大学有机化学中的重排反应及其归纳教学实践

重排反应是大学有机化学课程中的重点内容,普遍具有较为重要的合成价值。重排反应在各个章节均有涉及,分布零散,学生在学习过程中容易遗忘,因此对其进行归纳化教学显得尤为重要。本文从独特角度对大学有机化学中涉及的重排反应进行了总结归纳,从机理层面出发的深入剖析将有利于对重排反应的理解和记忆。另外,还通过一些案例介绍了重排反应的归纳分析在教学实践中的应用。结果证明这类针对性讲解对学生掌握相关知识点起到了明显的促进作用,类似的方式也可以应用到其他系统性知识点的教学当中。     

基于深度学习理论的有机重排反应课堂教学

重排反应有着不同于加成、消除及氧化还原等其他类型基础有机反应的独特性,是在有机合成课程中学生普遍反馈难以理解和记忆的教学内容。在基础有机化学课程的教学中,重排反应相关知识点散落在各个章节,学生对于这部分内容缺乏深层次的理解以及内在关联性的认识。因此,搭建零散的相关重排反应之间的关联,开展重排反应的深度学习教学显得尤为重要。本文结合有机化学学科的特点,根据有机合成教学现状,围绕深度学习教学设计的四要素,把握深度学习的四大特征,以教学片段为例阐述深度学习理论在教学实践中的应用。     

加压氢化反应虚拟仿真实验的建设与应用

为扩大加压氢化这一实用技术在本科教学中的应用,使学生能够熟练使用氢气这种易燃易爆气体,提出并建设了加压氢化反应的虚拟仿真实验。基于三位诺贝尔奖获得者在氢化反应领域的相关工作,开展加压氢化反应的虚拟仿真实验。该实验建设包括仿真软件资源、学习共享平台、移动端学习资源、流程建设、评价体系建设,充分发挥虚拟仿真技术在化学化工领域中的作用,为一些难以在教学中开展的化学化工实验课程开辟了新的道路。     

驱动问题引领下的核心反应在生产实际中的应用复习教学——以“铁和硫酸铜溶液的反应”为例

以铁和硫酸铜溶液的反应在“湿法炼铜”生产实际中的应用复习教学为例,针对学生能力的薄弱点,围绕核心反应搜集丰富的素材,引导学生模拟体会具体反应应用于生产实际时需考虑的问题,以问题解决为线索,达到促进学生发展的目的。     

有机锑化合物在交叉偶联反应中的应用研究进展

近年来,有机锑化合物在交叉偶联反应中的应用引起了人们的广泛关注。本文主要对有机锑化合物在交叉偶联反应中的应用作了综述,重点介绍了其在Suzuki交叉偶联反应、Heck偶联反应以及Sonogashira偶联反应中的应用,并展望了其未来的发展方向。     

单糖与苯硼酸的酯化反应及生物应用简介

讲述了单糖与苯硼酸间的酯化反应过程及影响因素,举例说明了此类反应在化学和生物学中的应用,拓展了有机化学教学中关于单糖化合物的应用介绍,引导学生提升对化学和生物学交叉领域学习和研究的兴趣。     

以Rh催化费托合成为例简述微观动力学在物理化学教学中的应用*

借助Rh催化费托合成反应,探讨了微观动力学模拟软件MKMCXX在物理化学化学动力学章节教学中的应用。以密度泛函理论(DFT)计算的能垒和反应热为基础,通过MKMCXX软件构建微观动力学模型,计算各中间物种的表面覆盖度、反应速率、反应级数与表观活化能,使学生能够直观地理解化学动力学。     

α-二羰基结构的构建及应用

β-二羰基化合物是有机合成的重要中间体,其化学性质也是有机化学教学中的重点。本文在此基础上介绍了同样具有二羰基结构的α-二酮类化合物的合成方法和相关应用。本文所述内容涉及炔烃的水合反应、炔烃的氧化反应、光催化反应等,既与有机化学教学内容紧密相关又有所延伸。此外,本文所介绍的α-二羰基化合物的应用能拓展学生知识面,提高学生学习兴趣。     

基于铁离子检验的教学问题探讨

结合高中新课程教科书、课堂教学、流行的教辅资料以及某些大型考试题中存在的问题,就检验Fe3+的反应物配体结构与性质、配合反应的特点、配合反应在解释平衡移动和探究性学习中的应用等,进行了理论和实证性探讨,并提出相关的教学建议。     

质谱技术在反应监测中的发展和应用

质谱因具有分辨率高、 灵敏度好、 响应快速以及结构鉴定能力强等特点, 近年来在反应监测研究领域应用广泛. 本文介绍了基于质谱的经典在线直接采样实时监测方案; 综合评述了常压质谱离子化技术在反应监测领域的发展和应用, 主要包括基于常压质谱的快反应监测、 微滴加速在长时间反应研究中的应用, 以及其它常压质谱在反应监测中的应用; 并对质谱在反应监测研究领域面临的挑战和发展趋势进行了总结和展望.     

Neutral diterpenoids of oleoresins of five species of conifers of Transcarpathia

The compositions of the neutral diterpenoids of the oleoresins of five species of conifers growing in the Transcarpathia have been studied. It has been found that the oleoresins ofAbies alba M.,Larix decidua M., andPicea excelsa L. contain more than 50% of neutral diterpenoids. The group and qualitative compositions of the oxygen-containing diterpenoids have been determined. In the oleoresins ofAbies alba,Picea excelsa, andPicea abies tertiary alcohols — cis-abienol and isocembrol — predominate, while inLarix decidua the main component is the hydroxy ester larixyl acetate. Primary alcohols related to the resin acids have been found in all the oleoresins investigated. Features of the distribution of diterpenoids according to the species of conifers have been revealed. Influence of viscosity of medium on processes of oxygen quenching of excited states of mesoporphyrin

The oxygen quenching rate constants for singlet and triplet excited states of the dimethyl ester of mesoporphyrin IX increase with decreasing viscosity of the medium and reach a maximum at a viscosity of approximately 0.4 mPa·sec, after which the rate constants begin to decrease. The drop in rate constant with increasing fluidity of the medium may be related to a nonequilibrium character of the elementary act in the interaction of the reactants in the solvent cage. In viscous media such as isopropyl alcohol, isobutyl alcohol, and isoamyl alcohol, the reaction radius is greater than the sum of the radii of the reacting particles. Dichroism of absorption and polarization of phosphorescence of molecules of the closed form of nitrobenzospirothiopyran

The spectral-polarization characteristics of absorption and phosphorescence of molecules of the initial form of nitro-substituted indolinospirobenzothiopyran were studied in oriented polyethylene films and in solutions with different polarity. An oscillator model of the electron transitions responsible for the formation of absorption and luminescence spectra was suggested. It was established that the principal differences in the spectral and photophysical properties of the compound studied and its oxygen-containing analog are associated with the fact that the electronegativity of the S atom is lower than that of the O atom.
