By using an improved Bridgman method, 0.3 mol% Tm$^{3+}/0.6$ mol% Tb$^{3+}/y$ mol% Eu$^{3+}$ ($y = 0$, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8) doped Na$_{5}$Y$_{9}$F$_{32}$ single crystals were prepared. The x-ray diffraction, excitation spectra, emission spectra and fluorescence decay curves were used to explore the crystal structure and optical performance of the obtained samples. When excited by 362 nm light, the cool white emission was realized by Na$_{5}$Y$_{9}$F$_{32}$ single crystal triply-doped with 0.3 mol% Tm$^{3+}/0.6$ mol% Tb$^{3+}/0.8$ mol% Eu$^{3+}$, in which the Commission Internationale de l'Eclairage (CIE) chromaticity coordinate was (0.2995, 0.3298) and the correlated color temperature (CCT) was 6586 K. The integrated normalized emission intensity of the tri-doped single crystal at 448 K could keep 62% of that at 298 K. The internal quantum yield (QY) was calculated to be $\sim 15.16$% by integrating spheres. These results suggested that the single crystals tri-doped with Tm$^{3+}$, Tb$^{3+}$ and Eu$^{3+}$ ions have a promising potential application for white light-emitting diodes (w-LEDs).  相似文献

Transferring entangled states between matter qubits and microwave-field (or optical-field) qubits is of fundamental interest in quantum mechanics and necessary in hybrid quantum information processing and quantum communication. We here propose a way for transferring entangled states between superconducting qubits (matter qubits) and microwave-field qubits. This proposal is realized by a system consisting of multiple superconducting qutrits and microwave cavities. Here, „qutrit” refers to a three-level quantum system with the two lowest levels encoding a qubit while the third level acting as an auxiliary state. In contrast, the microwave-field qubits are encoded with coherent states of microwave cavities. Because the third energy level of each qutrit is not populated during the operation, decoherence from the higher energy levels is greatly suppressed. The entangled states can be deterministically transferred because measurement on the states is not needed. The operation time is independent of the number of superconducting qubits or microwave-field qubits. In addition, the architecture of the circuit system is quite simple because only a coupler qutrit and an auxiliary cavity are required. As an example, our numerical simulations show that high-fidelity transfer of entangled states from two superconducting qubits to two microwave-field qubits is feasible with present circuit QED technology. This proposal is quite general and can be extended to transfer entangled states between other matter qubits (e.g., atoms, quantum dots, and NV centers) and microwave- or optical-field qubits encoded with coherent states.  相似文献

Nonlinear elastic metamaterial, a topic which has attracted extensive attention in recent years, can enable broadband vibration reduction under relatively large amplitude. The combination of damping and strong nonlinearity in metamaterials may entail extraordinary effects and offer the capability for low-frequency and broadband vibration reduction. However, there exists a clear lack of proper design methods as well as the deficiency in understanding properties arising from this concept. To tackle this problem, this paper numerically demonstrates that the nonlinear elastic metamaterials, consisting of sandwich damping layers and collision resonators, can generate very robust hyper-damping effect, conducive to efficient and broadband vibration suppression. The collision-enhanced hyper damping is persistently presented in a large parameter space, ranging from small to large amplitudes, and for small and large damping coefficients. The achieved robust effects greatly enlarge the application scope of nonlinear metamaterials. We report the design concept, properties and mechanisms of the hyper-damping and its effect on vibration transmission. This paper reveals new properties offered by nonlinear elastic metamaterials, and offers a robust method for achieving efficient low-frequency and broadband vibration suppression.  相似文献

为了提升兰州重离子加速器冷却存储环(HIRFL-CSR)中放射性次级束流装置(RIBLL2)的粒子鉴别能力,在其F1色散面上研发、安装了一套可测量核反应产物起始时间和位置等信息的新型高性能探测器,并发展了一种利用测量的位置及飞行时间等实验数据提取束线光学参数从而修正粒子磁刚度的实验方法。使用F1色散面上的新型探测器,再结合粒子磁刚度修正方法,首次在RIBLL2-ETF分离器上实现了全动量接收度下300 MeV/nucleon 78Kr弹核碎裂产物的清楚鉴别,结果显示:对于较重的75As33+,其电荷分辨σZ~0.19、质核比分辨σA/Z~5.8×10?3。这一结果,有效提升了RIBLL2粒子鉴别能力,增加了奇异核收集效率,使研究范围由低质量核区(A<40)拓展到了中等质量核区(A~80),这将有效促进RIBLL2上放射性次级束物理实验的发展。  相似文献

The synergistic influences of boron, oxygen, and titanium on growing large single-crystal diamonds are studied using different concentrations of B2O3 in a solvent-carbon system under 5.5 GPa-5.7 GPa and 1300 ℃-1500 ℃. It is found that the boron atoms are difficult to enter into the crystal when boron and oxygen impurities are doped using B2O3 without the addition of Ti atoms. However, high boron content is achieved in the doped diamonds that were synthesized with the addition of Ti. Additionally, boron-oxygen complexes are found on the surface of the crystal, and oxygen-related impurities appear in the crystal interior when Ti atoms are added into the FeNi-C system. The results show that the introduction of Ti atoms into the synthesis cavity can effectively control the number of boron atoms and the number of oxygen atoms in the crystal. This has important scientific significance not only for understanding the synergistic influence of boron, oxygen, and titanium atoms on the growth of diamond in the earth, but also for preparing the high-concentration boron or oxygen containing semiconductor diamond technologies.  相似文献

By using Lanczos exact diagonalization and quantum Monte Carlo combined with stochastic analytic continuation, we study the dynamical properties of the S = 1 antiferromagnetic Heisenberg chain with different strengths of bond disorder. In the weak disorder region, we find weakly coupled bonds which can induce additional low-energy excitation below the one-magnon mode. As the disorder increases, the average Haldane gap closes at δ ~ 0.5 with more and more low-energy excitations coming out. After the critical disorder strength δc ~ 1, the system reaches a random-singlet phase with prominent sharp peak at ω = 0 and broad continuum at ω > 0 of the dynamic spin structure factor. In addition, we analyze the distribution of random spin domains and numerically find three kinds of domains hosting effective spin-1/2 quanta or spin-1 sites in between. These “spins” can form the weakly coupled longrange singlets due to quantum fluctuation which contribute to the sharp peak at ω = 0.  相似文献
