The effect of periodic blowing/suction on characteristics of a turbulent boundary layer formed on an axisymmetric body of revolution in a nominally gradientless incompressible flow is studied experimentally. The Reynolds number based on the momentum thickness at the location of an annular slot for blowing/suction is 1176. The dimensionless slot width in the wall units is 68. It is demonstrated that blowing/suction aimed at controlling the boundary-layer flow is a fairly effective method for controlling the near-wall turbulence structure and ensures a certain gain in friction drag over the initial configuration (the maximum gain reaches 25–30 %).  相似文献

The effect of local periodic forcing in the form of blowing/suction through sequentially located annular slots on the features of the turbulent boundary layer formed on an axisymmetric body of revolution in an incompressible flow is studied experimentally. The Reynolds number based on the momentum thickness of the boundary layer ahead of the annular slot is 1362. The dimensionless amplitude of the forcing signal A 0 is set to be 0.4. The frequency of the forcing signal in the law-of-the-wall units is f + = 0.0048. Beginning from the distance upstream from the slot equal approximately to half-thickness of the displacement thickness of the boundary layer δ* and further downstream to 18 δ*, a stable decrease in local friction is observed; the maximum value of this decrease reaches 50 %. Each next slot favors reduction of friction, though the effectiveness of blowing/suction becomes noticeably lower in the downstream direction.  相似文献

Direct numerical simulation is carried out for a spatially evolving supersonic turbulent boundary layer at freestream Mach number 6. To overcome numerical instability, the seventh-order WENO scheme is used for the convection terms of Navier-Stokes equations, and fine mesh is adopted to minimize numerical dissipation. Compressibility effects on the near-wall turbulent kinetic energy budget are studied. The cross-stream extended self-similarity and scaling exponents including the near-wall region are studied. In high Mach number flows, the coherence vortex structures are arranged to be smoother and streamwised, and the hair-pin vortices are less likely tO OCCUr.  相似文献

By using optical emission spectroscopy (OES), N2 and N2^+ vibrational temperatures in capacitively coupled plasma discharges with different exciting frequencies are investigated. The vibrational temperatures are acquired by comparing the measured and calculated spectra of selected transitions with a least-square procedure. It is found that N2 and N2^+ vibrational temperatures almost increase linearly with increasing exciting frequency up to 23 MHz, then increase slowly or even decrease. The pressure corresponding to the maximum point of N2 vibrational temperature decreases with the increasing exciting frequency. These experimental phenomena are attributed to the increasing electron density, whereas the electron temperature decreases with exciting frequency rising.  相似文献

We assess the performance of a few turbulence models for Reynolds averaged Navier-Stokes (RANS) simulation of supersonic boundary layers, compared to the direct numerical simulations (DNS) of supersonic flat-plate turbulent boundary layers, carried out by Gao et al. [Chin. Phys. Lett. 22(2005)1709] and Huang et al. [Sci. Chin. 48 (2005) 614], as well as some available experimental data. The assessment is made for two test cases, with incoming Mach numbers and Reynolds numbers M = 2.25, Re = 365, 000//in, and M = 4.5, Re = 1.7 × 10^7/m, respectively. It is found that in the first case the prediction of RANS models agrees well with the DNS and the experimental data, while for the second case the agreement of the DNS models with experiment is less satisfactory. The compressibility effect on the RANS models is discussed.  相似文献

The angular distributions of CO^+ from the dissociation of CO2^2+ and CO2^+ in intense femtosecond laser fields (45 fs, about 5 × 10^15 W/cm^2) are studied at a laser wavelength of 800nm based on the time-of-flight mass spectra of CO^+ fragment ions. The experimental results show that structural deformation occurs in the charge state of CO2^2+ and the CO^+ maintains linear geometrical structure.  相似文献

Turbulent boundary layer control via a streamwise travelling wave is investigated based on direct numerical simulation of an incompressible turbulent channel flow. The streamwise travelling wave is induced on one side wall of the channel by a spanwise external force, e.g., Lorenz force, which is con~ned in the viscous sublayer. As the control strategy used in this study has never been examined, we pay our attention to its efficiency of drag control. It is revealed that the propagating direction of the travelling wave, i.e., the downstream or upstream propagating direction with respect to the streamwise flow, has an important role on the drag control, leading to a significant drag reduction or enhancement for the parameters considered. The coherent structures of turbulent boundary layer are altered and the underlying mechanisms are analysed. The results obtained provide physical insight into the understanding of turbulent boundary layer control.  相似文献

Hydrogen ions are implanted into Pb(Zro.3Tio.7)03 1014 ions/cm^2. Pseudo-antiferroelectric behaviour in thin films at the energy of 40keV with a flux of 5 x the implanted thin films is observed, as confirmed by the measurements of polarization versus electric hysteresis loops and capacitance versus voltage curves. X-ray diffrac- tion patterns show the film structures before and after H+ implantation both to be perovskite of a tetragonal symmetry. These findings indicate that hydrogen ions exist as stable dopants within the films. It is believed that the dopants change domain-switching behaviour via the boundary charge compensation. Meanwhile, time dependence of leakage current density after time longer than lOs indicates the enhancement of the leakage cur- rent nearly in one order for the implanted film, but the current at time shorter than i s is mostly the same as that of the original film without the ionic implantation. The artificial tailoring of the antiferroelectric behaviour through H+ implantation in ferroelectric thin films is finally proven to be achievable for the device application of high-density charge storage.  相似文献

An a-SiNx/nanocrystalline silicon [(nc-Si)/a-SiNx] sandwiched structure is fabricated in a plasma enhanced chemical vapour deposition (PECVD) system at low temperature (250℃). The nc-Si layer is fabricated from a hydrogen-diluted silane mixture gas by using a layer-by-layer deposition technique. Atom force microscopy measurement shows that the density of nc-Si is about 2 ×10^11 cm^-2. By the pretreatment of plasma nitridation, low density of interface states and high-quality interface between the Si substrate and a-SiNs insulator layer are obtained. The density of interface state at the midgap is calculated to be 1 ×10^10 cm^-2eV^-1 from the quasistatic and high frequency C - V data. The charging and discharging property of nc-Si quantum dots is studied by capacitance-voltage (C- V) measurement at room temperature. An ultra-large hysteresis is observed in the C - V characteristics, which is attributed to storage of the electrons and holes into the nc-Si dots. The long-term charge-loss process is studied and ascribed to low density of interface states at SiNx/Si substrate.  相似文献

An ab initio investigation of electronic curve crossing in a methyl iodide molecule is carried out using spin-orbit multiconfigurational quasidegenerate perturbation theory. The one-dimensional rigid potential curves and optimized effective curves of low-lying states, including spin-orbit coupling and relativistic effects, are calculated. The spin-orbit electronic curve crossing between ^3Qo+ and ^1Q1, and the shadow minimum in potential energy curve of ^3Qo+ at large internuclear distance are found in both sets of the curves according to the present calcu- lations. The crossing position is in the range of Re-1 = 0.2370 3:0.0001 nm. Comparisons with other reports are presented.  相似文献

LiSrBO3 :Eu3+ phosphor is synthesized by a high solid-state reaction method, and its luminescent characteristics are investigated. The emission and excitation spectra of LiSrBO3:Eu3+ phosphors exhibit that the phosphors can be effectively excited by near ultraviolet (401 nm) and blue (471 nm) light, and emit 615nm red light. The effect of Eua+ concentration on the emission spectrum of LiSrBO3:Eu3+ phosphor is studied; the results show that the emission intensity increases with increasing Eu3+ concentration, and then decreases because of concentration quenching. It reaches the maximum at 3mol%, and the concentration self-quenching mechanism is the dipoledipole interaction according to the Dexter theory. Under the conditions of charge compensation Li+, Na+ or K+ incorporated in LiSrBO3, the luminescent intensities of LiSrBO3 :Eua+ phosphor are enhanced.  相似文献

A fully developed compressible turbulent flow in a channel with a lower wavy wall and a upper plane wall is studied using large eddy simulation. We mainly attempt to deal with the curvature effect on compressible turbulent flow over the wavy wall. Some typical quantities including the mean turbulence statistics, dilatation and baroclinic terms in the enstrophy equation, turbulent kinetic energy budgets and the near-wall turbulent structures are analysed. The results obtained in this study provide physical insight into the understanding of the effects of curvature and compressibility on wall-bounded compressible turbulent flow.  相似文献

In the framework of quantum defect theory, we calculate photoabsorption cross sections of Na^+ 2. Based on our calculations, there is an absorption window in the photoabsorption cross sections of Na^+ 2. and more than one bump above the absorption window. The calculated photoabsorption cross sections provide an explanation for the abnormal bump in the experimental measurements of Hudson, which is a long-standing experimental puzzle.  相似文献

In the framework of quantum defect theory, we study super-excited states of F2 molecules which can dissociate into F^+ (^3P2,1,0) and F^-(^1 So) ion-pair. Rare backflow (negative wall-shear stress) events have recently been found and quantified in the near-wall region of canonical wall-bounded turbulent flows. Although their existence and correlation with large-scale events have been established beyond numerical and measurement technique uncertainties, their occurrence at numerically high Reynolds numbers is still rare (less than 1 per thousand and 1 per million at the wall and beyond the viscous sublayer, respectively). To better quantify these rare events, the turbulent boundary layer developing over the suction side of a wing section, experiencing an increasing adverse pressure gradient (APG) without separation along its chord c, is considered in the present work. We find that the backflow level of 0.06% documented in turbulent channels and zero-pressure-gradient (ZPG) turbulent boundary layers is already exceeded on the suction side for x/c > 0.3, at friction Reynolds numbers three times lower, while close to the trailing edge the backflow level reaches 30%. Conditional analysis of extreme events indicates that for increasing Clauser pressure-gradient parameters (reaching β ? 35), the flow reaches a state in which the extreme events are more likely aligned with or against the freestream, and that the otherwise strong spanwise component of the wall-shear stress reduces towards the vicinity of the trailing edge. Backflow events subjected to moderate up to strong APG conditions (0.6 < β < 4.1) exhibit an average width of Δz+ ? 20, and an average lifetime of Δt+ ? 2. This directly connects with the findings by Lenaers et al., and implies that there is a connection between high-Re ZPG and strong APG conditions.  相似文献

A direct numerical simulation of the shock/turbulent boundary layer interaction flow in a supersonic 24-degree compression ramp is conducted with the free stream Mach number 2.9.The blow-and-suction disturbance in the upstream wall boundary is used to trigger the transition.Both the mean wall pressure and the velocity profiles agree with those of the experimental data,which validates the simulation.The turbulent kinetic energy budget in the separation region is analyzed.Results show that the turbulent production term increases fast in the separation region,while the turbulent dissipation term reaches its peak in the near-wall region.The turbulent transport term contributes to the balance of the turbulent conduction and turbulent dissipation.Based on the analysis of instantaneous pressure in the downstream region of the mean shock and that in the separation bubble,the authors suggest that the low frequency oscillation of the shock is not caused by the upstream turbulent disturbance,but rather the instability of separation bubble.  相似文献

Masses of the Ds(0^±) mesons are investigated from a view-point of ordinary light-heavy system in the framework of the Gaussian sum rules, which are worked out by means of the Laplacian transformation to the usual Borel sum rules. Using the standard input of QCD non-perturbative parameters, the corresponding mass spectra and couplings of the currents to the Ds(0^±) mesons are obtained. Our results are mDs(0-) = 1.968±0.016±0.003 GeV and mDs(0+) = 2.320 ±0.014 ± 0.003 GeV, which are in good accordance with the experimental data, 1.969 GeV and 2.317 GeV.  相似文献

Cs^+-K^+ ion exchanges are performed on z-cut KTiOPO4 crystals with chromium coating covered. The temperature of ion exchange is 430℃, and the time range from 15min to 30min. The dark mode spectra of the samples are measured by the prism coupling method. The channel structures on the samples are observed by a microscope and the near field pattern of the channel waveguides are measured by the end-fire coupling method. The refractive index of the samples increases and the increments at surface are modulated due to the existence of Cr film. In the region covered by Cr film, the refractive index of the samples at the surface increases dramatically in a shallow layer. The results of energy dispersive x-ray spectra indicate that in the region covered with Cr film, Cr ions participate in the ion exchange process, and enhance the refractive index. The results may provide a possibility that achieves index enhancement and Cr doping synchronically.  相似文献

 用蒸发冷凝法制备了Fe-50wt%Ni和Fe-84wt%Ni坡莫合金的纳米微粉。经透射电镜X光能谱微区成分分析证实:微粉的成分与原材料的一致;微粉的平均粒径分别为16 nm(Fe-50Ni)和19 nm(Fe-84Ni)。在室温和36个不同的流体静压力(0.000 1~2.205 GPa)下原位测量了它们的磁化和起始磁化曲线。结果表明:(1)Fe-50wt%Ni和Fe-84wt%Ni合金纳米微粉均具有恒导滋特性;(2)这两种纳米粉的起始磁导率随静水压的变化分别为μi=8.16+18.2p-24.7p2+18.1p3-6.55p4+0.908p5(Fe-50Ni合金)和μi=5.38-0.169p+0.232p2-0.0786p3(Fe-84Ni合金);(3)纳米粉的起始磁导率μi在频率高于10 MHz才降低,而Fe-50Ni合金片的μi在频率高于1 MHz,Fe-84Ni高于100 kHz时就开始下降,故纳米压粉磁芯可应用的频率范围可以比相应组分合金片的大1~2个数量级。  相似文献
