂直放置转子在有无基础运动作用时的动力学性质。快速傅里叶变换在频域内揭示了转动频率与基础振动频率之间的组合共振现象。计算的结果不仅给出了泵转子自身的非线性性质,也展示了泵转子在基础运动作用时的组合共振。  相似文献

A bubbly gas–bubbly oil flow pattern may occur when water, heavy oil and gas flow simultaneously in vertical pipes in such a way that water is the continuous phase. In this work, a one-dimensional, thermal, transient two-fluid mathematical model, for such flow, is presented. The model consists of mass, momentum and energy conservation equations for every phase whose numerical solution is based on the finite difference technique in the implicit scheme. The model is able to predict pressure, temperature, volumetric fraction and velocity profiles. For accurate modeling of multiphase flows, the key issue is to specify the adequate closure relationships, thus drag and virtual mass forces for the gas and oil phases were taken into account and special attention was paid on the gas–oil drag force. When this force was included into the model it was found that: (1) such force had the same order of magnitude than the oil drag force and both forces were smaller than the gas drag force, (2) the pressure, gas and oil velocities and gas and oil volume fraction profiles were affected, (3) the numerical stability was increased. The model predictions are in agreement with experimental data reported in literature.  相似文献

采用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察了硫系添加剂T321、磷系添加剂P120和T321-P120复配添加剂对菜籽油抗磨和极压性能的影响.结果表明:T321单剂、P120单剂和T321-P120复配添加剂均能够有效地提高菜籽油的抗磨和承载能力;T321-P120复配添加剂能够有效地改善菜籽油的减摩性能;T321和P120具有协同减摩、抗磨和极压作用,当二者的配比适当时,相应油样的综合摩擦学性能最佳.  相似文献

利用双光束干涉法对点接触区乏脂润滑成膜特性规律以及接触区附近润滑剂的微观迁移特性进行了观测.在试验条件下,接触区会经历充分润滑—乏脂—沉积膜润滑—分离油润滑等润滑状态.借助原子力显微镜,探测到沉积膜是润滑脂的稠化剂被碾压破碎而沉积在滚压轨道表面的一层纳米级颗粒薄膜;而分离油是在剪切过程中润滑脂内逐渐释放基础油.试验初始,接触区周围的润滑脂池因乏脂而迅速消失,但分离油会逐渐形成"第二相油池"以实现回流补给.沉积膜增大了基础油在滚动轨道表面的接触角,阻碍回流补给,但其会随运动逐渐磨损,此后分离油将进入接触区补充润滑膜.初步发现,当分离油不充足时,沉积膜有利于保护润滑轨道.  相似文献

研制了同商用齿轮油添加剂Hitec343具有相似结构和组成的PG-2复合剂;通过热重分析考察了所研制的PG-2复合剂的热稳定性能;利用红外光谱分析考察了其化学结构特征;采用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察了其极压抗磨性能,并采用扫描电子显微镜分析了钢球磨损表面形貌.结果表明,所研制的PG-2复合剂具有优良的极压抗磨性能、防锈性能、防腐蚀性能及热稳定性,其总体性能同国外同类复合剂产品相当,而极压性能优于国外同类复合剂.  相似文献
